This Zoo belongs to the category of Farm shop.
A great farm to take young kids. Lots of chickens, few cows, and a nice small store with dairy, meat, prodcue, cookies and artisan stuff. Open saturdays 10-3 pm. and additional days in summer.
Family fun for everyone. Try the Hayride.
You can visit with th cows
Bought a small pumpkin for 7 bucks. And here is too small. Nothing to do except pumpkin patch.
An absolutely AMAZING place! Had my nephew's first birthday here with 40 plus guests and what an authentic and genuine pumpkin patch experience. Vast selection of pumpkins, extremely friendly and helpful staff, the kids loved the hayride and the cows and chickens. "Cooper" the farm pup was a fabulous host making an appearance everywhere. Affordable venue for a birthday party and a huge hit for the kids. Would highly recommend Rondriso Farms for family fun and genuine people. Thanks again for such an amazing day!
Lots of cute animals to visit and activities for kids. Good variety of pumpkins too.
We had such a great time at the Rondriso Farms and the patch yesterday. The staff was so friendly and polite and my kids loved the experience. They had all the covid protocols in place and there were hand washing stations everywhere. We will definitely come back once again this month.
Lots of pumpkins around fun 30 odd mins and reasonably priced ????
Great place for families in autumn
Great place to visit with children. Managed so very efficiently. Will visit again.
A refreshing change of pace from the busy pumpkin patches in Richmond or Maple Ridge. We usually go to Westham Island Farms but opted for something a little closer to home this year. The cost to visit was $5 per person to visit but the pumpkins were a very reasonable price and a variety of colours available. There are free run chickens and cows for the children to check out (with hand-washing stations and good distancing) The $2 hay ride was a hit with my littles and totally worth it.
The best pumpkin patch owned by the best people.
Cows, chickens and pumpkins. oh my! Very cool trip to the pumpkin patch with our small children. Leave your stroller at home and bring the baby in a carrier. Fresh eggs and a cool little veggie shop too. Will go again next year.
Such a wonderful Saturday spent at rondriso farm!! My nephew had such a blast on the tractor hay ride and meeting healthy happy farm animals Thank you rondriso farm for a beautiful family experience!
Good farm on high way
Enjoyed the Rondriso Pumpkin patch with my family today, thank you. Good atmosphere, kind staff, very fair price for the pumpkins. The pumpkins cost less then I expected. We also bought some nice eggs and a few treats from their general store. Thank you very much for nice family outing.
Nice
Who wouldn't want to have the freshest veggies possible, walk by the chickens who actually produce the eggs you use and eat meat that is ethically grown, etc? Of course in BC, it's not always possible to buy everything you want from a local farmer. You have to be a little more creative. But the end result is always delicious. I love going here. I had one of their farm baskets last year (12 weeks for $300 gave us more than we could handle for our family of 2. I canned, froze and pickled some of the excess. It was well worth it) Lovely family, great produce, good value!
Fun times at the pumpkin patch.
Small but beautiful
Nice place
Great spot and much closer than other pumpkin patches. The people were all friendly and helpful and the kids loved the cows and chickens!
Had a great time down in the pumpkin patch
Awesome place my mom and boyfriend and myself went here for some pumpkins! Staff is awesome. Cute little place, nice little farmers market store inside. I had a great time.
Our favorite annual pumpkin patch. Very friendly farmers selling their own quality farm grown foods.
Great experience for the family and pup
Cool pumpkins and a great hay ride down to the pumpkin patch!!! They also have a little store with carving kits, snacks, jams, jellies ect. And its affordable! See you next year!!
So much fun today at the farm! All the staffs are so nice and friendly, really good service! We had fun on the hayrides.. Lots of pumpkins and they looked invited to get them compared to others we visited before. Got some fresh vegetables and really delicious pepperoni sticks, you must try! Looking for pumpkin patch so RECOMMEND!!
Come every week. Friendly and great produce.
We had a great time picking out pumpkins with the grandkids. Lots of choice and the hay wagon ride was welcome especially after the little ones picked large pumpkins ;)
This pumpkin patch is one of the best we've visited. Our kids had fun looking at the chickens and feeding the cows. You have a choice of walking into the farm to pick up your pumpkin of choice or enjoy a hay ride for an additional cost of $2. Entrance fee for 3 yrs old and above as well as adults were $5 each. The cost of the pumpkins were reasonable ranging from $6-$11 each depending on the size. The small ones can also be purchased at $2/each or $10 per bag. We were also able to talk to the owner, Ron who was very warm and accommodating.
Not as fancy as the big patches, but family run, and perfect for a quick hayride and pumpkin hunt. The general store is well stocked.
Wonderful staff, affordable admission prices with free areas one can visit, including seeing cows and chickens. Their pumpkin patch is generally more diverse and interesting than some other locations in the lower mainland.
You can get a pumpkin from the grocery store or you can drop $10 and spend all day at a tourist trap pumpkin farm. OR, you can go here, pay no cover, go on a hayride, and pick pumpkins straight out of the patch without wasting the whole day.
I just went here for our pandemic Thanksgiving Day today with our two year old and I was very impressed with their Covid safety measures in place. We come here every year and I was quite worried about over crowding and no social distancing during Covid times, especially with kids running around. Instead, I saw the family who runs the farm has worked very hard to put all measures in place to make it as safe as possible. They even plexiglass the hay ride. The crowd control was good too as they had staff at gates and check points. The requirement for contact tracing check in read terrific so patrons can be briefed on the expectations and rules. Even their young staff were quite knowledgable with all the rules and were able to answer any concerns we had. I just wanted to tell you guys good job. My 2 year old loved the cows. I loved the little monsters sign by the chickens where I placed my child and took photos.
Just came from here yesterday with my small kids and we absolutely had a blast. Loved the hayride. People are very welcoming. Vast selection of pumpkins. It's the perfect place for a pumpkin patch. The entire experience was great.
(Translated) A lovely pumpkin farm. Very cheap prices. Good fun for kids and adults. …
This is a pretty small operation, we went there for a group event The farm has a hay ride out to the field and a few animals you can see. Not terribly much to do or see, but charming.
Pumpkin patch is awesome. The hayride to the field is fun for everyone and they have a number of pumpkin varieties that make the hunt more interesting. We buy beef from their farm market and love the quality and value.
Very nice, has a variety of pumpkins to choose from
Great place to visit with 9yr old or younger kids to see the hens, cows and horses in their natural habitat. The hay rides drawn by tractors take you to the pumpkin patch. You can buy big or small ???? pumpkins of all sizes. Easy 2-3 hrs spent with the family!!
Super cute general store that sells fresh local produce at good prices. What's not to love?
A great pumpkin patch! Lovely staff, and you can see they put a lot of effort and care into making it more covid-safe.
We had so much fun! Great experience for the whole family
Best farm North America.
We had a great time with our 2 year old. Lots to do and great photo ops.
This farm is so much fun for adults and kids. Staff is friendly and all the covid protocols made me feel very safe. I go there every year and it’s always a good time guaranteed. The pumpkin patch is great.Totally recommended.
Parking available on the streets if you can't find a spot inside. $5 per person to walk down the pumpkin patch (which I don't think is worth just for the walk) and $7 per person of you're taking the hay ride. It is almost $8 -$10 for a decent sized pumpkin, I'd rather buy it from save on foods where I can get it for $3.99. You can see chickens and cows which the children would enjoy.
Hi friend great place this is!
Being a first timer to a pick your pumkin patch, the folks here made it a really enjoyable experience. Up front pricing, friendly and courteous staff and a great selection of gourds for purchase. A small store with several small items for purchase, a chicken coupe and what looked to be a small petting zoo for kids. Reasonable pricing as well, 62 dollars for 9 pumpkins and tbt; 2 of those future jack-o-lanterns were a really good size. Thank you for the wonderful experience, I will certainly be returning here next year
Tons of pumpkins to choose from. All shapes and sizes and a few different colours too! They also have free range chickens and SPCA Certified beef cows.
Fabulous farm feel, friendly
Great farm run by wonderful people. Good for fresh produce, dairy and eggs. Lovely for kids to see the chickens and cows!
I loved that this pumpkin patch is so close to home and the prices are great. We got hay rides and small pumpkins for 5 of us for $21. I like that they also have fresh meat and eggs and preserves etc that you can buy since it is the general store as well. I was also shocked that when we went they still had lots of pumpkins. We went the weekend before Halloween!
Amazing experience! Friendly staff. Fun hay-ride out to the patch and the selection of pumpkins was amazing! Probably the best view of Mt Baker of any pumpkin patch that I’ve been to - really beautiful. Great family experience. Very highly recommended!
Great place to take the whole family, very educational and friendly staff
Great hay ride! Affordable prices! Excellent service! Had a wonderful time!
We love our the Rondriso Farms family. They offer quality produce, excellent customer service, and support our local food supply. The food always tastes so much better than factory farm food. We appreciate and value your hard work and supporting our community. You make a difference.
Great places to support local farmers! The pumpkins they have are beautiful and there is lots of options to choose from. They have normal pumpkins, white pumpkins, mini pumpkins, etc. The reason why I make it a tradition to come here every year is because they have a variety of sizes in pumpkins and you can pick the one that fits your needs. I like the option of the small pumpkins and mini pumpkins, I don't like buying oversized pumpkins from the grocery stores. They also have a barn full of cows and chicken. The cows are fun to pet and watch. Overall, the experience that they provide makes it worth it to go this farm every year.
Perfect little shop. Produce, farm fresh eggs and did I mention their corn. The corn is always great. Support local. We will be back.
Nice place for a family activity and for the kids.
Absolutely packed during COVID-19 pumpkin season. Most people not wearing masks. No real attempt to space people out or control traffic flows. Okay, it's outdoors, but we took a good look from the road and decided we'll try again next year.
Was fun thanks
It's a family run business that you absolutely want to support. Ron and Pam are great folks who are always so accommodating. ????
This place was the bees knees and I went with my friends in our thirties so I can only imagine what fun a child would have. There wasn't a booking time or tickets required prior to arrival which I loved as someone who isn't into time slots. We also drove from Vancouver as we were going to Coquitlam for the crystal falls walk and didn't want to be locked in to a schedule. There was a hay ride for $7, cows, chickens and this may surprise you, lots of pumpkins. The owner actually drove our tractor for the hay ride and was super lovely and chatty. He told us information on pumpkins and the farm (his brother owns one nextdoor). Our pumpkins were affordable ($3-$5) and it was just fun going around the patch to adopt your fav pumpkin. Lots of great photo opps too of course with a stunning back drop of mountains and farmland.
We had an amazing day here today???????? so pleased to see they are dog friendly and speaking of friendly the people that work here and amazing and the absolute most friendly people around, I will be telling everyone I know of my experience. Top notch ????????????????????????
Good pumpkin patch place.
Great place to visit with the kids with plenty of photo opportunities. A few barnyard animals, a tractor/hay ride to the patch, and even a general store. You can rent the back room for a private function as well...super cute!
Great place to buy locally grown food. Family owned and they are awesome folks
It's a decent place. Not a bad selection of pumpkins. It's $7 per person to ride the tractor down to the fields, or $5 per person if you walk. They didn't have any baked goods, which most of the other pumpkin farms I've gone to have, so that was a bit disappointing. Overall, this is a farm that also happens to sell some pumpkins.
Love this place. This is our 8th year and we love the family feel.
They are really a wonderful farm to visit with the kids in the pumpkin patch.
Our first pumpkin patch visit was great, and the family that owns the place made this experience a lot better. We came from North Delta and were stressed out about not being able to make it due to the traffic, but they didn't rush us at all. We got to take our time, took beautiful pictures, and even got to buy a little pumpkin to carve. The mother let us take a peak in the barn before they closed it up for the night. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!
I was expecting more animals and more activities to do there. But overall it was a good experience
The produce is beautiful and fresh, the eggs are the best and the family that runs it is honest, warm, and lovely.
Love his place!
My family and I really enjoyed the experience at farm. Very friendly staff and decent pricing. The hay ride was fun. The atsompshere was fantastic!!! Will return next year.
We tried this farm last weekend. Great place to spend time with young family member.
Great pumpkins and super friendly service
Lots of pumpkins
organic fruits and vegetables available fresh from the farm
Ron, Pam, and family work super hard to produce superior vegetables, eggs, and beef. Their farm shop has a great variety of seasonal crops as well as meats, locally produced soups, ice cream, and baked goods. Their CSA Produce Box is an excellent deal! It even includes local fruit, which my family really looks forward to. Spray free! My boys love to visit the cows and the chickens when we pick up our produce. Down to earth, friendly, good people.
Fun atmosphere - nice, family run farm.
Support local! Fabulous local products and really nice owners, easy to work with. Can't wait to visit.
Great place for the family. Lots of pumpkins, you can pick your own or buy one off the shelf. Hay rides and farm animals for the kids.
Nice pumpkin patch I guess. How do I review a pumpkin patch?
A wonderful family run farm with fresh produce, eggs, SPCA certified meats, and of course the pumpkin patch is a favorite! I have been taking my daughter there for years and she is now 15! The Tamis family makes it worth every penny spent as they go out of their way to make you feel at home!
Pumpkin patch is fun , staff very friendly.. pumpkins a bit over priced, the supermarket was 2 for $7 , here is was $6 for a little one Nice experience though
Friendly people.
Always a great experience
Nice small local farm.
Great family farm. Very friendly owners and staff. My daughter loves coming down there all the time.
Kids had fun !! Well maintained and friendly staff :) It was out first time at any pumpkin patch and we were not disappointed at all :) Kids also enjoyed their close up encounters with hen and cows
I found the farm by accident while I was driving by in surrey looking to buy some organic free ranch eggs but unfortunately they were out of them. However I just couldn't resist the freshness of their products and end up buying lots of good stuff. I love everything they had. It is fresh organic and yummy! I also noticed that they had pumpkin patch at this time of the year. I personally didn't try it but lots of people come special for it and it look like it is so much fun! I love this farm but location wise it is a bit hard to find. I wish they have more advertising panels so people can know about their location. They also provide unlimited time to spend in their farm with your kids and family checking the animals they have and playing with them. Parking is also available.
amazing and simple. we loved our experience here. it was wonderful first pumpkin patch experience for out toddler - it was not crazy busy, even for a beautiful fall day on the last Sunday of October before Halloween! and we are TOTALLY coming back here next year!
Friendly staff, lots of pumpkin. Love the scenery as well.
A great place to bring family. This family farm is so nice and friendly
Best eggs
Went there for our first ever pumpkin patch. The owners are really friendly. We enjoyed our afternoon. It was really a good experience
Great place to pick your own pumpkin! We spent the afternoon here, taking photos and searching for the perfect pumpkin. It was a bit of a commute for us, but totally worth it. Our daughter loved the chickens and cows. We left our stroller at home but brought our wagon, which worked out well. Our family chose this particular pumpkin patch because they are dog-friendly.
Really cute pumpkin patch. If you walk down to the pumpkin patch they charge you $5, but if you want to jump on the hayride it's an additional $2 on top of the $5. And the cost of the pumpkins is a separate charge. You can purchase pumpkins that are on palettes up by the main buildings if you don't want to go down to the patch. Price depends on size. Very basic, but fun for the kids. We enjoyed visiting the cows and the chickens. Very nice little store attached to the farm where you can pick up local products.
Fun spot to go check out chickens and cows at a well-run hobby farm. Beautiful produce store.
massive pumpkins. great trip for the kids
Had an absolutely brilliant time at the pumpkin patch yesterday. A very affordable, organized, clean, friendly, and family run operation. Very creative with thoughtful touches along the way. Also very safe and hygienic with proper covid protocol in place. Would definitely recommend checking it out and looking forward to next year.
The best kind of family fun! Spent a great morning at Rondriso Farms, it’s our second year in a row there. A very nice family run farm, the pumpkin patch and farm is very well put together, focussed on the pumpkin patch and animals. Well organized, nice staff, a great place to bring your family!
Awesome family farm. Very friendly owners and staff. Good value, local, sustainable, fresh produce.
Pleasant experience
Nice place. Been here a few years in a row now for the pumpkin patch. $21 for a family of three on the tractor ride
Beautiful pumpkin patch perfect for families, young kids and everyone in between! They have tractor rides, animals, a small market and of course pumpkins. Staff are all very friendly and helpful and cost friendly for families as well!
Beautiful, small, family owned and operated farm and pumpkin patch. 2 year going to this place for our pumpkins and it's not a tradition. Reasonably priced!
Saw one of the biggest pumpkins ever: 1150lb
Just a great country farm feel within the city Surrey! Complete with free hay ride and pumpkin for 4$ and up per person.Just an awesome family exp.
my kids loved it hanks for everything
Really nice people and awesome pumpkin patch
Excellent place, the owners are extremely nice, you can see the chickens and cows and take the hayride to pick up pumpkins or get the ones that are just ready to grab. They also sell grass fed meat, honestly very nice experience.
We had lots of fun there
Good
Wonderful experience. Very organized staff.
Fantastic. Cows good.
My family loves going here. We love the tractor rides to the pumpkin patch, picking our pumpkins, the animals, and the general store. It is a great little family run farm!
What a great experience! They had chickens and cows to visit and an amazing pumpkin patch! The staff were absolutely amazing and so was the store. Definitely recommend visiting.
Loved it. Small family owned farm. Less crowded like other pumpkin patches.
Best experience at a pumpkin patch one could have. Amazing prices on large pumpkins and the staff even went the extra mile and offered to take a family picture with our pumpkins. Not ridiculously busy, easy to find. Definitely coming back next year!
Incredibly knowledgeable and nice staff!
We went during the last weekend of October .enjoyed the tractor ride. However, most of the pumpkins in the field were squished but there were plenty of good ones in the store. The kids loved the cows and chickens too .
In the stable, they were not feeding two cows at all. Purposely pushing away the hay so they could reach the food. Poor cows were trying to eat. Went October 25 at 12:30 ish and a man was pushing it all away even when people tried to put some.
This is a great family run farm. It used to be hidden gem that not many people knew about but word has gotten around and its busier now. Even with it being busier its still a great place to get your pumpkins in October and fresh veggies in season.
You won't find food that's fresher or service that is more friendly!
Great place they have a little general store that dose produce and local meats. There super nice folks they always let my little girl visit the cows and chickens. We stop by regularly because there on our block and we have a nice visit the store is open weather it's pumpkin patch season or now.
Very tasty pumpkins
It was ok! Didnt go down to patch as it cost money and you must take truck provided. Store on site was pricey and nothing great in there.
Love this family run farm.
Great selection and careful with covid
Their farming ethics, small family run venture, and commitment to high quality food is rarely seen anymore. You can often visit the cows and chickens on site, be educated about sustainable and ethical farming practices and interact with a wonderful family. Just make sure to come during their store hours otherwise you might misd them. 3 generations still farm the land and you will never beat the taste of their nom-gmo sweet corn!! It goes so fast I've seen the tractor come up with cobs literally just picked and the bucket is emptied by salivating customers before the farmers can get it into the store. They offer a range of bc products that fall in line with their farming practices and many organic, non-spray or locally made products are available. Going to Rondriso farms is an experience and I look forward to every trip I make there. Can't wait for pumpkin patch season!
We came here a few years ago and we have returned every year. It's now a family tradition we all look forward to, even though our kids are all grown.
Well worth a visit
Very good
First time here and my family loved it! It's actually super close to home and no craziness! No crazy lines for parking, no admission fees, just simple family fun! My young daughter loved watching the chickens run around and I was intrigued by the spca certified cows. The pumpkins were beautiful, lots of great photo ops, too. Of course your hay wagon was a hit, and we all enjoyed tromping around the field looking for the perfect pumpkin. We will definitely be back next year! If you're looking for a simple place to find a pumpkin and have great fun with your family, check out Rondriso farms.
Friendly staff! So organized and clean my kids enjoyed a lot! I bought some organic vegetables and eggs. My kids had a chance to see cows and chickens.
Made a family visit here today for the pumpkin patch and everyone enjoyed it a great deal despite the inclement weather. A good variety of different looking pumpkins, the hay ride, and seeing the farm animals were enjoyed by the kids. Nicely organized and tidy as well but the best aspect would be the folks running the operation, super nice and great to talk to. Learned a lot of interesting things about the farm/farming from Kayden. Bought a bunch of food from the store, looking forward to trying the beef, etc. Would certainly recommend.
Farmer/owner was there and was extremely nice and friendly. The little store is bit pricey but it's all local or from BC. There's few different types of animals as well you can visit with. Kids loved petting the cows.
Amazing fresh fruit, vegetables and eggs
Very cool place to spend an afternoon and enjoy the local store. Great customer service!
Very family friendly. Hay rides are great, animals are fun to see, and they have the BEST pumpkins!! Definitely worth a visit!!
This is a family owned farm, and it is fantastic place to visit. The family is warm, friendly, and even eager to talk to their guests. This is a wonderful experience that I am glad to be able to take my family to.
Went there today and it was amazing. I love cows, they’re my fave animal and I was able to pet them. The owners son was in there talking to me and my fiancé about the cows. It was great. They are very nice. The pumpkin patch had lots of variety of pumpkins!
Great staff, very friendly! Pumpkins are very orange!!
Showed up on a Friday 8/25 because fb text said "open today", didn't notice was posted Thursday, which is the ONLY weekday they open. Went back Saturday 8/26/17 1:20pm for Face Book advertised "Our corn is in", no corn, someone was out picking, then noticed price $1 cob. Well around the corner at Two EE Market fresh Chilliwack corn 50 cents, on 64th Ave., kiosk on Bose Farm (their corn field right behind) 50 cents. WalMart (looks fresh/Chilliwack) 57 cents. No sale, need to be competitive.
Perfect little pumpkin patch with a hayride. Lots of assortment, and very friendly staff! Love stopping through to say hi to the animals, too
Great little farm that has a nice pumpkin patch. Location is convenient, there is plenty of parking and staff is very courteous and polite. Great place to take kids.
Family run farm with excellent quality Beef, vegetables, eggs and the best corn you will ever have...seriously!!
Good pumpkin patch with a hay ride and some farm animals. Well set-up with Covid prevention measures.
Great pumpkin patch.
Wow this place was awesome with the little store and fresh BC produce. Also scored some great ????
Great staff
Good pumpkin patch & pumpkins, not too busy. Super overpriced and awful tasting pumpkin pie.
Second time here. Staff is polite. Kids had fun on the hayride to the pumpkin patch and back.
Dog friendly. Lots of pumpkins to choose from.
By far the best place to get your pumpkins with tremendous varieties and sizes, activites for kids and to visit some farm animals. We had a wonderful visit!
