This place was probably wonderful when it opened 10(?) years ago. I imagine it required significant initial investment to setup, and it shows; the play area is impressive. But it looks little to no money is reinvested in maintaining the place, which sees a LOT of use. It too bad because they have a good setup. But it is worn down and dusty. The IKEA chairs and sofas are unsanitary looking. We'll probably come again as guests to someone else's bday party, but we would never pay money to come here.

The owner or manager arrived 3 mintues before opening at 9:30 and was not ready to deal with the groups of people including a bus and 3-4 families until at least 9:35. This doesn't bother me but the fact that she was impatient with someone asking questions when being late herself is not professional. I can't give a good rating for the management. Maybe it was just a bad day. But It was fun for the kids.

Not the greatest experience, considering I’ve been to many other indoor playgrounds. They were washing the carpets during open hours, so our socks got soaked and made it uncomfortable during our time playing. Many things were out of service (carousel, ball blower). But the worst of all, was the bumpy slides three side by side. My 4 year old daughter flew down and it was very unsafe. Tried going down with her, and we still flew down and I hit those bumps so hard, I ended up injured. Doctor is sending me for an X-ray this week because he thinks I fractured my tail bone. We made the best of it while we were there, but I will never visit this centre again, ever. Unsafe and unenjoyable. And obviously getting physically injured to the point of fracturing bones is a deal breaker.

Ive always had a great experience, but this Sunday was really out of the ordinary. I had a party of 26 guests and when the 3 pizzas arrived they were over cooked and dry. I served them just the same because everyone was very hungr, and i wasnt sure how long it would take for 3 more. Considering i spent $400 i got a $5 dicount. Next time ill send them back for more :(

After our experience today, we simply had to write a review because we would never recommend this place for a birthday party. The staff was pushy and rude. The entire place was very dirty and run down. The mascot was unprepared and not very entertaining for the kids. Overall, I was shocked by how disorganized and filthy this place was. There is clearly a huge lack of management and it's unfortunate because the concept is good, it is just poorly executed. The only positive point was the tubes... the kids and adults had fun running around and going down the slides.

Maybe my perception is skewed as I am visitor to this area and where I typically go is in every way better plus cheaper. I just want to share my experience with the locals who have not gone. Don't waste your money. $35 and change I spent on a 3 and a half year old two and a half year old, myself and baby of 4 months. Given that I am a supervising parent I am not sure why I am paying for entry. Plus a money grabber with multiple automated rides and games.

While the kids seem to have fun, there are a few key points that should be mentioned. - nearly the same price as Cosmic Adventures but for roughly 40% less play area. - not nearly as safe. The tall slides are too steep and kids tend to be projected. During our visit, two kids sustained injuries severe enough for them to leave the facility. - the overall customer service feel could use some polishing. We were constantly being pestered and reminded of what wasn't allowed even if we weren't doing anything remotely close. Example: we were sitting in the eating area playing with our baby, 3 times we were reminded that changing a baby in the play area is not allowed... 1. We're not in the play area, 2. We're not changing the baby.. Talk about policing!! Lastly, the rep at the front counter easily gets overwhelmed and becomes very snappy and rude to kids and adults alike. Bottom line is, if you know where Cosmic Adventures is, I'd go there instead...

I give this place 4 stars. It could also be 3 or 5 depending on your experience. It's an absolute zoo in there, but the kids had an amazing time. It's an indoor playground, so dont expect super clean structures. The little cafeteria had awful food and worse food service, but we were not there for the food. Prices are decent. All in all it was a really fun way to burn energy and hang out with other adults while the kids went bananas. Will definitely go again.

Kids love this indoor playgound. Safe entry and exit, though staff need to be maybe 20 percent more careful with people exiting! Excellent place for kid parties with really great and fun hosts. Excellent cake! Kids can okay here for hours. Adults probably could not last more than 2 or 3 hours, ????. We get too tired! ????

The slides are crazy! My son is 2 so I went down with him. I got air on the wavy ones and got hurt. But my son loved it! Tons of tubes and slides. I do prefer cosmic adventure, much safer and bigger but a bit further to get to.

I have been coming here for a few years and needless to say the lady at the reception is RUDE. EVERY SINGLE TIME she gives me attitude NOT FRIENDLY should be fired or at least reprimanded. I have to say on my last visit last wkd, the place was filthy floors were gross, stained and a lot of dust everywhere. The lack of patience from the lady at reception is a disgrace. I asked about a birthday party I had booked online coming up in two weeks, she yelled and was rude and told me it was not going to take place unless I paid online. The site leaves you a choice to pay day of or pay online I chose to pay day of. No need to blast me in front of all the other parents about a payment making me feel useless and stupid. Based on this I will not return and its my final straw. I never write reviews because I know working with the public isn't easy but with this case its OVER AND OVER and SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE.

The place is fun, a bit outdated but compared to other family facilities on Par for cost. However, both times I have been here I have had the same experience with staff. In particular the receptionist, who I do not understand why she is involved with a family atmosphere as she is very unfriendly. I have seen this comment on various reviews for this place and probably a sign to owners of Tubes and Jujubes they should look into their staff. Incredibly dirty, we had to clean our own tables and find a paper towel to wipe the dirty floors. No covid measures in place and very unsafe for children. The staff was very rude and aggressive on 3 occasions that I have been there and this almost ruined my child's birthday party. I will never be returning, there are many other play centres that are run correctly and with basic health and safety standards in place. I would not recommend this place to anyone, but you can certainly try it out and see for yourself.

I took my 4 grand kids to this place. It is extremely expensive and not worth it at all. The receptionist was very unfriendly, in fact, rude. The place was practically empty. All the kids ran after each other more than play in the structures.The play structures did not seem to entice the kids much. Some of the kids are not supervised by parents at all times as they sit around on their phones as if they are on vacation. Staff is friendly however they should be more on top of the parents who just lounge around. Overall fun place. Great place to burn your child's energy especially if they are hyperactive.

Fun place for kids. The food staff are unhelpful takes forever to make a couple hot dogs and pogos. Finally are ready and the pogos are burnt, staff are put out to have to replace it need to wait another 15 minutes for the replacement. Cosmic Adventures in Ottawa way better.

I came here on a Monday morning and was amazed at how quiet and relaxed it was. I had my 3 year old and 1 year old with me and found they were both engaged in active play for hours. How fantastic to have a place where I can enjoy spending time with both of them knowing they have both the freedom and safety they need to enjoy themselves. It was also great to be able to bring food to eat in the allocated cafe area. After reading other reviews I was concerned about cleanliness, but found the place to be generally very clean and well maintained. A very enjoyable experience.

Tubes et jujubes used to be a great place, perhaps 6 years ago, and I would gladly trade a longer trip to Gatineau back when for the fun of playing in the compressed air cannons area with my two girls. I went twice recently, and somehow the place has gone completely neglected. The main feature has been out of commission for months, the change machines do not work, the cafeteria was out of sugar last I went, and various corners of the actual tubes section are absolutely filthy. Some structures were held together with masking tape, with sharp edges sticking out, waiting for taller beings to get hurt. Staff was unhelpful and demotivated. It is clear that the facility isn't put back together at the end of the day. Pretty depressing option. I would recommend the drive to Cosmic if you search for a rainy day bit of exercise and fun for your kids.

Fun place for kids to play and spend some energy. We went there with my two kids and they loved it, although we had an annual subscription with Cosmics, but this place is much quieter and kids can play comfortably. Loved that there are coaches for parents to sit on. Our visit was on a Saturday the place was neat and staff were nice. I did not find any thing that was bothering or unclean.
