Actually watched the bartender not poor alcohol in the drinks I was getting for my GF and friend... Guess she thought I was drunk and wouldn't notice. Then when I confronted her she started arguing with me. Wow.

This is purely based on my past experience. Was not a good time. They will call the girls that do stage shows fat when they are literally already 120lbs. They don't treat the girls that come to dance there very good. Some of the staff are nice but the owner ship is very suppressive towards the female dancers.

I love going to the Zoo. All their staff are super good looking, professional and have been there for years. It's nice when they remember my name and order. The owners are always somewhere around and happy to introduce themselves and chat. Also, the bathrooms are always clean which is important to me and I don't know how many places are just cool with having gross bathrooms. It's the only club I like to go to in Kelowna.

Had fun great service, Crystal was excellent, tons of beautiful girls and some people were stupid enough to get booted out, also the security guards were doing a good job next I'm back in Kelowna I'll definitely get another lap dance from Crystal

This place is way over priced, the servers and strippers are very stuck up. My girlfriend was horrified by the state of the washrooms, while I went in and got the tap turned on for me, soap pumped into my hands and offered a spray of perfume. They really should treat the woman customers a heck of a lot better. Not worth your money or time to go here and be told your money isn't acceptable to them. I have been to some pretty sad establishments, but this one tops my charts for a crappy environment and worthless service.

I HAVENT BEEN THERE SINCE IT OPENED BACK UP BUT PLAN ON IT SOON! I SURE DID MISS THE PLACE. I RARELY HEAD DOWNTOWN ANYMORE, BUT WHEN I DO, THATS THE PLACE TO GO. THERE IS THE FRONT, THE BACK AND THE UPSTAIRS AND THEIR ALL DIFFERENT ATMOSTPHERES WITH A BAR IN EACH ONE SO DRINKS ARE EASY TO GET, EVERYONE IS FRIENDLY AND I ALWAYS HAVE HAD A GREAT TIME. I USE TO GO THERE FOR A LATE LUNCH WHEN I WAS IN COLLEGE D.T. AND THE FOOD WAS PRITY GOOD. I DONT HAVE ANYTHING NEGITIVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE...GREAT FOOD, FRIENDLY PLACE, PLENTY OF ROOM TO ROAM, ACESS TO DRINKS IN ALL AREAS, MUSIC, AND OFCOURSE..THE BEAUTIFUL LADIES AND THEIR SHOWS!

It's a strip club! The staff was extremely professional! Entry was a tad steep for my Gf and I but we had an amazing time here. Drinks were actually reasonably priced as well. There was an Anna Kendrick looking girl who gave my gf and I a private dance and we both enjoyed it thoroughly! Great time in a great environment!

Third ever strip club experience. Was not sure what tp expect from Kelowna. It was great! Went during the week. 5 dollar cover for guys, free for ladies. "Trouble" sat at our table and made great conversation while we waited for the place to fill up. The dancers were amazing, great music and light system as well. It got fairly busy in the end, most seats were full. Drinks are very reasonably priced. My female friend started getting hit on by a guy sitting near us and it was nice to see the staff keeping an eye on her making sure she was safe. 100% would go again. Great place to relax and catch up with friends!

Went there with my buddies and we were watching the dancers when a bouncer climbed off the stage, kicking over my drink, and choked out my friend for what we assume was no reason, then he threatened his life and walked away. The guy is lucky he doesnt have law suites all over him the way he acts. Will NEVER go back, im not interested in getting threatened by bouncers when im out for a good time.

By far best place I’ve ever worked. Amazing owners plus great co workers. I have never been anywhere where the boss will actually stand outside, greeting and shaking hands with everyone who walks into his business. Normally I wouldn’t want to hang out at the place I work on the days that I’m off, but there is a reason I do. I always have the most fun there. I also have a lot of respect for everyone at the zoo, especially the bouncers, their jobs are the hardest. It’s nice to feel safe where you work especially since we sometimes have to deal with some trying people. Keep up the great work everyone. :)

The worst DJ ever who kept saying he would play songs requested and was even given money but he still didn’t play the songs?! The dancing girls don’t come and ask girls for private dances and they won’t offer deals on anything even if your in a large party that spent over a grand. Honestly it was brutal, the only good thing was the other patrons. The girls were so nice and the guys were respectful. If you want to go somewhere your not appreciated as a customer this is the place for you ???????? call me crazy but a little service goes a long way ????‍♀️????‍♀️

Many great times had here! Liquid Zoo is a diverse venue. Upstairs there’s a rooftop patio and upscale lounge. The main floor has a dance floor on one side and exotic entertainment on the other side. Never a dull moment at Liquid Zoo!

Bouncers will hit you for no reason, i was near a guy who was mouthing off to the bouncers and they knocked me out just for looking like i was with him. Woke up in the hospital with a concussion and chipped teeth. Never had anything like this happen to me, not an agressive person whatsoever. Stay clear of this place, not safe.

Item held on to by bouncers was stolen. When asked about item, bouncer who put it off to the side said he didn't know and shrugged after being assured it would be returned. Very sentimental object, given up willingly and absolutely inappropriate handling of the situation. The dancers are fantastic but the staff is either stealing or unwilling to look into other thievery. Did not offer any solutions (checking camera, asking other staff). Suspicious. Filing police report.

My girls and I celebrated a bachelorette party here on a Friday. We were so lucky to have met a nice gentleman who invited us all up to a private booth and we had one of the best nights ever. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Big thanks to Kyle the bouncer who made us feel safe and Andrea our server who went above and beyond in all aspects to make our night extra special! We will be back.

The bouncers here are bad bad men, dont come here alone because they dont like solo guys standing around trying to network. Jumba Jookiba and the buff version of dane cook will search you, then shove you for smiling because you know they are wasting their time, then when they find nothing on you they will throw you out of the bar and get you arrested by cops because theyre bored. I was also warned by the arresting cop "it is my fault for going to this particular bar." Jokes on them i actually had going to the drunk tank on my bucket list.

One of their bouncers named Mykhaylo openly shares his homophobic views over social media. It absolutely disgusts me how they have someone like that representing their establishment. This is not a safe place for the LGBTQ community. I used to love going here but you have lost the business of many members of the LGBTQ community due to your ignorant staff.

I was there tonight and a person had a seizure so I called 911 because I had my CPR and my first aid and no one was doing anything even the bouncers. The bouncers actually told me to be quite when I asked for something to stop the bleeding when the person was unconscious bleeding from head...pretty sure that I would not want those people to help in a situation like that!

Wild Recently a job just danced into my lap so Ive had a behind the sceens look at one of kelownas hottest spots, and all i can say is Off the hook, I wish i wasnt working. Everywhere i looked there is wild hot action naked women on stage and off and not just the staff, in between shows the stage is open for any hot young kelowna talent willing to get naughty, the other night the girl next door with glasses did an amazing number with two fingers and her pants pulled down just enough. simply amazing.

Would like to recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Security and head owner were very polite in letting my friend in even though he was soaking wet! Great vibe for the guys who came from Alberta for brothers stag! Each individual in the group was able to talk to people inside and maybe even get some extras!
