Quinn Collins

Short hike with a beautiful look out! Seems to be open enough that it isn't too buggy so long as there is a breeze.

Stuart Smith

Be careful on the slope, it gets icy.

Absolutely beautiful place touched by the hand of God!

Jeff Brown

Nice area but is a small basic loop track.. the lookout has a picnic table for breaks and is probably the best part

Love going here with the kids, great walk, even in the winter...lots of birds to see, sometimes you can see the porcupine, no fees, usually pretty quiet, good parking, toilet facilities available, can be a bit of a climb if you go all the way around, wear good shoes, and keep eyes peeled for treasure :)

Robert Legault

Nice hide up the hill, with a beautiful view. Only wish the trails were longer.

Mike Richards

Trails are fairly short and really fun. Gorgeous look out. Our last visit followed a thaw and refreeze, so some trails were slippery on hills. Overall, an amazing place.

I finally decided to check this trail out with my dogs, so glad I did!! It’s a nice short loop, we did it twice. The first few hundred meters are uphill, and pretty early on in the hike you’ll reach a stunning lookout point, have a seat at the picnic table and take it in. The way down is just as beautiful, then at the bottom you’ll walk along the lake and then along a field. The whole walk is wonderful!! Most of the trail on the upper parts is single track, then the lower parts are double track.

Nikki Johnstone

Lovely hike. Beautiful view from the lookout.

Nice trails, very nice view. The only negative thing I could say is, people need to pick up after their dogs, you have to really watch where you step on the lower part of the trail.

Alex Childs

Nice view of the Pigeon River and Bethany Ski Hills

L H

Ok for a walk but not much to see

Helene St-Amand

As advertised. Good birds.

My son and I wanted a short hike so we headed out to Windy Ridge on Dec 14th at about 4:00pm. The trail was a little slick so we stayed to the sides and really enjoyed the walk. Just as we got to the top of the lookout, we were engulfed in a show squall! Though visibility was low, it was easy to follow the clear, cut trail back around to the parking lot. We had a great time.

S Clare

This is a beautiful little hike! Definitely a bit challenging if you haven't been on a hike in a while. I recommend starting by going left to the lookout, it's a lot easier that way!

Only got about 5 mins in when we had to turn back for being swarmed by horseflies. It's mid June, perhaps a bad time for them, but it was so bad we had to run back to the car! Trail itself looked lovely and wish we could have walked the whole thing.

Ian Aubrey

Good little hike trail. If you want more of a challenge, from the parking lot go right. You will climb a steep hill. Less of a challenge go left from the parking lot.
