Nice and quiet!

Went during London farms family day. $3 entry fee Cute little event perfect place to bring kids for a short day event. Easy to see that staff enjoy their jobs and are very enthusiastic. Would drop by again next years to see the petting zoo.

Dave Steventon

A visit to this house and landscaped grounds is free. Afternoon tea in the farmhouse is a special treat. The afternoon high tea comes with plates loaded with tasty morsels of food and with copious quantities of the special London blend of tea. Food quality and attentive service well worth the reasonable price charged.

A most go for a Sunday tea party with close friends.

I couldn't post the other pictures because my family members were in it but there was the main house (which was closed at the time I visited and would reopen June 1), a beautiful, large wooden gazebo, a chicken farm, a large bench under vine trellises, and a large display of a variety of old farm equipment. The main house was a tea house but we couldn't go inside because, once again, it was closed. If you walk about a few hundred meters away from the farm, there is a massive, hand-planted garden; we talked to the elderly owner and he was very nice and open to questions!

Eric Choi

Not much to see but it's still nice to walk around

A charming daytrip choice for London House Tea. On Dyke Rd. between Richmond and Steveston, BC

The farm is always beautiful, with different things blooming throughout the spring and summer. Today I went for my first tea in the tea room, and everything from the antique cups to the scone and desserts was perfectly delightful.

London Heritage Farm is still a nice place to visit during Covid 19, though the tea house is not available. I enjoyed the heritage views and atmosphere there and took some pretty photos.

Good afternoon tea. Very nice old heritage building. Friendly, but a little bit slow service. The actual afternoon tea is as so often is not very much and more like some snacks. We really liked the atmosphere, so definitely worth going.

Trisha Barbarona

The themed tea is great and the homemade goodies are amazing every week. I visit every Sunday.

June Daniels

A fantastic place for high tea! Can get busy, so the best idea is to try to reserve a spot, even if you’re only calling in advance of 30 minutes they try to be accommodating. The tea itself isn’t a meal, but a nice little snack with tea and hopefully good company. Better for older kids, the building has beautiful rooms set up in a historical way but they are off limits, so any young children would need to be supervised.

Behyar Yassan

Great place for family in Holliday's seasons

Beautiful place to visit

Katie Green (awesomejeka)

It's best to come here for afternoon tea and a casual walk around the property.

GritGuide 604

Love love this place, a hidden gem and can only truly be appreciated by the locals. We have had many tea times, jazz and blue grass in the summer and even had my children learned how to churn butter during festivals. But best for its charming museum and luscious green surroundings.

Jonathan Polak

Great afternoon for kids here. You can even pick some pears

kellie Broderick

Beautiful gardens and grounds..the upgrades done are great.

Hilary Miller

Went here for a wedding. Beautiful venue. I'm ready to get divorced and remarried just so I can do it here.

Steve Morgan

Lovely spot for tea. One can walk around and visit a bit of the farm here. It is pleasant but not very extensive. You’ll get a chance to see some chickens roaming in their coop, some bees being kept in hives, and some community gardens.

Helen Edley

This as a lovely place to explore while finding the onsite geocache. It is so great to see this farm so well preserved for generations to enjoy.

Stephen Willey

A really interesting and pretty farm that came as an interesting aside while riding along the coast. The walk around inside reminded me of my nan's house back home :-)

Real working roofer was hard at work in a real nice place to walk around and show my kids how hard but rewarding farm life could be.

Jenney Lin

Ricky Fok

Nice place to relax and enjoy our nature in the heart of the city

Eidan Alghamdi

It is a nice place to rset or walk on the trail by the water and watch the sunset

Aleisha Fazekas

Such a disappointment! Don't waste your time here! I tried booking high tea for a birthday one month in advance and was given the run around for 3 weeks before finally they did not honor the reservation. I had to send 3 emails during this time because they will not take a reservation over the phone but when I didn't receive a confirmation I called back and was told they were having computer problems so resend an email reservation request. I did this 3 times before finally 3 weeks later they said sorry too bad they were booked on the day I was looking for. However they were not booked 3 weeks prior when I initially tried to make the reservation by both phone and email. Absolutely no attempt to remedy this terrible customer service experience! I was initially so excited to go here but will definitely not waste a second more of my time on this place.

Super cute place for afternoon tea!! Came here on mother's day and because we were a party of 6 we got seated in the Parlour Room - best seat in the house! Afternoon tea is only $14, which is an amazing deal and personally I prefer that the amount of food as it is more like a snack than a full blown meal. The tea was so good we bought a few packs to take home with us. There was also a cute little plant sale going on and an option to buy some organic eggs. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. The food was really good the scones were amazing! Would definitely come back again. Loved that we were sitting inside a Heritage House where you could go wander around to see the various rooms that are on display. It's a very different experience than your regular high tea destination. My family and I have never been to this part of Steveston before so it was quite nice to discover another part of Metro Vancouver ????

A beautiful heritage farm, great for photos and a little exploration. Not a lot to this place, with a small/medium flower garden, farmhouse/gift shop, barn, chicken coop, and community garden, but a nice local place to visit

Mitch Clarke

The Heritage Setting takes you back in time... What a beautiful setting! The buildings are very well maintained, the grounds are so refreshing to enjoy and the heritage setting takes you back in time when things were so different. It was so nice to meet you late Thursday afternoon July 19, 2017. What an unexpected surprise! This staff is so warm and inviting I felt like I was visiting with long time friends while drinking tea and enjoying a delectable scone and baked chocolate goody. I am looking forward to conducting a wedding on Saturday July 22 and the possibility of seeing you good folks again.

We were unable to enter the buildings because they are only open to the public on weekends. It didn't matter, the grounds are wonderful. Beautiful gardens, the chickens where out and running around. Old fruit trees scattered around the property. There was a community garden in the back corner which added a beautiful scent to the area. Information boards helped to explain the farm and the family that had owned the farm.

Sam L

Nice place for tea.

Eddie Wong

Nice place to visit... Always spare some time to taste their tea and scone

Xenotine

Great park, clean washroom. They used to sell english tea here.

Sophea Van

Well maintain, you can sit down and some tea, which is very nice. And one of the rooms was very spooky when looked in or walk pass it.

The farm need more information as pictures, photos with description to arise people's interest & maintain to a better condition.

Resa Lucow

They really need a coat rack!

K

It has a decent high tea option for a good price. It is a bit out of the way, and you have to drive here, but it is quite nice.

Gordon Manke

Was there for door repair

L L

Such a beautiful place at the edge if the city!!

Gordon Marsden

This farm is amazing, I really would like to know about the cedar trees. Why are they in perfectly straight rows?

Crystal Ren

(Translated) A courtyard run by volunteers, by the Feisha River, is said to have been donated to the government by the owner. There is an old villa inside, offering Western refreshments on weekends. There are some fruit trees in the yard and some small plots for people to grow their own plants and vegetables. There are public restrooms. From time to time, some tourists hang out.

Derek DeGear

A great place to take my parents while we were exploring Richmond and the Fraser river.

Grace Tuazon

Takes you back in time; reasonably priced high tea and great customer service. One of Richmond's hidden gem. Loved the freshly baked scones. A great place relax, and catch up with friends and family.

Sandra Wadden

Walked past. Never been in

michael&chrissy miele

Nice quiet historic farm house. Decent sized grounds with some of the old heritage equipment still on site. Sometimes they do tea check the schedule for times.

Sayeeda Noorani

Big farm. Lots of trees. We went apple and pear picking 4 the Food bank. It was a great outdoor environment for children. The scenery is incredible. They also serve high noon tea. It's great to see a farm and the history behind it's conception.

Olivia

Great little museum off the beaten track. Interesting look into life a century ago in the area. Lots of farm equipment and a lovely farmhouse with period rooms, clothing and household items. Also a great tea shop.

Allan Coo

Relaxing place to visit

Sheraton Wu

Interesting place for high tea

Sheri Willis

I love this place ...its a great safe environment where you can make friends with tourists and gardeners and I love the caretakers and their baby ... really make you feel at home ... at times you can find me painting at the picnic tables and if I have enough supplies I share ...I started cutting cardboard boxes and reusing them to paint on .. better for the environment...smile

Mo Jahromi

Must see!

Jake Charles

The area is beautiful. We had a nice walk round the farm and had a picnic in the gazebo.

RJ & Jessica Miyagawa

Beautiful outdoor venue that provides simple tents, chairs, tables, a gazebo, and incredible views (gardens, heritage house, riverfront across the road) for our wedding. The staff is really helpful and although the summer event staff does seem to change year to year due to employment being through Canada Summer Jobs grants for students, everyone I dealt with was wonderful and everything went off without a hitch on our big day. We chose a simpler style, but you could bring in your own tents, a/v, lighting, etc. and make it as extravagant as you like.

Isla Steele

Great place to have lunch outdoor s

Norma-Jean McLeod

Really nice ambiance, lovely baked goods.

Jonathan Freund

Nice atmosphere, but very limited seating. The tea was worth the wait.

Mocha Chan

Walk by and visit is ok, do not plan as part of the trip, will disappoint you. It is not big and a lot of these farms in that area

Alex “Elephant” Chan

Rather small and not much to see. Would like to try afternoon tea at the tea house

Pixie City

This isn’t my Favourite tea room, anymore, because it is GONE! We cAME here 3-4 times a year. They just knEW tea - served in china with scones, jam, and ever-changing baking. The people serving were so nice. Like REALLY NICE. I can’t believe I never thought to write a review before. ????
