This is a fun place for kids to come dressed as there favorite characters. This is mostly for younger kids although older kids can find something to do. Lots of photo ops and they have a little food area, however outside food is not permitted. We spent the whole afternoon and we tried almost all the attractions.

Lorsqu'on dit que les enfants sont un peu trop petits, elle est toute déboussolée . On fini par commander les plats à table. La nourriture n'est pas très bonne. On donne le gobelet de ma fille à quelqu'un d'autre par erreur, et je dois presque me battre pour en avoir un, parce que apparemment, je dois aller enlever le gobelet a l'autre petite fille parce que elle avait pas droit au verre! Finalement, on ne peut pas manger le gâteau tant que tout le monde n'est pas assis! C'est la fin de semaine! On ne peut pas laisser un peu de liberté à des enfants de 3 ans?! Le décor est superbe, les attractions sont intéressantes, mais le personnel jeune, inexpérimenté et souvent dépassé en cas de situations hors normes est un gros ''turn-off''

Nice park for kids, don't think parents should be charged a fee. Its pricey for kids, should be priced by age. Because not all young kids go on the rides. Music is too loud...more children music would be appropriate rather than tracks like "despacito"

The rides are brilliant for the kids. I was a little disappointed with the animation for the kids party we had there, but the management was open to our feedback, and so was the animator. They could use some additional training, such as "you don't ask kids what they want to do, you tell them what's planned!". Most of the staff are teenagers holding their first job and for the most part they are great with the kids. This weekend, we were surprised with a Disney theme, and every staff member was dressed as a Disney character, which added to the magical atmosphere. Kids loved it and it was hard to get them to leave. At the end of the day, that's what counts!

My daughter was invited to Pi-O center for a birthday party. The theme was Disney Frozen. They have a nice room with Frozen castle, and they have dresses for the kids the dress up. I didn't stay and only went back to pick up my daughter at the end of the party. My daughter was having so much fun with her friends and didn't want to leave. I asked the staff if I can go in to get my daughter. I had to give them a piece of ID and they gave me a visitor badge. So I went inside the play area and wait for my daughter to finish the ride. About 7 minutes later a staff came to me and asked me to leave the place immediately because the visitor badge is only good for 5 minutes and I have been staying inside the play area for too long. Are they serious?! I wasn't even riding the rides, I was there waiting for my daughter. They are so freaking cheap to the point it's making me sick. I have another toddler who was with me waiting to pick up my daughter and the staff was guarding the entrance as if we are criminal. We will think twice next time about returning to this place who treat people like criminal.

The place is nice and it has some good games and toys. Some of the staff are nice friendly, and some aren’t friendly. Also, the guy at the restaurant doesn’t speak English so I had a problem understanding the menu and I wasn’t able to order well because he couldn’t explain it to me. some of the games were out of service and when we asked why, they didn’t give us a reason, just like that.
