I would like to thank you and your team for sending the flowers to my sister for her 50th birthday. She got them on time and commented on how fragrant they were. Thank you for arranging such beautiful flowers. They were a wonderful surprise for her!!

On September 17 th at approximately 1:30pm we visited this shop. My mom (88) was looking for flowers for her son that had just past. She was looking for a dried arrangements and needed it for the next day.. When we asked for service, we were offered none. Three workers were present and were busy chatting at the back, went she had no time to trow something together for us. When we inquired about the price, she quickly replied " it's very expensive" We decided to walk out as we would not be helped as not enough notice was given. We immediately went to North Bay, not only were they extremely compassionate to the situation, they catheter to my mom's special request. We left with two beautiful large bouques and could not have been happier with their service. We shall NEVER return to the Sturgeon flower shop. Sincerely Denise and Luc River
