Préparez-vous à avoir mal aux bras, beaucoup de virages et le karts n'ont pas de "power-steering" ;-)

First time tryimg out TAG. This is one hell of a facility! I went specifically for karting. The staff were organized and extremely helpful and friendly. Track and karts being everything worked really well. Karts were fast enough for the track. The up hills were a bit more of a struggle and track being new it was also very sticky or grippy. The only reason i gave four stars was for booking. The bookings are designed to maximize the amount of karts on the circuit at all sessions. So unfortunately my buddy and i got caught with a group who wasnt there to race but rather play bumper cars. Which caused a lot of yellow flags. Also since they dont have a membership type deal so it would get expensive to really want to practice on this track unless we join a league.

Incredibly clean and follows safety protocols for both COVID and personal injury. Staff looks young which means they are stimulating summer jobs and youth employment, big plus for us! The staff also is very good at knowing when to enforce rules and when to recognize simple fun. On a Sunday not many people there, way less people than we predicted. Overall we had an amazing weekend, probably the best of the summer. Bravo!

Today was my first time e-karting and I decided to pick this place because of the multi-tier karting course. With that being said, my stars are solely for the facilities and cleanliness. The lost stars are a result of poor customer service: 1) At the front desk, we arrived 3 minutes late from our reservation booking and the first welcome was "you are very late, you are supposed to arrive 15 minutes early". Unbeknownst to us, there was no information on the reservation email that 15 minutes late was a mandatory requirement when booking with Tag E karting. This is extremely poor customer service both in the handling of the situation, but most importantly in her tone. 2) Many of the staff seemed clueless, other than one lady at the race course. With that being said, the experience of karting itself was thoroughly enjoyed.

Really awesome karting place and amusement. 1) the staff is bilingual 2) super clean 3) lots to do from bowling, arcade, karting and food. The karting track is really interactive in all the different turns and is a lot of fun, it is also nice that there is a Jr tract so if your adults you wont get stuck with a bunch of kids. However if you don't yield to the blue flag and stop everyone from passing you it is equally annoying. Over all this place is better then action 500, which you get stuck racing with kiddos & for the price you get longer at Tag for the race.

Me and a group of 5 friends were having a carting day. We decided to go to TAG for our second track. As we waited for our turn, we played some bowling and had some beers. While there were lots of people and a decent waiting time, we didn’t reserve in advance so it was reasonable. When it came time for our karting, we were matched with 3 people who were ultimately not there for racing, but leisure riding in a kart. The track is fast but short, so it was nearly impossible to get a lap in without getting stuck behind one of them. After our karting, we voiced our issue since we didn’t really get to complete a single lap without having to slow down. The manager J.B. was very understanding of our issue and decided to give us a 5 minute (the usual is 8mins per session) re-run with just our group of 5 so that we could get some speed laps in. Lots of people, very hectic, but we explained our issue calmly and he really helped us out. Great guy, great solution. We didn’t need a refund, we just wanted some fast lap times! Would recommend, just reserve in advance if you don’t want to wait too much. Thanks J.B. !

My boyfriend said I don’t know anything about a red button, and one of the staff members said it was because of an accident that’s why my kart stopped. FABRICE, was very rude with us, saying he’s not gonna give us a refund because it was my boyfriends fault. The end of the result was he said finally he’ll give us a refund for boyfriends karts, he said it’ll take 2 business days. It’s been 5 days and no refund, I called them and a staff member said we can only give you 50% off next time you come. I said no I want the refund, so the director Angela comes on the phone, amazing person. Super nice, told me no problem we’ll get your refund right away, she told me it’ would be better to come in person to get it. Super good customer service from her, highly recommend more people like her there. FABRICE is not manager worthy, yelling at clients, being rude, and blaming the customer is the wrong way to fix it.

Quand nous sommes arrivés avant nos activités au restaurant, on nous dit que c'est complet pour toute la soirée pour des groupes de 25-35 personnes. J'étais vraiment en colère car nous avions demandé pour réservé, mais nous ne pouvions pas. Si vous ne prenez pas de réservation pour les petits groupes c'est correct, mais vous devez garder des tables, vous ne pouvez pas remplir votre restaurant à pleine capacité avec des gros groupes et ne pas prendre les réservations des petits groupes... Au courant de la soirée, nous avons vu d'autres personnes vivre la même situation que nous en arrivant au restaurant, des familles, des couples, etc. Et tout le monde était en colère... Nous avons ensuite eu un autre problème avec le bowling, une allée ne fonctionnait pas et il y avait du retard. Les 2 options proposées par l'employée, avec une attitude vraiment condescendante, étaient d'attendre 30 minutes pour avoir 1 allée 30 minutes, puisque nous avions une autre activité après, au lieu de 2 allées pendant 1 heure ou alors se faire rembourser... Finalement, nous avons parlé avec un gérant et il nous a arranger ça. Tout c'est bien terminé.

J'ai bien fait de demander un autre gérant car sinon je n'aurais jamais eu mon remboursement. Celui-ci était vraiment gentil avec nous et le service à l'accueil est excellent. Ils ont beaucoup de travail à faire du côté de l'équipe du go kart et de l'un de leur gérant qui blâme ma copine pour un accident de la faute de leurs karts et non à elle. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

J'ai repris l'activité de karting aujourd'hui a trois-rivières avec des vrai bon kart a gas qui ne sont pas controlé par du personnel et pour mon cher et plus longtemps, mes enfants ont eu tellement plus de plaisir. Customer service is not there We called them everyday for a week trying to get in contact with them through different phones and never got through, with that being said the reason I gave a 3 star is that the people at the Front desk were ok and the driving it self was ok. The people working at the kart had an issue with us. I understand we were a large group but we did book in advance. One of the workers by the karts was extremely rude

Nous sommes arrivés à l’heure prévue, on nous a avisé que nous devions attendre 50 minutes car le système de réservation en ligne et le système sur place n’était pas synchro, il voyait donc notre réservation mais il avait laissé nos places à d’autres. On est bon joueur et on réserve sur place pour le laser tag à la place et on se prend une carte pour les arcades de 50$. On arrive au laser tag et encore une fois le système ne fonctionne pas et on doit attendre environ 1h. On a laissé des gens qui n’ont pas réservé passer avant nous On arrive aux arcades et plusieurs machines ne fonctionnaient pas. On s’est finalement fait rembourser, mais ce fut toute une déception. Nous ne blâmons pas les employés sur place qui avaient l’air complètement dépassés et bien intentionnés.. Les gens qui gèrent cet endroit ont encore beaucoup de pain sur la planche avant que ce soit le moindrement organisé pour que l’expérience soit agréable un dimanche. Triste car l’endroit est très beau et le concept bien intéressant.
