Lots of parking and good stocked selection of hard liquor. Beer selection could be a bit better, but this is probably because they need more fridges but are limited by space. staff are wonderful though and the store is always clean

I have been to this store on Saturday, October 10 and I was extremely disappointed and concerned to see that at least arround 90% of the staff were not using any kind of mask or face protection/coverage. It was so frustrating and outrageous for me to see a Organization directly related to the Government with a complete disregard for the public health and safety mainly now that we are facing the second wave of COVID. Additionally there was absolutely no control of how many customers were inside the store, neither the use of masks for customers or employees, feels just like business as usual, like nothing is going on. I just gave 3 stars because the store itself is good and has a very good range of products and offers, but if I would only consider health and safety protocols it would be way less than 1 star, if possible. ☹????????

Absolutely the best customer service at this liquor store. Every single time, doesn’t matter who’s at the cashier or if you need a hand, they are right there and go the extra mile. Great work everyone!!!!!

Lots of variety for beers and wine, the staff is also quite friendly. Dropped a star because they do not refrigerate any of the craft beers.

They do the best job I've seen so far at keeping organized lines and safe amounts of people inside. The store is always clean and well staffed. The staff has always been nice and hopeful. I always shop here and would recommend it to others.

Everything was okey. It is what you would expect from bc liquor store. The only reason for the 3 starts is that they have a very small cold section and they don't have a good beer selection that is in cold storage.

Yesterday I was there looking for a wine from Chile, however, the security was following me around the entire store, I felt very uncomfortable and when I was leaving I decided to buy an IPA. When I went to pay the cashier, she asked me for two documents BCID and my MSP documents, definitely felt very discriminated against. That's the worst experience in a Canadian store of my entire life.

Excellent helpful staff. The gentleman that helped me sort through their beer offering was knowledgeable and friendly. I was disappointed that they didn't have many combination boxes of craft beer styles I like but we spent a lot of time discussing the single bottle options.

Always good selection, and busy. It looks dreadful when you get to the parking lot with all the cars and people lined up. However, they manage this mess pretty well! I've never had to wait too long to get in and cash out.

I wish they kept the covid style single lineup at the checkouts. People will just come out of nowhere to grab the first checkout they see while I'm physical distancing.

I love this BCL. The staff are super friendly and helpful if you have any questions about product. This store is always well stocked too. During the past summer with capacity restrictions and unbearable heat, there were staff outside organizing an orderly line along the building out of the sun, communicating wait times for entry and chatting with customers. The only downside: the parking can be a problem during peak times so you may have to park down the side street and walk up the hill.

Always go to this store as I need a lot of help when buying liquor as I know nothing!! I go to the desk and tell the person there what I am looking for. They take me to the section of the store and start suggesting what is good and so far their selections have been well liked!! ????????????????

The store was very organized and the staff were nice and helpful. The sales are very obvious and signage is clear, which I appreciate. Especially the categorization of products such as "dry/semi dry/sweet" etc. which helped me find the right wine and sherry for cooking recipes.

One of the friendliest and most helpful BC Liquor stores that I have ever been to. Maybe it’s because it’s less busy than others or because management is great and treats staff well. Or maybe they just got really lucky with hiring wonderful people! Don’t be afraid to ask for help here – you will likely get service quick and be treated with respect.

Great selection, friendly staff. Parking lot is a bit of a downer, it is and L shape with a ramp on the small part of the L, so just be careful and don't bomb in.

Nice liquor store with a decent selection, just off the Central Valley Greenway. Could use more bike parking. There are only two spots and they were full, so I had to lock my bike to the shopping cart rack. If anyone else had come, they would have had to have locked up to the street signs some distance away. It's extra frustrating considering how much room there is in front of the store for more bike racks.

Maybe because of the hot weather, this store didn't have my favourite radler. I'm thinking that during the summer months, the liquor store should order more beverages that are popular in summer.

Quick to get in and quick to get out with this location since it is on the South side of East Broadway. Those who want something really special should go to the Cambie location near West 38th. If you just want some beer or wine and are not too picky, this place is a quick in and out.

Busy busy location. The place was hopping! Stood in line with 10 other people to get in. Once inside it was well organized and fully stocked. Staff was available and helpful. Parking lot is limited for access, so don't bring a large vehicle, if you do then park in the street. Not likely I would attend this location again.

Not super wide range in the cold zone, but always a few good singles to choose from in the til chillers. One of the better whiskey selections in my opinion, and a pretty good selection imported from Japan, Korea and China too. Craft beer selection is always good, with lots of local favorites.
