There's nothing special about the special event entrance besides it's for special events. It doesn't deserve a rating it's just a door. A door that gets you into the zoo and you get to do special events. I don't know why it keeps asking for a rating, it's a door you go through if you are granted permission to go through this special event door. It's just a door.
