If you want premium quality local produce go to Wellington country market on Brock road. Their fajita lime marinated chicken breast is one of our favorites, it has the perfect amount of zing. The store has been growing recently and they have a wide variety of baking and vegetables etc. Be prepared to pay for what you want.

We buy meat from WCM every Saturday at the Farmers Market in Milton. Went this week and they were not there, so we drove up to the farm. They have the best meat and fresh produce, as well as many delicious baked goods. Definately worth the drive to Wellington County. ????

This is a fantastic stop for any foodie around Guelph or the tri-cities. It's produce and other food are all top-notch. A fantastic meat counter. It's spotlessly clean and the staff are all friendly. It's a fun place for kids as well. There are a few farm animals, including some goats, ponies, donkeys and rabbits. And there is a play structure out back so it makes groceries a bit of a fun mission for littles. Pro tip: Try the Mad Mexican tortilla chips. Not the first thing you think of when you think "country market" but they are elite chips. Can't recall seeing that brand before and now I'll be in the lookout for them.

While sometimes hard to find a parking spot, this is a must-visit spot when in town. Great prices on fresh cuts of meat, and some of the best tasting cured/smoked sausages and kielbasa in the area. Lots of great frozen food options, as well as baked treats. They even carry Picard's peanut products! The seasonal veggie area also has a great selection of local food. An excellent place to shop!

The fresh meat looked top quality. I was hoping for some fresh baked goods, especially savouries, but standard fare on that front. Good selection of produce. The meat prices were fair the rest a bit upscale but decent selection of yuppie snacks if that's your thing. Good place to stock up for a barbecue.

I have been driving past this place for a while and decided to finally go. Wow... So f'ing amazing. So much crammed into a small nice store. I ended up getting cheese, burgers, cookies, nuts and dessert squares. Next time some schnitzel, veggies and lunch meats. Glad I found this place and anyone in the area go go to :):)

A great Farm Market. Fresh fruits and veggies, baked goods, meat and cheese of all kinds. A nice picnic spot to enjoy the hot and cold treats. Try the sausage rolls; they are unbelievably good. Leave some blueberries for me!

There is some nice produce, fruits. Today I got half a dozen corn and yellow watermelon!! It tastes so good and refreshing!! The muffins and coffee were great too. My kids love the back and can stay there all day playing with on the play structure, in the sandbox with all the trucks and visiting the goats, donkeys and miniature horses...makes for a great day!!

After going there for 15 years I love the counter staff and normally have good service. Ti day I arrived with my mask and young son and waited in line for 25 mins even stood talking the kid at the door. When it was my turn to enter I was told my young son could not enter and was recommended to have him wait with the animals in the play area unsupervised. I go there every week usually leaving my kids at home but when I have taken my kids it has never been an issue. Upon realizing I could not take my son inside I turned to leave to hear the a few of the lovely comments the door kid was making to the next customer in line about me. unfortunate I will now not refer any more friends or family use to be one of my favorite places

Wonderful place to bring kids plus you can shopnfor farm fresh food. They have goats and donkeys and a miniature horse that your kids will love. The play ground area is also VERY NICE. Cant say enough good about this place.

Not only is the atmosphere from the employee's wonderful, but so is the fresh meat and vegetables. My husband and I have a few favorites... Garlic breaded pork chops, Apple Harvest Sausages not to mention the delicious stuffed pork chops. You really are missing out if you haven't visited their market. It is clean, they are friendly and the fresh food is amazing. Keep up the great work. Cheers

I really like this place. It's on my way home from work. Produce is very good quality and lots of variety. Meat is the same. Great quality, good prices. My only problem is the store hours. Closed Monday and Tuesday. Closes through the week some days around 5. I would literally shop here several times/week if they were open until at least 6 every day. Love it - but they need to change their hours so I can shop more often!!!

Have been coming here for about 14 years. The meat, cheeses and other things sold are really good. Sausages are amazing, especially Royal city. I did buy a pumpkin pie recently and was a bit shocked at the price though.

This place is great. Great product, great staff, great location. I got a steak from there a few days ago,( I've never had resh meat from a butcher before) and it was the best steak I've ever made. Also got some deli meats and some tarts, all of it was spot on!! The price is a bit higher but it's totally worth it. Plus it's a local business so that helps. Will go back there 100%. I recommend everyone to at least go there once!

Meat is fresh and excellent quality. It is a good price compared to places like Zehrs. Lots of local produce in season. They have local treats like jams, sauces, honey, cookies, pie, and cheeses. There are also premade meals fresh and in the freezer. My favorite thing to get there is fresh or frozen sausage. You won't find any better in Guelph.
