The staff is not qualified for dealing with children eight years or younger. Several times the staff was having Inappropriate side Conversations Not suitable for youngsters to be hearing. Very many complaints from any parents regarding treatment, and attitude of staff towards children during camps. Facility is run down, and needs a thorough cleaning.

What a great set up. Gymnastics activities on one side and sports entertainment on the other side. Really like what they have done with the trampoline area. They have basketball hoops, dodgeball area. Very bright and colorful. Great design, lots of fun!!!

It was only our first class, but so far the experience was great. When you arrive they have lots of aquatic animals in the font to look at. My is 5, and he has been looking forward to starting for a while. I was concerned that the program would not be focused enough on gymnastics and more play-based. I pleasantly surprised.. The coach was engaging and put a lot of effort in to teaching my son the proper techniques. The staff were super friendly. I have two year old twins.. and the management took the time to show me around, and even help me when they ran away from me. I would really like my son to become an excellent gymnast, and I'm looking forward to him learning more.

Well, the place is clean and seems to be fun for the kids. However the service is horrible. No one comes to party room to help The owner refuses to give a simple receipt, when she was asked to provided, she says to take a picture! She had a copy and printer right beside her, and she had used it to make a copy of another attendance sheet a minute before, but to give us a simple copy,....NO ALL THESE AFTER WE SPENT $600 FOR 2 HOUS OF PARTY WHERE NO ONE HELP US FOR ANYTHING!!! totally bad customer service!!!

This place is awesome! They have everything you could ask for. Trampoline park, rock climbing, foam pits, slack lining, big blowup soccer balls, exersice equipment and tonnes of aquariums filled with exotic fish. What more could you want. Can't wait to go to the next open night.

Never the same activity twice. I have signed my daughter for 3 weeks of camp. I like to stick around in the viewing room to observe. Gymnastics activities in the mornings, magic shows and various groups of animals shows visit them weekly. My kid really enjoyed her time there!

We have been coming to Spartan for over two years for programs and camps. The facility is bright and clean compared to most other gyms we have been to. The staff is well organized and most importantly caring. I just love what they did with the adjacent space, it’s like a trampoline disco club for kids. Definitely will be coming back.

I rented the venue for my daughter’s 6th bday party and it was a wonderful experience for the kid’s and the adults! The management here runs an excellent business. They adhere strictly to all covid protocols and the environment is super clean and safe. The kids don’t just run around and play they have staff that instructs them and ensures safety, then they get some free time. I thought the fact that the kids get an instructor for their time in the gym, was such a special touch that I haven’t found elsewhere. They set up the room so nicely and the staff were so attentive. Elena was so accommodating and I am planning to now have my daughter attend their cam and gymnastics classes there on a regular basis. It’s not common to find a kids venue so clean and well run. I was beyond impressed. My daughter was so happy and all the kids had a blast! 5 stars all the way!

We had a birthday party here. The staff member leading the kids ignored the birthday girl and focused on one kid leaving the B-day girl and the rest of the group to just kind of run around. He was so unenthusiastic it was unreal. Have some coffee/tea/kombucha/kimchi water man you're suppose to be awake at work. Decided to give it another shot so I signed my daughter and her friend up for a spring break camp. To my surprise she came home to tell us all about the Disney movie she watched. I didn't send them to a gymnastics camp for them to watch movies. So its time to book a space for a Birthday party again and no way are we coming back.

My two children attended Spartan’s dinosaur week. The place was filled with dinosaurs and dinosaur themed activities. They had a blast. They even got a real looking moving dinosaur in their office. My children did not want to leave. Definitely going back.

I left a party we hosted today feeling frustrated and disappointed. We had a large group and reserved the largest party room due to our numbers. Instead we were shown to a small room set up in the back. The organized activities were poorly organized and fell apart right away. The unstructured play was the most enjoyable part of the party and the kids enjoyed themselves immensely. We couldn't enjoy the last hour in the party room because it was too small and so crowded. We paid a premium for having so many guests but weren't shown any courtesy. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

They offer a dark waiting room lower leveled then the trampolines, so, you cant see your kid or even take a picture! Also, they have a "policy" of just one parent inside, the place was empty and a second parent couldnt get in! When I asked the owner why? She just said, because its our policy! And right after that she went to my husband and told him I wanted to leave the place! COSTUMER SERVICE IS THE HORRIBLE, they are not friendly at all! Didnt like this experience!

In this day and age where kids are usually glued to the computer or tv screen, it’s so great to get them moving and excercising! I can’t think of a better way than having my daughters play with other peers at Spartan while learning gymnastics skills.

Staff here are clueless, I don't think they even have any gymnastics background. After over half a year of lessons my kids haven't learned anything. This is essentially a large baby sitting service and nothing more. Management is rude and could use training in customer service relations as well. Only two stars because the facility is well executed.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Management is rude, dismissive, and solely focussed on taking your money by nickel and dimeing you at every turn. Churn through teachers. Kids spend most of the time running about and not working on skills. And now they host birthday parties DURING class time so kids don't have access to the expanded area. Don't even get me started on the branded sock stupidity. Steer clear. After over 2 years, 2 kids and $4K we've had enough of being treated like it's a privilege to give them our money. Bye bye.

My kids have been coming here for about a year now . . . great classes! And we recently tried out the parents night out program where they essentially “babysit” the kids while making sure they are busy with fun activities. Husband and I go out for monthly movie-night dates ourselves now. How perfect!

I went there this weekend for a 5 year old birthday party of boys and girls. Since it's only January, there was alot of 4 year olds. And remember it was a party and not a competitive Gymnastics bootcamp. I do like that it is instructor led play but also feel like it limits the kids creativity. I went to one where the room was just open and the parents had to accompany their kids and their instructors were just there to show how to use the equipment and or promote safety. Your choice if you like to leave the kids alone. Anyhoo, it started well, a younger guy led the kids in and started an easy warm up exercise of running and stretching. BUT then a young blond women with an eastern european accent joined and basically ruined the fun. I did not get her name but am tempted to call to let you know to avoid her. She was 18-22 years old. Average height and shoulder length blonde hair in a ponytail. She was HORRIBLE. Remember this is a 4/5 year olds party. 1. During warm up, the birthday boy sat near his friends and was giggling while she gave instructions on stretching. She told him to stop talking. When he did not BECAUSE HE IS 5 and it's his party, she DRAGGED HIM away from his friends to sit in the circle further away. It was just the warm ups. 2. Then she asked 'who hear takes gymnastics?' A few girls put their hands up. She asked them to show her a star jump. The small girls did some jumping jack like jumps and one tiny girl just stood like a star. Adorable. The blonde Spartan instructor yelled.'No. Is someone going to show me a REAL star jump?" 3. During the tag game, she assigned 2 girls to be 'it'. As she gave instructions, the birthday boy was playing with the climbing wall holds that was behind them. She SHOUTED at him to listen and then DRAGGED him off to the side and said he was OUT OF THE GAME. Thankfully, he did not listen and joined back in. 4. When the kids started to run from side to side and the girls who were 'it' did not tag anyone. She said and i quote verbatim 'You're USELESS. You're not trying. I will show you." I shouted back. "They're not useless, they're 4". She did not hear me. 5. When the kids are tagged, they're meant to sit down and wave their arms like seaweed. When some kids did not sit down, she FORCIBLY SAT THEM DOWN. I complained to the manager to tell her to calm down. This wasn't a russian Olympic training camp. She only took it down a few notches. 6. When climing down from an area, She instructed the kids to take the stairs on their bums. Some of the taller kids just walked down them instead and she shouted at them. I would highly recommend if you book a party here you ask NOT TO HAVE THAT INSTRUCTOR ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR CHILDREN. INFACT, IF YOU SEND YOUR CHILD FOR ANY LESSONS THERE, TELL THE MANAGER TO AVOID THIS INSTRUCTOR. OTHERWISE, i liked that Spartan puts up balloons and sets up tables for you. I liked that the young gentleman seemed nice and I'd been there before and a taller gentleman instructor was nice too as well as a female brunette. But that Blonde with the Eastern European accent WAS NASTY.

Great place. Bright, clean and welcoming. Brought my kid for a drop-in session last week. She had a blast on the trampolines. They do have a shoe off policy so be prepared to take off your shoes as you walk in.

I called this place to book my 1hr gymnastics session for not one child but two 10 year old kids. I was told come 15min early and was told that i can come in for a Saturday at 10:45am (session drop in for 11am) . My Daughter has been asking for this moment from since she was 6yrs old. That's 4 years of being begged to go to a gymnastics area where she can practice. So imagine the build up of excitement. its been years of excitement. Her and her best friend picked out their favorite gymnastics outfits and they were up early at 7am practicing that same morning. It took us a good 40mins drive as the location is in etobicoke and we live in the east....WHEN WE GOT THERE , there was a 6yrs girl birthday party and ABSOLUTELY NO ORGANIZATION at the front door. WE stood there (both girls eager as can be to get out there) and waited for a blond lady (who i'm assuming is the owner) with glasses on to rudely say "yes" to my kids when we reached the front desk. Towhich both girls proudly handed her their groupon coupon. She said sorry but there aren't any sessions at this time. I immediately turned red. WHAT? I called, spoke to a rep who specifically told me to come for this time? ARE YOU EFFN (WANTED TO CUSS BUT DIDN"T) for real? Once i stated I called and spoke to someone she grilled me for the name of the person and time I called. THE ONE TIME I DIDN"T WRITE IT DOWN: it came to bite me in the arse. I said listen my kids are very excited : it's one hour and we drove all this way> SHE LOOKED AT ME and gave me the weakest sorry nothing i can do speech. I was livid. THe groupon says call to make reservations: tried that and they said nope just come in. I specially asked for the jump times and was told NOPE they can't come in at the door and not offered NOTHING to make it better. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! SHE WAS SO RUDE I couldn't believe it. I understand that it must be stressful but you just single handily made a dream of my child's for 4yrs become DIRT. She cried in the car. SHOW SOME COMPASSION. THE MISTAKE was on your part (and i recalled the lady's name who told me to come for 10:45 at this moment ....but at this point knew that there was no point b/c she still wouldn't let us in )..I HOPE MY NEXT TRY WONT BE AS MISERABLE. b/c when i promise my kid something: i follow through.

Terrible customer service! Called in today to register my daughter for their PA day camp. I was told I would have to come in to register her or I could pay with a credit card over the phone and be charged 3% which doesn’t bother me. I would also have to fill in and send them the registration form and they would then have to call me back. However they were too busy with spring registrations and probably wouldn’t have time to call me back. It’s too bad as my friend and I were going to register our daughters for March Break Camp. Good thing we found a much better gymnastics place called Toronto gymnastics international and did everything online in 2 minutes.

SCAM! People who work with children should really be more friendly and warm, not like the "prison guard" staff who work at Spartan. Un professional, extremely impolite and dis organized beyond belief. Its clear that gymnastics and children are 2 things they are far from passionate about. If only their desire for the sport and kids enjoyment was as deep as it was for their love of YOUR money! BE WARNED

I do not recommend this location. Switched over to mygym instead. The mats are filthy, a few kids picked up ring worm my daughters first month in practice. Sanitation is very poor, the instructors are not qualified and too young to handle groups. Unsafe and dirty entrance. Smell throughout the unit

I came in for an adult drop in last week. Only got to use the gymnastics portion of the facility but had a blast. They have a few competitive trampolines and since I come from a trampoline background they let me work on some of more advanced skills that I could not do at Sky Zone

The problem is administration - totally disorganized and unprofessional. No electronic receipts issued for their programs. No email notifications for updates, program changes, closures, etc. You can only pay in person or over the phone, and if paying by phone there is a 7% administration fee. Don't expect your money back if you aren't happy with something. They will argue and BS and try to offer you a credit only.

Cool place for birthday parties. The place is lit/ They have two big play zone full of club lights one for zorbing and foam archery wars and the other with a trampoline park. Loved the ring battle zone! My arms were sore the whole next week. Great workout, great fun!

Good place My daughter really liked it we like it as well it's just that it's more of a daycare then a learning facility camp was fun but when lessons started we were not impressed Responding to their remark: I will post a picture of my proof of payment if you are going to make it seam like I'm not stating facts she went to camp and was signed up for Sept7 to Dec 23 for gymnastic lessons my wife did mention something to you guys and they said it will get better and they will start learning more so we gave it another shot but my daughter kept comeing home and telling us that all they do is play like they did at camp and jump on trampolines for this reason we pulled her out moved her to some other place where they take pride in teaching kids I assume this is why you don't let moms and dads watch ...we never even ask you guys for a refund it will just be a lesson learned on our part this is mostly to inform parents that actually want their children to build and learn skills instead of just being babysat the coach as you say are more like volunteering students...

went to this place 2 weekends on a row and their both doors..unit 2 and 3 were close...even after I called....not sure how they stay in business if people can not even access their facilities. ...no kidding their rating is so low... I am sorry but your reply to the issues is mediocre at best....I know your facility I checked both doors unit two and three ...went around back and there is only loading docks...if your website says unit 2 and 3, doors are locked...and I still can not get it...how much familiar do I have to get with your business? is there a secret entrance somewhere? a secret code perhaps? a teleporting station? we waited the first time for over 20 mins and nothing the second time we waited for about 15mins....and checked all possible doors...if there is an alternate way to get in....then you should post it on your website or let people know when you talk to them....seriously. ...I wish there was a zero star rating

Posted a review and management suggested the instructor ignored my child because another child in the party was a problem. The child in question is mute and fallows along wonderfully and was uncomfortable by the amount of attention he was receiving and the parent was RIGHT Next to the child in question. Way to pass the buck. I’ll make sure to tell other parents now about my experience. Moms network.
