Waited a very long time for our takeout order despite there being a noticable lack of customers. Rather puzzling. Food was ok except fries that were soggy and limp.

Came to grab a bite with my aunt. I got a legendary burger with sweet potato fries (which are delicious btw) and a caesar salad. I also got a very berry frozen lemonade as well which was also pretty darn good. Service was great, our waiter was super friendly and came to check up on us a good amount of times. The food was pretty good and the establishment was practically sparkling. I tend to stray from White Spot but this one seems pretty solid.

It was 7-8 minutes to 3 pm I was hungry for breakfast! Everything they served was cold !! This was the 2nd time in a row we've gotten bad service :/ the waitress was gracious and asked if I wanted to send it back .. but my husband was sitting here with his food in front of him.. I tend to get snarley watching someone else eat while I'm starving!! The management took off the breakfast I still gave her a 20 dollar tip ????

Good food, great service. Happy hour was entirely happy. Got to the store @ 4 PM for happy hour with a couple of friends. Staff we all on top of their game. We had appys (6 in all) with beers and had great conversations. Staff joined into the repartee. Lot's of fun.

I don't know if it's because of Covid but it's a new menu and it's a poor one!!! No more Chicken pot pie, no more salmon dish... I'm very disappointed!! And the price went up, of course!! Better go to Old Spaghetti Factory with their "all included menu"!!! less than 30$ and you have a NY steak with a soup and an ice cream! (and bread/butter)

We've been to thia location a handful of times already and our experience has been usually good. Server today had a nice manner, prompt and attentive. The food was enjoyable and served fairly quickly. Extra thing I appreciate now, the spacious family bathroom and a changing table for my little one. :P

I love White Spot, especially this location. It's very close to where I live so it's convenient for me. Each time I eat here I have a great experience; the service is always quick and the staff are VERY kind. Today I had Anton seat me and he is just so polite and handsome, and I had Quinn serve me. He was funny and conversed with me and gave me really good service. My food was "spot" on (hahahhaha) I couldn't ask for better!!

This is the first time to give full stars to a White Spot restaurant. It might have been that we were there early, at 9 a.m., but service was great, food came promptly and all tasted yummy. Good job, Kensington!

Very disappointing with their portion size now. Burgers were small. It says 6 oz, but looked like 4 oz. The portion size of French Fries and Cole slaw are also very small. They do not justify the expensive menu price. I will not go there again!

Yum food, love the chair ???? but tables are too low for me. Personally like high table to put my elbow comfortably Food is nice, but burger bread was cold when served... only the meat was hot, that’s the main reason of the missing star. Overall good restaurant.

The servers were nice but kept forgetting things like water refills, requested napkins, fries refills. I think they must have had a minimum kitchen staff because despite not being very busy, our food took a while. The onion rings were huge and crispy but not over battered. The burgers were tasty and the gluten free buns were good quality.

Worst customer service, ordered curbside delivery that apparently you need to pick up in the restaurant. Kids working the front saying I don't know how the curbside works. they don't even read instructions. The Worst spot.
