We were very pleased with the exceptional service provided by the staff at the Courtenay Holiday Inn Express, especially Debbie, who put in extra effort to meet our needs. The buffet breakfast in the morning is delicious with many choices including lots of fruit.

Omg the service, starting with Kelly at the front desk, just blown away... We will be back.... Highly recommended beautiful rooms great rate the best of service...

The staff at this hotel are fantastic! My coworker and I had some issues with out rooms not being paid for prior to arrival. The staff was incredibly kind in finding us a solution. Additionally I lost an item that was special to me and they continued to communicate with me that they hadn't found it yet. Then they did find it and promptly returned it to me. They've been thoughtful, friendly and willing to help in a way that most other places haven't.

Perfectly clean and pet friendly rooms! Amazing staff. Fabulous breakfast. Nice pool. Very responsible price. Can recommend to anyone staying in Vancouver island. We had a wonderful stay and sort of centrally located too.
