Best pet stores in North Bay. It's locally owned and the owners are great with the costumes. I don't buy my pet supplies anywhere else from my rats to my 13 year old dashound.

This pet store is a joke, the owner is rude and his female manager is worse, rude with customers and more so with staff. I've attempted to rescue fish from there several times and get the runaround every time, if something isn't for sale it shouldn't be on display. A third of their fish are never for sale, nice business model There's always dead fish floating around so I'm sure the ones i'm trying to save suffer the same. Once i attempted to buy an animal and the owner said " I don't have time for this" nice customer service, I've spent thousands of dollars in there over the years but they won't get another cent from me. thank god for Petsmart. The pet valu on Lakeshore is fine.

Clean, well situated and very helpful staff. On my recent visit to North Bay I popped in to get some things for my pups. They had everything I was looking for. Some of the prices were a little more than PetSmart so keep an eye out. Overall good location

Was at Pet Valu yesturday for my dog grooming was not happy her bath was not done her face was not done right her ears was badly cut and inside her ears was not trim I cry when I got home I will not go there again even her body was not the summer cut I got pictures of her ????????

I stood at the till for about three minutes, with no acknowledgement from the two associates who I made eye contact with (there were 4 associates total behind the cash desk area). I had to go out of my way to ask to purchase my item... The associates are there to make their hourly wage, not to serve or help customers. Put the customer first and maybe I will consider coming back. Global pet foods across the street actually cares about the people spending money there.

Good place kind of like a zoo for the big kids 2 that Turtle they have so big makes you wonder how old it really is apparently raw food is much better for cats than dry little bit more expensive that can cefaly prevent urinary tract infection especially in male cats so I was told

Staff on both sides of the store are very helpful and nice. They have a whole range of pet food, treats, frozen food, accessories and grooming. They have also live fish and limited plants when available. I love shopping here.

I would give them a five star but some times i go in and get wax worms and half them are dead.. ( i bought two containers of wax worms i had to go through them just to find a couple live ones.. Now i have to give some to two of my bearded dragons and a couple to my leopard gecko) other then that i like this store

Tonight I was totally disatisfied with the grooming my dog received. I miss Tadjana as she was the best dog groomer by far. Will look elsewhere for proper groomers. Not recommending this Pet Value at all.????

I go here all the time. Their selection of fish and pet toys and food is great. I bring my beagle so he can pick which toy he likes best. I always enjoy going to Pet Valu and seeing all the animals they have there. You're awesome!

This place deserves ZERO stars. The old grumpy bald guy who feeds the fish in the back was very disrespectful. I asked him a question and was given a rude response, then my friend responded nicely making a joke back and he snapped once again. I responded saying ok you can go now because he was making us uncomfortable and he turned back around walked very close to us, kept pulling his mask off and told us to be more respectful and watch who we were talking to. Ive never felt so uncomfortable. Those poor animals also had poor living conditions.

Would only go back if I have no other options, bad service from a young woman Jessica. Sorry to say that, but I go to places that have worker's who respects their costumers. Not sure if it was a bad day for her, if so she should have stayed home. I was in a really good mood until I went there.
