Absolutely loved this place and will definitely be going back. We learned a lot of interesting things about the animals that we didn't know. The tour was amazing and with certain animals we were allowed to touch and pet the animals. This was way better than zoo atlanta and the other zoos we have visited.

This is a must go. I had some of my daughter’s friends there for a tour, and it was amazing. The kids got to learn, touch and hold so many animals, including chinchillas, fox, bunnies, wild cats, prairie dogs, otters, and some reptiles. Staff was very knowledgeable, made sure everyone stayed safe, and enjoyed themselves! Best part, any money you are paying is a donation to help feed the animals. Please call and set up an appointment and support this little zoo! It will NOT be a disappointment!!

We got loads of information about keeping exotic animals as pets and were allowed to pet many of them. Most were abandoned or confiscated animals. We only met the small animals because the large animal enclosures weren't ready for outsiders. Why not 5 stars? Only because we had to make a reservation, and it was unclear where to enter. But in all fairness, it is a rescue sanctuary first, and a 'zoo' as a secondary purpose.

Volunteering here such a great experience. I definitely recommend booking a tour here, or considering volunteering. Ms. Kerry is super nice, knowledgeable and willing to help anyone learn about exotics. There's something here for everyone!

The white plastic containers used for housing needs insulation and more ground cover for the winter. These are made of plastic so they’re already cold they need more hay preferably shavings, For all the animals in all the areas.
