Ordered three drinks three teen burgers 2 onion rings one fries. Received 2 teens one onion ring and 4 drinks that were flat. And we were the only ones in the drive thru. So we sent the drinks back. And they were worse. But we gained one more. The fries were black How's that for service

The restaurant overall is pretty good, nice beyond meat burgers with great taste and not too much char, sweet potato fries and my favorite side but not much variety for sides. The speed of service is pretty slow but I don’t mind waiting for the food. Overall the food and service is good!

Always wonderful service! I come here about twice per year when I visit the province. This particular location never fails me! Always great service and quality-prepared food. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Even with COVID-19 distancing and protocols, it was an absolute pleasure to dine here this morning!!

Just have the most amazing uncle burger specially if you're going to be eating fast foods my hubby and I very much love and enjoy how delicious they are each and every time we get to go and you can bet choosing what burger joint it'll be for our family hands down every time this place will win....very fulfilling wait not usually long very friendly workers and ya can't wait to go again soon maby consider it a date lol I bet the hubby jump on that excuse every day the week...ya the only down fall yes for nfld the food cost more then some but you get what you pay for I sapose you could say but still wish it were a little less costly considering it's still fast food...

Worst a And w on the planet. Rooter is always flat and lacks flavor. Send it back she glares you in the eyes and takes it from the same drink machine. A and w root beer is suppose to be frothy and fresh. These people treat customers like dogs. Take the money without providing good product and then slam the window. You are not indestructible

Consistent good food but keep an eye on the person at cash. On a 2 meals for the price of 1, the cashier will still charge for the second meal. She will try to tell you it's taxes. Of course it is. That is why it's 2 for the price of 1.

Meal was cold and Purchased a small gravy and it was only half full. Messaged them to tell them what happened and they made me feel like I was looking for something for free which I was not. Just letting them know that they should pay more attention to what they were passing out in the drive thru. I go to this location once a week and I will take my business to another fast food business from now on. Great owners, poor staff. Hope it will change but won't be going back to find out.

Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. Staff and restaurant is terrific! MUSIC is loud and annoying. Part of A&W's appeal is its connections to great Old rock music. Clientele throughout the day is mostly a generation that would appreciate that, and also a mix of music of various generations. FOOD is better than ever. Only exception is the Root Beer Float.
