I went to this store to check out the reptiles and I was amazed with the variety of reptiles on display. The staff was super polite and warm. The reptiles are kept in a comfortable habitat and they look happy too. Although I never brought any reptiles since I don't have the experience but I'll recommend anyone who loves them to visit this store.

I went in to get a reptile for my daughter’s birthday about 2-3 weeks ago. The girl who served me was pushy. They told me if I wasn’t going to buy anything I needed to leave since there were people waiting outside after I clearly stated I wanted to buy a gecko. I walked out with a 500$ bill with a “start up kit” that was barely explained to me. Feeling pressured I just went with it. Girl was rude and I have a feeling it was because I was anglophone Even though I spoke French to make her feel more comfortable. Never cracked a smile. Barely gave me any info and as a first time owner of a gecko I was clueless. Gave me sand to put in the tank. After going to another place and doing my own research it is apparently dangerous, especially for baby geckos since they can ingest it while feeding and it can cause damage. I was also told I was basically ripped off by a second opinion. Over priced and they do not take the time to explain anything to you. I understand it is during a pandemic and things are a bit crazy but you don’t treat potential clients like that. I got better service elsewhere without having to spend a dime and got all the info I needed.

This place used to be 5 stars but now all the terrariums are cramped full of cohabbed animals that should be solitary, with dirty environments, water bowls filled with substrate and feces, and pushy staff who think it's OK to cohabitate reptiles. They have a nice selection of products however they are on the pricier side. My main complaint is the employees and their “expert advice”. They do not give the right information and will try to sell you things that are unsuitable for your pet. They tried to sell me a heating lamp instead of a heating mat for my leopard gecko. For the substrate, they recommended sand which can be deadly for leopard geckos... They claim to be reptile experts but they do not recommend the right products. The employee who was “helping” me was very insistent on selling me the heating lamp which made me feel pressured when I did not want to buy the lamp. Please do your own research and know what you are purchasing for your pets because I do not recommend taking their advice.

Went there for leopard geckos. The store stank from overcrowding of the animals, I saw small tanks barely large enough for one animal holding 3 or 4 geckos that could barely walk around without stepping on each-other. Many were skinny from overcrowding and probably not getting enough food due to competition with the other geckos. They might have good selection, but bad conditions lead to sick animals.

Bought a carpet python from here. A few weeks go by and it's apparent it brought home with it mites, which had completely infested the animal and the enclosure by the time I had noticed. These pests are difficult to get rid of and can easily spread to other reptiles. The conditions were very crowded in the store so buyer beware that if you are bringing home an animal from them, it will likely come with these pesky parasites. Also, the staff member who was working the floor admitted he did not know much about snakes. That is a bit troublesome considering it is a reptile store.

Les serpents sont entassés dans des boîtes de plastique au fond du magasin et ils n'ont de pas de véritable terrarium. La vendeuse m'a très mal renseigné sur les axolotl. Les animaux là sont sont en mode survivance, par contre il y a beaucoup de choix de spécimens intéressants.

They have a great variety of reptiles and amphibians. They are really good about keeping the place clean and "my frands" healthy. (you might read a review or two of the place smelling... Yeah dude that's what reptiles smell like. Get over it or pick a diff pet type) Thier crickets are actually the size they claim. But if ya want Goliath worms you better show up on delivery day! They must have a ton of clients cuz they go like... Hotcakes. Overall the best and only place to get your lizard food in the area but it's totally ok cuz it's really great there.
