Quite busy when we arrived, the salesman was not expecting us but did his best to get the car ready. The salesmen went over the funtionality of the car thouroughly and made sure that my wife was comfortable with how the car operated. We noticed a cracked front grill and the salesman indicated that it would be repaired at our first service call so I wanted to follow up on that to put a note in our file to make sure it was communicated to the service dept.
I was very happy with St. Albert Honda's service, both on the sales and finance side. Mike (sales) and Viktoria (finance) were excellent to deal with and the staff was very friendly throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike, Viktoria and the Dealership to my family and friends.
I brought my 2001 Honda CRV for an air bag inflator recall and decided to get an oil change done while it was at in for service. I requested 0w30 synthetic oil because the -30°C weather and not having a block heater. The invoice says they used 5w 20 instead so wasn't thrilled about that. I also requested they change valve stem cores in my rims as I suspected some of them were leaking. They inflated my tires to 38psi but no indication that the valve stem cores were replaced on the invoice. As far as I could tell the air bag was done correctly. Staff were friendly, service was prompt, the dealership was clean, well lit, and organized. There were only 3 cars on the show room floor which I found kind of odd but its a fairly small showroom compared to most modern dealerships. I suppose customers could peruse cars they were potentially interested in outside on the lot in -30°C weather. I wish the service department would have taken into consideration my preference in oil and my concerns with the tire pressure. I had made my concerns clear when booking the appointment and dropping off the car so not sure why they didn't take my requests into consideration. SRS light was on made no mention of why it was on. Brought my vehicle back later to have it diagnosed for the low price if $100. The advisor said it would cost $82 but failed to mention the miscilanious $12 fee. So basically paid $100 for a technician to plug a scanner into my car and tell me a sensor in my seat belt was worn out. If you value your time and money steer clear of this dealer.
Recently, I bought a car from here and I am a happy customer. I want to recommend Mike Polny, he is a great and professional person and my experience with him was very nice and smooth to an immigrant like me and he was very understandable and clear. After I bought a car, he helped me with service and answered all my questions really fast. I highly recommend Mike to choose your car with him.
I bought car last month from this location and I am totally satisfied with the service and product I got. Awesome service by sales person, sales manager , financial advisor and finance manager. All were so nice. All worked on deal what I was looking for. Happy with the car purchase from them.Highly recommended and sorry for the late feedback as I was bit busy.
Ok so where do I begin... I was sold a vehicle that needs a HUD replaced at a cost of $4,500! Despite of assurances that the vehicle had been inspected and everything was perfectly fine, the moment I drove off the dealership, the HUD started making a high frequency noise. It is unbearable to drive and be inside the vehicle for more than 5 minutes because the noise will drive you INSANE. It is very distracting from driving and could be a fire hazard as well, as it involves faulty electronics. When this was brought up to the dealership the very next day, they refused to fix it (of course) and instead offered to purchase a warranty for $6,000!!! (apparently they still wanted to make money on selling the warranty to me!!!) At this moment, I am 100% sure that the management knew about the failing HUD and did NOT disclose it to me at the time of purchase! Had I known, I would NOT have bought the vehicle. This is insane and shocking! I would suggest to think twice, three, four times before purchasing anything from this place.
My Parents recently got their 2022 Civic Hatchback and had a great experience dealing with Bob and Viktoriya. We have previously purchased vehicles from two other Honda Dealerships in the city, and the St Albert Honda experience from Bob and Viktoriya surpassed the others - both straight forward and kind individuals.
Dakota and Valentin were awesome! Answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Most importantly they got me a great deal! I would definitely recommend St. Albert Honda to anyone looking for a new vehicle and make sure to ask for Dakota!
Had an amazing experience at St. Albert Honda, DAKOTA is absolutely amazing, patient, professional and very kind and willing to help. I highly recommend Dakota and St. Albert Honda! I had a few bad experiences at other dealerships and I’m just so glad I went there. Great and not pushy dealerships still do exist :)
St. Albert Honda has the best service department. The service writers there are professional and treat customers with care. Andrea my service adviser was awesome, he listened to the needs of my car. They are number 1 in my books.
I Bought my car here but never again! Not even two after I started noticing some issues like the sunroof not opening or closing properly and remote not detected(called to speak someone abt, i was told the manager will get back to me since the guy that sold me the vehicle no longer worked there but never did i get a phone call). Hasn't even been a year yet and I'm already getting slammed with all sorts of mechanical issues. I truly do regret every penny I spent here.
Sales experience was excellent, and pleasant buying experience. The financing experience was rather terrible, and sadly - the person we ended up working with seemed to either hate their job, or had no idea how to actually present or sell a financing package. Completely unacceptable client exercise on the closing papers.
Ive had some bad experiences with other go honda car dealerships before. But Val went out of his way to make right what went wrong with my last purchase and at every step a true professional! He got me what I wanted. Dakota was absolutely amazing, super knowledgeable and a delight to deal with. Viktoriya was organized and made understanding the dollars and cents really easy and made sure everything was right for me. Dawson did the final inspection and showed us every feature and even got our phones hooked up to the Bluetooth all while he was standing in the rain. An amazing team, well organized, they were honest with me, no tricks or gimmicks. No sly sales talk. My new ride was ready with all the extras the next day, a Saturday the service team here has always treated me very well and can add prompt to their accolades. I'm super happy and will be telling friends and family.
St Albert Honda is the place where you want to buy your next vehicle. Salesmen are fair and approach you with no pressure. Servicing is top of the line and tries its best to save you money while keeping you in a highly serviceable vehicle. I am completely pleased with Honda and the professional and courteous staff that work there. Top notch.
Bottom Line, I do not recommend St Albert Honda. they either: Sold me on a vehicle they new wasn't eligible for the warranty they sold me on. Sell warranty coverages they don't understand because they hope you wont ask question until they have your money. Or fumbled around trying to find answers long enough that in the time it took them to provide the details for warranties THEY sell. Honda changed the conditions and now wont stand behind commitments they made. First of all I would like to say, right up to the time phase 2 of the car buying experience started, Mike Kells was great. Buying a used vehicle I knew what I was after and was not in a hurry, so I had the luxury of waiting until one showed up that checked all my boxes, relatively low mileage, good condition, well maintained with a clean car fax and Honda certified with criteria in place for Honda Plus Protection Plan. All of which I finally found, At least I thought. I was sold on the idea that this vehicle came with warranty availability until September 2023. Then I went through the vortex of confusion which is their finance department. After Hearing from Mike and getting confirmation from Olga the dates and eligibility for warranty, I then dealt with Viktoria who said that was all wrong and the warranty was valid until November 2022. This in my mind changed everything, enter Valentin who determined the active date for Honda Certification was August 2023. Okay back on track, but wait more confusion. Viktoria says this was only for Honda Certified which is essentially power train. Honda plus lets call it bumper to bumper, is still only valid until November 2022. At this point pretty much mentally drained from all the confusion and frustrated that it has already taken two appointments on different occasions and I still couldn't get a straight answer. I asked if I could take the night think about it and allow them time to get the details ironed out caused with a price tag of $ 2869 + gst for the Honda Plus warranty 7year 160,000KM. I don't think its to much to ask for the details and confirm coverage for 2 years not just 1. Next day, phone in to confirm coverage dates yep good until August 2023. okay lets make and appointment to finalize the paperwork. Keeping in mind all this confusion and conflicting information took course over the span of just over a week. All set to go in today get an email form Olga " I regret to inform you. However, we received new Service Agreement pricing form Honda and they do not cover this vehicle anymore " Do yourself a favor and ask all these questions and get confirmation before you sign with the Sales department because they keep your deposit given they have held up their end which in their minds is supply the vehicle. Even through though either dishonest business practice, ignorance or incompetence the Finance department can drastically alter the deal you thought you were getting.
Came into the dealership on January.18, Casey assisted me and my fiance, it was really great service, he was really professional with everything he did, he made our experience memorable, we will for sure be back!
First car buying experience in 30 years where the staff were 100% excellent in attitude and customer service. Hats off to Dakota in sales and Victoria in finance and Valentin the sales manager for their service. Friendly and willing to work with customers to make a deal happen. My referral to friends will occur because of these three people. If you read this and are the boss or owner of St Albert Honda please treat these staff to whatever they want as they deserve it.
The service and experience was really above and beyond. This dealership really does give a great experience and will definitely recommend them to everyone. A special thank you to Sheevana, Kayla and Robert for making this purchase as painless as possible. This is my first Honda and with the service I received will not be my last. Thank you again and keep up the Great work ! Pieter
Accurate estimate, very friendly and helpful service tech. They finished my CRV on time and carefully reviewed everything I was getting done. Very happy with the service and the work done.
Today I visited with Dawson in Sales regarding purchasing a new vehicle, being my first time in a dealership I wasn't 100% sure what to expect having heard stories about the positives and negatives of car sales. In the first few moments of walking through the door I was greeted with a smile, a handshake, and already had the feeling that I was valued as a customer and not a number. After mentioning the make and model I was interested in, he took the time out of his day to make sure I was informed of all my choices and options without being forced or pressured like most do. All in all if you're in the market for a vehicle ask for this guy, 10/10.
Thanks Dakota and Kailey! Dakota was great at getting you the best deals! Very highly recommend for him here! And working with Kailey was very smooth sailing, very informative! ????????
Went into the dealership on Saturday to purchase a car. Found the car that I wanted it was priced appropriately. The dealership would not sell me the car because I didn't need financing, I was not trading in a vehicle, I was not interested in purchasing their add-on theft etching, detailing, and tank of fuel program they have for an additional $1,200. This contradicts the guidelines the dealership has to follow under the Alberta Motors Vehicle Industry Council (AMVIC).
I purchased my first car here, and I couldn't be happier. It was a no-stress environment, and I got an awesome deal. Both Carmen, sales consultant, and Sheevana, finance manager, helped get the best price and the best plan for me. I highly recommend these ladies to help find the right vehicle for you!
Always great service. This was a longer service but I was kept informed of any needs that came up and they worked as quickly as possible.
Had a low tire on a cold, windy day. Stopped at a few service stations and all of their air stations were out of order. Stopped at St Albert Honda and they checked all of my tires to ensure they had the proper amount of air. Big shoutout for doing this.
Recently had our vehicle in for some service (covered under warranty) service from start to finish was perfect. Tina explained everything in detail and was super to deal with! Even had our vehicle washed! Highly recommend St Albert Honda.
St. Albert Honda was amazing! My salesman and finance manager were very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I strongly recommend doing business with them!
Friendly staff, repair quote was within my budget, was given a courtesy vehicle without asking for one. My Pilot was done and ready when they said it would be, and a few things that needed attention were brought up to me so I can plan to get them looked after. Nice clean shop that I’d recommend to anyone needing work done on their Honda vehicle.
The sales lady we dealt with was on the job for only two weeks and this is her first time in sales.... and she was fantastic, professional and friendly. The financial lady was the same. We did have a couple hiccups however. The car had a little dent in the hood and we were told it would be fixed by the next day at 12 o’clock pickup. When we got there at 12:30, the car wasn’t ready which wasn’t a big deal but a phone call would of been nice. When we did pick up the car, the dent wasn’t fixed because there body guy wasn’t in. They did give us a rain check to get it fixed but again, that is not the point. We live 4 hours away. They were also gonna have a new plate for my registration and didn’t have that done either so I went to a registry office down the road. None of these are big deals to me but just a couple little frustrating things that could of been better. All in all, would recommend this dealership
Each time I have used St Albert Go Honda has been a very good experience. The front desk staff are pleasant and helpful, the mechanics are knowledgeable and are quick to point out any potential problems. I intend to remain a loyal customer
Great to deal with this our second vehicle from here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Honda vehicle. We dealt with Amanda and she was great low pressure and no stress
Was told my simple oil and transmission flush would be swift as I provided the fluids, in addition to needing a new battery. Simple fixes I could do by myself but was in a rush. Was told to come back in about an hour to an hour and a half and my vehicle never moved into the empty shop... for the hour I was told it would take to complete the job ending up being an hour of lounge time for my vehicle where I originally parked it at the dealership. Friendly service but very disorganized.
The service advisor was very friendly and helpful. I always love hanging around during my service visit. The lounge area is cozy, bright and provides great coffee and wifi. Love the service in St. Albert Honda.
Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership so maybe that’s why customer service was poor? Here’s me experience... I had taken the vehicle for a test drive and had it inspected by an independent mechanic. Of the minor issues, one slightly major concern was the headlights were cracked and condensation build would occur. Even showed them pictures. When I asked about that, they claimed it passed inspection so it did not need to be fixed or compensated in the price. Along with having to remove ant-theft it was one of the few ways they were willing to drop the price. Hesitant on the deal they tried to sell me on couple free maintenance/warranty packages but I initially said no and left. They began to text/call me that evening claiming wholesalers can come at anytime and purchase the vehicle so I only had little time to decide if I still wanted it. On my end I caved but still a terrible tactic to control a customer. During the negotiation, sales rep claimed prior to the deal being finalized the car would be serviced, detailed etc. According to the records the service was last done in October so he assured it was fine. But of course, asides from a car wash and a full tank fill up, no service was done. Had to do it all myself after owning the vehicle. Had to beg for some car mats. Ignored my request to supply a block heater dongle cord because the vehicle had a specific connection. On top of all that, I checked my bank account and they charged me my initial $500 deposit. I believe their was a confusion from the BOS price and my cheque I had written to them. I got it dealt with only by constantly contacting them. Had I not done that,I’m sure they would not have said anything. Got a simple “congratulations” and was on my way. Overall not pleased with their service or the whole process in purchasing from them. Hopefully this helps anyone looking to buy from them.
Amazing experience purchasing our vehicle at St. Albert Honda. Dakota and Daniel were great in handling our purchase from beginning to end! Highly recommend asking for either of these to outstanding sales reps. Olga in finance made the financing processes painless! Thanks again guys!
Dakota, Val, and Krystel made it smooth and easy for me to trade in and purchase my new vehicle. From making a deal, to discussing finance terms, every step of the way was explained throughly and professionally. Would highly recommend working with them.
Dakota was fantastic to deal with! Answered any questions I had and was a pleasure. Highly recommended
After the first snow storm of the year, my husband and I decided that it might be time to trade in for an SUV. I did a bit of research and wanted some details on a 2021 CR-V. I sent an inquiry via text to St. Albert Honda. I had a very fast response from Mike Polny. He gave me some information and I did a bit more research. The next day, Mike reached out via phone to see if I had any questions. My husband and I decided to come see the vehicle that evening. When we got to the dealership, we felt very little pressure and were treated with respect. Keep in mind, it’s still a car buying experience, so items will be offered. However, there was no push to accept if we said no. The sales manager was also really great to deal with. The finance process was simple. There were no surprises or fees we were unaware of. We picked up our CR-V and got a thorough walk through from Mike. He made sure we knew the features of our new vehicle. When we signed off on the paperwork, the typical extended warranty and protection packages were offered. We accepted the ones that were best for us…but I am confident if we had declined it all that there would be no pushy tactics to purchase them. Ad got service…have t had to deal with them for the CR-V yet, but I know that when I do, that my vehicle will be well taken care of. They have some amazing technicians in the shop — specifically Matt and Rick. Car buying can be a gross, stressful event…this most definitely was not. Thank you so much to the team who helped get us into the CR-V!!
This is the first time I’ve heard of my interest rate dropping by adding on a “package” to my auto financing. I was basically forced into getting the diamond window protection or pay more for my financing. I’m curious if anybody else has experienced this at a dealer? The salesmen was great.. low pressure and very accommodating. His Sales Manager, however was not. Unfortunately there will not be return business from me. Everything started off great and was going to buy the car regardless, so they should have left it at that.
Changed my winter tires to summer and needed tire sensors recalibrated. I drove in and service was done promptly while a waited in sitting area. Service writer and technician was kind and considerate with my request. Vehicle was also washed for me which was an added bonus to my service.
Sales people were great, however finance was absolutely awful. The girl I was dealing with in finance was extremely out of line many times. She wouldn’t take no for an answer and got very judgemental and asked very uncomfortable and personal questions. She also told me and I quote “ well I hope your dad will pay for all of the expenses when something happens to your vehicle then “ with that being said she completely ruined the whole experience of me buying my first vehicle, I never wanted the feeling of leaving the parking lot with my new vehicle upset and so angry. I whole heartedly believe she should be fired. Very unprofessional. Will sadly NEVER recommend anyone going to St. Albert Honda for any vehicle needs.
I called to get my block heater plug replaced on one of the coldest days of the year. They had the part and were able to fit me in that day. In addition they also preformed the service maintenance that was required because, of course, the maintenance minder came on that morning as well. All the service staff were professional and friendly and my car was ready to go in just a few hours. Wonderful service!
I sent in an enquiry for a vehicle on a Sunday asking if the vehicle is still available. Received a callback about an hour later from salesman named Casey Morland and I got to say what horrible horrible customer service. When someone calls back regarding an enquiry, you’d expect them to have some answers. This guy would rudely direct me to the website and kept repeating “everything you need to know about the vehicle is on the website” and “I’m not at work today”. Why are you calling back someone who has questions?!!? Obviously I know everything is on the website, but I want to talk to someone and not make a significant purchase online. If you can’t handle some questions Casey you need to get out of the car industry. I went from very very interested to giving you a 1* which I never ever do. I hope management deals with your horrible attitude and customer service. **** Update on the above situation. Casey googled my number and connected it with my business and went and gave me a 1* review with the comment “eye for an eye”. Really shows the professionalism being conducted at this dealership.
The gentleman AARON who looked after me was very courteous and very patient. I have to say the whole experience was much less stressful thanks to AARON’S expertise. I will definitely be taking my car to your dealership when I need service. Or a new vehicle. Thanks AARON ARRON
Needed to get my alignment done and outer tie rods replaced. Reshma was quick to help me get my car booked in as soon as possible . She was extremely friendly and polite! Drop it off in the morning and was done in a couple of hours! Was very happy with their service! Highly recommend St.albert Honda !(:
Recently bought a Honda Civic from this dealership and the sales person I was dealing with was Dakota. I would 10/10 recommend to go see him for all your Honda needs! Very happy and polite person. Loved all the smiles from him!
Dakota was great to work with, very kind, not pushy, made my experience for buying my first vehicle great! Was able to get me a better deal on the vehicle. Overall very pleased!
I flew from Calgary to Edmonton and Austin went above and beyond to pick me up from the airport. when in the finance office I told them I did not want the warranty and then they started complementing me to try to get me to buy the warranty then proceed to tell me that the bank would not approve me if I did not. I am not happy about this at all as it is a lie. I drove the car back and 2 days later I went away to Vancouver. when I came back the AC fan stopped blowing not even 1 week after I bought the car and they said they won't do any thing and they kept transferring to the finance department about getting it fixed when it has nothing to do with them. I will never buy here again. my family has always bought at a go dealership for the last 5 cars they have bought. I have told them and they will stay clear of GO from now on.
Simple oil change but I did appreciate that they actually stuck within the time they booked. In addition while I waited I ended up pacing and had at least 6 people go out if the way to make sure I had been helped. One was even a sales person I saw get up from his desk and make an unnecessary lap just to ask if I needed someone from service (they were away from the desk getting my car at thst moment).
Had came here for service twice when I had my 03' Accord a few years ago. One time I brought my car in for a brake calliper replacement, the service advisor notified me how long it took based on availability of parts, etc. I asked for a courtesy vehicle and never got one until I asked a second time after waiting for 15-20 minutes (there was one available which was a manual and also note that my Accord was also a manual). This is where the lower three star rating comes from - I was a younger guy and the service advisor sounded like he didn't trust me with the courtesy vehicle nor did he think I knew how to drive the one that was available. Other than what happened then, I am happy to be able to get parts for a better price here than at other Honda dealers.
Had a great experience until we went to pick the vehicle up. The salesperson Robert was very helpful. When we came to pick the car up, they charged us an additional $4800. Finance added on extended warranty and the tire care package. At first we were told it couldn't be taken off because it was sent into head office already, then we were offered a $500 GoAuto Credit card. In the end Finance said they will send a cheque in to cover the extra $4800 that was put onto our sale. I see soon if that happened.
We receive excellent customer service, on a consistent basis, from only two service providers: our financial advisor and St. Albert Honda. That's it. Everyone. EVERYONE at Honda has been great. Good job.
I have my signed agreement they were supposed to paint the door pretty much refused to after agreeing to paint then still haven't given me my go auto cards and it's been almost 3 months don't buy from hear not impressed with their poor service
Most scammers ever, people don't buy cars there, I was driving from Calgary there to check out a car and wen I was getting close to that scammers place I got a text saying "IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BUY WHIT CASH DON'T EVEN COME HERE ONLY FAINANCE..
Their service department is inept, had a rep tell me to come in for a recall check no problem. Guy who was working seemingly had no clue and wouldn't take my info until he finished all his other stuff. I know it's not that difficult, no one else was even there.
Dakota was the best!! He made sure we were happy and satisfied when we drove away with our vehicle....and we were! He was very informative and we loved his personality! Don't hesitate to contact him when shopping for a vehicle. You won't be. disappointed Thanks again Dakota!!???? Blessings! Sincerely, Ralph and Edith
This dealership had a great deal for a seasonal tire swap, so I decided to book an appointment. After requesting an appointment online, I was emailed the next day by a team member asking what days/times work for me. The manager also emailed me checking in to make sure I was being taken care of. Great! One day passes... then another... and then a few more. I then reached back out to the manager to tell him that I was not being taken care of and he let me know that the team member that contacted me had went on maternity leave and that they haven't forwarded her messages yet. He then assured me he would get another associate to take care of me ASAP. None ever did and the deal had then expired. Completely ghosted. I would expect a dealership and service department to have their act together when it comes to forwarding emails and taking care of customers. Not ever planning on taking my business here now.
I was greeted by a friendly person who explained in a clear manner what was going to be done to my vehicle. The wok was finished by the time that had been indicated to me and I was pleased to have my vehicle returned to me with a complementary wash. All around a very good experience.
Dakota was excellent to work with. Super responsive and professional. He made the process seamless and I highly recommend. His finance team was also very helpful. Very good experience overall.
DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. If I could leave zero stars, I would. My wife and I went to test drive a 2018 Honda Odyssey. The salesperson, Karan, was courteous and friendly and the test drive went well. We ultimately decided to purchase the vehicle. That's where the "good" ends. I came in the next day to sign the paperwork and there was a box on the bill of sale which said "As a purchaser of a used vehicle, I have received and reviewed the Mechanical Fitness Assessment Form." When we reached that item, Karan said "just sign and I'll go get it." I complied. Karan returned and said he couldn't actually get the report because a colleague wasn't in and he didn't have access to it. I left a deposit for the vehicle. I went in the next day and spoke with Helena, the finance manager to continue the purchase process. Helena said that she would like to get the sale completed so that Karan could get the commission on his October quota and asked when we could pick up the vehicle. We were paying up front and the money was in a couple of different accounts, so I said Wednesday (three business days) to allow time for transfers to go through. She asked if we could do Tuesday November 2nd and I reluctantly agreed. She then dated all the paperwork for October 30th. I also asked to see the Mechanical Fitness Assessment Form and she was also unable to get it because someone wasn't working that day. She stated that it was all good, just one outstanding item having to do with a "ball bearing" needing to be replaced. As we were to be joint owners, my wife was also required to go and sign the paperwork and she went in on Monday. Same story, still no Mechanical Fitness Assessment Form because the person with access wasn't there. I was unable to get the funds transferred in time, so we had to reschedule for Wednesday. We went in on Wednesday evening to pick up the vehicle. We paid the full amount and I again asked to see the Mechanical Fitness Assessment Form. No dice, it's not complete. A Mechanical Fitness Assessment Form is required by Alberta law to accompany the sale of any used vehicle, but we didn't know that at the time. We took the vehicle to register it the next day and discovered that we also did not have the Out of Province Inspection form. I called the sales department and spoke with Karan again. He said he would see if he could find it and call me back. He never did. I called the service department directly and discovered that it wasn't a "ball bearing" that was worn out, but a component of the suspension system. There was also a transmission fluid change outstanding as well as the windshield wipers needing replacing. This was not disclosed at the time of sale and since we didn't have the inspection report, we couldn't check. The part is not expected in until the end of the month and the Mechanical Fitness Inspection Report cannot be completed without it. To top it all off, we got the vehicle home and found that the entertainment system is inoperative. The screen just fritzes occasionally along with the sound. The service department told me they could take a look but that we may have to pay for it. I spoke with Andrea in the service department and she said the OPI could be sent through to Alberta Registries by the next morning and she would notify me when that was complete. I never heard back. I called on Saturday and was told that the mechanics were already done for the day and that the report was inaccessible. We are unable to register the vehicle without it. I was told to call back Monday. It is COMPLETELY unacceptable that two reports that are required to be completed in order to sell a used vehicle in Alberta were not finished before the vehicle was listed and that we were flat out lied to in order to get us to sign saying we had seen them and pressured to get the sale done ASAP. We should not have signed, but we had little experience dealing with used car purchases and we were under the impression the report was simply in the other room. We were taken advantage of by people who realized we didn't know the system.
I am Getachew Telila,I bought Honda CR-V yesterday, I got excellent customer service and explanations,I really appreciate for the service and my appreciation goes to most importantly to Mr.karan. Excellent service , keep it up Thanks
Bought a Mazda from St Albert Honda this summer and was told it came equipped with all the necessary parts. Found out this winter that the car does not have a block heater which would have been nice to know since it it $500 to install. Also took my car in for an oil change and found out that the underneath radiator cover was missing as well. Would have been nice if they had been upfront with me from the beginning instead of me having to pay money out of my pocket to fix things that should have been there already.
Incredible, worth driving from out of town! I highly recommend St.Albert Honda and Jim was the best sales person I’ve ever dealt with!!!! I feel like I could show up at his door and be welcomed in for dinner! Not the typical “sales” person! Here at St. Albert Honda they are growing a family of happy Honda owners! I’ll be back! Thanks to all the professional staff who helped me get into my new CR-V!!!!
Great sales experience with Bob! Finances was a little stressful, but Olga figured everything out just fine! Limited experience with the service department, but from what we have had with vehicles in the past they were great
I’m very happy with the whole experience I received from start to finish, when I took my Accord in for servicing. They were very helpful, informative and professional. I would recommend St. Albert Honda to any Honda owner as the service is top notch. Tobi Stolson
Just bought a used vehicle from here and had amazing service! Mike was my salesperson and was super knowledgeable. He went over everything about the car and was patient with my never ending list of questions. Krystal, who works in finance, was also amazing, took a lot of time to explain all of the details of my purchase. Amazing service! Will be going back!
Thank you so much to Dakota for making a previously bad experiment (with a different dealership) into a smooth, seamless and most enjoyable experience. I love my new car... Highly recommend St. Albert Honda and especially Dakota and Krystel for all their hard work and diligence. Thanks again, Lila.
Always a great experience from start to finish. They kept in contact before during and after each service. Very professional. They are very honest with their assessments and price is lower than other dealerships. Even though this is further away from another Honda dealership, I’ll definitely be using St Albert Honda service. Thank you.
I ended up at St. Albert Honda by chance back in October as they were the only Edmonton area dealership with a 2022 Honda Civic Touring for me to check out and test drive. The salesman, Dakota, helped me out from my first phone call about the vehicle. Dakota was informed, easy to work with and there was absolutely no sales pressure. The Civic they had was what I wanted except for the colour but I was lucky enough that the dealer had what I wanted coming in a few weeks. When my vehicle arrived the purchase was relatively hassle free and the finance department helped to get me the best rate possible. The only thing was that they ended up giving me several hundred less than I expected on my trade in and I didn't notice until after the purchase. The sales manager actually made this right and credited the difference to store credit so I could use it towards winter tires. Today I had my vehicle in the service to get my winter tires. The service department ran extremely smooth and provided me with a loaner. My vehicle was ready earlier than I expected. When I was about to pay the difference for my winter tires and rims, I was pleasantly surprised to find I had no balance due. Very happy with my new Honda and my experience with St. Albert Honda. It's a bit of a drive out of my way but well worth it. Stop in and see Dakota if you're looking for a Honda!
Very poor costumer service provided extremely rude interactions with costumers, My vehicle service was not provided, And they’ve rejected to interact with the red deer Honda, Which led me to go to red deer for the service of my vehicle. If anyone from the small community’s in north Alberta is planning to go there I suggest you go to red deer Honda. They provide the outstanding costumer service and other services.
