The worst customer service ever! The owner don’t know any manners. Tried to return/exchange the item that was the wrong size. On the package it says size 11, but it’s clearly size 10. He didn’t even listen, didn’t try to make it work. Said that it must be the original packaging. But on the website it says there’s 15% fee if it’s not in the original packaging. You should know what you selling. And you should learn the customer service.

I recently discovered this gem in Vancouver. If you use beads and alot of them you have to check out this store. It's wholesale so there's a $50 minimum spend. But if you use these then that's easy to accomplish. I could spend so long in here. Every time of bead imaginable. The owner is so friendly and helpful.

I wonder how many customers you lose with your $50 minimum purchase? I would shop here regularly if I didn't have to spend $50 each time. Sometimes you only need a few things and it would be nice to be able to just grab a few items at a time.

i was greeted at this store with a "the minimum purchase is $50 here" which basically meant "what's a brown person like you doing in this store?". the white old male told me to check my backpack at the front and then later followed me around, breathing down my neck as i looked at a diverse array of beads. i asked him "is this how you treat all your customers?" a welcome racial profiling at a craft store. #vancouver

New owners are very nice, they are reaching out to the indigenous beading community with coupons and nice gifts, which is so considerate and kind. There is no buying minimum and it's a great selection with competitive prices.

I love this place so much. It's wholesale purchasing so there is a minimum purchase and you can't go in there for just one thing. There are bulk discounts though. Beadaholics- this is the second best bead store I have ever been in and I'm sure you'll love it too.

I've had the pleasure of both in-house shopping and online ordering from Beazu. The in store experience will take you at least an hour to browse their available product, and you'll likely have no difficulties meeting their $50 minimum spend requirement. When you enter, you'll be asked to load any bags into lockers, with the key provided, and will likely be asked to shop with a basket. With such an expansive warehouse, it's clear that theft-prevention measures need to be put in place, so I was happy to abide by their requests. There is a huge array of product - all types of beads imaginable, threads in sizes and colours and quantities of all sorts, trays and display jewelry, storage and carrying options and more. Their chain selection and Swarovski selection are quite limited with only chunky chain and non-flatbacks available. What I could find in flatback and small gauge chain were all in highly limited quantities and styles. You get a discount the more you spend, and can order online for pickup in store for a faster checkout time. Their online store is currently undergoing some changes, but they make the webpage all the more shoppable. Any issues with ordering I underwent were quickly solved by their customer service team. Likely the most affordable place in the city to buy beads.

Incredibly rude (shipper/receiver?). Be VERY careful where you park on their opening days (which aren't numerous anyway and should probably be common sense but I was in a pinch and given misinformation by another party, which I calmly explained). Where a kind request would have sufficed he chose to lose his mind and be incredibly volatile. I was so excited to see this place as I spend a large amount on jewelry supplies but had never been, and now I absolutely never will.

Huge selection of all different kind of beads and jewelry making supplies. You could spend hours looking. Staff are super helpful and friendly as well! Docking one star as there were a couple of people not wearing masks in the store (not sure if they were staff or customers) but that made me feel quite uncomfortable especially considering the mandatory mask rule now in place.

Horrible customer service, the staff are rude and refuse to let me talk to the owner. They language skills are low to the point that the girl could only say "this wholesale only, we need to eat" which made no sense to what I was asking. Really disappoint to see a business that doesn't hear their customer or have the inside to create a dialogue with them and provide solutions.

So my 1 hour birthday excursion was 30 mins. What a wonderful store, located near the Olympic village in Vancouver BC friendly staff, 2 people in the store. And distance shopping. The husband and wife team are so friendly. And humorous to listen to. While they kept cleaning everything over and over again. All the while telling you what is on sale and so very helpful.
