I was looking for a dinner that was low carb, lower calorie and ordered the grilled halibut and prawns with vegetables and no potatoes. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The seafood was fresh and grilled perfectly as well as the vegetables. Very enjoyable meal and look forward to going back and having this again.

Came in on a weekday morning. Restaurant was empty. The server was attentive but also a bit rough around the edges. Breakfast food was made per order. Whitespot breakfasts are an institution. If you don't know why you need to ask for shredded hash browns you obviously haven't eaten here enough. No complaints. The chicken pot pies are also surprisingly good. (note this applies to all Whitespots as the good is consistent across restaurants).

As vegetarians we consider this one of the best veggie burgers in town out of all the chain restaraunts. It is made in house which is so hard to find because most places have the ones you buy from Costco and are all the same every where you go. You can also susitstute their veggie patty for any beef burger they have. Good job Whitespot.

We arrived and waited about 10 mins by the entrance, to the point where I had to go find someone to seat us down. The restaurant was pretty empty and meanwhile about 3 different employees walked past us and no one even acknowledged us by at least saying "someone will be with you shortly"; there was even a lineup at the door. We then got seated and the nice waitress took our order. This is where it went downhill: it had been about 35 minutes and our burgers weren't ready!! The waitress came over and apologized for the delay and assured us the food would be out shortly. By then, the table next to us, which had been seated AFTER us, got their food... Another 10 minutes went by and I told my group this was ridiculous and that we should leave. We got up and I asked to speak with the manager. The manager came over and I explained what happened; he apologized and told us the food would be on the house. I appreciate the fact that the manager gave us the food on the house to compensate for the issue. However, I don't think I'll be going back to that White Spot again.

Since this is a big chain, I figured I'd go there for a bite when I was around the area. I went with the standard hamburger as they claimed their burgers "legendary" and I was also curious about the Triple O's sauce. Well I don't know how they messed it up, but I paid the price afterwards. Had a stomach ache for the whole night. Service at 10:45 was too rushed. The abbreviated menu cause me pause. After the server explained that all of the White Spots were going to have this menu, I was offered the pancakes that were not on offer. The pancakes were not as spectacular, smaller less fluffy and different presentation, as I witnessed when I went to a different location with a friend last week. The server took my spoon when hurriedly clearing plate after I ate, so I needed to ask for another to stir my coffee. Altogether it was ok, but not White Spot. I'll stick to the independent places when I'm in the city and Starbucks for my coffee. Still all first world comments. Everything was clean and tasty. With noce people. I think I'm spoiled in the burbs now. ???? After 20 minutes my server saw me talking a picture, the one I just posted. She said do you want the machine? As I replied, "no I..." boom gone. Back with the coffee pot. So I was able to ask for a fresh cup as my coffee was cold and a spoon. Phew. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry, still my time is mine to choose how I spend it.

This is the best White Spot. I am critically Caucasian, so I would know. This place is huge and I have never had to wait for a table. The staff is keen and friendly. The floor manager is a pretty funny guy. Why wait in line for a pretentious Vancouver brunch when this place is just around the corner. They have some pretty decent scrambles now too.

Love love the burgers! the bottomless fries are the best. I always get the triple o' sauce on the side for extra kick. I highly recommend their Chicken Alfredo. Generous amount of chicken with creamy pasta. Always a great experience.

The food was good, service good but the hostess should learn not to put a screaming kid in an area that is empty with a single older gentleman when the restaurant was basically empty. I like children but not ones like this and it will make me think twice before going back.

Amazing food, and nice staff who were really friendly. Food was served pretty quickly, and was warm and tasty. The restaurant did a good job of having dividers between tables to meet COVID-19. standards, though perhaps they could have spread customers more tables apart. Otherwise, this location is a great White Spot.

I felt discriminated against when The evening floor manager "Beatrice" was treating my sister and I like we were going to run away without paying our bill. Was it because we are 2 native women from the DTES? Sure felt like it. But the Bartender Morgan was Awesome!! And makes one hell of a twisted bellini!!! Thanks Morgan!!

The best White Spot is at Richmond Center , I have been to White Spots all over the lower mainland and always come back to the Richmond Center one, the best service ever, went to the one at Oakridge didn't even get a glass of water in 20 minutes sitting down, not a soul came by in 30 min . Just left , wanting to speak to the manager coincidentally wasn't around

Good, simple food and a good price. Good place to bring kids or to stop for something easy and fairly quick. Fries are bottomless which is awesome, my one comment is that they do a fair bit of price-based promotions that can get a bit confusing. Friendly service and quick, tasty food were my main highlights.

Who doesn't love White Spot! Just wish all of the locations served shredded hashbrowns. Some only serve the smashbrowns but love the shredded ones more! Service is always friendly as well and the booths are heavenly. More restaurants need booths like White Spot!
