Notre plus jeune chien est aucunement anxieuse dans la vie, nous leur avons laissés une journée pour chirurgie et avons décidé d’aller la chercher pour des enjeux de santé, nous avons retrouvés notre fille qui pleurait, anxieuse et rempli de son urine. La réponse de Wizoo a été que la propriétaire fera le suivi; nous avons jamais eu de suivi. Veterinaire n’etait pas en mesure de recommander un traitement ou une orientation pour notre chien souffrant s’insuffisance rénale, elle ne prenait pas le temps de nous parler car trop « occuper ». les frais de consultation sont faible pour une raison! It should be a -10 stars but unfortunately Google doesn't allow for this. Very frustrating and disappointing service from Wizoo. We had an appointment at 9am this morning (November 22nd). We arrived 10 minutes prior and we were told that nobody scheduled to work at that time had keys to access the facilities. We were asked to come back at 10am. Around 9h45am someone from Wizoo calls to let us know that the vet scheduled to work this morning is not specialized in exotic pets (we have a rabbit) and that the only vet able to check on him would only be available on Monday. All this after we had confirmed to 2 different people the type of pet we had. It might not seem like a big deal for those who have "regular" pets (like dogs and cats) because they enjoy the car ride and the outings! This is not true for rabbits though. Rabbits are prey animals and get extremely stressed during car rides and to be out of their secured environment. Never mind all the time we wasted this morning with all the prep and logistics of getting to the clinic. Never mind that now we have to wait until next weekend to get another appointment somewhere else to check on him. AVOID THIS CLINIC LIKE THE PLAGUE if you care for your loved pet and if you value your time because clearly THEY DON'T!!!!

Awful service, all they want is your money..... Forcing a blood test for my cat when I already did one 3 months ago and all I wanted was the medication for my cat. Had to wait more than 30 minutes for 3 different people to come talk to me and saying I need the blood test. I was very clear I didn't want it and they didn't listen. The third person was one of the vets and she was very very rude. You have to stand in the front door you can't even sit. Service always super long...... Another time I went to pick up the medication and had to leave and go back another day because after 20 minutes nobody came to see me. Malheureusement, dès qu'il y a eu des complications, impossible de rejoindre le vétérinaire ou que l'on retourne notre appel. Mon chat souffre et a des symptômes anormaux et ils ne prennent pas la peine de retourner mes appels... De plus, c'est très difficile de pouvoir communiquer avec une personne de confiance et qualifiée puisque le personnel sur place sont des secrétaires qui ne peuvent pas répondre à nos questions. Après plusieurs essais à contacter la vétérinaire pour faire un suivi de traitement avec mon chat et essayer de discuter dans le respect de certaines erreurs qu'il semble y avoir eu de leur côté dans leur diagnostique, on m'a envoyé une lettre de ''Fin de relation'' par courriel sans préavis. Ils ont fait un mauvais diagnostique et jugent que le cas de mon chat est trop ''complexe'' alors ils se débarrassent de moi comme client???
