I love Lesters Farm! Always fresh, grown on site veggies and fruits. Fresh farm eggs and a HUGE selection of plants in their greenhouses. Friendly staff and a nice place to take the family for a visit as they have some animals on site for the kids and adults to feed and see. In the fall they have a very cool corn maze and activities for the whole family. Absolutely recommend!

On the upside, Lester's Farm Market offers really fresh and good quality locally grown produce, confections, manufactured and baked goods. Staff are super friendly and follow Health Canada and provincial regulations for their staff and customers. We like to support locally grown and sold produce through local channels, which strengthens the local economy, kudos on that front. In general quality is really good, we stopped to look around and get some herbs and produce, good shopping experience. The place was bustling with customers of all ages, and given the seasons... Everything was cinnamon and pumpkin spice themed. We will definitely drop by on a purposeful shopping trip in order to further gauge pricing that at a first glance seemed high, though that would make sense of they're supporting local producers and if they're actually paying fair salaries... Will update once we have a better opportunity to compare.

Fun for the family and the animals are nice and open pens for them to play and eat, the choice for pumpkins was huge and lots of homemade items and goods to purchase inside, from deserts to jams. The pumpkins were 14 dollars and spoiled in 3 days, certainly would tell people to avoid such a pricey and low quality pumpkin then.

Fantastic fresh food, and the best prices in town. They have tons of animals for the kids, ice cream during the summer, and a corn maze at Halloween. Expect to spend some time on the grounds while you're here, so dress appropriately

Great spot to take the children. No entrance fees and there are a lot of animals to look at and pet. They sell their own produce but no meat. There is an onsite food truck and a small ice cream bar.

There's no admission to see the animals, and animal feed is available for 1.00 at the market indoors. There's usually a great variety of produce and baked goods, but the prices aren't terrific, quite expensive for what it is.

They have delicious fresh bread baked daily. A great place to get fresh fruit ans vegetables during the summer months. If you're feeling adventurous, you may also want to pick your own strawberries here, which can be a fun outting. The fry truck is also a nice treat to round out your day. Small fee will get you into the family fun area, where there is a corn maze, sandbox with play equipment for kids, no left turn maze, tire maze, slide, pull wagons/ride on tracter, sunflower u-pick, corn u-pick, and tractor ride. Also, food truck on site and fresh veggies, cookies and breads available inside.

Went to Lester's having been truly disappointed with the new "Community" Market that recently opened in St. John's. I was blown away by the brilliant selection, oozing freshness, abundance of local product, great prices and stellar service. I inquired as to why they they weren't at the community market and was advised by the staff that they had been essentially disqualified because the are "too big"!? So much for "Community", well done Lester's, I'll be back.

We went to visit Lesters Farm in the Fall and had a great visit. The staff were very friendly. We picked up all of our veggies for Thanksgiving dinner and they were delicious.
