Going to the theatre is expensive I know that ticket prices are high enough ,then there's the concession typically over priced -yep expected that but galaxy has found a new way to rip us off . First Class seats! What bull crap!

I hate 3D! And this place they force it on you the most! It's expensive for the lame experience, especially for movies that aren't meant to be 3D but you pay for it anyways! And they should make people pay at the door like the good old cinema 4, so the ones that actually are watching the movies are the ones that get to utilize the theatre! AND the workers at the concession stand should show a little more gumption when it's a packed house!

Manager gave us free passes because we went to see the Japanese dub of the Demon Slayer movie but I guess something screwed up, so we saw the English dub a second time. Appreciated the good customer service a lot!!

Almost no options to watch movies in anything other than 3D. Seems to have worse 3D than most places I have been as well, money wasted on making a movie more annoying.

Disappointed that this theatre rarely brings in a socially relevant film...What about the movie REVOLUTION which is in theatres now. WHEN will Prince Albert and all Galaxy Cinemas be showing this most important film?

I'm not sure how long this theatre has been open in PA, but it's getting old and could use an upgrade. The theatres stink and some of the seats sink in when sitting on them. Sometimes the movies only play for a week or two before leaving, which is kind of annoying when people are waiting for payday to see a movie only to see it's gone by the time they get paid. The staff are awesome though, very friendly and efficient. They are the best thing about Galaxy!

Expensive but is expected and it sure makes it faster to do your own entry using your card to pay for your fees and if you just get the general seating be aware of that bc there is no one there to assist you in finding your seat! One feels stupid bc you have to change seats! Go figure the food is costly! ???? be aware!

Great sound and picture quality. Temp was perfect but other times much to cold. Shame the respect shown to the washrooms (particularly ladies I heard) and laziness of many patrons to carry out their empty drink cups and put in the trash as they walk right past them on way out.

Due to being directed to a line that wasn't moving because of an unhappy customer we were almost late to our show. Other than that, and having to change seats because of a child kicking the back of my chair, it was ok.

We like to watch big movies at the cinema so we go here. Few times we've been here I would say their staff are a little slow for me-at the tickets and the food, but the last two times we went they're much, much improved. As for the movies, we always enjoyed watching here.

I only give this place 4 stars because of the process they have in place in entering the theaters when you have purchased your tickets online. You hand them the tickets and they need to take a picture of them all. Tedious if you have 4 or more people. Also, when I asked for extra butter on my popcorn it turns out that it makes the popcorn taste really bad but no one told me about it until I complained to the staff there. 5 stars if they make entering the theater faster to get into with online purchased tickets and getting some better butter. Place is clean and staff are mostly friendly.

Solid cinema, nothing fancy -- Prime Seats are good for not needing to worry about getting their super early to ensure a decent view, for a few extra dollars I think it's worth it.

I haven't been here for years as I had moved away but decided to check it out recently on a visit. Nothing has changed. It still has an abysmal selection of movies. Anything half-decent that comes to the theaters never seems to come to Prince Alberts' Cineplex. They seem to cater to children as most titles are kids movies or super hero films on rotation.

The theater is ok, I can go see a movie. The snacks are overpriced and the floors are usually sticky. But it is the only theater in the city, not bad enough to not go. But if another theater opens I'll go there instead.

Consistently sub par experience. The scan and go terminals have been out of order more than they are working. Popcorn is consistently stale. The theatre usually needs cleaning. The screens are dirty / in need of repair.

Theatre 2 the sub woofers must be cracked because they are absolutely awful! The suspense moments in the movie with a lot of bass all I can think of is how horrible the subs were and that it needs to be fixed. Will go again, but never to theatre 2 until they fix it. Price 10/10 Visual 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Audio 1/10

Nice staff friendly atmosphere..Down side the auto doors don't work going out after a show so have to back into them to open door as use a walker. Very difficult to push remote doors using a walker .Many times no one in site to help!

I would rate this cinema a three star but there is nothing in P.A for it to compete with so it can pretty much just do whatever it wants and it shows.

This theatre required extensive cleansing. Seats are dirty and stained. No big difference between prime and reqular seats. I found regular seats are more cleaner than prime. Floor is really stick between the seats it's probably people throwing thier pops on floor and then no one cleans it. But that's the only theatre in PA.

Quality sticky floors, outstanding stains on the screens from thrown drinks, best price on $10 popcorn in the entire city, one of the best "I won't do that again" experiences to be had in movie theatres!

The family and I went to see Black Widow during the opening weekend. With popcorn and snacks in hand we sat ourselves down for some Marvel action..... Ten minutes into the movie they had yet to turn the lights off in the cinema. My lovely wife got up and had to "kindly" remind them to turn them off. "....oh, we forgot" .....come on P.A.

Seems there more concerned about the aesthetic of their popcorn than the actual serving popcorn. Not staffs fault I’m sure it’s a cooperate decision to have bags free filled sit cold and stale and top up with fresh stuff. $9 bag of popcorn ... their laughing straight to the bank with my money

I haven't been to the movies for quite a few years. I was extremely impressed with the atmosphere, the staff and the overall appearance of the theater. Give credit where credit is due! Had a great experience with the 3D movie "star wars rouge 1"

Woah! This is AWESOME! So you know how some people camp out waiting for tickets for the latest Star wars?! Well the night of opening I walked up 15 minutes before and got tickets! It was great! I came from places where you couldn't get a ticket for the first few days unless you waited in line. This was great! The theatre is every bit as good as Regina and Saskatoon!

Haven't been here in a good 8 years. Always a good place. Food prices are pretty outrageous, ticket prices are fair. Place is generally pretty clean, washrooms are nice, atmosphere is good. All in all, have never had a bad time here.
