In this huge store I felt like there were TOO MANY options! This is a easy location and pretty large. Their fitting rooms are a little limited when it's busy. Easy to pick up online orders as well and return anything that doesn't fit properly. You can access it from outside or from inside the mall. Always have good basic option and leggins.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Just spent $120 and got my order today. One of the dresses was completely falling apart and the strap wasn't even sewed on. I send a pic to customer service as advised on sales slip. You can clearly see the damage in the pic. I get offered 50% for a dress I will never wear. I replied that it was unacceptable. They then proceeded to send me out in a pandemic (I am 9 mths pregnant) to return it instead of simply returning 11.25 on a dress. Where is the quality control? Where is their integrity? The dress is going in the trash. They can keep their money but I swear I will never order from there again. Cheap and trashy with poor customer service. See attached pic.

Staff didn't greet us. When I needed help I had to walk around the store looking for someone. When I finally found someone she pointed to the girl across the store. Staff were not very friendly at all. Even the girl working the till seemed like she didn't even want to be there. Pretty awful customer service. I tried exchanging jeans I received as a Christmas gift for a larger size and was told I was unable because it was purchased before the holiday period. Purchase was made on Nov. 21st. I was met with 2 different answers as to when the holiday period began, with no written policy to back that up. I asked where it says the beginning date of this ambiguous holiday period (as it is nowhere to be found on the receipt or online), to which the employee said, "well I'm saying it now." I was then given a card with a number to call, and there is never an answer...
