Hotel has lovely possibility but it is NOT what Conde Naste makes it out to be. Restaurant isnt open, you can't make reservations to eat at the pub. Staff and management are out of their depth. We couldn'r even get a drink in the afternoon, no service in the lounge and no service at the pool. Not worth the 500 to 1000 per night to be treated badly by pub staff and have to wait around for that. No amenities at all. No gift shop, nowhere to even get snacks. No idea why it is called a resort. Stay somewhere else and pay to use the pool. We left after one night because I would not consider this even close to a 500 per night hotel. More like a Holiday Inn Express with a nice pool.

Amazing heated mineral pools, unraveling views, comfortable rooms, exceptional service and great amenities! Came out for professional training and retreat and couldn't stop telling others about it. Will be back again.
