Beautiful place with amazing walking trails. It was a great environment, with lots of fantastic rest areas and it is really well maintained. There are also pet bags at regular intervals along the path. Will definitely make this a regular rotation in my walking cycles.

Beautiful place to come relax and enjoy a nice warm day. The walking trail is decent, though some people do litter, which takes away from the experience slightly. There's an area for kids to play in as well as a few tables to have a lunch. And there are GARBAGE CANS for disposal so you don't have to just leave your garbage around. All in all an awesome spot. I'd recommend it. Just be sure to clean up after yourself before you go so the people behind you can enjoy it as well.

This is a beautiful park and it has a surrounding walking trail. The 3-4 km trail is a loop around the park and there are several lookout points throughout. The trail consists of boardwalk and gravel floor so it is very family friendly.

For a town of 12,000+, this is a superb park. Better than many cities that are significantly bigger. Seems fairly new with a lot of local companies donating to its build. The park has a large pond, with a boardwalk around most of it 2.5km,. The rest is fine gravel ~2km. Trail is flat and handicap accessible. About 100 vehicle parking lot, large play area, lawn, picnic area, washrooms, catering facility and a large and small dog park.

I love taking my dog here for a walk. It's about 3km around so great for a leisurely stroll. They have picnic tables and a playground if you have kids. Theres a dog park that's separated for big and small dogs. It's a perfect little touch of nature right in town. Theres usually ducks at the water front and you might see a moose somewhere in the vicinity if you're fortunate!

It's a beautiful, serene place which is alive with life. It offers walking trails, children's play areas, picnic areas, ducks, pond life, calmness, birds of many varieties, a safe board walk wide enough to include everyone, including the odd moose which may cross your path. There is a large separate dog pound to run one's dog freely. Dogs are allowed to walk the trails with families but must always be on a leash. Doggy bags are provided to help owners clean up after their loving pet. Bags can be deposited in garbage cans situated around the pond. The Pond is for everyone, please keep it clean for the benefit of all who enjoy going there to sit, to walk, to play, to enjoy the beauty of life in an all too often mixed up world.
