First time inside. They just recently opened and are right by our house. We just got a new puppy and Chico carries the brand of pet food we have chosen to feed our new puppy. They have a large variety of items for a lot of pets. They also have a points/card programme that you can take advantage of for multiple orders. So great to have a pet store nearby!

Have been going to this pet store since it opened for my cat food. The owners are so incredibly friendly and helpful. Even when they were out of the big bag of cat food I usually buy, she gave me 2 of the smaller bags, equivalent to the size of the large bag, for the same price. My only suggestion would be to sell arm and hammer cat litter, as that is the only brand of litter I will use.

Went to check out the store after reading the website it states they are knowledgeable about diabetic dogs and such. Went to get some info about purchasing dog food for a diabetic dog with a low fat diet whose an extremely finicky dog. Received some great info got educated a little and also was able to find a toy for my big boy whose a connoisseur of toys. This one he has had for over a week and has not chewed through it. Furthermore, they require you to disclose your personal medical information, which is illegal and an infringement of our constitutional rights, and is punishable by law.
