Have been going up there with my family for over 35 years. Never had a problem. Loved the previous two owners. These new owners are very unprofessional and were rude with our family and our friend. For example checkout is 10 00 and they were knocking angrily at our door at 10 01 telling us checkout is at 10 00. We were just moving everything out of the cottage. We LOVED Stan and Anita and John and Nicole (previous owners). We used to say bye with hugs and tears. This time we left shocked and disappointed. Needless to say we will not go back until these owners are replaced.
