I always come here but the wait for my drink at this particular location is getting to be too much. Why don't they just streamline their systems. this location is unorganized than many other locations that I ve been to that is super busy but they still seem to satisfy customers. manager or owners need to up their game

Normally Starbucks baristas are the nicest and friendliest people, but this location is the first time I have ever seen such rude staff. I've tried to get my coffee from here multiple times, but everytime there is a barista rolling their eyes, not announcing the drink when its done and/or looking incredibly annoyed when I enter through the door. It's become uncomfortable to come to this location

What's in the Box?

Worst service of any Starbucks I go to. Try to avoid this place. Customer service is horrible and I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a tall dark coffee... No other location makes me wait for a drip coffee on mobile because they have 20 speciality drinks to make first. My beverage takes 15 to 30 seconds to pour but I am expected to wait 2 to 5 minutes time 20 drinks in front. Every other location, the cashier just pours it so I can leave and not take up limited standing room. When you say something to them, they just get nasty and actually yell at you in front of other customers. I have virtually given up on Starbucks due to cost and the horrible customer service that goes with it.

I went in today and there were FOUR people and no one acknowledge u or say hi even I was waiting at the counter already and they do see me coz I could see them I get u may be busy but honestly a simple acknowledgment goes a long way or at least ask why I was there. ( mobile order didnt need to take long ) During pandemic it’s already good to have four ppl working at same time given the size of the store but i guess they don’t care

The worst location I've been to. I hate saying that, but its true. The store isnt welcoming, and the workers seem to hate their job. There are flies everywhere inside and it felt dirty.While I was in line, this random guy invaded my space and tried to ask me for change. The staff yelled at him to leave, it all felt super uncomfortable for me.My coffee tasted ok, but I didnt feel comfortable staying in that enviroment. There are many other Starbucks in the area that are more what you'd expect from the brand. And they'll actually want you to be there!! Pro Tip:Just stay away.

Good friendly service with a smile. Usually fairly busy. I wish they'd bring back some comfy chairs as the ones they use now really aren't that great. But otherwise one of the better Starbucks.

Good service BUT very slow especially in the morning when everyone is running late for work, you have to wait for such a simple thing like coffee for 10 to 15 minutes because it's not the cashier who is making the coffee like other starbucks, they actually prepare the coffee you order as if it was a drink from the menu which makes any one have to wait for their coffee. I don't know why till now they are not putting the cream and cinnamon outside while they are already putting a board outside where anyone can hold the pen to write something which still not healthy in out time now.

Good coffee and snacks. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. There is now distanced indoor seating. So once again we can meet a friend for coffee.

I was at store to pickup uber order for customer. There is a lady working today@ 3:10 pm without name id on her. She was kind of way rude to help me even my order was ready for pickup. When i showed her the name of customer she was like u wait there and i waited for another ten minutes for the order that already sitting there for pickup and what i felt was that she was having hate for my race and i saw it for the first time at Starbucks. Please address this issue with your staff. If there were any option to less then one star for the customer service I would have given that

Wonderful to have a drivethru close to home now on Old Yale and South Frasier Way! Used to have to go to McCallum to get a drive thru order. The Oatmilk Latte was good

Great location with a really well maintained space. Always clean and staff are upbeat and efficient. Part of a larger shopping complex so can get very busy at times and quite loud, but the good part is that means plenty of free parking around. Washrooms are clean and small, but they have 3 so less chance of that awkward washroom wait. Place is also quite crowded but overall a nice hangout spot and great place to grab your coffee and go.

Still a line up out the door when there were six staff members behind the counter. Staff does nothing to inforce social distancing or mask usage. Staff can't be bothered to spell someone's name right even if you spell it out for them

One of my new favourite sortes I go to very good people working there best staff I have witnessed in many locations so friendly because of them I give five stars and I hope the owner give them some bonus for their great job

This location is constantly messing up their orders. I always regret coming here. Long waits even if it is full staff and an empty store. Today they used dairy milk instead of soy which I paid for. They remade the drink but once I got home I noticed this clumpy stuff in the bottom of my drink. Won't be returning.

This Starbucks opens early enough on weekends (5:30 on Saturday and 6:00 on Sundays) that I am able to get coffee before errands. The staff here are absolutely wonderful and remember nes and orders of many of the regular customers. Always makes me feel valued and they bring my mood up even if I am grumpy or sad. Thanks to all of the weekend morning staff!

This is the closest Starbucks to me since I moved nearby last November. I go here so often and I really like the friendly staff. Since my work hours have changed, and the pandemic started, I am noticing more and more issues with mobile order. The store still needs to figure out a way to work out their mobile order line up. They have 2 line ups outside - one for mobile and one for ordering. The line allowance for ordering inside is much longer than mobile order. So at a given time, there are max 2 people inside the store waiting for mobile order, and over 10 people waiting for their store order. I noticed a huge stack of mobile orders just sitting on the counter because no one is calling out names on a timely manner for them. That stack of mobile orders probably belonged to the 8 people waiting outside. It's happen to me more than a few times already where I have been standing inside or outside for an average of 10min for my mobile order. Take today for example, I ordered my drink at 8:38am. When I arrived to the Starbucks at 8:46am, I saw my drink on the table but I couldn't go in. By the time I got in and waited some more, it was 8:58am by the time she called my name. Through this experience, I figure it is better for you to not do mobile order because either way you have to wait, and your mobile order becomes luke warm by the time you get it. May as well wait in the in store ordering line and get a hot drink. But everyone should allot a good amount of time in the mornings at this Starbucks. If I have a suggestion, they should have someone at the front for the busy morning's mobile orders. Other Starbucks have done so with a mini table/booth at the front to bring out orders for customers who are waiting for their mobile order and they put the drink on the table so that the customer can pick it up and leave. This is not only contactless, but the mobile order customers don't need to go into the store, creating more social distancing. Cheers to the New Holiday Cups!

I used to work at Starbucks. I understand it gets busy but with 3 baristas makers waiting 15 minutes being 4th in line is too long. I get it isn't Frappi hour, but its taking too long to make 2 lattes. Second concern is that I've seen the line have up to seven people waiting in it while waiting for my drinks and none of the employees said anything when the sign on the door said no more than 4. The covid pandemic is a serious issue. If the young staff members won't take the precautions that have been put in place to keep the employees and customers safe seriously then my family and i refuse to step foot in another Starbucks. Third and final thing is I watched multiple customers walking up to the counter having asking for their orders instead of staff calling out the names.

Got an Uber Eats Matcha Frappucino, super tasty! However, unfortunately it was melted by the time it arrived which I can't fault Starbucks for.

They are the slowest service for miles. Don't go there if you want your order. I go to the Robson and Denman Starbucks much busier but they are very efficient. Mobile order takes for ever at highgate mall Kingsway starbucks. They should fire the manager.

Amazing food I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the tall iced caramel macchiato. Both tasted great. I really like the personalized touch they add when you order using Uber Eats ❤. Highly recommended ordering from this location.

All staff did a great job this evening during a very busy evening for the first Happy Hour of the season. The lady (I think her name was Jess) helping hand drinks out/keeping customers updated was very friendly. All, including baristas inside worked very hard and did a great job under probably a lot of stress.
