It is very beautiful, the animals very well cared for, it is super large and can be enjoyed as a family as well as with friends or as a couple. Recommendation if you want to enjoy the day on a weekend you have to go early as you can form a line, but the good thing is that it advances very fast.

The animals were wonderful of course, but the zoo was extremely maze-like. We would wander down a path and end up in a circle without a clue of how we'd arrived. We'd follow signs for an animal, and never find the enclosure. We only ended up doing one half because we'd already decided we were hungry and already over the experience.

Great zoo. Many animals that you can see really close. Information is clear and really well explained. It is really clean, you have many options to eat and to buy things. In general a great experience for the whole family and one of the best zoo I have seen. A must see in Copenhagen. We had a great time

I'm actually not a huge fan of zoos, I feel sorry for the captured animals, but it was 10 am and the nearby Cisterns (recommended to see!) were not open until 11 am so I came to the zoo to pass the time till then, with my Copenhagen Pass. The Zoo is laid out very well and all the areas and animals are clean and comfortable. Good place for kids, of course! (I went in August 2019.) I saw many animals up close, like lions, giraffes, polar bears, otters, elephants, etc. One panda was napping on a rock far off so didn't see it close.

Fantastic zoo, you can spend a whole day there with the kids and enjoy much. A lot of food spots and even if it rains there is a room where children can go creative and handcraft some animals from paper. Highly recommended ????

Fantastic place to visit with your family or beloved ones. To visit the zoo and see all the animals you'll spend at least 4 to 5 hours so keep it in mind.

This is an amazing place. I loved the animals especially seeing an polar bear, panda and a kangaroo for the first time. The animals are cleverly and extremely well looked after from the looks of it. Great outing for the family.

Amazing, really a good place to be with your family and friends. But it is sometimes very crowded, and with Corona you have to wait in line to go to the playground.

Amazing re-visit experience after many years of absence. Love the Pandas, the Polar Bears, The Giraf experience from several levels and the over water/under water perspectives of several water bound animals.

I don't appreciate to see caged animals but this Zoo really cared about their animals, only thing that chocked me was the Leopard cage and the Lions cage....so small...it was notorious to see the Leopard going round and around with stress...maybe a thing to think about in the future, improve this structures, and that's why i only give 4 stars. The Panda facility is just amazing, you have to go see the Yin Yang structure with two Pandas inside. Although it worth a visit.

Killed animals, they are depressed imagine being confused, contorted, confined. THIS IS THE WORST ZOO EVER, NEVER GOING BACK, YOU KILLED A HEALTHY GIRRAFE, FOR WHAT!?! PUT THE ANIMAKS BACK IN THE WILD!

An excellent experience for the entire family! All the animals you can think of are here. Places to eat and play for the kids. And their new exhibit of almost life size dinosaurs are also amazing. Overall a very enjoyable experience for the entire family. And don't forgot to see the cute pandas!

Beautiful zoo to walk, there are o lot of space, there are no cages, so you can make a good photos without "rails", few places to eat, because You will need it to get energy to see everything in Zoo - it took 4 hours of not so lazy walking.

This is perhaps one of the most impressive zoological gardens we have seen. The number of animals and more importantly the comfort most seem to be given is very significant. Small ecosystems are created to offer animals varied conditions. The way to access the areas is also very authentic. There is a kids playground where they can play with goats or simply enjoy the exercise.

Enjoyed the experience here!! ???? The ticket price was 50% off, it’s a promo offered by the government i think? Yeah something like that. I’ve seen some animals for the first time like the polar bear, cool right? And most of all the giraffe!!! I’ve never been so happy to see a giraffe in my entire lifeee!!! Thumbs up for keeping the zoo clean and the animals fed and safe! ☺️

Even it is winter/windy day the zoo still looks nice. You might miss the Pandas saw one sleeping in we to s bed on the side ???? But there ar lots of nice indoors actinities

The zoo is very well kept. It deserves the 6th star as well. It is centrally loacated and has multiple attractions. Yet I am giving it 4 stars. The reason is, the enclosures of wild cats are very small. I understand that being centrally located, the zoo has dearth of space, but it is sad to see the animals being kept in such small spaces. Wish the management does something and moves to a place where all the animals can have the best and biggest possible enclosures.

This is properly the nicest zoo I ever have been in. The suroundings for the animals are good and everything seems very new. It is not cheap to get in but quality costs. Better to pay a bit more and give the animals a better life. Everything worked perfect and all in all it was easy to spend a whole day there. We saw the seals and the lions get their food and it was quite a show. Panda is absolute winner and most popular animal in the zoo.

This is an excellent zoo, with a good variety of animals. The savanna and elephant enclosure, where a lot of animals thrive together are especially interesting. My family and I enjoyed a whole day there and could easily spend more time.

A beautiful zoo in the middle of the city. They conserve rare spices of wildlife. Well maintained location. There is locker facilities which is quite helpful. There interactive sessions teaching about animals. The zoo is really huge and would take a day to cover. They have good number of Cafés and restaurants inside. Worth a visit.

A great experience. Many exotic animals to see. Bring your own food or get something from the many streat vendors (a bit pricey). Stay 1 hour or a whole day. There is a great playground too for the kids while you enjoy a cold beer, some fries or an ice-cream.

Wow. This zoo is the best I’ve been to in the world. The enclosures are so elaborate and give you such a close feel to the animals. Truly incredible how impressive it is. The polar bear enclosure was my favorite and worth a visit for sure

Its a fantastic place to visit, especially if you are having growing kids and you want to show them the real wild life animals. Apart from that there is kids zoo which provides greate entertainment for kids to play.

Amazing and beautiful Zoo with a large amount of different animals. Everything looks clean and the animals look healthy. Visited during the winter months and watched the elephants being fed in their housing. This is absolutely a place for the old and young. There's also a big selection of different places to eat, and definitely enough to enjoy for a few hours.
