REVIEWS OF Fredericton Boyce Farmers Market IN Fredericton

Cindy Ramsay

Full of wonderful craftspeople and artisans.

Irvin Gomes

You can find a lot of things there. Fresh food and produce

Marlyn Calhoun

The produce is excellent. The meat products are from animals that are natural fed. The people are friendly. A Great setup for COVID19 ERA.

Adele Theriault

Awesome place to get local foods and other products. Wether only for a snack or the weekly groceries, I can always find what I need to eat delicious food! There is a wide variety of produce, meats, cheese, breads and pastries, etc. The atmosphere is otherworldly!

Karl Williams

They promote segregation and discrimination.

Jessica Wood

I go here every week for fresh local food. So many different shops! Always ends up being a great afternoon. Parking can be crazy... I park a block or more away. Plan to be on your feet, inside and outside.

D

Segregationists, promoters of forced starvation by limiting access to essential resources and discrimination based on medical staus. Do not support this market.

Shoshana Grace

I do not support their decision to ban people based on their own personal choice not to take an experimental jab or to not share their personal medical information.

Mimi B

I think the smooth parking is great for people now and the vendors are almost back to normal sales

Robin Paquette

Awesome place to go on a Saturday morning with friends and family. Lots of different kiosks (local fruits and veggies, food trucks, meat and fish, arts, etc.). I went for the first time today and it was packed. Some of the stands are outside and others inside.

Sandy Walsh

Love this farmer's market. The right size for the crowds. Perhaps even a little undersized. Lots of great breakfast and takeaway options. Having the vendors outside is a welcome addition. Very social atmosphere and it appears to be a cornerstone event for many locals. "The other church"

Irusik Hunchyk

I am an emigrant and I like this place. A wide selection and variety of cheese, fresh seafood and smoked meat, trinkets and essential oils - all of this you can find here. I'd say this place creates a certain atmosphere of the city. Local residents, made by their hands souvenirs and treats, freshly prepared coffee, it is definitely not just a market for me, it is immersion in culture and traditions of the city. If you're interested, you must definitely get here.

John Burke

Gorgeous vegetables

Zee Jeremic

Shame for segregation

Kirstin Morrell

Simply a great farmer's market. So many different kinds of vendors, from fresh foods to prepared foods to crafts to art. It's a busy place, but well worth a visit. I was visiting from Alberta and very much enjoyed the time I spent at the Fredericton Boyce Farmers Market.

Jean-Jacques Buraglia

Love the different vendors. Always something great to offer

Matt Matyszczuk

Great place for your fresh local basics! I love the kolz' mustard ????????

DEE-ANN GREEN

Awful place awful service

Amy Neales

There is always so much to see and fantastic food and fare from local businesses! An excellent way to spend your Saturday mornings!

AJ Jones

Great vendors, and Warung Indonesia is a must-stop food place. Warung even remembers my partner and I drink iced tea and have since supplied it for us. We also love the Noodle Lady: she has excellent variety and is very generous. Fantastic array of meats and cheeses, and the veggies can't be beat. A must-see for any tourist or local. 10/10.

Roxanne Regimbald

Nice place to get fresh and local products

Shiny Sylveon

Since they discriminate against people, we will not support them. There are better places to shop.

Alayna fauteux

Denying Canadians food... disgraceful & absolutely disgusting.

Simon Collier

Great selection of stalls from local farmers, baskets and crafters. Many of the stalls seem to be cash only, but there's an ATM on site if you don't generally carry cash. Always a nice atmosphere, a buzz of happy people.

Michael Barnes

Great farmers market, one of the highlights of New Brunswick. There are lots of great food options and many great artisans and food places inside the hall. We really enjoyed the local goods and would highly recommend a stop to the market if you're in the area.

Ian Murdoch

This is by far the best farmer's market I've been to in Atlantic Canada, and perhaps even Canada. It's historic (established early 1980's) and full of amazing local produce, delicious cheeses, great coffee in the back of the building (try to get there early for one of the limited seats), a good hearty breakfast (seetng is also limited), and samosas that usually have a line up to get (although Fredericton's best samosa vender of all-time, Patel's, is no longer in business, the two serving samosas today are solid options). The outdoor food trucks are also what make this market special. My go-tos are chicken souvlaki and sausages. If you are there around Christmas time they have the top Christmas trees and wreaths around, as well as lots of great craft items for gifts. Saturday mornings at the Fredericton Boyce Farmer's Market are truly a treat.

Tony Coady

Highly recommend a visit to this location, lots to see and do, come hungry!

MapleHero 360

I have been to a few concerts here and find the layout to be kind of awkward and too dark. Also would love to see one of the smoothie vendors be open during at least part of the night to have a non alcoholic treat while enjoying the show.

kathy Lester

even with Covid there is still a good selection of goods

Jessica Mazariegos

Such a variety of local vendors, it's a great place to spend a saturday morning.

Matthea Schumpelt

Great market. Lots of variety from baked goods, fresh produce, meats to artisans offering jewelry, pottery, textiles and more. Love the food trucks outside. The samosas trucks always have a line up and for good reason! Yum. You'll have to hunt for street parking and the market can get very crowded. Those with young toddlers might find it overwhelming. Otherwise, a fun place to shop, browse, see and taste!

Sassy

I love going to the market, love all the crafts, the booths selling produce, eggs, cheese on and baked goods. Way to go!

Jay Em

Shameful group!! Please consider this: any foods that are grown or handled by hateful, divisive people & their «unhealthy» energy…….is very destructive to your body, mind, and Spirit! Really. Please think twice if you cherish true health. Spend your money elsewhere! #dorothyshephardmustgotojail #trudeaumustgotojail

Stella Z

Not friendly whatsoever

Scott Henderson

Vendors were sparse, understandably, but still found everything I was looking for. Felt very safe and comfortable at the market, a nice dose of normalcy. Stay safe kids

Mike Bountalas

Great to be open especially enduring a pandemic, but truly a shadow of its former self

Julien Jans

Good vendors selection, clean, need more ATM

Andrew N. Byrne

I love this market. It really is the quintessential farmer's market. It's grown slightly over the years and remains the best place in town to get local goods each weekend.

Heidi Turner

Everything you need and so many things you didn't know you needed all in one place. Creative, talented vendors, great food, good vibe. A jewel for Fredericton downtown!

Cathrine Buethe

Lots of space to wonder around outside. Inside is a bit more congested, but expected at a market. The food options outside are great. All the vendors are friendly without being pushy whatsoever. I went with my 5 year old and we loved our outing. Pictures of a bouquet purchased while there.

Michael Kuehne

This is a great spot to check out on a Saturday morning for many things. For starters, this is the only place in the area where you can sample and purchase a wide variety of cheeses. Plenty of vendors who also sell fresh produce, meats, eggs, some ethnic foods, and some crafts. The restaurant here is also very tasty, but to avoid a lineup you should arrive before 8:30am.

Jennifer Murray

Open from 7am-1pm ( covid hours) instead of their original opening time of 6am. Honestly was my first time going since covid and it was absolutely wonderful! So many vendors and we only did the outside portion. Food we purchased was delicious, and while it was busy it didn't feel overly crowded which just made the experience even more enjoyable!

Rej Allain

Very nice market! Alot of variety!!

Monica Nealis

Such a great market with lots of different local products and produce.

Linda Grant

Love the market so many unique things there

sandra mcarlen

I much prefer coming here instead of shopping at the big chains. Sure sometimes it’s unavoidable for convenience but whenever possible I prefer to go the Boyce. Everyone is so friendly and the produce is just so much better. The atmosphere here is just a great experience.

Jennifer Walker-Mann

First time since the beginning of the pandemic. Excellent job controlling capacity, traffic flow & promoting proper distancing & mask wearing.

Jonathan Adams

There is a gentleman who sells goat cheese there every Saturday that he makes by hand. I now have a 10$ a week goat cheese habit that will be hard to break, should I ever outgrow these pants.

Stephen Schreinert

Great to have vendors that are from out of the Fredericton are a to have a variety of products to purchase

Mark Vidovich

This place would not allow us in becuase we do not have the vaccine. Shame on them ! Shame on them for treating canadians this way! We will never shop here again as all canadian should not shop here anymore.. they have violated our rights and freedoms and have taken part with the government to violation our charter of rights . Our family will never give them business again . U should not either !!!

Rod Waterton

Most disappointed

J W

I made the choice a year ago to say goodbye to the large chain stores for eggs and meats. The farmers market is a fantastic source for quality poultry, eggs and all forms of meat. You get to say hi to the farmers and get to know where your foods are coming from. I am very happy with my decision to be perfectly honest.

Kitty Murphy

Luv luv luv this place! I’m from Sk and have made it a priority stop every time I travel east. Well done Fredricton!!!!

Lindsey Hargett

Great market, full of everything you could ever need or want!

Lauren Williams

Great fun and food.

K. Danylchuk

Great food, lots to chose from.

Karen Martinson

The best and longest established market in Fredericton! So many vendors and high quality products. A great mix of local (including organic) farmers, craftspeople, food offerings and of course, the Special Blend Coffee Company coffees -- who have been there for over 30 years! ☺

James Gauthier

This has to be one of the most awesome markets that I've ever been. Its not too big but big enough with plenty of selection. Tried the German sausage and some freshly squeezed orange juice and couldn't hold back how good it was. Definitely a spot to check out while in Fredericton

James Reed

Great place. The OJ was so good! Great people Great spot. There was this one lady Connie Wheaton the owner of "House of Art" she made some very nice post cards and paintings. When you go you need to check her out!! P.s. she takes cash and card ????

Christina Z.

First time coming here. Ample parking space, great way to support the local business especially during this pandemic.

Cottage Guy

Always a good time at this market each summer and fall when the local produce starts to show up. Plenty to see and buy, and a nice laid back atmosphere. Been going for years...

Media Icon

If you like to same local culture, produce and get a feel for fredericton, then you need to make a stop here. If you like the old town feel and atmosphere of Niagara On the Lake, the you are going to love where this market is situated. Arrive early if you want to park close, but we found the walk through the fantastic neighbourhood. The vendors have excellent wares on offer (from fresh produce, meats and cheeses to art in metal paints and wood) all spectacular, very fairly priced for a farmer's market, and a definate must stop while travelling.

Emma S.

I absolutely adore this market!! They host wonderful vendors and the atmosphere is always so warm and uplifting. My only concern is that the interior space is a bit cramped and hard to navigate, especially when the market is busy, which might be a bit of an accessibility concern for those in wheelchairs or with strollers. I'm not sure what the market could do to accommodate this, however, as it seems to be the nature of such a popular market in such a small space.

Brian Koval

Great market and great produce! Many places still cash only though.... don't forget to stop at the bank, service charges are steep!

David Bailey

I applaud the FBFM for standing up for public health and safety! You can shop there with confidence that they care about you and the community.

Kyle Sleigh

I have been going for years now and is a regular tradition in my household. A great way to support local and they have adapted well to covid. Lineups have gotten a bit longer so I recommend go early if you don’t want to wait.

Daniel Paull

A great selection of indoor vendors and outdoor vendors. With hand crafted goods, fresh produce, cheese, meats and more. Outside food trucks on site, covid distancing but no masks required. Would definitely recommend the market for anyone looking to get out and support local business. Will visit again. Delicious food!

Nathalie Landry

Have fun to find parking here. Everything is under construction. The majority of merchant take only cash. Not found anything exceptional.

Justin Robichaud

We LOVE going to the farmers market on the weekends. The abundance of incredible foods is enough for me to keep going. Make sure you try the orange juice and the Schnitzel at Kurt’s Sausage! Could eat there every weekend! Sometimes I do!

Greg McLaughlin

Great place to shop on Saturday mornings.

Sean McKinley

We always so here when we are in town. To quality local produce, meats, cheeses and the best bread are some of the go-to items for us. Also make sure to get in line for samosas.

Karim

Worked here for close to 13 years, everyone is kind, friendly and outgoing

Sara Chetioui

We loved it ????

The Rev. Stratton Phillips

I always love visiting this farmer's market. A great selection of vendors with tons of produce, crafts, food, etc.. You must check it out. Be prepared, it can get quite crowded once things get rolling in the morning - best to arrive early. Driving? Park at one of the local parking garages and walk to the market.

Andre Chiasson

We love this market. Whenever we visit our daughter in Fredericton, the market is at the top of our list of things to do. Even if you don't buy anything it's nice to wander around, check out the food, crafts, fresh foods and the people. Very enjoyable way to spend a Saturday morning.

Alena AlenaR

I would not support any grocery store or market that supports vaccine passports. Shame on you.

Geoff Alders

Come for the food. Amazing

Annie Reade

Great place to visit! Crafts! Fresh produce! Baked goods! Cheeses! Best of all truck food galore!

Kim Parker

Difficult to walk on the rocks. A lot of empty vendors inside.

SC Peter PANG

Support local! A large variety of stalls selling food and handicrafts, availability depending on time of the year. Parking can be tricky depending on time of day. If you arrive late it is better to park at further away and walk there. It is better to arrive early and arrive hungry!

Ashley Swim

Richie's Donair!!! I can't stress this enough. Best Donair in the city! I get teziki on mine instead of the sweet sauce.

Erika Hachey

Always a unique and fun experience. Everything you need in Fredericton is right there, and it makes downtown a prime destination. Pick up an orange juice, some fresh veggies, cheese and meat. I also live seeing the budding entrepreneurs, and am excited that more art and creative vendors are being added. A must see for your Saturday morning in Fredericton!

Zachary Heitling

This place is so great! I really enjoyed looking around, trying all the wares in the place, and while I couldn't buy anything because most everyone wanted cash, and being an American, cards were all I had, it was an amazing experience being there with my crew of locals and enjoying all the sights, smells and amazing sustainability mindset that seemed to permeate the place!

SuperNova

Communist establishment baring unvaxed from food to live. I wouldn't shop at this place.. They hired 2 bouncers stoping people and checking QR codes. They even said no to my fully vaxed grandma because she doesn't have a smart phone or QR code printed. Very very totalitarian.

Natalie Brown

Its our favorite spot to visit when coming home from Alberta, so much talent, delicious food and great people!

Elizabeth S

Vaccine passports required for a basic human right like access to food? Oh, the insanity!

Roger O'Donnell

I great place to go walk around and enjoy the people

Jared Gallant

One of the best farmer's markets in the province. So many options and great quality.

Jerry b

This farmers market has discriminated against other for their medical decision and has segregated the public. It’s very clear that they don’t respect human rights and it’s a disgrace what they’ve done.

Michael Sokolowski

Love going to the Farmer's Market. Try the Donair or Souvlaki at one of the food trucks, delicious.

Mike THURLOW

This is by far the best Farmers Market in Eastern Canada. I have had the opportunity to attend many Farmers Markets across the country and other then maybe St. Jacob's, Ontario, none have compared with the atmosphere it provides in the small city of Fredericton. This is a must when you attend the City and happen to be around on a Saturday Morning. Plenty of vendors from your typical, meat and cheeses, to hardware and of course food and more food. The Samosas are the most popular food I. The market and worth the wait in the long lineup. I always attend for the sight, sounds, atmosphere and food when I get the chance.

Pierre-Luc Arseneau

Always a great social melting pot of friends & food on a saturday morning!

Muns

Visited here on my stay in Fredericton during my East Cost Trip. The market is open only on Saturdays. Plenty free parking in nearby office/work buildings. Fresh vegetables, fruits and plants available. The meats looked fresh and well priced. A lot of snacks and juices available as well. Interestingly only fruit smoothies and no green smoothies. Wide selection of natural products and trinkets as well. I bought some NB grown garlic back to Toronto.

Matthew Ford

If you are looking to support local vendors, quality fresh ingredients and be among your community then this is the place. A family outing with food to eat, crafts both indoors and outside then it is the place. I suggest you bring cash or hit the bank machine just inside the front doors. Park a street or two away to make leaving a breeze.

Rene Saucier

Encourage segregation ( where are we ? )

Raphael Benjamin De Guzman

2⭐ health & safety compliance 2⭐ consumer comfort & ease 2.5⭐ diversity/organization & selection of retailers 3⭐ entertainment/hospitality experience 2.5⭐ retail environment & shopping experience 3⭐ convenience/accessibility/location

Jenna may

There's a food truck here that sells the best samosas!!!

G S Rana

Whether inside the hall or outside in the open, on Saturday a must visit. Local shopping of quality food and veggies. Have best coffee in New Brunswick within - at Special Blend Coffee Co.

Louise Côté

Absolutely absurd and inhuman to require the pass! I can’t believe that there’s people that cruel in New Brunswick!

Travis Allen

Fantastic farmers market. The floor is filled with awesome local vendors that are friendly and accommodating. I’ve found a variety of fantastic foods here all reasonably priced.

Nadi Al-Karmi

Wide variety of fresh food. However, the place is small and crowded, especially on a Saturday. The parking was full, but it's free.

Zoe Yuill

So many interesting booths and delicious food!

Allain Barnett

This is a great farmer's market for local foods, including meats, vegetables, fruit,, cheese, coffee, baked goods and prepared foods. They also have a restaurant inside that serves a decent breakfast with coffee refills. The market gets busier, so if possible, try to arrive early. Best visiting time is in the summer when various seasonal fruits and vegetables are available.

Brenden B

Lots of vendors that sell a variety of different items. Fresh fruits and vegetables, crafts , desserts, fresh cuts of meat, and more. Have Breakfast and enjoy walking around taking it all in. Food trucks on site and killer samosa stand .

V R-G

Really well organised! Lots of choix and product. Enjoyed our ice coffees, my dog loooves the treats I got her. :)

Elen Alves

I loved to taste delicious foods and desserts. There are good options for vegetarians and vegans!

Ben Todd-Sweezey

A fun place-a great place to spend a weekend morning!

Steve Gilby

A great Saturday routine.

Harmony Yuill

Line to get in moved quickly, staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of vendors to shop with

marcy morrissey

It was good but I was disappointed in the volume of vendors. Covid sucks!

Francisco Daniel Salazar Aguirre

You need to try all the food here maybe on the city you will not find a restaurant of your liking but here you will

Siobhan Phoenix

Great market with lots of local vendors selling veggies, meats, cheese, crafts. You can find really nice jewelry here too. I have always loved going and having a lunch there. Really good food and attentive staff. Fyi if you are looking for good prices organic meats this is the place!

David Barrett

I love going to the market. It's bustling and there's always a mix of new vendors as well as many veterans. The food and crafts are local and many are desirable. If you're ok being in crowds and want to get to know the heart of Fredericton this is a good place to go.

Wesley Taylor

Everyone I've dealt with has always been very friendly. A lot of great businesses inside and on the out. When ever I come back to freddie I always make sure to come back

Mitch Bug

I love it when they show up there to get all the goodies and good food and stuff you need

C Jackson

Super great set up. I mean, the market has always been an institution, but with their covid precautions I was incredibly impressed. Spaces our, good flow. An impossible goal achieved. One of the if not the best markets in NB.

Chloe Brown

I have never been, but any grocery store/food market that voluntarily implements a vaccine passport is one you should never shop at. What they are doing is absolutely horrible and it’s discrimination. Please consider boycotting if you support human rights at all.

David Hosey

Decent for what it is.

Robert Moss

A downtown staple. They're doing a good job with COVID19 procedures. Great fun for the whole family and a family tradition of ours.

Nancy Durelle

Always 5 star rating for market!! Love it.

scott w

always fun to visit and find local artisans and produce.

Dawson Yasmeen Hughes

Discrimination at its finest. way to separate the people. I hope your communist ways serves you well. If you think the government with stop there! you're sadly mistaken... they will come after you too. Tyranny is not to be accepted. Your fear will eat you alive.

Shane McCoy

The boyce farmers market is a great place to get good food from authentic people

Jason Farris

Unfortunately, this business has opted to require proof of vaccination from their patrons, despite this action not being required and despite vendors not wanting this to be done. They chose to do it, thus alienating customers and further contributing to the divide in our province. I will not spend my earnings at a location which does not respect us all as equals; that forces segregation. It's very sad that this attitude is in our small community.

LOIS Ukachukwu

Meat, chicken and eggs here for cheap. The meat is neatly packaged and worth more affordable compared to sobey's and Walmart.

C B

Horrible market that believes in tyranny and segregation if I could give - stars I would . Stay strong NB , stay strong Canada , stay strong world .

Tom Baker

Your business ethics are immoral and I will celebrate the day your doors shut permanently. Not before you face justice for the way you have contributed to the destruction of this once great Country

Jocelyne Blais

They were ready to ask for vaccine passport in order to shop there...Disgusting, heartless, souless

Melissa Phipps

I love going every week and going to my favorite places for the bulk of my grocery shopping. Including Whalen Apiaries for honey, candles and amazing Indian meal spice kits. Wabanaki Soulflower Herbals for exquisite essentials oils and bath and body products. Or Rudolphs farm and butcher shop for my favorite local sausages, pork shoulder and incredible rye bread and croissants. Summer and Autumn cannot be beat with the Mennonite fresh produce stall that has superior fruits and vegetables.

Ann-charlotte Lindgren

Nice. A lot of fresh vegetables and food etc.

Christoph Drumm

A lot of food, but not so many real farmers products.

Rob Rondeel

Very busy. Start looking for parking a few blocks away. Awesome variety of vendors and fairly reasonable prices. The food is fantastic. (Try the crepes). Be prepared to wait in line at many of the booths. Tons of fresh vegetables and meats. Lots of craftsmen with great stuff. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit there.

Todd Keys

Turning away people from getting food because of the vaccines... Sickening.

Wendy Thomas

Best fresh samosas

Manfred Knappe

Almost full inside. Many vendors have returned. Great variety of crafts and produce.

George Young

Bad service. Will never shop there.

A Lo

promoting segregation! Shame on you.

nt svry

Love the announcements basically telling people to hurry up and leave.

Grant McInnis

Poor choices regarding tyranny

Rachel Jenkins

The market has many vendors selling some great quality products. A greater variety of different foods ready to eat would be an improvement, but what is there is really very nice.

Jim Swain

Government shills.

Aihui Zhang

I have a booth at the market.

scott mccoy

Best market in NB hands down! Both options of having a bite or buying local produce outside or find some fresh coffee and orange juice inside, everyone is always friendly here along with clean bathrooms on site. Samosa stands outside usually have a line so show up early if you wanna grab your favorite. Opens 6-1pm. Buffalo sausages are a staple here and definitely check out the new Oat cakes stand outdoors super good and great prices ❤

Nury Lopez

Recognized as one of Canada’s top 10 community markets, the Fredericton Boyce Farmers Market is the City’s traditional Saturday morning (6am-1pm) gathering spot downtown for fresh and healthy foods, craft, creativity and conversation. With more than 250 indoor and outdoor local suppliers from along the Saint. John River Heritage Corridor and across the Province, The Market (as it’s known here) is the place to discover seasonal products like fiddleheads and blueberries , ultra-fresh produce, including organics, meats & seafood, cakes & confections, breads, cheeses & homemade jams, fresh-squeezed juices & New Brunswick wines, artisan chocolates, specialty coffees & beans. Ethnic delicacies, from Chinese buns to Lebanese stuffed grape leaves and the City’s famous samosas, are also a big part of The Market tradition. A vibrant space with one-of-a-kind gifts, colourful and quirky, finds include pottery, jewelry, paintings, textiles and lawn sculptures. Breakfast is served up on site, either inside from the restaurant or outside in either of our Food Alley where it’s falafel sandwiches and buffalo burgers galore. The Food Alley can be found by entering at the Brunswick Street entrance point.

matthew connor

Great place to hold events!

kelly paul

Hate that you have to walk all the way around to the back of the building to get in.

Loreene Wilson

Fav Saturday morning place

Earl Mott

Good food friendly vendors, awesome aroma. A weekend most

crystal roberts

Lots of lovely vendors. Gresh baking, produce, meats, cheese, plenty of food trucks and food stalls. Even with new regulations it was clean, organized and the facebook page is accurate ans regularly updated.

AB southey

We will NEVER shop here again! Segregation is wrong and Boyce Farmers Market is obviously happy to segregate

Renata Bandel

Denies families food by requiring v-passport. Disgusting, I will not support any business that discriminates. Shameful

Lori Zwicker

This is a childhood memory and a half. I always love coming here. Parking sucks and the crowds are plentiful but the place is popular for a good reason. The food is second to none, the sellers are friendly as you can hope and the selection is good. I try to visit each time I'm home.

T T-W

0 stars. They are enforcing medical segregation... this is not about health, it's about control and your qr code vaccine passport. Wake up!!!!

Mark McCann

Love Saturday morning sausage day at the market.

Marsha Mackin

This market takes place every Saturday early in the morning until about noon. They have anything you can imagine there. They have very delicious food stands outside and the different smells of the foods draw you in. When you get to the building there are stands along the outside wall and also lining the middle of the rooms. It will be very crowded but if you get there early it is not as bad. They have everything from specialty cheeses to every cut of meat imaginable and we have some of the best local artisans there. You will definitely be able to find something that interests you there.

Mary Walsh

Made local and sold local . This is were you find the true crafters .

Tina Hiltz

This was my first time at the Market and I really enjoyed the space, the samples, and the variety of items that could be found. I have been in markets across Canada and this one is in the top 10 and I can see why. There are two large rooms, one or two smaller ones, plus vendors outside, in addition to several food trucks. My friend and I bought some baked goods that were really good. If I hadn't been traveling, I would have bought more. I hope to return again during harvest season.

Steven Petrovics

Great place to buy locally. Run into friends (old and new). Nice atmosphere with lots of smiles

Darlene MacDonald

Obviously, because of the Pandemic, the Market is not back to full capacity with the vendors. It was still a hopping place to be on Saturday!

Elizabeth Warman

This was a great day to see others and get the goodies I love! Nice to see how the faemers are dealing with this covid:) LOVE THE MARKET

Lorri Naumann

I loved walking through here and seeing all the different items people were selling. Great food and artesian products. Good produce and local farmers goods (includingbaked goods, fudge and maple syrup!) Something for everyone!

InseasoN out

Love this market. It is packed with people each Saturday for good reasons. Fresh produce, food vendors and handcrafted gifts etc.

Darlene Crowder

Great place for all fresh veggies, meat ,cheeses, breads ,jams ,jellies ,maple syrup ,mini donuts and sooo much more . DEFINITELY will be going again.

Alicia Wilson

First time being to the Market since COVID-19 and I was extremely disappointed with the lack of visible signage to say where the entrance and exits are and the person by the Accessible entrance couldn't even open the door to say where to go, she just kept waving her arms. The only positive part was the fact that people weren't jam packed in the market.

Deanna Gourley

Good flow of people. Follow directional arrows and it's a quick trip!

Amy Soucy

Things are started to look like normal again at the market which was really nice! Lots of people there again. My thing to get there is by far their freshly squeezed orange juice!! So good!!

Pamela ALLEN

Segregation of the people will not be tolerated.

Misha Kaiser

Great variety and selection, I love this farmer's market.

Jason Manley

This is a beautiful place to visit. Great food, locally sourced. Everything about this place is wonderful!

LKC Leanne

Lots of great local produce and artisanal wares. For the inside section, there were too many people to be able to safely physically distance (given ongoing COVID-19 pandemic) so that was unfortunate. However, the outside section was great.

Alyson Wonderland

Best market i have ever been to in my life. It's not the biggest nor the smallest, but it's got everything you ever might want or need and it has such a wonderful character. Plus, the food is absolutely to die for!

Heidi Goodine

Lovely place, lots of variety of booths. Great place to support local businesses!

Donna Gerein

Always fun to walk round and see different vendors, and food ????

Johan H

When it comes to who and who can't shop for necessities, it's no longer about health! Pickup and delivery are options, but it's only a matter of time before it gets more and more difficult for people who've made personal health choices.

Jackie Tolan

First visit to the farmers market. Getting parked took time but worth it. Lots of vendors selling an array of goods. Bought steaks, was able to pick the ones wanted. Good value. Tried the veg spring rolls, 6 for $7, were still warm and came with homemade plum sauce, delicious.

M D

It's not fresh! Realy duscusting products ! Sorry!

J M

Almost everything was out of business, but i look forward to going earlier in the day.. might have better luck!

Everytime we go to Fredericton we always make an effort to stop in. The homemade crafts, the food and the fruits and vegetables are always great. The atmosphere is also a plus however make sure you bring a lot of patience! Lineups are long to get in and at some of the vendors.

Promotes segregation. You are disgusting!!!! Every single person that is involved in this - karma will be real. Shame on you!! You would have really fit in in Germany 1940s.

Love going to the Saturday Morning Market, so many options.

Kirilova Kirilova

Dirty place, bad customer service and discriminating people by their private medical condition

Maureen Stiles

What a great place to visit and to shop....also, the eats are great. Every time I visit Fredericton, I have to go to this place on Saturday morning. Home made goods, including all my favourite jams, pickles, baked goods. Love the fresh vegetables, meats and sea food. Delicious fresh orange juice prepared in front of you. Honestly, they have everything here. Very fun to wander around and see what I can find. Love the samasos!! Just a great place to visit.

Obviously not true Canadians, they support separation. To deny someone based on their vaccination status during these times is truly pathetic. Passports have proven not to work, so many vaccinated people getting sick with Delta and Omicron the numbers continue to climb in settings where only vaccinated are allowed. I am not an anti vaxer, half my family is vaccinated. I believe in choice like every other vaccine I have taken. This one is not for me yet anyone vaccinated or not is allowed in my home and my business. Shame on you for allowing this to happen.

Lots of vendors ! Nice and clean. Plenty of space.

Chris Jackson

Always the best place to be on Saturday mornings! Lots of food vendors, coffee, locally made and grown products. There is truly something here for everyone!

Yvonne Gibson

Given that business owners have been given the authority to choose if they wish to implement a V Pass for patrons. I am extremely concerned that you as an owner have decided to treat Canadians as Lepers. Starving your customer base is something that is certainly not very Canadian of you. Segregation and Discrimination against a persons informed consent or not, is their personal right to choose. Not Yours. I will not be contributing to your establishment moving forward, it is shame that the vendors and your customers pay for your mistakes.

Drove up from Saint John and was very pleased with the way they were running the market, so well organized. Looking forward for when more farmers will have their harvest there

regan roy

Great food and so many wonderful local products all put together in this great market for the public..

Gena Klaarwater

Lots of vegan options, from baking to pizza to nuts to fresh veggies. ????

Louis Gagnon

Absolutely disgusting that they think they have to right to stop people from getting groceries because they made a choice to not be vaccinated. I really hope people boycott this market.. You do not have the right to do what you're doing shame on you . People please stand up for your rights

Matthew Fraser

Great place for food and produce. Can be crowded at times. If you come earlier its alot better.

Heather

Wow! I have only been here once and will be back. What a lovely market with so much to see and all sorts of artisans. If you like local food and art come and visit and bring some cash!

Janice Gionet

Good local produce and food.

David Allen

Great place

Trevor MacDougall

Lots of variety of foods from fresh to prepared. Fresh, snacks, treats, meats, wholesome, and wondrous. Good selection of hand made craft items as well.

Janice

Having just read your vaccine policy (and yes it is yours entirely as the province have given you the option) I am disgusted and angry at your complete lack of humanity!!! In no way are these new rules going to ‘protect’ anyone!! Fact: treated people can not only still contract and spread the disease they actually have been shown to carry higher viral loads. So you are essentially endangering More people because by doing this it negates the need to distance and just allows more wallets at once in the building!!! Shame on you for blatantly choosing money over people!!!

Przemyslaw Zbijowski

really vax pass ? so you starve people .........

Matt Swim

The market is discriminating against people over medical privacy. I won't be back until this changes

Keaton Gray

Fantastic, coffee and stone fired pizza was excellent, amazing way to spend your Saturday morning

James Burchat

Took the family here, plenty to offer from fresh produce, gifts, carvings, cheese curds, fresh juice, coffee, etc Highly recommend checking it out. Some places only take cash, however there is an ATM on site. Will visit again
