Came here in September, wasn't expecting too much as it was around fall but I was still able to capture some amazing photos such as these. I don't live close to toronto but id love to come here every chance I get. There's no admission fee, just 2$ parking fee. If able, it'd be wonderful to just come walk here or bike here. A lovely garden and fairly big! Plenty to see all year round :) great for families, friends, couples, anyone!

The Botanical Toronto botanical garden with gardens from around the GTA and throughout Canada: A variety of gardens for the many different lawn types and natural habitats, including: Growing plants for lawns Providing lawn maintenance and garden care Farming gardening, as well as the landscaping and landscaping of the Toronto Botanical Garden, can be an amazing part of the city and province, where gardens can be enjoyed and appreciated all over the city at the same time. A nice place for a date ????

Ghazan Khan

This is a lovely place if you love nature and art.

Azad Greystone

Perfect view. Nice decorated botanical garden in the heard of the city

Sabih Ahmed

Thanks to the parking fees (yes you read it right) this remains one of the few city parks where you can at least expect to find a place to sit rather than feeling like you are inside TTC subway. The gardens are well maintained and offers lots of #photoop for #instagramthan. Very accessible and kid-friendly, if you want to spice up your trip... Just take a drive through #bridalpath on your way out ????

Muhammad Jamil Akhtar

A place u must add to your wish list, nature,at its best

Suzanne Browne

Actually visited Edwards Gardens which part of the group of Toronto Botanical Gardens. Fantastic place. Lots to see. Beautiful landscaping.

Shu Pui Lui

I went during thr orchid show. The building is alot smaller than i thought and the space design is underwhelming. I don't think i would go there just for fun.

John Feldman

Beautiful garden spot in North York. Not huge, but large enough to be worth a destination trip. Don''t miss the impressive tulip display if visiting in May or the beautiful rhododendrons and related heath on the other side of the creek if visiting in June. Parking fee applies, waived if you take out a membership.

Lori F

Nice garden with lots of colorful flowers!

Booyaka Stubbs (ExplorewithStubbs.com)

Beautiful flowers everywhere. Great exercise as the park is pretty big .....

Sierra Lefave

The gardens are absolutely gorgeous, it's a shame that it costs so much to park but I hope the facilities get the money from it.... otherwise it's a rip off.

Sandeep Pandita

Edward/Toronto Botanical Garden is beautiful garden to spend day with family. Beautiful flowers add the colours to any sunny day.

Jenni

My new happy place. This, like Allen Gardens, is a place so beautiful and lovely that I'm always tickled that admission is FREE. A nature and horticulture lovers happy place. It's beautiful, lovely, educational, relaxing. Connects to Wilket Creek Park/trail which connects to Sunnybrook park, making the experience feel as quick or unending as you'd like. Lots of trail and off trail cyclists, photography enthusiasts. Parking is much easier to pay for with the Blinkay app (meter screens are unreadable). There is a cafe with seating, washrooms, a little store. Trees, flowers, birds, streams you won't see in more urban areas. How is it free?!

Gal Messinger

Always nice to visit. The best times are in summer, for flowers and fall for the changing colors

Rodesto Ramirez

A lot to explore in this place, walking seeing old and big trees, beautiful flowers, etc. If you love nature, this is one of a place you should be. Keep goin back as this park sits in the city.

Beth K

Beautiful location, was visiting for the annual plant sale. The selection of plants was fantastic and the prices were average. Staff were very knowledgeable about plants and answering questions/giving advice. Will be back for the sale again next year.

David Chudak

Beautiful garden with a relaxing stream, open spaces, benches, and plenty of types of flowers. Go during the week when it much less busy, and more relaxing - the weekends can get a little busy. Pretty well behaved dogs on leashes for the most part.

Ermelinda Cela

We love love love Edward's Gardens ????

Randy McDonald

This wonderful park space, occupying most of the northeast corner of Edwards Gardens at Lawrence and Leslie, is a beautiful well-manicured space to roam through.

Shannon Cherry

Beautiful place filled with colour and fragrance. Snuggly recommend finding the time to stroll through everything.

maryam javed

A wonderful informative park and picnic spot. It is huge so you can wander around nicely. There is alot of space for picnic also. Beautfiul flowers with description. Small waterfall area as well. Truly picture perfect place to enjoy with friends and family!!!

avril azueta

It is an incredible park where there is so much vegetation of a lot of variety, among flowers, shrubs, pines, maple trees, weeping willows, in short; wide range and with their respective signs where they indicate the common and scientific name so that anyone can learn. It is a place suitable for people of all ages and we usually see families enjoying the gardens of the place, taking photos, making videos or just sitting on the benches what is everywhere to enjoy the surrounding forest and listening to the running of the river That generates tranquility. I recommend them and visit it at any season of the year, as it is a different beauty in each one.

H. K.

Nice little city escape with greenery and flowers surrounding you

Raman Vashishat

Botanical gardens devote their resources to the study and conservation of plants, as well as making the world's plant species diversity known to the public. These gardens also play a central role in meeting human needs and providing well-being.

Marius Scupi

Eduard’s Garden! Amazing place to be for a relaxing afternoon. Just fresh air, water streams, parks all over the place and of course extraordinary flowers.

Quang Vu

I went there last Sunday with my family and friends. We enjoyed beautiful blooming tulips along the walking path. There are also a few peonies. You will need few hours just for walking around the garden and the trail. I will definitely recommend this place.

Anwarul Quadir

Great place to hangout in the nature. Nice parking but machines were not accepying my card. Later used the app which was convinient and could extend the parking later on. In summary we enjoyed with the flowers blooming.

Kee Chow

Nice and relaxed garden to read ???? and listening to the bird's singing ???? as well as meditation

Omar Seraj Kazi

Always a great place to walk and enjoy nature.

Shira Y

Beautiful gardens. The only 2 downsides: people are littering so some areas of the park aren't clean. There's also still some construction and closed off areas but still a lot to see.

Megan Haghi

It's a beautiful garden but most of the time on construction and the major part of the park is closed and you still have to pay for parking.

Ole Selin

I love the place. It is beautiful at any season and any weather. The parking is free and plenty of.

jean nicoles

Went there during the spring time, flowers are amazingly beautiful, too sad some of the visitors don't mind if they're stepping on the flowers.

Yuki Chui

Great place to go for a walk. Long trail with many beautiful flowers. So many flowers with different colors! Be sure to check the map cause I lost twice in the garden. Now is a good season to go to enjoy the beautiful place. Some of the road is blocked by construction though.

Yen Le

Five star and more. Amazing park, Amazing pieces of arts everywhere, amazing maintenance made by the city staff. Whoever visit the park please be responsible to maintain and keep the park clean and beautiful as it is. The picture the one corner of the park, the most tranquil corner. Love it!

Yash Doshi

It's really beautiful, peaceful and serene place. Great place to take kids for picnic. Infact, adults can also go for a trail walk or sit in the garden with friends and family and enjoy the nature's beauty!

Shauny Walker

This place is very beautiful! The Toronto Botanical Garden (TBG) is located at 777 Lawrence Avenue East at Leslie Street, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Known as "The Little Garden" with Big Ideas, the (TBG) is nearly 40 acres, and features 17 themed city-sized Gardens. Located in the northeast corner of Edwards Gardens, the (TBG) is a non-profit Horticulture and educational organization with a mission to connect people, plants and the natural world through education, inspiration and Leadership.

Tim Chase Photography

First ever time at Toronto Botanical Garden. Interesting area and very spacious with trails and endless sightseeing. Great for families, kids, any age. Many photographers in the area with family photos, Wedding photos or just family photographing kids.

Nasif Hasan

It’s really beautiful place to visit with friends and family.

Victoria S

One of my favourite places to visit in the late spring and throughout summer. The flowers here are so beautiful. I come to take photos and then I go down by the creek for a nice nature walk. Many people come with families for picnic and bridal photoshoots. Many area are currently under construction and are bordered off, but there are still plenty of places to enjoy. You can also take a staircase up to the cliffs as there is an additional area where you can enjoy. It's quieter and there aren't flowers, but it's beautiful and surrounded by trees. Bring a book or a coffee with a friend and enjoy.

GQ ESQ

Great location for a nice walk! It could get really busy. Parking is $2.50 an hour.

siam biswas

This is the place to be if you love plants, some beautiful plants with colorful flowers. You will even get to see butterflies in various colors. A nice place to spent some beautiful moments with your loved ones. You can also take a look into Sunnybrook park which ia nearby. I would suggest get here with your bike to enjoy the best.

Dannie Phan

Well managed and clean space. Went at 3pm, and it was very quiet.

Laszlo Reichel

Beautiful. Great place for a family outing :)

Aparajit Sridharan

Lovely place! Amazing trails to walk and enjoy a nice summer day and plenty of space to just sit on the grass and chill. Pack up a picnic basket and take the day off with your family. I am sure you won't regret it.

Brian Gonsalves

Beautiful Park for a walk, or ride the Trails forever. Nice green space to picnic or laze around. Great for taking pictures as well.

Zehra Khan

Beautiful space.. have been visiting it for many years... love the gift shop too. i also like the paid parking because now i can always find a spot.

Rebecca Rivera

These gardens are worth visiting - very beautiful and a free activity. It's not a "must see" but it is a very lovely way to spend an afternoon, especially if you like nature and want to feel like you're out of the city. There are a lot of beautiful flowers and a nice paved trail that connects to another trail. You could stay for as long or as short of a visit as you want. There's a nice little shop to get a hot or cold drink and snack. Bathrooms in excellent condition.

N. Ahsan

Such a gorgeous park to be in. Especially it is surrounded by an upscale neighborhood.

Ryanne Florence

Beautiful gardens and a wonderful place to spend several hours exploring the grounds. I was proposed to here and I am now engaged! This bridge is now a special memory forever

William Marzoque

I was expecting to see a variety of species of flowers as I saw at #MontrealBotanicalGarden. Overall, you’ll see huge green areas, not much different from other Toronto’s parks. My experience was ok, nothing so exciting. It was nice to be there at least once.

prasad deole

Botanical garden is getting ready for the summer. Good place to spend some time and walk around the place. There’s a long trail for walkers and bikers. Sufficient parking spaces, but paid. Public washrooms are closed due to Covid.

James Liu

Very nice walk with beautiful scenery

Lily Ruden

A wide variety of plants! It was very beautiful

Jill Delen

Botanical Gardens hosted an amazing sculpture show. They always have events and interesting shows. Right in Edwards Garden's, you can always go for a walk - for hours if you want to.

Michele Van Bauwel

$2.50 for an hour of parking. Expect to stay at least 1.5 hours. I love the fact the plants, shrubs etc have their English name. See photos so you can recreate at home. Mostly flat terrain and elderly can manage with their walkers. Cafe onsite plus gift shop. Free admission.

Megan Lemons

Absolutely breathtaking. If you are a tourist be sure to double check your the stop you are getting off at. The names are easy to get confused if you aren’t paying attention. The gardens are definitely worth a stop.

Hooman B

Great place for kids and adults. Specially in fall and spring. Free entrance / paid parking

Mir I am

Such a pretty place, today was a bit chilly but the beautiful colours of nature was at their best. Many couples were there having photo shots for weddings, engagements, baby announcements, all great ideas. Make sure you visit this place 4 times a year, one for every season :)

Mikey C

Excellent place to visit. The whole park is huge. We only managed Edwards Gardens. Lots of sculptures amongst the plants and flowers to see.

Shahram Shams

It's a must see in Toronto. You'd better go there in fall or spring.

valen jude jambaro

If you wanna find a place to relax and unwind. This place is what you're looking for. Nature, view, animals and plants are perfect to relieve your stress.

Jan Illing

1st time to Orchid Show. The seminars were free learning the basics of replanting orchids. Not been to Edwards Gdns in years. Property parking is metered. Ensure you have lots of change.

Falik Mohammad Khwaja

Nice place to visit and admire nature, free admission although parking is charged at 2.50 per hour. Huge collection of flowers

Saima Siddiqui

I went late in August but it was still worth it. I remember visiting the garden with my parents as a child. A cultivated garden is the most peaceful place in a big city.

jishnu raj

Had a really good experience visiting here. A nice place to spend time with family.

simon d

Stop by if you're around. Definitely not worth a trip by itself. Edward garden however is nicer. Parking is convenient but $2.5 an hour.

Haseeb Khawaja

Absolutely beautiful area. Lucious grass for a picnic or a great walking area for a first date or with your family. Pro tip for my allergy friends: take your reactin in advance. Flowers are beautiful but the scents will getcha! Attached are some amazing flowers and plants growing in the area.

kazi ahmed

Great but need more facilities like chair & washroom.

Peter S

Nice park for a walk. One can also buy plants there. They have a cafe, but it was closed the day of the visit.

Raj Paleja

We booked an event here before the start of the pandemic. They were very accommodating and offered to either rebook our date or refund our deposit. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to reschedule and so they returned our money. Despite not holding our event there, we were extremely pleased with their service. If our event does ever go ahead, we would likely book with them again.

Raspal Singh

During summer and fall, Oh boy! It’s beautiful to spend some time here. Must try this summer.

Elias Castillo

Beautiful plants collection.

Z. H.

It's such a beautiful spot to go on a walk (definately avoid being under trees because there's lots of gypsy moth caterpillars at the moment)

Paco Baeza

Nice park, many hidden pathways and with very interesting botanical gardens with plants from different countries and weathers.

Maiwand Mirzagul

Very beautiful place to go out and have a nice walk either by yourself or with your family a fun place to explore with a good long walk. Can be great for picnics and other family plans. Overall if you have never been here you need to come and check it out. New addition to this park you got to pay for parking but it isn't too expensive under 5 dollars for a couple of hours of parking . I visited this place a lot and it is always worth it.

Eli Santos

Toronto's botanical garden is just ok. Nice to see if u r biking around or around the area. If you compare it with the Montreal one or even from other countries it lags behind like by faaaaaaaaaar. Anyway, nice 30 minutes trip

Sean Fordyce

It is a nice place bit it is beside a Toronto garden that does not cooperate much with them. Maps are largely useless and the signage is almost nonexistent which is unfortunate. Parking was difficult with the pay stations mostly non functioning. I ended up calling the company and doing it over the phone. On the other hand it is free so good value. Better signage would make a big difference though like a sign on each item on the map so you are not wondering if you are at the thing you are looking for.

Richard Lin

Easy access plenty of paid parking. Well maintainace for all ages.

김Frank

This is a beautiful garden and nice place. Every body loves and enjoy this spot.

Aly Brideau

Gorgeous park, a hidden gem in the city!

Exploring Destinations

The garden is so beautiful and amazing. A great place for walk and exercise. The park has lot to offer like benches at many good spots, amazing different flowers and some sculpture at certain spots. The trails are also quite good. Park is clean and it also offers a descent Cafe for light snacks. It has ample of parking space and it only charges $2.50/ hr. Overall a great place to spend a day at this park.

Jason McGibney

Just love this place for a walk around on a nice day. A little crowded on weekends. Outside of the royal Botanical gardens this is a great choice and public transit accessible

Kevin Y

Very beautiful garden. Good to have picnic there with whole family and friends.

Ryan Resmer

Perfect place for a lovely afternoon walk with family visiting from out of town or even just friends from around the city. You can find a quiet spot and have a picnic or throw frisbee around… But it’s amazing just to take in nature and smell the flowers and look at the beautiful work that the gardeners have done. Definitely pop into the gift shop after because the ladies that work in there are really sweet and there’s tons of great gift ideas for that person you know who has a green thumb or who’s trying to cultivate one. Beautiful flower pots two aprons and recipes for the kitchen using local herbs… Something for everyone. The prices are great and parking is free! So get out there and enjoy the summer spring or fall and take in these beautiful gardens.

Feyi Kalu

So beautiful that pictures eo not do it enough justice. The garden also has a kitchen garden; where you find many herbs used in the kitchen. They are not to be harvested as they are sometimes donated to the Foodbank, which I would say, is great! There's a bee hotel by the kitchen garden and a teaching garden. There's a flower shop with a variety of souvenirs so do visit!

lisa covello

Beautiful scenery. It was my first time here, this place is very nice to walk around take pictures. I found out they even have yoga classes out doors.

Lyanne Korona

Not one of the best Gardens I've ever gone to internationally, however in toronto? The best. It's marked down as Edward's Gardens in a lot of places, so don't get confused! The plants are lovely and it's a great place for a walk if you can get up there! Biking along the trails is great if you know your way around.

Sanje Ab

Hybrid of botanical gardens and the nature reserve ( wilkret creek park). There is a walking trail other side of the creek which is connected to sunnybrook park. Garden has big collection of murals.

n fik

Wonderful experience for a family walk. Free to wander but pay to park, great budget adventure.

Jessica Amala Dawn

It's gorgeous and well maintained. Full of specimen plants and very lush and bright.

Zeinab Azadbakht

A beautiful place in the heart of the busy Toronto, a must see if you have time.

Arun

Edwards garden or Toronto Botanical gardens are the best place to have a picnic and spend a day out. Its a four acre amazing gardens. Its one of the best place to conduct a wedding and other ocassions, photoshoots. Flowers are amazing here especially in the themed garden areas. It comprises of the edward gardens, don valley ravine and the wilket creek. it has a seasonal café. Its a must visit for families along with kids, they will surely love it. acess to this garden is free but you have to pay for parking. Its one of the best place to visit this summer to get some fresh air and especially enjoy the evening walks here, its amazing

Seeing the world In a different way

I loved walking around the Botanical gardens of Edward's garden. The flowers look spectacular with so many different species of flowering plants. The air even feels fresher. It is so nice to hear and see the wild birds fly over head. It is an easy walk and you can enjoy it at your own pace and see the butterflies land from one flower to the next. If you like my reviews, videos or photos let your green thumb go up gently in the breeze.

Nicole Bi

Very beautiful place for a weekend walk in the city. It’s late summer now and there’s still a lot of flowers blooming. Plenty of space for families to come.

Mohamed Emran

"Time spent among trees is never time wasted." Live Every Moment. ???????? #BreatheTaking

Saad Khan

Its a really nice place to visit. They have good trails to walk just beside water. Good place to bring your kids to play or do cycling. You should definitely visit botanical garden in spring as it looks magnificent with so many different flowers. Highly recommended!

KoalaCat

Always beautiful and peaceful, these gardens are a joy to visit. Lots of trees, flowers surrounding a quiet river and trails. Parking is $2.50 per hour and you can pay on the machine or contactless through an app on your phone.

Giovanna Chavez

Spring / Tulips! Beautiful. Free. Cafe inside the grounds to enjoy overlooking the beautiful gardens.

lauren milan

Great space to enjoy nature in the middle of the city. Mind the patches of ice or puddles depending on weather.

Diane Bornhoft

Beautiful gardens with trails Only problem is the signage could be better. Very easy to get lost

Alexander Ivanov

Beautiful place. And good also for buying flower bulbs and seeds

Oksana Tchernikova

A beautiful place, perfect for relaxation.

candie inayan

Eduards Garden is a beautiful place ???? I have seen different kinds of plants and flowers which I only heard during science class. It's a nice place for the family to visit in there

金玫Barrie 华人地产经纪 Mei Jin

Very friendly people, lots of places to enjoy and discover. Amazing experience to do solo or with family, very relaxing and peaceful.

Degonto Mazumder

Been here a few times over the last 10 maybe more years and as far as I remember this place has always been nice. Lots of random encounters with animals, this time I went I saw a bunch of ducks, some older and 4 or 5 younger ones chilling in the stream, looked like they were having fun. Also saw a Robin and it's nest complete with hatchlings. Didn't stay too long b/c it was mad hot, but overall nice walk. There are some closures rn for some of the bridges.

Manpreet Singh

Always a beautiful place to visit. Finding parking can be a hard task sometimes.

Siddharth Dabas

Really amazing place to go with family 100% recommended best time starts in mid may onwards perfect 15-25deg cel weather sunny all flowers bloomed . Sales and gift shop Also can be found . Good spot for picnic and some hike. A 4K go pro video can also be checked out @Fantasy of collectors on YouTube. Thanks

Roger Mak

The best botanical garden Toronto can offer. Garden is well vegetated and well maintained. I notice there is less colorful flowers in recent years but still look beautiful. Lots of spot for that perfect family and wedding photos.

Manpreet Bedi

During COVID, I started taking my family to nearby parks and found this gem of a place nearby. Every time I visit this place, I feel so alive and positive. So many flowers and the teaching garden in the middle of park were my favourites.

Sam Sanson

It’s a decent garden. Good place for a quick walk around and see some flowers. Although I was surprised to see some tropical plants such as banana trees. There a bee hive exhibit with no bees. So I guess just a hive exhibit.

Claudia

Beautiful place for taking pictures and for relax .

Jena Kim

Lovely flowers were starting to bloom and while it would have been better when it was warmer and more "summer" it was still a very pleasant experience. Loved it.

Tom Lucas

Beautiful grounds. A mid city treasure.

Xin Xiang

Not only you can enjoy beautiful flowers from early spring to late fall, but also learn the names of the flowers and some other knowledge. A great place to walk around.

Richard E

Nice place to walk and get some photos. Bird watching is also great here.

Rob Neilly

Already on the minds of locals and tourists, it's a beautiful and calming environment. Flowers, plants, farmers market at times. Leads to a much larger and extensive park and trail system.

Andrew Yeung

The winter stillness after the snow storm is a very Zen place to walk the path.

Rebecca J

Very Lovely park. I wish we could enter the greenhouse as it looks interesting. They open the cafe for limited hours and have some inexpensive food options like hot dogs for $4. We come here alot to walk around the ravine and during the fall the colours are gorgeous. The downside is the parking. There seems to be a lot of spots but when the weather is nice it will take you forever to find a spot. It's honestly so hectic when the autumn hits in the parking lot. Another alternative for those that love it here is the Royal Botanical Gardens. You have to pay to go in but its so much more grand.

harsha bindu

No directions or anything as such. After about the first 20 mins I got a sense of lost cause. Not many flora or fauna.

Iesang Tang

Beautiful place to walk around. It has bike trial also.

Ally Reith

Perfect end to my wkd hikes! Start at Crothers woods and finish at the gardens. Cutest cafe

Stephen Cheng

Great place to see flowers and link to the Don Valley path. Clean washrooms and a nice little cafe on site. Parking is $2.50 an hour.

Ibrahim Hanslod

Very peaceful. Enjoy your photography and evenings time

Danosaurus

This place is so huge! The paths here are very long and there are a lot semi hidden trails where you could go. There is a really long river that goes threw the park with multiple areas with rocks which you could jump on. There are a lot of resting areas as well. If you come by car, the parking is very cheap at 2.50$ an hour. The area is located near the most expensive street in canada which Drake lives on. A lot of fields are located in this park so you can have a picnic if you want. I attached some beautiful photos to this review. If you want to see more detailed reviews, look at the reviews for "Edwards Garden". This place attaches to it.

Michael Liman

Lack of maintenance, not many flowers. So many blocked areas, which we couldn't access. Disappointed. It is better to go to other floral garden. It is not the place to take pictures or photos anymore. Avoid this place.

Lorde The First

Amazing garden ???? ???? ???? ???? with so much beauty and nature to enjoy... so huge. We had a family excursion ????

mmatttt

Place is like a maze. People are crowded and confused.

Absolutely beautiful gardens to bring your family to walk the trails and explore. Admission is free ???? you may book for a guided tour online. There is so many beautiful, unique flowers and plants here. I have never seen so many bees ???? around. Chipmunks ???? are running around, so cute. Beautiful gardens for wedding ???? pictures, portraits, picnicking, walks, and cycling. Be prepared to share the trail with dog walker's, kids, cyclists, and wedding parties. shylo malcolm (simplyblessedshy.com)

Lots of beautiful flowers and plants to see. The grounds are lovely and it's well worth a visit!

Elsa Gurton

Gorgeous gardens and interesting paths. Unfortunately some were closed.

Joseph Porrovecchio

Great place for a leisurely treck or cycle through the trails along Wilkes creek. Having visited several North American metropolitan botanical gardens , the Toronto botanical gardens leaves much to be desired with regards to layout , variety and attractions. The cafe is quite limited to typical fast food menu. Compare the TBG to San Diego, San Antonio or Montreal botanical Gardens ....

Elora C

The garden is very nice. Just as a heads up, parking fee is required and there is a lot of construction going on. So, various routes are blocked. Otherwise, the garden is pretty well kept and pleasant for walking.

Amrish Thakkar

Nice place with biking and walking trails. Parking 2.50 per hour

Eric Lam

Beautiful garden

Igor Babiy

Lovely flowers ???? in bloom! Relaxing trails if you want to get away from the city and great during the week (if you prefer it being less busy).

Parth Patel

Well maintained and refreshing place . If you are looking to walk in woods this is the place

Chris Wies

This is absolutely beautiful. It’s always a pleasure to go here on my personal time or when I’m catering an event here. The grounds are maintained very well and always so many varieties of gorgeous plant and flower life. It doesn’t even feel like you are in the city at all and views are amazing. There is lots of parking and is very easy to navigate around everywhere. Staff are knowledgeable and kind as well.

Best to go early in the day. Less busy. Absolutely beautiful gardens and walking trails. Keep in mind, dogs are not allowed in the actual gardens but can definitely be on the trails. Staff reinforce that rule.

Alice

So nice to visit in summer! It's less busy if you arrive early in the day, and everyone was respectful of social distancing/mask wearing. A great place for a meditative walk or jog.

Suzana Maganja

Mirna Noureldin

Beautiful park, a small cafe and small trails for you and your family to enjoy! Lots of open space to enjoy as well as labels on all different kinds of plants. Only problem is parking spots can be hard to find at peak hours.

Kelly Singer

Spectacular garden a must visit to see all the beautiful varieties of flowers. The trails are lovely and if you're lucky you will catch a glimpse of a hummingbird! very relaxing.

Mah Fal

Beautiful atmosphere, specially in Spring and Summer! Great place in the heart of the nature for hiking with family. Parking is available at the spot.

Plop Plop

Nice big park with lots of hiking trail. Definitely a place to go out with your family and friends for a walk or a picnic. The only thing is it's a paid parking.

Lovely garden, it's a little small but the garden is beautiful. There is a little cafe and shop. Good facilities too with a car park, toilets and a shop.

Kelvin A

Nice flowering gardens with a walking trail close by. Just some part of the gardens closed due to construction at the moment.

Zaid A.

Nice place for a family walk. Some construction and maintenance work going these days. It would be great to have more flowers and higher care as some of them were dry and died

Such a beautiful wonderful natural place in a busy crowded city. Must see when visit Toronto. Prepare to spend 2 hours or more

Rula Al-Sadiq

Must seen all year long. Especially in spring and fall. The colours are everywhere. The beauty is around you. Plus, the walkways are maintained all year long. Except the slippery ones, they keep them closed for fall and winter. I have 2 kids under 5 years old, they love it both of them. Plus there is a cafe, open even on Saturdays. Their Coffe is delicious. Or you can pack your own picnic and go :) you will love it. Hope you will like it like we do.

Sarah Aziz

Didn’t enjoy that much due to some under Construction work. May b next year ll visit . I thought I would be able to learn more about plants n it’s usefulness. But didn’t get much info. It’s just like a park.

Munir Mawla

Wonderful place to visit for flower lovers

Very good botanical garden in Toronto I went so many times in summer that's so beautiful garden. They have so many different types of plants from all over the world and so many different types of flowers and vegetables and medicinal plants. And they have good restaurants washrooms and they have so many free car parking in front of the garden every one have to see this place.

Uriel Trahtemberg

Absolutely beautiful! Well kept. Such an amazing place to go - alone to think, a couple to enjoy time together, a family to have fun. My kids were running around, playing in the forest, so nice an experience overall. Totally underrated, forget Casa Loma, this place is a must see in Toronto.

Jenny Ch.

Looking at the beautiful flowers is very relaxing and enjoyable.

Parbhu Singh

It was not what I expected. I visited a few years ago and was blown away with the entire place. So neat, clean and the flowers were exceptional.

Samantha Williams

It's very beautiful place to spend quality time with family

Sharon Rom

It's beautiful here. My toddler loves finding the giant pine cones. There seems to be construction often. It says 10am opening but seems to be open earlier. A little confusing.

Addison Adalberto

Bring the family and let them wander. There is enough sites and things to see and walk through that a couple of hours will pass easily. Bring snacks and drinks.

Karim Daaboul

Nice park and free to enter

Rozina Dhrodia

Amazing, close to home, nice trails and outing to blend on nature My fav place with all the landscapes, plants, trees and flowers.

Aug. 9 @ 0611h. Although there were road/path closures, they were due to construction and safety considerations. The garden is big and connects to other trails, it is a plus that there are signs that let you know if you are entering those trails. The garden looked like it was being well-taken care of. We did not see a single trash and the plants are healthy-looking. I recommend going here, it is just as good as High Park.

Diana Lymar

Amazing place, good for having a picnic, walk or get colorful pictures

Manny Gamalinda

Excellent for nature / garden walks. Yearly events including free concerts (summer), farmers markets. A must for engagement and wedding pics.

Awesome spot to go for a nice date or even for just a summer stroll. There's a small shop there to get ice cream or other snacks (they take debit/credit) and relax. Also make sure to enjoy the sheer amount of bumblebees around the garden!

Yvonne Chiu

Went yesterday and spotted a heron in the Wilket Creek park area. Rhododendron Is pretty much over but peonies are in bloom.

Lovely place within city limits to take a stroll and nicely connected to other trails.

Hayden Lam

The garden has plenty of trails to explore and enjoy! There are an abundance of paved paths, but also dirt paths to explore. There are many types of plants and have super pleasant smells! Parking is 2.50$ per hour and there are restaurant washrooms nearby at Edwards Gardens.

Linda Forster

Wonderful gardens. So many places to walk and see. Excellent specimens and always something going on.

Carrie Ann T

We saw a hummingbird there today! Wouldn’t have noticed him if there wasn’t a professional photographer being immensely still to capture its beauty. They really do float! Loved watching the bees work tirelessly around the flowers. So many different types of lovely blooms to soak in. Also saw a cardinal, some ducks, and chipmunks. Nice long walk with places to sit for a rest.

Abrahim Farah

Always a nice place to visit. Need some touch ups.

Roland Boswell

Went back for the final day of the ZimSculp exhibition. Was also able to take a walk thru the gardens and to go thru the trails.

Priscila Lo

Beautiful place! Very flowery!

J.Z C

Beautiful garden park. $2.50 per hour paid parking in force. All seasons the garden beds are well maintained. They even have a vegetable garden and tropical trees and plants. Some are very fragrant especially in the early evening.

Demi Vachon

This garden is a gem in the city. What a wonderful treat to be able to escape all the business and noise in such a peaceful and beautiful place. All the different gardens within are worth the walk. The small cost is worth it for the visit. So good in both the summer and winter seasons. Looking forward to it being open longer hours again so we can visit in the spring and fall also. Good to bring a water bottle, even a picnic for the park area! Would recommend this place for families and friends who are looking to spend a whole day.

Monica Ma

Surprised to see the beautiful flowers at this time of the year (Oct 16). Very pretty and garden well maintained
