Service is terrible, couldnt understand the lady on the mic at all. Waited inline for over 45 mins with only 2 cars infront of me. Got a poutine and the fries were still white they were so under cooked. Tried to order the special montreal smoked meat poutine but they didnt have any and only had 1 size of cups. Burger was still good, only reason for the 2 star.

Same food as any other triple O’s so the burgers are good. The wait times here at lunch time are a joke. If your looking for a quick lunch break do not go here. Also not enough staff working because they prioritize the drive through and often will just ignore customers inside.

Triple O's restaurants are always a good choice when traveling around the province but this one in Salmon Arm takes it to a different level. Everything is top quality and you can tell the staff take pride in doing a great job. My wife and I don't eat at fast food restaurants and I really think calling this fast food is selling it short. These are gourmet burgers. My favourite is the Spicy Ultimate Crunch chicken burger and my wife's is the Chipotle BBQ Bacon Melt. She calls hers "life changing".

Good food, we ordered the fish and chips combo, and Crispy Cod sandwich combo with upgraded sweet potato fries and small strawberry milkshake. Everything was tasty, just not sure it was over $30 tasty for 2 meals.

After finding a hair wrapped around my burger and plastic chunks in my milkshake... I won't be back. The staff only said "Thanks for letting us know" but didnt take the milkshake machine for service or offer any compensation. Its been gross for a while, but this is the last chance for me.

I see all the comments here are complaining about the long wait for a fast food chain. I went there on a quiet day I guess because I did not have to wait long to get the burger and service was very friendly. The fast food chain has even sweet potato instead of fries. Delicious burger than any other fast food chain. Definitely will go back to a triple It's burger place. Love the 70s decor.

Salmon Arm Triple O's is AMAZING. The staff are courteous and helpful, and the food quality and consistency is great. My personal favorite is the life affirming Bbq Chipotle Bacon Burger.

Triple O's in other cities is great. Time after time, this one proves to be pretty bad. Dried up patty, big chunks of lettuce, flavourless, and not much else. They make it fresh but it tastes days old. Come on guys, do better. I can't eat this stuff anymore.

The wait time in the drive thru was ridiculous over 25 min, not one sorry for the wait or anything, food was decent but both times I was here the wait time was very poor, probably never going back.
