Jeff is amazing! the bounce house we got was perfect. it was clean and incredibly easy to set up. we also got the cotton candy machine that was in amazing condition. it was super easy to use and also very clean. the prices are unbeatable, and he had no problem picking the stuff up last minute from our house. would absolutely recommend this company and i will most definitely be using them again!

Super friendly staff, quick responses. I had my son's birthday in November and wasn't sure how the weather would be, they were really helpful through the whole process and pointed me towards a bouncy castle that would fit in our space and that the kids would enjoy more than just a standard castle. Will definitely think of them for future events. The kids enjoyed it so much and it fit the Paw Patrol theme perfectly. Things to know if you are thinking about renting a castle: We learned quickly that you need an appliance dolly or something with wheels to carry these because they are heavy and also can require long extension cords. Measure your space ahead of time and think about walking room around the castle. We also put tarps over it at night since our event was in November and we wanted to ensure it was dry in the mornings (full weekend rental). All in all a fantastic experience. 1st time holding an outdoor Christmas event. Matt helped us with choosing the appropriate items, ideas and tips for making our event a success and with providing us an accurate quote. We also hired an attendant to make and distribute our cotton candy and popcorn. She did an amazing job with set up, preparing and serving and take down. She even had trouble with one of the machines and had a replacement here in no time. Amazing company to work with. Our event was a success due to them.

The idea seemed far-fetched, however Dwayne and his team at The Main Event made this dream a reality! My daughter had such a wonderful time. The dynamic duo: Hans and Katie were absolutely amazing and exercised an incredible amount of patience with our rowdy bunch. Despite some confusion from early on, Michelle managed to salvage the details and the party went on without a hitch. The animals arrived before the allotted time so that set-up time would not interfere with the party time; giving us more play for our dollar. Thanks so much guys! We rented them for an adults party snd we all had so much fun. When returning the inflatables staff were out sanitizing the equipment it was great to see. Rented the 2 ponies and petting zoo and these guys were so much better then expected.The handlers were smart, flexible and were able to work within the area that was given to them. They controlled the animals superbly and the animals themselves were super calm despite the hordes of screeching children that came at them. The kids got multiple turns on the ponies. The bunnies and baby goats were a hit. The guys brought animal feed for the kids to use to interact with the animals. The experience came through in how calm and controlled both handlers and animals were even with many grabby little kids around them. They came equipped even with a corn snake, just in case there were snake fans and lo behold there were. They cleaned up after the animals before they left. Totally worth the money.

Downtown Milton BIA

Matt was great to work with and gave us some great options that suited our event. The games we rented were an added bonus to our event and everyone loved them, they made up the "Fun Zone" of Downtown Milton HolidayFest and were a big hit with kids and adults! Delivery was easy, they explained how everything worked and what we needed to do to set them up and how to pack them at the end of the night. Set up on the day was fast and they provided hours of fun for everyone!

We used the main event for a recent birthday. It was my daughter 2nd “covid” birthday so we wanted to make it special as she was turning 7. We rented one of the bouncy castles. The entire process was easy and the owner I worked with (Matt) was very friendly. They gave us the bouncy castle for extra time for the same price as well (don’t be shy to ask!) The drop off and pick up was very easy and took about 5 minutes. Highly recommend this company to make a birthday special! We will use them again and check out the food items they offer next time (popcorn maker, cotton candy machine etc).

High recommend The Main Event! I wasn't really sure what I wanted for a Grade 8 graduation event and Matt recommended inflatable axe throwing. Who knew that was even a thing? The kids thought it was "cool" and it got a lot of teenage energy out. From the initial call with Michelle to the Awesome attendants sent to work the Fair, top notch service all around. Even when we had to change some of the booking due to rain being forecast for that day, Michelle was professional and polite about the changes that were needed to accommodate to our community needs.
