It is a beautiful park. The autum colours helped. The trail seems well maintained and it is pretty flat. There were tons of families with little wagons. Not sure if I would call it wheelchair accessible thou.

In itself, it's a great park and well maintained lately. Although it often seems over crowded and I see too many visitors trying to feed the wildlife for their pictures.

Watch for ticks. But other then that, it's good for a walk with the family. You can get good photos done here too.

Melanie Fish

Great natural environment for kids to learn!

Sambath Kumaar

The main trail is a short one but to experience the deeper parts of the woods, you gotta take the longer trail. Deers are frequent roamers in this part of the woods. They are friendly mostly and people feed them occasionally too (which is not recommended I'm sure). 200 years or so older trees makes a walk among them quite meaningful and peaceful.

Mark Smith

A slice of nature right in our midst. A grand way to spend time walking the trails or viewing wildlife like deer and a broad assortment of birds.

Anna May

Most trails were closed off..messy..the paths were barely visible..needs an upgrade..

You would think that things would slow down, but regularly 9 to 10 does and bucks are ready to come close and be fed, preferring carrots and apples. Shout out to WalMart for dollar bags. Recently Greater Horned Owls have been heard and seen best before 8am. A Coopers Hawk visit too setting off the sparrows in a noisy frenzy at the bushes around the feeding centre.

I almost don't want to tell you how nice this local gem is. Bring your family and a picnick, or walk the trails on your own. We always catch a glimpse of local wildlife.

Steven S

So much has been changed since I was there last, parking lot closed and overgrown, pathways were left to be taken over by weeds, favorite thing to do was walk around the 2 ponds and wildlife watch this is now I possible other then the boardwalk. With that said it IS still a beautiful park to take the entire family out to enjoy the deer and scenery none the less.

This is such a neat park! The fall colors here are absolutely beautiful, and all the nature is so stunning! Feeding the birds is a memory I will never forget. I know, some people go, ahhh you shouldn't feed the birds! It's bad for them! But I think that the birds enjoy it. They can find plenty of food either way, and feeding them is a great way for future generations to learn how to appreciate nature and respect it, as in today's society we have an issue with that. Either way, here's some fun pictures!

It is a beautiful trail for walking/hiking. You can finish one of the loops in 16 minutes. Perfect during spring. Cute pond. Perfect in the summer time as the trees can give the perfect shade. However, it is not crazy challenging but you can make it one if you want to.

The information on the website about working hours are misleading they open at 10 AM close the office at 5 PM but the door actually close at 8 PM and you don't have to follow the working hours unless you need their help

Courtney Gifford

If you want to see birds, deer, and pheasants this is the place to go. There's bats, a walkway along the pond and paved and unpaved trails. Its a local favourite for dog owners. Many of the deer are tame and you can feed them. They'll walk right up to you. Its very important to protect these wild life preserves for everyones enjoyment. Ojibway and Malden are beautiful must sees for anyone local or visiting the area.
