Was very good hotel. Loved the bathtub after a 12 HR drive. Big enough for two

No ability to cancel reservation due to pandemic lockdown. Hotel only provided a non-cancellation rate when I was booking. Never again will book Four Points.

We stayed at the Four Points for a night as we passed through the area and enjoyed our stay. The best part was the breakfast that was included with our stay. It was one of the best breakfast that we have had. There was a great selection on the menu to chose from and the plate that arrived was very well presented and tasted great.

First stay at a 4 point. Not impressed at all.It is clean and i had 1 worker help me use printer that was my positive that kept it from 1 star. But the gym is very small for a modern hotel. No breakfast. No microwave. No member privileges that i was made aware of. It was hard to get anyone that spoke English or chose to speak english to me. Pretty much if you want more then a bed tv and bathroom you gotta pay for it during proper room service hours. Even the coffee is hard to come by here. Did i mention no laundry ??? Come on

Uber eats is available but if you plan to go out, this location isn't encouraged because uber doesn't come there. But otherwise this place is great! This is a great hotel, staff could use some smile but overall clean, and pleasant stay. The breakfast is in adjoining cosmos restaurant which is nice but as a hotel guest you get the limited breakfast option (minus one star). You do get to experience cold Quebec / French hospitality from older generation still while the young are great.

This was a large room and very comfortable. The shuttle bus to the ferry was a great plus. I didn't realize it was across the river from Quebec when we booked but it worked out well.

Area under construction. Don't expect a nice view. The hotel is brand new and decorated nicely. They offer a free shuttle service to the ferry terminal. Then you can take a short boat ride to Old Quebec.

Had to switch rooms because there were weird stains on the blankets and the room was not very clean. Was told there was only one other room so we switched to it. The room was still not very clean, but was slightly better. The sheets still had odd stains and the grout on the in the bathroom tiles were black. The rooms were also not very sound proofed.

Short drive to Old Quebec via the free shuttle bus to the ferry terminal (15 minute crossing across the St. Lawrence River). I stayed at the Four Points Sheraton Levis for two nights and found the hotel to be quite decent with a very nice lobby and good rooms. The restaurant served quality food and the service was good. I found the gym to be small and a bit lacking with equipment. The best part of my stay was the staff who were very friendly and professional. I found them willing to go above and beyond for their guests well being. Finally, the rates were very good. You definitely get your money's worth at the Four Points Sheraton Levis

Nice, clean place. There are lots of shops near by. They also offer free shuttle service to and from Quebec ferry terminal. Only two short comings. 1) all the restaurants close at 8 or 9pm. 2) there is no indoor pool. Wonder how outdoor pool works in winter!

I am a gold member since 3 years . Have been many four points around the world. Just checked in 1/2 hour ago. The reception for any queries told me to contact manager in the morning. For gold members I get the upgrade. I inquired the receptionist for an upgrade he said what ever thé ur online booking did that’s it ; if u want to check then talk to manager in the morning. Then I confirmed that I have booked through my points and it wil’ Come against my points ; he said I am just doing what I have to do talk to the manager in the morning. I asked again who is duty manager he said no one . I have never heard of a hotel work a duty manager available . I am sorry to say this four points does not look like the corporate hôtel. I am doubting whether the staff are properly trained or not. I inquired about the free breakfast with the upgrade but again no response. Really disappointed. Didn't find the staff very informative or helpful. Rooms were lovely, clean, comfortable however the staff are the first contact in the door and should have been more welcoming and informative. Had to ask where the elevators were.
