So beautiful and a great place to check out when it starts to get cold out. They are open all year round so you can go at any time as well, just something to get through the cold weather. Lovely arrangements and great if you love nature and exploring different plants.

Amazing Conservatory, Beautiful Greenhouse.Very neat place any time of the year. I visit this little oasis for last 8 years, with my children or friends. We come during Christmas, Easter, Canada Day, Thanksgiving and Halloween. Always gorgeous flower show. Place is unique as a great background for photography. Glass Roof Park is open all year long. Always happy to see variety of plant and flowers. People who work for Centennial Park Greenhouse are doing such a great job! Always a big thanks and respect. Well done!!!Beautiful orchids collection. Also selection of tropical plants. Good mixed of cactus and succulent plants. Outside pond with Turtles is nice and well maintained. Indoor pond with golden fishes. Ones my children's art teacher used to have an art class inside the Conversatory, it was great experience to draw from an original life plants and flowers. Public washrooms inside. Free parking lot with wheelchair parking spots. Also greenhouse entrance has wheelchair excess.

Beautiful! The relaxation and lush surroundings in the greenhouse are worth a special trip. The ponds were my favourite with all the turtles. Mid June when I visited the outdoor gardens had not filled in yet and an indoor room was being worked on so it wasn't the best time to visit.

Always a nice popular place to visit all year round. The cactus room often has flowering cacti and the north conservatory area features seasonal displays. Not too crowded, even on weekends. Best part is admission is free, donations are welcomed.

Beautiful. Warm. Humid. Smells like spring and was a welcome oasis on a cold February morning. We got there around 11 am and there were less than a dozen people wandering around taking pictures. Very peaceful with classical music playing in the background. We will definitely be back. I only wish there was a place like this closer to Barrie. We drove an hour to get here.

I love this place. It's a great way to find your little nature escape from the city. Its got a great running trail up to the top of the hill where you can watch the sun rise over the city. Great place to play Pokemon Go. Great place to spend an afternoon in the sun playing football with your friends.

I have lived in Etobicoke most of my life and had never been here, only 10 minutes from home but a new camera and a macro lens I hadn't used for a while prompted a visit. Glad I went, clean bright calming atmosphere and plants and flowers beautiful and well cared for. There is even a fish pond. People of all ages visit, some just to walk. I spent two hours, and will definitely go back. Have to finish inside and seeing surrounding grounds, no cost and photography welcomes.

We have visited this conservatory many times especially during winter. It feels like being immersed in a tropical paradise with an amazing collection of plants. There are also many fish, turtles and even a Parakeet. Lots to keep children absorbed.

Beautiful Conservatory in Etobicoke. Abit out of the way but an Amazing Botanical Garden for the Botanical Photographer. The Cacti Room is one of the Best I have seen so far in Toronto. Very well maintained space. Quiet for the Mediator. The Chrysanthemum Show 2018 starts in November. Chance to see unusual Blooms & Colour of Royal delight. Mums like you have never seen before.

Went to the Centennial Park Conservatory. I's a lovely place to go to when one just can't wait for Spring. There are benches to rest upon and enjoy the beautiful flowers! Met some friendly tourists and just passed a little time with suggesting other places to visit. They should have a small cafe section ( outdoors in summer and indoors in winter) for people / tourists / seniors who want to be surrounded in beauty and enjoy the company of others to pass the time of day. This way they would have regular visitors and would make a profit by selling coffee, tea, water, pop, desserts or even sandwiches. Giving seniors a regular place to go to and walk around in would give the Park great reputation for giving back to the community..

We visit every weekend and it really is a great way to start your weekend or end your week. Alice, has been so friendly and knowledgeable she really makes the visits even more special. We almost don't want to tell people about this Garden as it is so peaceful and relaxing. there are days when it can be super busy with lots of families and children, or photography classes happening, but no matter the noise level just the freshness from the plants will make you feel a million times better immediately. They do really spectacular work at this Garden and I'm proud to live close by.

Visited in late February 2020. Really liked this place. Thought it will be a big place (what it looks like from the pictures posted on google) but comparatively its pretty small area. Besides that just love their planting, creativity, varieties of plants, and the way they have maintained the place. As soon as you enter the place you'll feel the fresh air in your breath. They also had put flower plants for visitors to buy thru donation (whatever amount you fill like to donate), while some people just took it for free. Overall, nice place to visit and get a fresh air of breeze.

Absolutely love this greenhouse. They have an area they switch up the display every month or so and add new plants and flowers. The main area is full of trees and there’s even a coy pond with turtles! Also, they have a wonderful desert habitat area with lots of different cacti, succulents, flora and fauna.

I love that this place is free and has a lot of parking and a playground nearby. It is a delight to walk through and enjoy the seasonal displays. Very relaxing atmosphere with classical music playing throughout the conservatory. There are a few benches to sit. On occasion I will see a chipmunk or hear a bird inside the building which adds to the experience. My kids love walking on the bridge to see the fish and turtles.

I absolutely adore this place. I have been coming here as a child when my mother used to take me. I feel very nostalgic when I walk by which I do almost every day living in Etobicoke. It's less than a 15 minute walk from my house so I consider myself very lucky. It's a beautiful place to go all year round. There's always something new to see. I highly recommend visiting even if it's by yourself. Very calm and soothing place to go. Also a nice family outing.

Played nine holes of disc golf. Great, huge park. Lots of amenities including batting cages, go-cart track, soccer fields , baseball diamonds, volleyball nets, fitness circuit, trails, BMX course , and more. There is even a ski hill!

Centennial Park and Conservatory is located and accessible by TTC. It is accessible by the 48 Rathburn bus. There is so much to do. It is a jem of a place. In summer, there is baseball diamonds, you can go go carting, and a mountain biking course. A huge smoky rib fest in July with fire works. There is a community centre there for swimming year round. You can even learn bridge. The ponds and trails are peaceful, there's benches to sit and watch the geese. In spring the peeper frogs come out. The conservatory has to be the highlight. With a lovely Christmas and Easter show. Certain days there are music days on Sundays. There are several picnic areas for rent from the city by dialling 311. Visit and visit often.

There are some nice plants but my fovorite part was the succulent and cactus plants. A few strang but beautiful plants and trees. I took lots of photos. Conservatory was awesome. A lot of rare and beautiful plants and flowers. Very artisticly arranged plants in very small spaces. Some exotic plants also nicely kept. Good place to take pictures. It was strange that there was no admission fee.

An excellent place to go to with the family. The whole family will enjoy seeing the multitude of tropical trees, plants and flowers. In the centre of the green house stop at the pond and watch the huge coy fish swim and the turtle's relaxing. Admission is free (They do accept donations) and there is free parking and at the park next to the conservatory.

Beautiful conservatory. Well maintained. Free to visit. Can get rather crowded on the weekends. Keep an eye out for the animal visitors (think chipmunks and birds) that hide in the conservatory.

The best greenhouse in the city!!Such beauty I felt like I was in some exotic islands with all the tropical plants.The lilac room was just breath taking and tte shell if fresh lilacs just captures the whole room absolutely wonderful. I love this place it was amazing and will always be going back.

Indoor - Family friendly greenhouse facility, with three sections, that to me look like: dessert, tropical and local plants/vegetation. Inside in the tropical area, there is also a little pond with fish and turtles that the kids love to see. Inside the local area, the music is relaxing, so if you have time to sit and enjoy for a bit take advantage. Outdoor - There are pretty gardens and a small pond in front and around the greenhouse, that in spring summer and fall are nice to walk around. Plus in spring/summer you can see some frogs and turtles. Pics - Pictures turn out great inside and out. $ - Donations are welcome in a little box, to the left of the entrance doors - my daughter loves for us to lift her up so she can put in the folded bill or loonies and toonies.

Lovely place with a warm weather and nice flowers all year round. There are many benches to sit, listen music and enjoy look around. In a small pond the Chinese carps and turtles have been swimming. They even had a parrot, but, unfortunately, it is past now.

This hidden gem is a wonderful place to visit any time of year. Always something different to see every season. There are also benches to sit down on and just enjoy the surroundings. Parking is also free.

Always a delightful place to visit. Peaceful, colorful and a nice break from a busy life. I like to try out each bench. Listen to the frogs, watch the monarch butterflies float across the flowers. Bonus the ice cream truck made a visit. Visit often never the same twice. A hidden gem!

A hidden gem in Centennial Park. A must visit for anyone. Been coming here since I was a child and now have started to bring my daughter who absolutely loves taking in the scenery. What is amazing is that there are plants there that are as old or older than I am! In addition, the events hosted here are great for family outings especially the Christmas celebrations. Check it out! If you don't like it, the park has many other attractions as well.
