Hands down the best place to buy a car. The staff is incredibly kind and they do everything to make your leasing/purchase suitable for your needs. Sim was extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable in his profession. He made sure that all my question were answered and that I left with the ultimate best of prices. This place is a TRAIN WRECK!!! The Toyota brand has been tarnished for me with this dealership. They are completely disorganized, nobody is ever capable to find anything in their system. They lose information all the time. There was something wrong with my car, I knew it - something clearly off with the suspension in the front left tire for my Venza. I asked them to test it so that they could pinpoint what the problem was (would make noise and give a loud "CLICK" when turning sometimes). They charged me around 300-400 dollars saying that they tested it a lot and found nothing wrong with it. Had to go to a competent Toyota Dealer (where I bought the car 300km away), Boulevard Toyota to diagnose properly and tell me the parts I needed to order. I took this list of parts to Ste-Therese Toyota, OVER A MONTH AGO, and they lost everything, they say they are following up, and cannot even give me a rough estimate as to when pieces will arrive. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone owning a Toyota - extremely frustrating to deal with.

It's December here in Quebec winter tires are mandatory and the sales man wants 300$ extra for winter tires. I asked him if he can include the tires in the price. J'ai lui expliqué que le démarreur a distance avec le cellulaire était inclus dans le "forfait" qu'ils ils m'avaient offert, mais que malheureusement j'avait pas pris comme option, mais dans ce moment j'avais plus de confiance avec la manette car ç'avait fonctionné juste 2 fois. Il m'a expliqué que ça coutait plus, mais j'ai essayé de lui expliquer que c'était inclus dans ma vente. Il est allé parler au service technique et en revenant il était plus "gentil" avec moi. Il m'a dit que la manette n'était pas compatible avec l'antenne de l'auto, que c'était ça faut a eux. Qu'il pourrait assumer 200 $ pour changer au démarreur avec le cellulaire et que moi je devrait payer 100 $ plus taxes. Je suis revenu un troisième fois pour avoir le démarreur avec le cellulaire aujourd'hui le 21 novembre (un peu plus de 1 mois après l livraison de l'auto) pour avoir fonctionnelle le démarreur a distance et en plus j'ai du payer au total 114,98 $ pour le faire installer. Je ne suis pas du tout contente avec le "service de vente" de Toyota Ste. Thérèse car ils font un erreur et moi (le cliente) je dois attendre plus de un mois pour avoir le démarreur a distance fonctionnel dans mon nouveau auto et en plus, je dois payer pour ça. J'AIME BIEN LE SERVICE TECHNIQUE :), mais définitivement LE SERVICE DE VENTE N'EST PAS DU TOUT BON :( C'est dommage car j'ai acheté cette fois chez Toyota Ste. Thérèse pour avoir tous les services (vente et service technique) a la même place. Le service technique est impeccable! :)
