It's a good place to visit with family. Got huge playground for childrens and its a good walk for adults. Special mentions are 1. The Kids Park 2. Tropical Forest 3. Lion and Tiger 4. Flight Cage. I was lucky to see Lion and Flights close by! I enjoyed the experience. The Kids would have a blast. The food inside the zoo is not warm and great. If the weather is prefect, it would take 3 to 4 hours to complete the entire zoo.

The setting, the whole atmosphere is great. The zoo is a very nice place for family and fun. It is well attended too.

Great spot for family. Easy free parking. Clean and safe. Great exhibits, healthy looking animals, easy strolling pathways, very friendly staff. Nice big playgrounds so little ones can run around while I take a break and sip coffee! We loved it!

We drove 30 min to get here. At 4:31 we were told last ticket was sold at 4:30. Ridiculous rule for a zoo that closes at 6. We have been to many zoos in US and have never encountered this rule. 30 min prior to closing, sure I can understand but 1.5 hr? If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Hi: Today my 1 year old baby and I went to the New England Zoo. At the petting Zoo I was told to put a mask on my 1!!! year old daughter. I requested to talk to a supervisor and he confirmed that even babies should put masks on. I told him that masks are choking hazards for babies and they can not require such thing. They should have the rule that 2 years olds and above only are allowed visit the petting zoo. He disagreed with me and told me to put a mask on my baby. I wonder if another mother follows his advice and puts a mask on her infant and infant suffocates as a result, would this supervisor or the zoo be legally responsible for the death of a child?
