This was a great place to visit. Easy hiking and beautiful scenery. Parking lot is easy to navigate, trails are easy to follow. Make sure to take the time to have your shadow wave back at you over the Cascades! :)

Very nicely organized park. Good trails and a pretty river to enjoy. I wouldn't go far out of my way to visit but it's worth a stop if you're in T-Bay.

Nice place to go for a walk in nature close to town. The area of rapids and little waterfalls goes up quite a ways and there are a few different trail loops to walk also. The waterfalls are especially cool in spring or after a heavy rain. In summer you can swim in some of the pools and sit at the base of waterfalls for a natural massage.

They have a variety of trails. A nice place for a break and a stroll not far off the highway. Only disappointment was the amount of garbage on the trail.

Great place for a nature trail, riverside is kindy rocky but still very accessible. The river itself is nice and water is swimmable. I just hope they put on better signs at their trail, we got lost and had to go back to get to the trail that we want to take.

There are 3 trails you could use to get to the cascades but i suggest you use the Yellow trail. If you’re up for more adventure, follow the river upstream, just don’t get lost. The cascades is beautiful but the place is littered with trash.

Always a nice and beautiful place to take a walk. Has many trails and side trails, all of varying lengths. You can also connect to Trowbridge through the paths. Only downside was two big bags of McDonald's dumped out all over the grass at the entrance. Pretty shameful, take your garbage home.

Really well maintained trails including proper signage. It's too bad most of this gets vandalized quickly. Great views of the Current River and excellent spot in the summer to catch a tan.

Nice network of trails. Well marked. The yellow trail to the cascades is long enough for an adult to stretch her legs and short enough to be a good walk for a five year old. Kids, adults and dogs on leash will love scrambling over the rocks heading upstream along the rapids, in nice weather. Good spacious parking lot. No water. Outhouse is minimal and grotty but usable in an emergency. Long distance runners can head downstream to Centennial park, but you're on your own finding the connecting trails!

Great place for walks in summer and cross country skiing in winter. Has parking and restroom. Minutes from Thunder Bay Trails vary in length and difficulty and some are make for people with limited mobility. The Cascades themselves are a beautiful stretch of rock and rapids. Nice place to walk dogs but leashes are required

The Cascades Conservation Area has some nice trails that are not too technical but also not too flat. The trails connect to Trowbridge Falls and Centennial Park. The highlight of the area is the Cascade Falls and rapids, a beautiful water feature running between exposed rock on either side of the river. Unfortunately you have to be very careful because there is alot of broken glass on the rocks.

The Cascades trails are perfect in any season for hiking in natural beauty. The summer offers swimming holes but winter produces dangerous areas. Dogs are welcome but should be kept on a leash.

Great place for a hike or a swim (if you can handle the fast stream of water). There are five main hiking trails and the paths are marked on the trees. Just keep following the colour all the way. there is also a map at the begining of the hike to give u a better idea.

Beautiful conservation area. The trails are well maintained and easily marked. There is a map at the parking lot to help you decide which route you'd like to take. The Cascades themselves are breathtaking and worth the visit alone. It's extremely buggy however, so come prepared with proper clothes and bug spray.

Used to be great. Now anytime I go with my family the place is filled with drunk/stoned teens. Smashed glass everywhere once you get to the water. It’s a conservation area, not a party spot.

Nice little park but some of the markers are hidden so I got lost and had to do 2 trails instead of one. Still enjoyable though. The cascades were beautiful and I saw some people swimming. I went alone which is apparently not a good idea.
