Because my branche is closed temporarily due to Covid, I was told to go here. Yes there is a line up, however once you are inside the branch, you will be geeted by the nicest people. My son and I had to authenticate a document. We were given excellent service by the the women who work at the front entrance ( à l'accueil ) There were many clients to serve but even with that many people we were very well taken care of. Thank you to the staff, especially the lady's at the front entrance.
