Nice place to take the family for some walking around time. Kids never get tired of checking out the aminals. Then we let them run around in the park and playground till they are ready to go home and crash.

Went with big brother big sister's as I volunteer there. They have food, lots of animals and are currently doing renovations on the park. I have been going there since a little child and i really do like it there. The only thing I wished I saw was a larger enclosure for the bears. They have a map that you can use to help you get around. Lots of different building to enter to see different kinds of animals. Interactions with devices to learn about animals in one of the buildings too! I would definitely recommend at least dedicating 2 hours to see everything (min).

The animals are clearly taken great care of! The staff seem quite nice as well! I adore looking at the cougars and wolves!!!! ♡ my little brother adored the red panda! ♡ there is little to know trash on the ground! Quite tidy indeed! I shall be going again more often in the coming summer! ♡

Love going to the forestry farm but it's gone downhill :( ... quite a few empty cages all around and ALOT less birds than there used to be inside and out. Since they got rid of the feeders the birds don't stop in, no peacocks at all and hardly even seen a duck in the water (maybe it'll get better as the summer goes on) . Also the city of saskatoon ruined a large section of the park for a water pipe, chopped down a ton of trees for it as well which is very dissapointing, the roads around the park are also like the rest of saskatoons roads.....nothing but holes. definatly not the same place i remember as a kid. On a plus note they have a cafe serving hot food now and the new meerkats are awesome.

Great walk and we'll kept park! Always a bit sad seeing caged animals but they looked welled cared for and maintained spaces. Staff was friendly.

Lots of empty exhibits and a majority of the animals are ...... kind boring? There are some great things though and it is improving. I do miss the free range chickens and peacocks they use to have. More water fountains and bathroom facilities would be great.

I loved it because I went with my family. The kids enjoyed the train. It was a very hot day... it's good to know theres a store inside the zoo for us to get some snack. It's okay to bring food by the way... we had some but, dont bring a steak... hahah

i liked the zoo and animal, it is not very large area but a half day spent is enough time for this zoo, zoo is well maintained, well organised.I feel few animals are belongs to tropical environment , no idea how they live here during winter, and also wild animals may need a bigger more bigger area of the cage such as cougar etc. few animals fence is close to parking area which i feel must away from parking area or vehicular sound or vehicular emission that may affect these wild animals

We were there on a windy day. Never expected that much wind all of a sudden. Place is good and enjoyable with children. But it needs lot of care. Visitors have to be more cautious about throwing their waste in the trails. Less staff to take care of that.

We were very disappointed with the trip yesterday. Many of the areas were off exhibit with no animals to see. The pathway along where the elk are kept was always a great place to walk as it was a shaded canopy of trees. The trees have all been cut down???!!! Why??!!! As we find out, the trees had been cut down for the purpose of the Evergreen district to supply water ??!!! Trees I remember walking under when I was young are gone for a housing project... Just horrible. Animals have also been relocated. Just poor. There are less animals than ever before in the enclosures. No peacocks. Very few Canada geese. It just didn't present well.

Always an interesting place to visit. All kinds of animals from monkeys, pygmy goats, elk, grizzly to Buffalo. They even have a white Buffalo. They also have picnic areas and a fishing pond where you can catch rainbow trout for only 2 dollars a licence. Tons of parking.
