We need to speak to the owner It’s related to mobile stolen and the Camera record it after a family friend found it and drop it to stuff and we have tried to call and visit but even the manager didn’t want to listen and show us the camera, it’s really too bad customer service !!!? We will report this to the police today and we like everyone know this until we talk to the owner. Our phone number already with manager and stuff. They always say they will call but never do !? We still expect a call back to go through the camera and see who token from staff !!

Took my family for the day. We found the place to be well staffed and plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. The one thing that was an issue in comparison to other indoor places was how dirty it was. The floors , play areas, washrooms, trampoline areas all looked very dusty and dirty. Also not well ventilated. Very smelly, musky smell. The place looks like it is not regularly cleaned. We frequent many indoor trampoline places and in comparison to others , it’s very dirty.

Really good place for kids and adults of all ages as well as people with disabilities! There is an amazing group of individuals working there. Super helpful supervisors specially Samantha and her Team. They are caring, respectful and they make sure you feel welcomed and enjoy the place to the fullest. Highly recommended!

I recently organized a company event for Flipp at SkyZone Mississauga and I have nothing but positives to share. Kishan from SkyZone helped organize the event from the beginning, providing multiple options that would best fit our group and needs. Upon arrival we were checked in and jumping in no time as the staff worked quickly to have everyone ready to go as soon as possible. The venue itself had plenty of activities for people to choose from while having breaks for food intermittently. Overall Kishan and the staff at SkyZone did a great job in accommodating our company event and we look forward to the next time we can join them.

Good activity for everyone. The mask rules made me feel unsafe; Skydome did not enforce wearing them. But interesting that the staff all wore theirs. Maybe it's because of the activity? Nonetheless we wore ours. There was a spill on the ground that wasn't mopped up for the full hour that we were there. No clear signage to indicate the start or end of a "Warrior"course. Children were entering the end of the challenge in error. They ignored a lady sitting on stairs at the end of said course. This is dangerous for fire and other reasons. Should not be ignored. Lastly we stood waiting for water and snacks for 10mins and we're ignored. One of the employees looked right at us in line and walked out to the Cafe which we didn't know even existed. I decided not to go there because they didn't deserve any more of my money. He could have said "someone will be right with you" or "there is a cafe right outside that has attendants..." Skyzone is a great way to let kids have fun and burn off some energy. It is also a good opportunity as a summer or first job for teenagers and young adults. If some constructive feedback is considered and implemented, I would recommend them to others. Maybe not all locations have to same experience

So, the facility is great and the same as it was pre-pandemic. Pretty clean and not overly packed. This is my first time back since it reopened. BUT there are a lot (and i mean a LOT) of people not wearing masks. And I’m talking kids, I’m talking adults, I’m talking people from different families…. I am glancing at the staff to see if anyone is going to say anything and no one cares. And I just saw one staff member walking around with his mask under his chin and I made eye contact with him and there was no reaction, he just left it there.

Great place for a birthday. Ample parking and of course lots of things for the kiddies to do. The party package is priced reasonably and they have a nice area for hosting the birthday meal/cake etc. The staff are attentive and helpful.

The kids had a blast. But with one kid being 5 and the other 8, the 5 yr old wasnt aloud on all the same equipment even though they are both the same height and weight. Also it ran me 60$ for 1/2 hour that was just 2 kids jump time and socks

Kids absolutely love it here, ages I'd recommend for are any child as soon as they are relatively stable on their feet all the way to adults! There is a great little section for toddlers only so big kids don't knock over the babes. And you can still mostly see your big kids from there. There is also a fun obstacle course, basketball court,and dodgeball area. My only cons are that the washroom is really far away, right by the main entrance, and down stairs. So if you are there with multiple kids it is difficult to do washroom runs without dragging everyone. and if you have younger kids you need to be there helping enforce the rules because the staff are usually teenagers and they are not always good at enforcing rules with little kids.

A good facility that houses great play areas. You can definitely host parties here as well. For the evening session it is a bit of a rip off to buy a white shirt and socks from them. The lockers are not free and $2. The cafeteria has basic food.

Great spot to bring the kids. Staff were friendly and efficient. The main trampoline area is fun and can get quite busy especially mid-afternoon. The obstacle course does provide a challenge and is safe and fun. My children love coming here to get their jump fix. Keep "up" the great work!

Kids had a great time, and it wasn't too crowded. Check in was easy. Not too many area to sit but I found a table & was able to get some work done with the free wifi. Would have rated higher except there was NO SOAP left in any of the 2 dispensers in the women's washroom. One if the stalls also had no toilet paper (not as big of a deal as other stalls did). I let them know about the soap & around an hour later I saw 2 male staff members go in, and noticed soap was replaced in 1 of the dispensers.

Wonderful place for the kids to come and jump around. The reason for a lower number of stars is because of the COVID regulations around wearing masks. Kids are running around with no masks and not following regulations. The staff wasn’t reminding the kids to wear their masks. As a result, I will not be returning, which is unfortunate.

Nice place to take the kids on a bad weather day. Indoors is nice and warm, you can take your coffee/ tea with a book or just spend some time on your phone while the kids won't bother you for a whole hour!! I like that they have a variety of play area for the kids so it's not just about jumping. Basketball and hurdle course are great for older kids. If they had a few other things to keep the babies under 2 busy, that would have been really helpful

So much fun! Feel like a kid again. Mostly for kids, but I still go. I go during the weekday so not too much people and good mixture of adults and kids so I'm not too shy. They offer a fitness class but I haven't tried it yet. They have a good variety of activities: Trampolines, foam pit, dodge ball area and wall incline run. The place is run by younger folks (under 25???) so sometimes kids get rowdy and dont take the workers seriously. But they still try at least.

The staff asked if my kids would have any issue with the fact that from 8-9pm (it was a Sunday) with the fact that they turn off the music and have special kids needs use the area. I thought it was wonderful that they offer such a service! Really disappointed. We kept calling for days. We finally connected with someone and we were asking about the glow even if everything that is open during the day is open at night. The person over the phone told us yes. We also specifically asked about rock climbing. This seems to be false. There was no rock climbing. We asked if we only needed to buy the glow tickets and that’s all? They said yes that’s all. We went in tonight to find out we needed to buy glow shirts, this is something the person over the phone should have told us. We were excited to play dodgeball etc, but there was no referee or anyone telling us anything. It was basically a game we had to figure out to arrange ourselves with a bunch of strangers, it didn’t work out obviously. People that got hit with the ball wouldn’t leave the court and wait for the game to finish and come back on for next game. I wouldn’t go again.

Skyzone is one of the best places you can go for a ton of fun. I take my daughter there often and I even go there with friends as an adult. We play dodgeball weekly. One of the best workouts you can have! Great customer service, polite and fun staff! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED A+++

Great way to exercise and have fun! Lots of trampolines and different courses/areas. From a free jumping zone, to trampoline dodgeball, ninja warrior, and just a foam pool to jump into. You have to wear their custom socks with grip, which is only $2 and you can keep them. The free jumping area was nice and large, and there's mostly free space to jump on. Great to see how high you can launch yourself. There are 3 Ninja warrior courses. A beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Each one offers a slightly different course layout, albeit small with only 3 segments each. Still fun to run them. The dodgeball area is the most fun. However, you need a minimum of 6 players to start a game up and they would close one court down (of 2 total) if there's not enough people. The only negative part, as my group would rather not want to pelt children with balls. If you're an adult, go with more than 4 or 5, or else you can't play, especially if there's kids playing already. Go on a weekday as it is filled with young children, and some parts are booked off by birthday parties so even if you wait, they'll lock it out for 15-60 minutes.

I’ve been to the Mississauga location many times and this recent visit will be the last. The building was past capacity and none of the workers were keeping an eye on the jumpers. Multiple people on one trampoline. The foam pit area was unsupervised. Just unacceptable behaviour all around to the point I had to start addressing people in the foam pit to keep the kids safe. Have your staff be more responsible or don’t bother being there

SUCH a fun experience!! Even for adults, you’ll have an amazing time. My partner and I went and had a blast. The basketball nets were his favourite. The snack selection they had was also great, we really enjoyed the slushy. They have a cute photo booth as well! Definitely a membership if you’re planning on going often as it’s a great value. The staff was also soooo friendly!! Loved my time here :)

Great place for an exciting and action packed time. You have access to multiple trampoline based experiences when you buy your tickets. This includes dodge ball, basket ball, jumping into a pool of foam blocks, warrior zone or the simple jump zone. For first time visitors, you will need to purchase a pair of special socks for use in the facility. we found 1 hour to be more than enough, it really drains you! The good thing is, that they have massage chairs to pay and use in case your muscles start to complain. The staff is very friendly, cheerful and professional. They are always around monitoring and stepping in if anyone needs help. All areas of the park are supervised which is great in case you visit with kids. Yes, this place is a great option even if adults wish to visit without kids!! Loads of fun.

It's always a blast to go jump at the skyzone. Great family activity and perfect to do exercise! We go at least once a week with our daughter since we could get a 360day pass. The staff is always kind and respectful. At busy time it's hard to find spot to jump so it's better to go when there is less people.

Nice place for teenagers. Felt like Free jump and foam zone were the only available options as my 7 year old was not tall enough. Rather than describing ticket options based on age. It would have been better if they described it based on the heights. Since taller kids had 2 more options.

Always a fun time at Skyzone. They have different things to do like jumping on the trampolines, jump in a foam pit, obstacle courses, or basketball and more! I would recommend going early though because it gets really busy in the afternoon.

I really like going there with my kids. Service is great. But my recent visit I saw some kids going to washroom with same socks that they were playing in. More surprisingly is that their parents are not even saying anything to them. Just a little suggestion have a sign saying not go with same playing socks. ITS NOT HYGIENIC.

The place has a nice setup, what i disliked very much was the fact that you can’t play there with your own kids together. Except you and your kids are the same size... felt reminded on weird school days, whatever you do, someone comes and said something like: You can’t jump here, or Your son can’t jump here, or You can’t jump together here, don’t lean on the walls, your son is not allowed to go there, he is to young, I’m too old. We were literally unable to do things together.

Skyzone was too crowded expecally during covid times. People were going into the trampoline with there outside shoes on, it was so busy. We booked online but it took us about 20 mins to check in which went into our jumping time. There was no distance between anyone, also it didn't make sense not to wear your mask while jumping because kids were passing each other, I would understand if it wasn't so busy and giving the option not to wear a mask while jumping. I was pretty shocked with this experience expecally during covid. There should be a limited amount of people.

A little disappointed we could not jump longer but that's okay. The pizza were amazing and party room was nice but not enough chairs but we did invite a lot people. Overall it was an amazing event. They make you wait hours to get in if you don't get the ticket online, my kids were so upset and cranky while waiting, it gave me a headache. Just make this update on your website and stop giving people false information especially when we call ahead! + the mandatory socks are $3.50 each, so I just spent a total of $110+ for tickets and socks. Booked here for a bday party. Kids had fun and the staff was pretty organized. Their pizzas were pretty tasty and fresh. The only thing that I would recommend is that when your customers buy the "themed" decor, try do decorate the party room before your guests get there. We were walking in and the staff was just then putting the table cloth on, decorating the walls, putting on the paper plates and napkins. Get the room ready in time.

Great place for kids' parties or just a place to burn off some excess energy. Reasonable prices and not too crowded. Staff keeps the kids well managed considering how excited the participants become. They pay close attention that younger children feel comfortable with the older kids on the trampolines.

Place is packed, zero crowd control and full capacity. Felt a bit weird. Adults are mostly not wearing masks. No one at the entry asked about vaccine status... Not enough employees looking after different areas. While kids had a blast, I will not bring them back and feel this is not a safe environment for them just yet. Would not be surprised if they end up having an outbreak.

Great place to bring kids. Was there for a birthday party and the kids had a blast. Large place with lots of different area including Dodgeball, Obstacle Courses, and an area with a Large Foam Pit.

We arrived on a Friday night and it was at capacity. It was disappointing because we had called to ask if we needed to make a reservation and we’re told ‘no’. We went back Saturday morning and the staff were fantastic and helpful. We spent 90 minutes and had a blast. We will definitely return. We are an eclectic group in age: 61, 21, 7, 4.

While this would probably be a fun place pre-pandemic They don't enforce The Mask rule at all There were more respectful kids there than adults The kids would jump around when they got off to put on their masks exactly like they're supposed to Half the parents that we're observers weren't wearing masks

We went here for one of my daughter's friends. This was really well organized, all of the staff knew exactly what to do and when. There was even a reserved area for the jackets and boots for all of the people that were in our party, there are also lockers and free shelves. All of the areas had staff supervising to ensure that the kids/adults were following the rules. The kids had a great time and none were injured. When it was time for the party, there were 2-3 staff with us to help serve the food and drinks nd they cleaned up right away. This place will definitely be a top contender when it comes time to planning my daughters birthdays. The staff kept this place very clean, I feel like they moped the floor every 30-45 minutes. I definitely recommend this place.

It was the best ever experience of having fun. Everyone was enjoying a lot. Staff members were so humble and true to their duties. Covid guidelines and safety rules followed. Overall everything is awesome. Everyone should go and enjoy. ????????????????

Great place for my active son. He loves it so much especially dodgeball and he wants to visit everyday. We compromised with once per week. Some of the staff were very impressive because they had excellent interactions with the kids. If I could make a suggestion it would be to no longer sell popcorn at the snack bar because there ends up being a lot of popcorn everywhere in there.

It is an a nice trampoline park. You can buy your tickets online. They provide you with lockers with a fee. They lack healthy food options. But other than that trampolines are really fun. It gets a little tiring so I recommend to book for 15 mins or Half an hour for your first time, specially if you have not done any phsysical activity in months. Great place!
