I totally agree with other patons since shoreline took over the place has gone down. .closed the coat check?? They have everything at 1 area. The bathrooms are a disgrace .they "run out" of the so called "gifts". It's worth the drive to Rama and leave my money there!

A group of friends enjoyed a fabulous buffet dinner and excellent service by Rita ... Races were exciting and the slots were fun too ... came home with a few won dollars that covered my evening of entertainment!

was attacked by staff,my both eyes were gouged from behind back when playing at table.. this was MISTAKEN I.D. they attacked wrong guy,,,no I.D. was asked for,by staff,,,attack FIRST, then found out they beat up wrong guy,,,,head office will not help.with this Brutal ,,,Attack on my eyes from behind my back,,,i have tapes from attack.....they show me playing blackjack,,doing nothing,,just ordered coffee and got attacked by staff FIRE ALARM.....FIRE ALARM STAY AWAY FROM ALL GREAT CANADIAN GAMING CASINOS IN CANADA.......YOU MIGHT BE NEXT VICTIM ...

I would give a 5 star tbh but they are currently getting ready for a move to Peterborough so I'll rate what I can lol the food is great the smoking area is clean friendly staff and usually friendly environment can start a conversation with just about anyone and some are very open

Payouts? I'm played out. I suspect Government taxes maybe raping the public, since gambling is a sin and that gives them the right. {They have no God given right to tax this.) :( I've also noticed there are fewer big winner pictures up front. I haven't seen a hand pay to anyone in months. I have been going there since it was OLG. Maybe more low pays? Shorelines certainly cut service. A Casino (and any business) should employ people. Don't tell me they had to cut back! Shorelines could learn from the US.

Small casino that includes a speedway and small diner style restaurant. The diner and bar has limited options. No real stellar item on the menu. There are daily specails with the highlight being the daily breakfast that features a $5 gaming voucher. All slots. Clean. Staff is friendly and the crowd is mainly seniors.

We had a great time even though this facility will be closed soon. A Beautiful new building at a new location 5 mins away is almost completed. The new facility apparently will have much more entertainment that this location.
