REVIEWS OF Maan Farms Market and Estate Winery IN Chilliwack

On my first ever visit to the farm, I did the wine tasting and just loved their berry wines, made there at their estate winery. I also enjoyed their house-made samosas.

Rehana Ali

This was the first time to the farm!! It was a fantastic experience!! Me and my girlfriend did the secret picnic which was a awesome experience!! The food was so delicious. This was really nicely organized. We also dis the wine tasting and Rag was awesome!! We ended up buying 5 bottles of wine and some in house seltzer!! Will be coming back for sure!!!

Anisa de Graaf

First time EVER going to a Sunflower festival and boy did we have a blast! This place has everything especially if you've got kids- they've got you covered!!! Sunflower plants were just the right height for kids so you could take cute pics as well as they had props in the middle of the field for unique pics. playground, petting zoo, zipline, blow up pillow were a hit for the kids. Definitely going to come here during pumpkin picking time. well WORTH IT!

Katie Kickbush

Run down and a money grab. The kids trikes were broken, the jumping pillow deflated and it was so over crowded that you called barely see the animals. The food was extremely expensive and tiny portions for the butter chicken. They said the mini donuts were apple cider but they tasted like normal ones that they charged more for the lie.

Nina Pham

We did the u-pick here, and it was seamless. Everything was super organized, and we really appreciated being able to book the time online so that once we got there, we didn’t have to wait in line. The picking area was spaced out and felt very safe. The shop also has some awesome hot sauce that we bought!

Ovaks Redhammer

Great place with the best pumpkins for the season and wine for all occasions!

Zunaira

So far the best haunted experience I've ever been to! Totally worth it and I'll definitely go again next year ????

Jermaine Lopez

This is one of the coolest farm concepts we have ever seen. Great to see such a pillar in the community. Thanks for the tour!

Narjis Virani

Perfect for all ages … there something to do for everyone here… Must try the food here.. it’s amazing and tastes incredible ???? Definitely coming back again with friends!!!

Manmeet Gill

The field is absolutely beautiful. It was designed beautiful with some swings and mirrors to take beautiful pictures. Only difficult was finding where to get the tickets we pre-booked.

Romeo Dhaliwal

Very nice attractions! And not much of waiting in line too.

Kennedy Hyland

Visited the store and pumpkin patch on our visit this weekend! Only very lightly sprinkled at the end of our time there but had fun poking around the cute market and picking out some pumpkins! Very reasonably priced for pumpkins as well.

Karthegaginiy Parmeswaran

Wherever you are coming from, visiting this Farm is definitely worth it. This farm so big and it has been kept well maintained. Lots of sanitize stations available and washrooms are clean. Hopefully the owners of Maan will consider getting more farm animals as they do have the space for it! The Ice Cream in a chocolate egg has been a first time for us and it was delicious so was the popcorn. Enjoy your time at the Maan Farm :-)

Madison Peterson

I love Maan Farm! I love petting all the animals, the bunnies, goats etc. Such a fun and entertaining place! Goat hatha yoga a month ago was an exciting experience! I love their pumpkin ice cream it’s super delicious. Also wonderful friendly service as well. :) I am super stoked to try the Haunted Corn Maze next year!

Maksim Fedianin

It's more of a Pumpkin Store than a picking patch. But does have cool drinks and foods for purchase :) Nice staff

Selina Cui

We went here for a weekend trip. Things are a bit overpriced in general. However I loved the little animals they have on site~ The goats are sooooo cute ????

Mallory Tapp

Haunted Corn maze and forest were well worth the ticket price. We were surprised by how elaborate it was. Definitely go! Took about 2.5 hours to do all three attractions. On a side note though, avoid their wine at all costs. I tried their "bestseller" blackcurrant something and it tasted like my best friend's dad's home brew when I was 16...

julie van westen

Worst pumpkin patch we’ve been to and spent $100 on admission. Very disorganized upon arrival, no where to check in. The attractions and walking areas were not well maintained. Tons of garbage in plain sight, really gross. Overall very disappointing.

Ana Lazo

We had a great time picking up those delicious strawberries and raspberries... And the ice cream is sooooo good!!

Sarah Caterina

My friends and I attended the Halloween Goat Yoga, and it was the best time. Everything was socially-distanced and mindful of space/safety/health, the goats were adorable, our Yoga teacher was so funny and calm. The food was delicious - 10/10 would do it again. Mann Farms is a fantastic way to support local and have fun. ????

Aimee Kouleas

I love this place! Best place in Abbotsford to get berry wine, see adorable farm animals, shop for local food, decor, and more! Perfect for a family outing or a date spot. ????

HMV Go!!

It was my first visit here today and OMG this place has the most fun activities for me and my friends...the pumpkin patch was my favourite and I will definitely bring my family for the haunted corn maze !!! Thank you Maan farm for an unforgettable experience!

Mia Zhang

Nice farm. Lots of playgrounds. Trampoline is fun too. The only downside is that the pumpkin patch and corn maze are in different places. But overall it’s a nice place to spend some quality family time together.

Jennifer Sharma

Amazing experience! Cute wine blood bags. Fantastic actors!

Taylor Hickson

Honestly tonight was brutal. We paid 300 dollars for the corn mazes to wait an hour in line for the first two mazes each- which would’ve been fine if in the second maze we weren’t stuck in a line through the entire thing, stopped and back to back with other people, after waiting an hour just to get in. The second maze took 2 hours to get though and all of the food trucks were closed by the time we got out, and the mini donuts are the best part! Shoutout to all of the amazing actors- especially in the scary forest maze, who made this experience worth it.

char stunder

We visited Maan Farms tonight for the Haunted experience! We did all 3 attractions and bought a fast pass so we wouldn’t have to wait in line! We were the first ones into the Haunted Forest tonight, super spooky! All 3 were fantastic and we had so much fun! Everyone there was so nice abs the actors were all great! Thank you so much! Highly recommend

Leo Lou

We had an amazing time at Maan farms. There are lots of activities to do and the food here was great. Definitely a great place to spend with family during thanksgiving

Ashley Belluz

Love this place! There was ample parking and I found everything to be clearly marked for social distancing. My family and I spent time with the goats (so cute!) and made use of the children's play area and the pumpkin patch. Lots of space to roam and be distant outdoors. Had the butter chicken and the pumpkin spiced-cream and it was sooo delicious. Food was really hot and tasted like it was home-made. Would recommend checking the Farm out and supporting a local family run business.

shima

to make the long story short this place is a Beautiful farm with wonderful strawberries.

Jordan

Great family fun! Butter Chicken is superb and a must have!! Prices are a bit up there but you get what you pay for and that’s a great time!

Y.C. C.

Not everything was open as they stated in the website. We can't play jumping pillows. It was not inflated. Why did I pay something that I don't get to use? Very disappointed.

Bethany Stevens

AMAZING food, and the sweetest staff. Overall great experience, love coming back every year. Thank you mama man for the best butter chicken! ????♥️

Simply cookie #roadto159

Came here a day before labour day. General admission is $11.03 per person. On a 33 degree day the $3 strawberry lemonade was exactly what the doctor ordered after attempting the corn maze (very dusty so come prepare) which was totally exposed to the bright sun. The owner suggested we cool off either in the washrooms located at the red roof building or the many sprinklers that were on. The long zip line was great for kids. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to explore everything as it was way too hot out. Next time we will visit in the spring or on a cooler fall day.

Dhruv Desai

Prices are marked up for everything. Plenty of better options available around.

monique styles

I had a great time at goat yoga last night! Fantastic way to get some exercise outside in the fresh air and the bonus? Really cute goats! The food and wine were absolutely delicious and made in house. I will definitely be back

Ter John

A great place to spend a day with the kids. The seasonal pumpkin spiced ice cream was a bit pricey but the flavours were far superior to its basic latte cousin. Loved the take home butter chicken pot pies, terrible popcorn.

Andy Kainth

It was the most epic experience ever...to think a local family pit this all together is unreal....you would think it was run by Universal s Studios or Disney....THIS IS A MUST SEE....you have to appreciate all the hard work and attention to detail these guys put in.....WOW

Worst customer services ever. Refundable policy is fine, tried to transfer to my friend five times in on-line, and didn't worked. Called to the office and she said it transfered to my friend and will get confirmation e-mail but it didn't. My friend called to the office and asked what it happen, she said she doesn't know and can't help. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LIKE THAT. My friend suggested that get my name and his name and just confirm that I transfer the ticket and asked her name and she just hung up the phone. I called again just before and about 10 times after someone got the phone and said she is not office worker and cannot help me and call back in an 1 hrs. And my ticket left 5 hrs to be a trash. What a nice customer services and attitude with receiving all the phone calls from customers. + Called back after 1 hr and called more than hundred times and never recieved the call. Thanks for your help to wasting my time and 158 dollars!

Aine Mc Laughlin

We had such a lovely day on the farm. We done the Goat Yoga, Wine and Dine. The staff were very friendly and everything was organized so well. Would definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a fun day out. We hung around for a few hours after sipping their delicious wine!

Trina Mousseau

I come here every year for my birthday. The Maan family is so hospitable. I love the animals and all the fall fun.

Karen Humphrey

I visit Maan Farm every year to pick berries and buy wine. I admit I don't really buy the food (allergies) nor do I have children to bring. The berries are incredible-huge and really delicious. I pick my own and while last year's $25 per bucket is more than I have spent in year's past, they were worth it and I was happy to support a local farm. The wine is amazing and I am signed up to the wine club, which I highly recommend. Can't wait for berry season so I can get the best strawberries I have ever eaten.

bu6jon

Went for the first time on Thanks Giving Monday. Bought the $50 ticket that came with feed, a pumpkin, mini donuts and wine. Sounds great on paper but in reality this is really just a destination for kids and families, there is next to nothing for adults to do during the day time. The mini donuts were pre-packaged and cold, the feed for the animals is only really good for the goats which are behind a fence so you don't get access like you do at Alder Acres, and the wine is overpriced fruit wines which were just fine. Really not worth the drive when Alder Acres or Country Vines are the same distance and so much better. Definitely wont go again.

Varada Khot

Strawberries were great to pick! Blueberry pickings were a bit slim and didn't taste like much. Would recommend! Looks like a nice adventure zone playground for kids too

Lily

It was my birthday and I was surprised with a trip to Maan Farms, since we live in Vancouver we thought we would make a trip of it as it seemed there was much to do! Unfortunately it was raining and we knew the policy so we went anyways. Since it’s open rain or shine, they should still have things open right!? Sadly we were wrong. The customer service was disappointing, the employees were unfortunately unfriendly, rude and unhelpful so that started the day poorly. Then we went out to see the cute goats which made it somewhat better. Then realized nothing else was available, the concession stand was closed the maze was super disappointing and after spending the money and time to go… we stayed about 45 minutes which included looking around in the market and left. Disappointed. I don’t think I’ll ever come back. I think you may be better off going to Laity Farms! It’s always a lovely experience there :)

Czarina V

Love this place :) thank you for giving my little family a new tradition to look forward to every year

Guilherme Fercondini

Just had an amazing day at the Farm. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy and nice place to spend the day. Just make sure the weather is good.

Katrina Wendt

We went to the Lunch with Santa and Goats event this December. Our family loved it. We hope that they will continue it again next year! Delicious food, Santa was amazing with the kids, the Mulled Wine was to die for, and pricing for everything was totally affordable! Great Value for the money and time spent there.

Gurpreet Singh

Awesome experience.

$4 for admission was reasonable. $15 for pumpkin spice ice cream. Paid online in advance. We went for the 10:00 time slot and didn’t get our ice cream until 10:45 because the stand wasn’t open. This was not advertised on their site and they do not offer refunds. $10 for a wine slushie that is 98% slush with not even an ounce of wine. $45 for four pumpkins on top of our admission is absolutely ridiculous. Very disorganized. Way overpriced. We like to support local, but will not be back.

J Bunyan

Wow, honestly what a great experience. These goats are hungry and it was only 4 bucks a bag to feed them. The turkey bites....so put the feed on the side of a bag to prevent bites if you feed him. The bigger goats are sometimes really greedy. Come to the sunflower festival and choose a room to hang out in. Umbrellas are a must! Don't forget to get lost in the field of dreams(corn maze)

Aaron Hopkins

Cool place to drop in to. Berries are delicious!

Tanya Bilmer

Very disappointed for the haunted evening.. we paid for an 830pm slot. There are 3 attractions at 50.00 for the night.. We were so looking forward to the experience. 8.30 we got to go into the haunted walk, it was amazing, the work and detail into the farm and the haunted stuff was very impressive, however we then went to the second area as instructed on our tickets which was the corn maze, we stood in line for an hour and half to get into the corn maze and then we got stopped inside the maze in another line up, by this point it was 11.00pm. We found a way to get out of the maze to go home at this point, we spent 50.00 each (8 of us). to see one attraction. Very disappointed that they sold so many tickets that we could not enjoy our evening and see all the attractions, Again, everything you have done is amazing and very impressive, just over sold tickets and we did not get to enjoy the whole thing we paid for..

Ray C

My absolute favorite Halloween venue! The haunted forest, corn maze, and pitch black experiences are all top notch. The actors do an amazing job and the Maan family are all friendly and professional. Thank you to all the staff for making this a fun and memorable experience. I look forward to coming back year after year.

Kaneycia Bush-Mclean

**Update to their reply - Yes you have added attractions, that NUMEROUS people have reported not even being able to go through in their time on your property due to 1hr+ wait lines, overcrowding, clueless staff and disorganization. Then you reply to the people that it is due to circumstances OUT OF YOUR CONTROL??? Can you not count how many tickets you sold? Or do yall not care, because the bottom line is not customer services, but instead just how much money you can make. Ticket prices for the Haunted Maze went up $30 from last year!? I will not be returning this year, or in the future at this price. Its ridiculous. Even more expensive than PNE Fright Nights with a full ride pass.

Michelle Young

Very disappointed with our visit. The entry fee is very high (total of $80+ for two adults plus 2 soft serve ice cream) for just seeing the goats, chicken and rabbits, there was no strawberries nor barely any fresh fruits on the stand to buy. this place has protentional, however, it's extremely disorganized and really not much to do unless you have little kids (lots of play area). Some of the chickens in the farm are in really poor condition, there was a large dead bird (either a turkey or a large chicken) in the middle of the room and there was no staff to be found to report that.

Alitarose M

I really enjoyed the farm over-all. I felt like the staff was a bit standoff-ish today though.. The girl we ordered our food from initially was a bit rude. Admittedly I had asked her a question and tried to order while she was helping another customer, which was my bad and I apologized for not noticing. I had missed where the line was and was at the check out instead of the ordering spot. That being said, even after I apologized (it was an honest mistake I owned up to), her attitude was stand-offish. When my husband had picked up our strips (we had wanted hotdogs but they were out of buns), she put them down as close to her as possible, turned and left. He had to reach over a display to pick up our order. He said she didn't say anything, no thank you or your welcome, and just walked away. It was not busy in there. When we were leaving, my husband wanted to suprise me with one of the pumpkin cream things (I had originally decided not to get one because I had to be careful with my budget, and I already went over budget today, but he wanted to suprise me.) Apparently they said the ice cream machine was closed-as they were using the machine for someone else, so he felt a little put off by that. It would also be nice if the bins of pumpkins were labeled, or if there was a sign explaining how the pricing for each type of pumpkin/squash worked, as there were a couple misunderstandings regarding that. It's possible there was a sign and I missed it. Other than that, the animals were so cute and look well taken care of (the goats are super friendly), the zipline was a blast, the corn maize was muddy-but fun. They have a lot of interesting things to check out. If was the first real date day we've had in a long time because of covid and I did enjoy it. We usually go to the Laity pumpkin patch, but wanted to do something different this year. I do think we will be back, but hopefully today was just an off day and not the normal experience.

Stacy B

I recently did goat yoga (Oct 2020) and I highly recommend. It was a fun night out with a few close friends. It was well organized and the whole event was super chill. It's really hard not to feel joyful after doing yoga and playing with goats. The dinner after was delicious and the wine tasty...we all bought a bottle at the end. It's a Covid-friendly activity, although I did find the barn fuller than I was expecting. That said, each group was spaced an appropriate distance apart.

PARVEEN GREWAL

Overpriced place!!! paid $ 58 for three members and food is also overpriced. Lots of fun for kids but again overpriced for pumpkin spice ice cream and selling pumpkins for high prices. Can get cheaper from grocery store for Halloween!!!!!!

Marziyah Hussain

We had a great time at the fall fun 2021!

Jessica F

Really enjoyed going here! You can purchase pre picked strawberries or use the U pick, on weekends you may want to reserve your time online due to COVID. They have some really neat items for sale as well. Ediable honey comb is pretty cool! There is also a goat space to interact and a play spot for kids. I purchased the strawberry cone and it was really fun.

Daisy Hui

Lots of things to do. It's a place for anyone!

jillian costa

Maan farms was so beautiful and accommodating to my group for a birthday. They custom created a package for us. We did a private yoga with GOATS!!! Followed by blueberry wine, coffee, HOME MADE samosas and pakoras with the most delicious chutney. They allowed my very disorganized group to roam the grounds and hang out as long as we wanted. The animals are so happy and chill and well taken care of. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

Mel K

Paid $50 for the haunted corn maze to be greeted by a 2 hour wait. Ridiculous!! ???? They totally oversold the event and the ticket is overpriced. PNE had 10 haunted houses for less We gave up on the long wait times and only got to see 2 out of the 3 attractions. Seems like everyone is feeling the same way. I would reconsider your refund policy.

Rose33bud

I went to the pumpkin patch, and walked around the farm. The pumpkin patch was good ! All food vendors were closed and we were there at lunch time ! Where my two stars falls is the animals. And lack of staff watching the animals. People let out goats and chased them, people were letting out rabbits and letting their children chase them. I counted least 7 loose rabbits all over the property. Yes parents should watch their kids. But it was also parents who were helping kids take the rabbits out of the hutch. Dropping them, and then chasing them. No staff in site at all not even someone walking the grounds from time to time. As an animal caregiver this angered me. If you want to have animals there for people fine. But either take extra effort to ensure people cannot take them out. Or have a staff there. These loose rabbits were chased and pestered by kids and some adults. Also leaving these rabbits out in the open for hawk or eagle food. And if not rounded up coyote food. The mistreatment of animals is not ok. And I was looking for a staff member to least Express my concern with no one. Even once I went back into the market there wasn't anyone at the tills. Again we went from about 1pm-2:30 pm No food vendors, staff disappeared. School kids chasing rabbits. Letting goats out. Not impressed As I said zero complaints over the pumpkin patch, or cleanliness of the place. Those were on point.

Matt Krieger

Great fun place for kids and adults alike.

I have been to Maan Farms twice now. Once for the Sunflower Festival in August, and a week ago for the Haunted Maze. I left the Sunflower Festival disappointed. The cost was atrocious and we expected a lot more for what we paid. The paths through the sunflower field were almost non-existent, with quite a lot of the sunflowers completely broken too. There were piles of garbage and junk surrounding the field. It was clearly visible and just looked careless and messy and you know, just not something that’s nice to see when you’re out to look at sunflowers. And then there were rows of containers alongside the field too, all opened with the junk inside visible? Now I understand if they’re needed for storage but I feel there is a better solution for this and they especially do not need to be open with cascades of garbage and boxes pouring out of them. The food was good albeit insanely expensive. With the price of the tickets… something should have been included if at least a drink. We got a wine flight which I did enjoy. I put off leaving a review until my most recent experience here which sealed the deal. I was willing to give Maan Farms another chance and went to the Haunted Maze to see if maybe this event was better. It was not. The signage was horrible. It was hard to tell where to go. Staff were blunt and rude as well and they all seemed absolutely miserable. There was a little kid, must’ve been 10, working there near midnight. My friend and I thought that was pretty odd. Again, the cost was absolutely insane. I expected a LOT more. It was not worth it in any way whatsoever. The food prices were somehow even more insane than the last time I was here - come on, $15 for an ice cream? My friend and I split it because we wanted to see if it was really worth it. I’ll admit, it was good, but NOT $15 good. Maybe $8 and mostly for the novelty of it being in a tiny pumpkin. I also watched a few being made and they were wildly inconsistent in size, some being double the size of others. The place was WAY TOO CROWDED too. There should have been only 1/4 of the tickets sold. We got through the first attraction, the Haunted Forest, rather quickly. They were pushing people through so close together (because there was far too many people), that nothing was surprising or scary because you saw 5 feet ahead of you exactly where the actors and scares were when they jumped at others! There was no suspense whatsoever because everything was spoiled along the way. The “scary” decorations were a series of ripped up cloths that you walked through and not much else. Next was the Haunted Maze itself. The lineup was a joke. We waited 2+ hours to get in. We only waited this long because we spent so much money to come that we didn’t want it to be a waste. Finally, when we entered the maze, we went through the first couple tiny areas (literally mini-containers with some walls built in and more cloths hanging around), and then encountered ANOTHER line within the maze that was another 40+ minutes.. and it was literally just to go through a teeny tiny box with NOTHING in it asides from… more torn up rags. Stop lying that this was an unexpected thing when multiple reviews from different days mention the insane wait times and crowds. Eventually we got to Pitch Black, and again, another 40 min wait. This one was shorter than the maze probably because everybody was giving up and leaving. It took maybe 10 min to go through the entire thing. It was more fun than the others but my friend and I found no part of the entire event scary. We saw almost nobody else get scared throughout the event. It just wasn’t scary. At least nowhere near what they advertise. Seeing employees literally waving around sticks with masks on them definitely ruins any immersion. Massive holes too along the path that we twisted our ankles in throughout the event. I’ve been to plenty outdoor events and there’s no excuse for having the ground be so dangerous to walk on. All in all, this was NOT worth it. Spend your money somewhere else.

Jessica C

Just visited Maan Farms for the first time. I did the Secret Picnic in the sunflower fields. Maan Farms did not disappoint. It was a magical experience, I would highly recommend this to everyone. The food, wine and scenery were spectacular. 10/10 will come back.

Mischa MacDonald

The Haunted Corn Maze was so much fun! I don’t agree with some of the other reviews, they did a good job at enforcing masks and social distancing. The food did take a little longer BUT sooo delicious. $50 a person is pricey but when you consider how many staff are on site plus how big & well done the maze is, it’s very much worth it. Would definitely go again next year!

Joan Sangster

I had the pleasure of spending a few hours at Maan Farms this week with a treasured friend and her four year old son. We had an incredible time. The farm is beautiful. They have goats and bunnies and chickens and pigs, all of which looked quite content and well cared for. I’ve never seen so many pumpkins. There are lots of activities for the little ones. The market was much more than I expected. And the food was fabulous. We had samosas and pumpkin ice cream, served in a tiny pumpkin. We enjoyed the corn maze and learned a fair bit throughout the day. I bought savory pies and other treats home for dinner and everything was scrumptious. I will be back and highly recommend a visit for anyone needing some time away from the city.

So many ppl

Cost my family a $145 just to get in and there's literally nothing to do Anything else cost additional moneyAnd the pumpkin spice ice cream that comes in the pumpkin is $15 is the tiniest little amount definitely will not be wasting our money next year hereWhat a shame because years previous was much better

Marcos Iwamoto Ferreira

The place is nice, but very crowded. You need to have patience to get good pictures. DON'T buy animal food. They are all overfeeding and they will not eat.

Clara Jankowiak

I visited Maan Farms and the Haunted Corn Maze with my friends tonight. The maze was extremely terrifying and full of countless talented actors and creative jump scares and sensory effects. Well done! I recommend arriving ahead of your scheduled time to reduce long lineups as much as possible although this is a very popular attraction so crowds are to be expected. The market/farm was very cute and they had lots of in store products to browse while waiting. Would like to come back during daytime to explore more. One thing to note is upon check in, there are plenty of signs telling you to remain in the vehicle, but in our experience, we waited for a bit and eventually got out of the car ourselves. Having a few parking lot attendants to direct/clarify any questions would be so helpful! Covid-wise, masks are required for both the public and staff, and they are very strict on enforcing this upon entering the maze.

A. Wong

Highly recommend their BARN YARD ADVENTURE! So much you can do for one ticket price. Zip line, playground, petting zoo, tricycle track, giant trampoline, etc This is the second year we been back. And this time we brought our friends with us too. Everyone had a great time!!! Facilities are well kept and clean. Very thoughtful of them to put up tents and chairs for shade near every play structures. We will definitely come back! Thank you Maan Farm for a fun family day ????

Roshini Sakhrani

Loved our family trip to Maan farms. Everything was organized in a socially distant manner. My daughter was able to run around and feed the animals while we maintained space between other families. We enjoyed the various attractions in addition to the fresh and delicious produce. Will definitely go back again!

Jaymi Bougard

This place is wonderful, and worth the drive!! Its a great place to bring the family, support local, and enjoy getting ready for fall :) Big shout out to Mama Maan, in the kitchen, for all the delicious food - butter chicken lunch, the fresh baked goods, farm sourced jams and jellies, as well as a wine bar!! We will be visiting again ???? And, be sure to get the pumpkin ice cream, it was surprisingly good ???? Can't say enough about how much I loved it here... (⭐Book tix online⭐)

We were really excited to come but unfortunately it is very over priced for a mediocre experience. We came during the day via the Fall at the Farm package. Don’t bother unless you’re coming with children because for $20 a person after tax, there is not much to do for adults except for the corn maze. It’s a pity because they weren’t checking tickets either so people were walking in and out freely without paying. Aside from the kid’s activities, there is a marketplace with Disneyland-level prices. $15 for a themed ice cream, $8 for 2 samosas, and nearly $8 for a miniature pie, and $4 for a “slice” of their pies. Their pumpkins are high quality however, and worth checking out but only with their $4 pumpkin patch ticket so that you can use the amount towards your pumpkin. If you purchased a more expensive entrance ticket like us, you’re out luck there. Even then, the pumpkins are expensive. We purchased two small, white pumpkins for $7 each. If you’re looking for a normal sized pumpkin, be prepared to fork out a lot of dough.

We had a great time at Maan farms! We visited the sunflower farm, petting zoo, bouncy pillow and more. The sunflower field was so cute filled with photo op areas. We did some wine tasting too and bought a couple bottles of their blueberry and strawberry rhubarb wine. Must try!! and the samosas were different from what we usually have! very yummy with a flaky crust.

Jenn Ongaro

My kids and I just visited the farm for the first time. I purchased fall tickets. We we arrived it was so confusing as to where to enter to check in. After visiting the animals and zip line we then headed towards the pumpkin patch. The fact it is located across the street is unsafe. There were no staff to help visitors cross safely. Once we chose our pumpkins I was completely thrown back when I was charged another $18 for 2 pumpkins. Then my kids wanted to do the corn maze which was across another street, Again no staff to help people safely cross. We were interested as well in purchasing ice cream in a pumpkin until we found out it’s $15!!!! They need to come up with a fair price which Includes the cost of the pumpkin. We should have stuck to the pumpkin patch we’ve always done and had a better and cheaper experience. Over priced and just an average pumpkin patch We will never go back!!!

Grace Xiao

Strawberry Ice cream amazing go and right Now。

We had such a great time at the Haunted Experience! Far surpassed my expectations!!

Great family owned winery and farm. We had a great time feed the goats, enjoying the giant trampoline, the mini zip-line, winery and treats. I love going to Maan farms during the summertime. It's a great way to spend a day. Plus, they have a yummy selection of fresh fruit to pick from.

Elliott Montello

Great day out for the family, lots for us all to do. Our daughter who is 2 loved the giant jumping pillow…as did I. The pedal carts were fun and also the corn maze. Definitely recommend :)

Diana Klejne

Absolutely loved this place . It's like a get away from the city. The sunflower field is beautiful and perfect for photos. Lots of family activities, berry picking , wine tasting and more. The berry wines are the best I have had that's for sure, the homemade samosas are a must have. Will be back and highly recommend. We actually did goat yoga just recently, that was awesome !

Paige Griffiths

Maan Farms is awesome! I've visited before for summer berry u-pick with my family, and I was part of the team for their Fall at the Farm this year! So much work goes on behind the scenes when it comes to planning and organizing huge events, and despite how busy it was, each day was a ton of fun! The Maan family is really kind to staff in my experience; they were supportive and encouraging, and I felt that we worked very well as a team. With delicious market goodies, friendly goats, tons of events, and mini pumpkins... What's not to love? ????????????

Nina Ward

We booked the secret picnic, what a wonderful experience, great for the whole family. We arrived early to take my daughter to the farm/ playground then we sampled the fruit wines, best we’ve ever tasted!! The server was awesome, such a friendly guy. We collected our key and ordered our picnic lunch, it was a lot to carry across the road. (a basket would have been a nice touch ????) my daughter loved wondering through the corn maze & sunflowers to find our secret picnic area which was distanced. 90 minutes was a good amount of time to eat and take photos. The kids meal was huge, and the tandoori & charcuterie were delicious, not to mention the sangria THE best! We walked round the sunflower field to find some cute props for photo opportunities. We then collected the icecream which was huge, enough for the 3 of us! Highly recommend for a family day out. We’ll be back for sure. Thank you Maan family & staff for a great experience.

Faye Fedorak

went for the haunted corn maze and it was so great. i definitely got scared a whole bunch going through it. they had some pretty great covid protocols as well so i felt fairly safe going through it.

Shweta Dayal

A beautifully designed space with fresh strawberries and good snacks. The VIP comeback pass is a complete sham though because they only allow you in petting zoo and don’t even give animal feed. The petting zoo is really cute though.

Wendy Graham

We went to the Mann Haunted Corn Maze on Sunday. Fun but we only made it through 2 of the 3 attractions, the line ups and waits were insane. We got through the Haunted Forest quite quickly, then we waited in line an hour for the Black Hole. We were lined up for the Corn Maze for almost an hour with no movement, so we gave up. Organizers need to put a limit on tickets sold. We bought tickets for 8 pm, left at 11 pm and only made it through 2 attractions. I understand trying to sell as many tickets as possible, but lining up for hours for an attraction is unreasonable.

Mohammadreza Behnejad

It is fun, bring your kids and show them a farm while having fun

Chelsea Monell

We had a great time during our overnight retreat at the farm with goat yoga, delicious dinner, wine, and waffle breakfast. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The farm had a family feel that made the experience that much more enjoyable.

Petri Dish

Although beautiful, the wedding ceremony barn, McKenzie Hall, has a cracked, uneven-level concrete floor that at least a few people at the ceremony tripped on. That could hurt someone. If you host a wedding there, announce to the guests when they can start to visit the grounds because we guests missed out on most of the petting zoo, which is very cute. The goats and sheep are very social. The beef gravy was delicious to me. If you want seconds from the buffet get it quickly before the staff clears the buffet. The wedding reception barn got cold at night. I guess indoor heating isn’t included. The chicken fingers were moist and tender. The company could be more courteous, including over the phone, and, I hear, paying a vendor within six months without multiple follow ups.

We have been to Maan Farms in the past and have nothing but wonderful things to say about their staff and customer service. On our most recent visit we tried their “Secret Picnic Experience”. As always the food was delicious. Mama Maan has some excellent recipes. The experience itself was also a lot of fun. We got to experience a different area of their sunflower field and we literally dined in the sunflowers. If you go at 5pm like we did, head out a bit earlier to get your food started as well as extra time to play on the farm and feed the goats. We didn’t get out to our picnic area until about 5:20 and the ice cream stand closed at 5:30 so we had to order our ice cream right away, which was delicious but I would have like to eat it last ????????. We also had to run back for more wine because the winery closes at 6pm. Overall, lovely experience and we will be back for more, but we will come early ????!!

cewtalks

Had lots of fun here! Only went to the pumpkin patch which was $4 (online) or $5 in person and we spent a lot of time in the pumpkin patch area. They also had deals where you can do other things but we were only looking to see the pumpkins. Otherwise, lots of activities for kids and adults! Lots of food vendors/options. (I could probably spend hours here) Loved that they had dog days!! Great to bring our furry family member out to enjoy. Highly recommend this place!

Parbh Klar

Overpriced, it’s just like any other sunflower farm with a few props. It was not overcrowded which was the only nice thing. Don’t buy the exclusive picnic ticket, not worth that much money. Just comes with a drink, a food box and a sitting place. Added with tiny bags of feed and another admission ticket which expires pretty soon.

A. T.

My wife and I did the Haunted Corn Maze the other night & it was awesome! Genuinely scary, well made, and lots of thought put into the production. I recommend going around 7-8 because after 8 it starts getting super busy. The maze lasted about 25 min & it was much better than the other Halloween events around Vancouver. It cost us $42 for two adults. After the maze we went to the shop. I bought a fresh pumpkin pie that was the best pumpkin pie I have ever had. I bought some red pepper jelly, a bottle of hot sauce, & a bottle of their dessert strawberry wine. We’ll be back to shop again soon!

Bianca Anabalon-Paludetto

My family and I loved the Mother's Day drive through breakfast. The food was delicious and the whole experience was very enjoyable. Being able to drive by and see the animals was a huge hit with my song and getting to see Elsa was a really nice touch. Well worth the drive from North Vancouver.

Janice D'Sa

The berry table wines are delicious!

Anil Sharma

Went there with family and struggled a lot to find the parking and parked the car half km away on the street. Pumpkin patch was good but you can see the shortage of staff and help at various places. I noticed a major safety concern at the Zip line on the back, no staff,no supervision, no emergency help. Ultimately very unorganized and mismanaged farm.

Clint J

You need to hire traffic control for the intersection. Held me up for 30 mins. Next call is to city hall. You can’t tie up traffic like that for your private farm.

Natalia Dracheva

Keep in mind they delete most of the negtive reviews!!! I explaned our bad experience but they deleted it. Nothing to say more just poor quality service, unfriendly staff and unfair policy

Iuliia Ivasiva

We haven't been at Maan Farms for two years. The price for the admission increased. You upgraded animal barns that is great. But everything else was unsatisfactory. Only one Go-cart worked even with falling off steering wheel. All the others was partly or complete broken. Zipline was in a bad condition. Regular city parks have ziplines much better and modern and for free. Trampoline was overblown and didn't bounce. So for $62 it was way overpriced.

Rochelle Truscott

I had a great time at Maan farms today. It's definitely a cut above the rest in terms of a pumpkin patch experience. There is plenty to see and do!! Homemade wine, jams, fudge and much more are available at the little market. Bathrooms are available as well. They've moved the pumpkins to an easier to pick field, no navigating vines or mud, just pick your pumpkin and head to the cash. The corn maze was pretty fun too, it was my first time at a corn maze! They lost a star because we pre-ordered s'mores cookies and they ran out. If you're allowed to pre order, it should already be packaged and set aside for you. Their market manager did immediately try to make it up to us, offered a fresh baked pie or any other baked good we'd like, eventually offering us 4 pumpkin scones in the place of our 6 cookies, which we happily accepted. While masks were mandatory in the market, they were not anywhere else and they weren't really monitoring social distancing as a whole or when people were leaving their time after their time slot had expired. There were a ton of people, everywhere. I ended up feeling fairly uncomfortable removing my mask at all on the premises. I'll definitely be back! I'd like to try more foods and get some wine!

Amina Hablass

It was fun, the kids enjoyed every part of the place. The go cart is very joyful and kids kept going around. There is small go cart for younger kids.

Anna Kim

My family loved this place! Had so much fun. When we first entered this farm, it looked like nothing much, but when I went back, the whole family enjoyed the air trampoline, the bicycle, the playground, and the straw line. I think my family will go there often in the future!

Waqar Asif

Great place to come and enjoy picking cherries.

Angelina Minor

Great pumpkin selection. Love the white ones! Butter chicken, yum.

Mario Francispragasam

The cost for a regular ticket was 17:50. The cost for the VIP ticket was around 80 bucks. I bought the 17.50 one because this was our first time to this attraction. Had the two kids in tow. Total "safari" time is like 20min. The marketing was definitely well done. I expected more for the money to be honest. My kids (5 and 2) enjoyed seeing the animals (baby calf, bunnies, pigs, goats/baby goats, sheep, they also had chickens, turkeys and a peacock and peafowl (the poultry was all in one pen ). I guess for the VIP experience you get to feed the animals and perhaps pet them. I don't know if I would have done that. Asking the kids 5 yo: yes to having fun, yes to enjoying the food, a no to coming back next year (wants to go to a plauground next year) 2 yo: nonsensical answer as expected. I think all things considered a decent way to spend an hour in the am.

lavi aujla

Love this farm and especially Halloween times. So many things to do at the farm and kids spend really good time here so many activities for them to do.

Zsanett Sherlock

Maan farms was such a great experience! It's not a traditional farm set up like Aldor Acres. My friend and I opted for the VIP pass so we were able to try out a lot of things. We tried out the mini zipline, the trampoline, got animal feed and fed the goats, bought some samosas and had a wine slushie on the patio, bought the double pumping spice dessert & mini donuts, and then picked out a pumpkin from the "pumpkin patch". We didn't have time to do the corn maze unfortunately. Lots of things to do here, but be prepared to spend lots of $$.

Deborah Syiemlieh MacKay

We booked to attend this farm today and wanted to reschedule for another day but was disappointed that they don't allow any refund or reschedule especially during these covid days. We also found that everything was overpriced. Will not come back here again.

Jennifer Teng

Friendly customer service, yummy berries and delicious wine! Always a positive experience when we go to Maan Farms!

Haunted corn maze is a must for spooky nights! Lasted around 30 minutes and we’ll worth the money and experience. Tip, don’t stuff yourself before you arrive to save some room for their delicious pumpkin ice cream served inside mini pumpkins!

Aly C

Great for family activities but would not recommend getting pumpkins there ours rotted within a week of getting it!

Rana NOURALLAH

Perfect place to have a fun and quality time with your loved ones ???????? It’s a must go! ????

Mahsa117 ahmadzadeh (mahsa)

Great place for kids. All the fruit, foods and Icecream is amazing. Kids can play for hours there.

Rachel Braich

Had an amazing time doing the haunted activities! We have come to the corn maze the last 5 years and this year they stepped it UP! Check it out!

Shehryar Ahmed

Amazing experience. A lot of fun activities for kids as well as adults. Feeding the goats and other farm animals was nice. Very clean and well maintained. 100% recommended for a fun and happy family time.

Lynn Su

The staff are very sweet and friendly. And saw them sanitize play ground frequently. I can tell it’s an awesome place especially for kids as well!!! My boy he doesn’t want back home...

Jenna Cooke

We had such a great time at the Barnyard Experience! We brought our 22 month old and he loved feeding the goats and chasing the chickens. The playgrounds are excellent and there was lots of space for all families to space out. We will definitely be coming back!

Kristin Spina

Great, organized experience! This wasn’t our first visit to Maan Farms and it won’t be our last! We did the U-Pick strawberries and the quality (and availability) was amazing. Even though it was raining, the kids and I had a blast. The strawberries are delicious. We also purchased a FRESH, STILL WARM strawberry pie and the kids had the cloud strawberry ice cream! They were so good! The staff were friendly and helpful. Many people say it’s expensive to visit; I think it’s worth every penny! #supportsmallbusiness #farmersfeedcities

Emerald Moon Metaphysical

I haven't been to the farm, but have tried the berry wine from Save on foods, o my GOODNESS!!!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!! Blackberry, blueberry, strawberry x rhubarb!!! The 3 I've tried have been sooooooo good thank you for the delicious wine. ????????❤????

Seung Ryoul Yoon

Overall it wasn't that happy experience. We paid over $130 in total but we feel what we actually got values around $35 including small strawberry basket that we can buy around $10 in the supermarket, strawberry donuts with sugar and small berry lemonade. The ticket we bought named VIP ticket but there wasn't such experience like VIP at all. So we feel like it's actually waisted a lot of money. Better to avoid from buying such ticket gives you feeling with waited money but just go there and do U Pick which is cheaper and you can pick more strawberry hunt experience than VIP ticket. The food that we bought wasn't that delicious neither.. Farm owners wasn't that nice to people but all student workers there were much nicer and trying to entertain people even though it was very hot day today. That's why 2 stars instead of 1.

Cindy Li

Pros: We arrived early morning on Thanksgiving Monday and it was almost empty. The little ones had lots of time and fun on all the barn activities. Us grown ups also really enjoyed the jumping pillow, Zipline, and k-carts ????. The food was also great! Had the butter chicken poutine, chicken strips and fries, and a double pumpkin cream. All very tasty and well made. Cons: by 11am, it started to become very crowded. Even though outdoors, definitely not good during a pandemic (Maybe should limit ticket sell). Picnic tables are scarce considering how many families were there. Hard to find a seat and a bit unconsciously pressured to eat fast due to people waiting. Overall it's a really nice experience, price as expected, and we had fun. Would go again. Recommended.

imran masood

Don't do the late booking, don't go in the rain, not very scary, not worth the price.

Crystal Bryan

Sure, lots of pumpkins at this location. Unfortunately, more than 50% of them are rotted out. You pay to enter the pumpkin patch side as well as pay for pumpkins at slim pickings.

MIGUEL MARTINEZ CEJA

Great afternoon to be with Great company!

Alice Hernandez

Lots of fun with the kids! Excellent selection of Pumpkins! Love the goats!

Anastasia Feschuk

I had a super fun time here living my full fall fantasy. So many cute photo ops. I love animals and feeding the goats, chickens, turkeys, goose was awesome! My pumpkin spice ice cream was expensive but soooo yummy.

Paige B

If i could give negative stars i would. Took my dog to dog days at the farm and after my dog was attacked while walking by another dog, staff was unhelpful, uncaring, rude and instead talked to the owners about their “cute dog”. While talking to her she just stood there staring at us like we were speaking another language? The “frozen themed” corn maze was just a few frozen character cut outs placed aimlessly around. Not much of a theme there. 10/10 would never recommend coming back. It was crowded and nothing was socially distanced. We asked staff where to line up to buy the apple samosas and she directed us to the wrong line, and after waiting in that and realizing we were in the wrong line we just left. I don’t think there was one spot i could’ve stood and been 6 feet from someone. Bought tickets to stay for barely 30 minutes; waste of money and we will not be returning.

Monique Wong

More expensive, terrible lineups vs other Fall Farm/pumpkin patch experiences. Even though we prepaid we had to line up to get a wristband, and there was only consistently 1 staff to do this on a busy weekend. Even though it was sunny, the jumping pillow was deflated and out of commission. Kids enjoyed the pedalkarts but many were broken and still left on the track. Had hoped the food would make it worth it but there is only one place serving the ice cream and doughnuts and the line up was so long it wasn’t doable with young kids. Corn maze was extremely muddy, and lacked maintenance (other farms lay down straw on the path). There’s a much better farm activity experience in Maple Ridge that I’d recommend.

Shelby Gregg

Went here on a Tuesday afternoon, not very busy. Their service was very slow despite having enough staff to deal with the amount of people. The strawberry dream ice cream was flavorless, I was under the impression it would be fresh/creamy strawberry ice cream. I couldn't taste any strawberry, and my husband said he thought he could taste it, but wasn't sure if he just wanted it to taste of strawberry. We also bought their strawberry doughnuts which they reheated in a toaster over, also no strawberry chunks as advertised in their social media. Paid $23 for one cone and one bag of doughnuts, VERY overpriced

Crystal Lee

Food incliding ice cream ($15) and donuts ($10) were overpriced, pumpkins aren't fresh/good quality and started going bad within 3 days. Wouldn't recommend especially if you're an adult beause most attractions are for kids only.

Nicole Foisy

Wonderful family run business! Every time is a great experience and the food and wine are always the best quality.

B Mackenzie

Went to Maan Farms for the very first time + checked out their Haunted Corn Maze. It was absolutely awesomely terrifying! They have such a great setup, and 3 different haunted activation to go through... It was beyond amazing! On top of that, the market has so many great things, the food is delicious, and the pumpkin ice scream is a must! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a good scare, to come here.

Lily Chycoski

Very fun family activities here! We came on Halloween this year and last and love it! Feeding the goats and bunnies is the best!

Jas Dail

I had a great time this year and Mann Farms for the Halloween attractions. This year was probably the best yet out of the last 4 years I’ve been going. The line up system was great and we lucked out not having to wait at all for each of the attractions. They attractions were all so well done this year especially the startle scares. The vibe with the music and all in the main area was great. The new Haunted Forest was very cool and I’m looking forward to going again next year!

Naser Esbati

Best taste strawberry ever!!! Great place to have fun with children. After picking strawberries and blueberries my children had lots of fun at their playground and animal farms. Goats, peacock, rabbits are free in the barn. Better than all Upick farms I tried before.

Izumi Hance

Fantastic place for picking blueberries. There are many activities, kids and adult both can enjoy at the site. Purchase the ticket online in advance, so you don’t waste your time! Strawberry ice cream was so tasty and I enjoyed tasting their wines!! There are food you can purchase and eat at the patio. You can have a wonderful day at this farm. Recommended!

swerk26

First time going to U pick and we had a blast. Friendly staff, succulent strawberries, ample parking and they do yoga with goats. Blueberries were small but we managed to get a decent amount and were happy. Looks like a great place for families as there was an area there for kids.

Mohannad Abwah

Went for baby goat yoga and it was amazing. Good yoga and the baby goats were adorable and friendly. The hosts were welcoming as well!

Manisha Mohan

Wonderful farm with the best berries ????

Gabby R

Loved this place the past few years but this year was DISAPPOINTING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Visited the haunted corn maze on Oct 10th and they clearly sold way more tickets than they should have... We spent an hour waiting in line for the corn maze only to be met with long line ups INSIDE. We werent moving at all in between the sea cans... To get our moneys worth we went to the last attraction where, of course, we waited in another huge line. Even the employees had no idea what happened and some expressed concerns that they would not get paid OT. Emailed the farm and have yet to hear back. We deserve a partial refund from that night or some sort of compensation for our time. Poor customer service. Really expected more from this place as we like to support local but will not be going back.

Abbys Ford

Our family of 5 were there for strawberry u pick. Medium bucket $26, large bucket $35, kids’ $6. The cashier told us due to covid we have to buy separate bucket for each of the family member. We asked if we could all get the child size because we don’t need that much berries, but cashier said no. We left, and went to another family owned farm near by. We were able to use our own containers with no minimum purchase. Do not use the pandemic as an excuse to rip off your customers, Maan Farms! That’s ridiculous! We will not return.

Mikaela Harris

If you have not done goat yoga at Maan Farms you are missing out! The experience felt safe and was incredibly clean during COVID and all of the staff were incredibly kind and professional. The program was fun, the yoga was accessible and the goats were friendly and hilarious! If goat yoga isn't your thing - just go for the food!! I ended up bringing home samosas and pies and I have two planned trips to go back before the end of the season. I'm excited to try some of the other things this great place has to offer.

Jonathan Ma

We visited with another family a month ago, just as the restrictions were lifted. All of us had a great time, and we spent a lot more time there than we thought we would! There appeared to be great safety measures, I noticed the same girl staffperson just going around and around wiping down everything, which was great. Having blocks of time is a good idea, keeping numbers low so better for social distancing, etc. Bathrooms were clean, food was great, lots of sitting/seating area and it all seemed clean. Even the animals seemed clean lol. The kids had a great time on the bouncing pillow, the zip line...a lot of the pedal karts seemed to be broken or not working properly - another thing that was a bit disappointing was we were under the impression that we would be able to pet/cuddle the bunnies which we weren't able to (they were too shy/running away or some were behind the fence/gated off area). But overall a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend visiting! We didn't even have time to do the U-Pick! Next time.

Navjot Singh

Full price for ticket yet half of sections were closed!! Dealing not great either!

Michelle Tranquillo-Talosig

I went here for strawberry upick this summer, their strawberries looks beautiful and they were huge. Looks like the type of strawberries that bakers would put on the cakes. I also tried raspberry picking and there were lots of raspberries to pick during my visit.

Danielle Filteau

We bought tickets for the Haunted Corn Maze night. We had a great time! You have created a wonderful scary evening for adults. I really enjoyed Pitch Black and the Corn Maze. So creative! I screamed a lot ???? We bought tickets for 9p but arrived at 745p and were kindly given 8p tickets and that was really appreciated, given we'd driven from North Van and it made for an earlier evening. If you can afford it, I recommend the immediate access passes. On a rainy night it was nice not to stand around just getting wet. I'll be telling my friends to make the drive, it was so worth it! See you next year!

Gee

Great experience!! Very well ran and put together! Variety of activities for kids and adults, with rotating themes throughout the year! Delicious variety of fruit wine. Samosas, butter chicken, other food, non alcoholic drinks, merchandise and the haunted corn maze is amazing! Best I’ve ever seen! Corn maze, forest, pitch black!!

Alireza Saeiddanesh

Today we drove there for u pick and cashier told us we have just just VIP pass for 40 $ per person and we are sold out for regular pass / no one in the farm ! Close to the farm is another farm willowviewfarms without any pass we had upick there . Why 40 $ ???

Kenneth Tynan

Had a wonderful time at Maan Farms and wandering in their custom haunted houses. Everything was well organized and really embodied the spirit of Halloween!

Valerie

We've only ever been to the market, but we love the wine there and the popcorn and other little cool finds. Today they had well constructed wooden truck advent calendars! Pricey but very well built!

Toshie Kaligis

We probably picked the hottest day to go but we had so much fun here! Filled our buckets with the sweetest strawberries I've ever tasted and we loved getting the strawberry cloud ice cream! Would most definitely come back for more!

Jade P.

The haunted corn maze was a lot of fun! There were time slots that you could prebook but there was still a long line up so that felt kind of pointless. $50 each is pricey but there was a lot of effort and detail put into this maze! I’ve always heard great things about it so I’m glad my friends and I managed to go. It was scary to me but not necessarily the scariest. Regardless, still a lot of fun and I’d recommend.

alyce chan

My kids had the best time! We went strawberry picking, the playground, the trampoline and the zip line. The pedal bikes could've been a little more easier to manuever but overall what a magical experience for my kids. The farm animals are a huge plus. Would love to take my kids there again!

Emerson Willer

It is an amazing weekend family ride option. For kids from 3 to 10 years there are amazing playground and mini farm to feed animals like goats, chickens, sheep, and bunnies. The kids can play with zipline, trycicles, sandbox and trampoline. The corn maze is nice,.but I recommend you wear rain boots once the ground is very muddy. After the walking, there are a barn fair with traditional pumpikins food.

Fe Na

refusal to reschedule due to weather conditions overcharging for essentially a gimmick and horrible customer service I highly recommend that you go to other local farms I won’t charge you a premium.

J V

Fantastic place for the Pumpkin Patch event. Don't forget to bring a mask if you plan to enter the market as it's mandatory. Lots of social distancing and friendly staff to assist. My family had a great time in the patch.

Serena Vibert

The haunted attractions were fabulous! Little to no wait with general admission & tons of scares! Pitch black was our favourite!! The market was opened until 10pm & there was tons to look at/do while you waited for you ticket time slot. I’ve also done goat yoga here & that is a must do! Gurleen was so great during the whole class. Super fun!

Kathy Tang

Had an amazing time with them during the Goat Yoga experience. Everything was well kept and clean and everyone was lovely and passionate in what they do. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Leah Farquharson

Biggest rip of of my life! Everything you had to pay 15+ dollars for (entry, pumpkin, feed for animals, etc). It was also extremely packed even though they claimed they had "reduced to 20-30% due to COVID-19. Traffic was backed up a few blocks all around the parking lots, people were parking all over the sides of the road just to demonstrate how packed it was. Definitely not worth the money, go somewhere else!

lisa laverty

This is a fun place to bring the family! It's a large farm with lots of fun things to do. My kids always have a blast here :) Great food, too. We always get some fresh fruit while we're here.

Jessica Klassen

We (3 adults and a kid) came to Maan Farms to do some strawberry picking. The app on their website for making reservations was giving me an error, so I called Maan Farms and the manager took our reservation over the phone and said she'd send me a confirmation email. I never got the confirmation email, and when we arrived we found out the reservation was never made. We were supposed to pay $2 per bucket and we had reserved 4 buckets, but they would only let us buy 2 because they didn't think we'd find enough strawberries to fill 4 buckets. The buckets were not $2 each as the website stated, they were $25 each and they do not weigh the berries, so you have to fill your bucket all the way to make the cost worth it. We were also surprised to learn that the kids' play area, petting zoo and zipline were an additional cost (this was not disclosed on the website). The "petting zoo" is not actually a petting zoo, it is a goat cage and you can feed the goats through the wire fencing... IF you buy bags of feed which are an additional cost. There were also 3 peacocks in a small cage underneath a building, just a few feet high so they could not fan their feathers if they wanted to. There was no zipline that we could find, and the kids' play area was basically just 2 slides, although the website advertised much more than that. The strawberry fields were very overpicked, we had to work HARD and walk a long way to fill our buckets, and even then most of the strawberries we picked were underripe. My overall impression of the place was that the whole thing was just a big money grab. Honesty and customer experience are not valued here. I had fun because I was with my friends, but that was despite the lousy experience at Maan Farms, not because of it. I would suggest taking your money elsewhere.

Iswarya Mani

Extremely pricey We were 6 of us 4 adults and 2 kids and from same family To enjoy the picking experience, we should forcefully fill the buckets and pay 26/ 35 cad each of the adults = 104/ 140 cad 6 cad kids tray = 12 cad We will not be able to fill the bucket though. Still have to spend approximately 150cad for a visit ?!?!?!

Maria N

We came here for the Fall at the Farm experience. Overall a very nice farm with lots of great attractions; we especially loved the petting zoo, the pumpkin patch and the zip line. Price- value for the ticket is definitely fine. A few points to consider: Unfortunately social distancing is not very enforced and the farm was incredibly busy (I understand this was on a Sunday, but supposedly there are being limited amounts of tickets sold and it just seemed like there were way too many people in comparison for the size of the farm). Sorry to say, but the organisation and signage is just not up to standard. There were soo many confused people (including us) just not knowing where to go, where to line up for what etc. The food offerings were very limited and we had to wait for a long time to even get into the market hall. Also not sure how chicken strips with fries and butter chicken is defined as 'farm fresh' food. Prices were pretty hefty too: $15 for an ice cream in a mini pumpkin...

Arthur Cheng

Free parking available. Near HWY #1, easy access. Fee required, credit cards accepted. Employees are nice and friendly. Serve speed is slow. Small shops available. Outdoor playground available (many options). Couple animals in the land. It's a pretty good place for both parents and kids.

Taher Adamali

Great experience with the kids and friends. Definitely recommend spending a few hours here.

Amanpreet Randhawa

There is a limit of being greedy. Stop overbooking and get organized please. It was a mess on the long weekend. Never coming back here

Harman J

We’ve been coming to the Haunted events at Maan Farms for a few years now and it seems they are getting bigger, better and scarier with each passing year. This year they added live music and Halloween themed drinks and treats, we loved the wine blood bags! They also added a new attraction “The Scariest Forest in Canada” and I will tell you now the Maan Farms team does not miss, it was an amazing experience and had us quite spooked lol We have been to a lot of fright nights and haunted house so believe me when I say Maan Farms Haunted is hands down one of the scariest/best Halloween experiences anywhere around!

My boyfriend and I came here for the pumpkin patch last autumn to take some photos just for fun. My boyfriend has a dslr camera and we like to do little photo shoots of me dressed up and post the photos on instagram. So we booked a time and bought tickets and our experience was good up until we were approached by one of the staff saying we need to pay a fee for doing “professional photography.” We explained to her politely that we aren’t doing professional photography because according to the definition of “professional photography” we need to be earning money for taking these photos, which we most definitely are not. Here is a definition of professional photographer found online: “A professional photographer is a photographer who earns 100% of his income from photography. People who earn less than 50% of their income from photography are amateurs.” We did not earn any money for the photos we took (nor any of the previous photos we took with the dslr), we did it just for fun and to post on instagram. How is that different from all the people who were there taking photos of themselves with their phones (some of which may be actually making money for posting their photos on instagram)? Just because we had a dslr camera and I was dressed up? Not a good policy that they have, they should learn what properly defines professional photography or put their own definition of what they consider it on their website, which we did check before coming. At least we were able to convince the staff member that we are not professional photographers so we didn’t have to pay the fee but the manner in which we were approached was pretty rude (she had an angry tone of voice straight off the bat and all throughout the interaction, as if she was expecting us to fight back in the same tone). So all in all, we had fun up until that moment. The place is cute for photos otherwise but my boyfriend and I both agree that we would not visit there again and instead go to the many other places we’ve visited before (such as sunflower and tulip farms) where they did not care that we were taking photos with a dslr. ???? Edit: if anything, we probably helped THEM earn more money by posting our nice photos on instagram because people may have decided to visit there after seeing our posts.

I love visiting Maan Farms! I have lived in the States for a year now so when my husband and I got the chance to vacation back in BC, I knew I wanted to visit the farm again. I went to the Fall Festival twice already this season with the “Fall Fest VIP” pass, so it included one any time admission and another weekday return pass to use before October 29, 2021. I found this pass to be so useful and of great value because you also get a pumpkin to take home, animal feed, 6 apple cider doughnuts, a glass of wine or slush, and admission to the daytime corn maze. My friend and I enjoyed doing a tasting flight at the bar and chatting with Gurleen, the daughter of the Maan family! The first day we went it was torrential rain; however we still enjoyed exploring the Barnyard Adventureland and seeing all the farm animals, plus of course visiting the pumpkin patch. Yesterday was amazing summer weather so we decided to stop by again and it was awesome! We loved the pumpkin barn, as well as the white pumpkin patch alongside the regular orange pumpkin patch. Seeing and interacting with all the animals was a highlight as well, and trying the pumpkin spice icecream treat, served in a hollowed-out mini pumpkin ???? Thank you for putting on such fun events year round! I look forward to visiting the next time we are back in BC.

We had an amazing time at Maan Farms! This was the perfect place to spend a few hours, especially with little kids who loved all the additional items like the petting zoo, bikes, trampoline, play structures, and ziplines. The adults also really enjoyed the delicious butter chicken, double pumpkin spice cream, and the beautiful decor! Will definitely make this a yearly trip in the future :)

Terrible customer service. For a customer spending top dollar coming to visit maan farm for the 1st time. I think it will be my last time.spending over $220 I would of thought the team at mann farms would be more professional and understanding. But I was wrong I do not recommend this establishment.

cindy vanderbyl

Great corn maze, and sunflower festival. Lots of fun. Terrific food, even bought some of the frozen veg samosa's to take home. Curry Chicken was very tasteful. We had a fantastic time with lots to see and do.

Christy Johnson

I did the haunted maze at maan farms it was so worth every penny....all 3 attractions were well put together and the staff was absolutely wonderful highly recommended!!!!!

Mike

Bought 4 pumpkins from this place. All of them were rotten within 3 days. Very disapointing

Samantha HERD

Super super spooky!! It was SO much fun and I felt safe with all of the COVID regulations they had in place. Definitely will be going back again next year.

Kay Jay

Goat Yoga is AMAZING. Such a fun girls night out! We did yoga under the trees while the goats and bunnies hopped around our mats! I snuggled a baby goat then ate a delicious samosa. 100% recommend!!!

Mason Lenz

If you are thinking of attending the haunted house, DON'T. The staff were super disrespectful, the whole "haunted maze" was just cheap decorations and bored staff. Might be a good place to bring little kids but that's about it by far the least scary haunted house I've been to despite paying almost $60. And just to add fuel to the fire it was super disorganized and we entered the maze about an hour after our scheduled time. Just a joke. Don't waste your money.

The ‘U-Pick’ experience at Maan Farms was fabulous. The quality of fruit is great and the price for the quantity is reasonable. Their berry wines are absolutely amazing! Highly recommend trying a flight or two.

Lori Cariou

This morning I went to do some u pick raspberries at Maan Farms. It was my first time at this farm, and on the Web site I was encouraged to pre pay and book a time, that was new but I thought ahhh okay. But I liked it there was no line up, and all the assortments were previously presented and decided. That was really enjoyable. Then I make my way past lovely displays of product, including cute little metal mouse figurines to be greeted by staff as bright ,fresh and sweet as the berries. I encourage all to go and enjoy the close grace of picking your own tasty berries. Bon a petite..

Megan Belhumeur

Absolutely loved our goat yoga experience!!! Food and wine was absolutely delicious, will definitely be going back!!

Matt Court

We just experienced the haunted corn maze and it was absolutely terrifying! The costumes, theatrics and decorations were mind blowing. Worth every penny and I will go every year it's offered. Props to all the actors involved, you guys made memories I will never forget! Thank you all so much!

bianca pers

This is such a wonderful pumpkin patch! There was a corn maze and tons of animals to feed and pet, lets of activities for kids and plenty also for adults from a wine tasting section and knick knack sales to extensive and exciting concession. There were snacks as well as whole meas available!

Inder Bahia

I went with my family here for the pumpkin patch and haunted corn maze. The maze very scary and was worth the money. There was quite a vareity of really good wine and food. My favorite was the pumpkin ice cream. Its fall in a pumpkin. There was something to do for every member of my family. The staff and the family was very friendly and helpful. I was relieved that the masks were mandatory and social distancing rules were followed. I would definitely come back here

N

So many things to do and taste. The pumpkin ice cream was yummy! Very cute setting for pictures. Great staff.

Alan Sittrop

It’s a great farm. Berry picking. Farm animals. Pumpkin patch in fall. Came for Mother’s Day drive through and had butter chicken samosas and berry wine. Both were excellent.

Brittney Hamilton

Maan Farms has the best strawberries I have ever had, and that’s no exaggeration. The quailty of the berries, as well as the taste, is what will keep me coming back and getting the strawberries. I love that I can pick my own through UPick. It’s a fun experience to do with the family. The new cloud ice cream is also really good and was a hit with everyone! I definitely recommend Maan Farms to anyone and everyone.

We booked the private picnic for this afternoon. The sunflower's were pretty and it was a neat experience. However the whole experience was very disorganized. When we checked in we were passed through a few young staff untill we were told to wait for our food. The food was our biggest disappointed, though tasty it was not nearly as nice as what you advertised. I actually had to ask for someone in charge because our food was missing items that were advertised, we were not given cutlery, napkins, any kind of tray to carry our food (Across the road), my box was ripped open when handed to me....there was one staff member who seemed to know what she was doing and she gave us a little hope that we didn't waste $150 on this picnic. She offered us some strawberries, cutlery and directions as to where to head next. I was also disappointed in the 'secret picnic room' for the price I did expect more. It's not a room at all, you can hear all your neighbor's full conversation's as they are only 20 feet away. My biggest advice is to train your staff to make the experience match what you advertised. The girls working out at the sunflower field were very friendly, the sunflower's were pretty, the food was tasty.

Elisabeth Radvan

Did the haunted corn maze second year in a row. This year they have awesome guidelines they follow for covid to make sure the whole experience is safe, and still so spooky and entertaining. The staff working tonight were also so awesome, everyone was super helpful and polite. The treats they have are a little pricey but so worth it for their quality and how good they are. Would absolutely recommend checking it out, will be back next year for sure.

Chen Claire

Classic “promise high and deliver low”. Would like to call it a “scam” if I could. I do like the farm animal part and the infrastructure but, come on, anything else added on are exaggerated advertisements. The food I purchased for and the food I got are nothing alike. The taste and quality are horrible. We ordered four drinks and no one finished because the awkward taste. For these junk food I spent $60 per person. Before this we also waited for like half an hour for them to prepare it in the hot wave - yes they do not allow change of date. Return policy didn’t exist. The sunflower they gave were so tiny and way smaller than what’s been promoted. I was going to send these as a gift but never mind.

Aaron Vickers

No hotdogs or donuts otherwise great experience a lot to do

Aman Rai

I’ve been coming to the haunted events annually for about 3 years now, and I must say this is the best one yet! The new Haunted Forest is can’t miss! The treats were awesome as well, especially the pumpkin spice ice cream! I’ve been to other haunted events, but I can safely say this is the best. The team did a great job! Highly recommend!

Peter Savage

Went there every year with the kids, showed up this year & they’re charging $5 /person just to get onto the field to pick out & pay more for the actual pumpkin. Turned around & left

Letty Condon

We had a lovely morning at Maan Farm. Great play area for smaller children and the raspberries are fantastic. Goat feeding was a lot of fun!

Harveer Bassi

Highly recommend the Haunted Attractions! They added two new events this year, Pitch Black and Haunted Forest, which added another layer to the experience. The Haunted Forest was an experience like none other and exceeded all of my expectations. You can really tell they have gone above and beyond this year! The drinks and treats were amazing and fairly priced. If you’re a fall and Halloween lover, this is the perfect place for you!

ravigai

Friendly staff and great farm for picking strawberries or picking up your jams and jellies.

Derek

Pre booked for 12:30 and arrived then. Had to wait in 2 long lines. Around 45 minutes. I wouldn’t have minded if the price was lower. What a ripoff. No staff knew what was going on super disorganized and way too busy . Was good last 2 years but this year was a money grab. Go some where else. So many people the animals were full of overpriced food and wouldn’t go near you. Pretty disappointing. Huge lines.

Amy Sidhu

An absolutely perfect day at the pumpkin patch at Maan Farms. The event coordinators (Gurleen, Paige and Nicole) and the entire staff and crew are phenomenal at time keeping, moving us all from station to station safely, and ensuring we all have the very best experience possible. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I will be back again before the end of the season and I will return next year with more of my classes! Be sure to dress appropriately and boots are a must! ❤️????????????

Surpreet Dhami

The Halloween Haunts here are definitely a must see!! They have got the Haunted Corn Maze, Pitch Black, and a new addition this year, the Haunted Forest, which was such a great experience. Along with the 3 Haunts, they had a live DJ at the farm and amazing food and Halloween themed treats. I would definitely recommend the Halloween Haunts at Maan Farms. I have gone for the past 3 years and the experience is entirely different each year, they change the theme each year so it never gets boring... and they always seem to make it scarier and scarier each year!! My friends and I had a great evening and would totally recommend going!

Bob Ardiel

If I could give -10 stars I would. What's a waste of time and money

Scott McRae

First time here maybe the last, family of 4 cost us close to $80 to get in on a Saturday it’s a few dollars cheaper buying tickets in advance. They did advertise social distancing but when we arrived at our time slot it was packed, there was no distancing or enforcement of your two hour time slot. Had to line up to get in with pre purchased tickets then a separate long line just to get in the store area to another line for food. The property is really nice and there are activities for kids but not really worth the value.

E T

We decided to go to Mann farms to try a new fall activity this year but we’re really disappointed. There was hardly any staff working and there was minimal signage to where we were supposed to check in with our online tickets. The pumpkin patch was full of rotten pumpkins and there were so many people there we could hardly move around. The corn maze was a muddy mess although I noted the other one did not look as muddy as it was gravel but it was extra. I would not return and we will stick to the Apple Barn as the number of tickets are limited and it as much more organized.

A G

Me and my friends booked the 8pm slot and we went through our first attraction really quick, when we went to our second one we waited in line for more than 1 hour and after we went into the corn maze there was another long lineup, like what was the point of that? No one was getting scared anymore everyone was just getting irritated, we waited 2 hours inside the maze. When we asked one of the workers if there is another way out as we all just wanted to leave at this point, they told us to “leave through the bushes” and started arguing with us, definitely a disappointing experience. Never coming back here

Nora Hoger

Our family went yesterday to the farm. Was awful. Way too many people. Why did you let so many attend at once. Must be about the $. Corn maze was cheap! Our grandkids didn't even get to enjoy the Bouncy mat. Too many people. Will never attend again. Also way too expensive. Ugh!

Sabine

I attended the 'goat, wine and dine' event and had an excellent experience! The staff were fantastic and the event was very well organized, particularly with the safety protocols. The goat yoga was fun and it was nice how we were provided with feed for the goats. The strawberry rhubarb wine as well as the veggie samosas were also incredible!! It was my first time going to Maan Farms and I will definitely be back in the future.

Aliyah Mohammed

Well organized, and super fun. 10/10 recommend!

Eunice Warren

Maan Farm Market has pumpkins and great displays for kids and adults alike ????

Jen Nicholson

Waste of time and money. Went to the haunted corn maze. I was looking forward to it since it is "the scariest corn maze in Canada." The only thing scary about this place is the amount they charge you for a ticket. Total waste of time. I think the only reason they make you buy your tickets online is so they don't get shut down. Our tickets were for 8:00 we got in at 9:00. Seriously save your money unless you like to be disappointed.

Tiffany Lung

The goat yoga was so fun, lots of laughs while "trying" to do yoga with baby goats nibbling at your mat or shirt or anything else they could get their hooves on! It was a nice clean field, would have been nice if there was some shade on a super hot day. The strawberry ice cream after was huuuuuge! Overall a fun experience that I would like to do again some time!

April Clarke

I went a couple days ago to the haunted corn maze, forest, and pitch black experience. Loved it, my favourite was the haunted forest. Pre covid this would have been crazy busy and hectic! This year it is so well organized! The line up's weren't bad and you didn't have too many people crowded in any given area of the farm. I do recommend getting (at least) the fast pass, and dressing warm. When you're there you must try their apple cider spiced mini donuts, so delicious I had to go back for another bag. Well done this year Maans!

Ruppi Atwal

My sons visited this haunted house attraction last night…. My 17 year old has not stopped talking about his experience…. He says it’s so far the best haunted house experience he’s ever had before…that he was really spooked and the Pitch Black Forest was his favourite…he’s already looking forward to visit next year!

Laurie Doyle

Goat yoga finished with strawberries and samosas. A great Friday evening out with my sister. Would definitely do it agian.

Arvind

Not following social distancing protocol. Very busy and crowded. Paying a lot for a time slot to do activities with the kids which should limit the number of people. But everything was very crowded that you could not be 6 feet apart. If your paying a lot for a time slot then they should give time for kids to do the activities and sanitize the stuff between bookings. The website does say there is more cleaning of equipment, but never saw this happen once. Just very disorganized and overpriced. Also don't buy the popcorn. There are better pumpkin patches to visit.

Preeya Hundal

Honestly I would not even give this review one star, and am only giving it since it is required. Last year my friends and I attended the Haunted Corn Maze and were treated so disrespectfully when we arrived since we were a little confused on how to enter the maze lineup. We disregarded how we were treated last year in hopes of a better experience. Unfortunately, this year we had an even worse experience with their customer service. For the price we paid it is bare minimum to treat one coming to your establishment with some sort of respect. Due to a medical condition with one of our group members, we were going to be running a late by approximately an hour. We called in well ahead of time and asked if we could push back our reservation by an hour since there were still tickets available online. The attitude of the female on the other side of the phone was just disgusting. She told us that there was nothing they can do despite there being time slots available for later on during the day. We asked if we can cancel and repurchase our tickets online, yet we got the same answer that "[she] cannot do anything for us". We asked for some sort of solution to our unexpected problem and she could literally care less to help us out over the phone. Eventually, given our experience on the phone and due to heavy rainfall that evening we decided it was best for us not to attend the establishment since our health was our priority. We purchased our tickets weeks in advance as we were excited to come to the corn maze, yet this experience with their service has left a bitter taste in my mouth. We tried to get some sort of accommodation as we paid approximately $300, but no help. It seems like all they care about is the money. There is nothing along the lines of customer satisfaction for these employees or owners. I do not recommend visiting this place to anyone due to the unhelpful and arrogant staff/owners (not sure who answered the phone).

Sher Macdonald

These people are awesome. We made a huge mistake in booking something and they were kind enough to correct it for us no problem. Thank you so very much.

Patrick Bolger

Great wine! Fun area for kids to play!

Laurence Chen

Went on cheap Tuesday was worried the lines would be crazy but it wasn't bad at all. Corn maze was great for my kids. They loved playing on the bouncy pillow. And the whole family rode the long zip line tons of times.

Maria Leigh

Farm was so busy with 100’s of kids. Pumpkins were all rotten. Didn’t even purchase one. Ice cream was good.

m Lanto

It was our second time to pick strawberries here. The first time was in 2016 when they were just a simple farm. I remembered having an awesome brunch then before the strawberry picking. We've been to different farms for strawberry picking thereafter. Last year we attempted to go back to Maan but found the process complicated as you have to register first, etc. We didn't like too many rules. This year though we decided to go and registered anyway. The registration process was smooth and when we arrived on a rainy, soak Sunday morning, they were ready for us. Staff were friendly and attentive. We even had a sighting of the Strawberry Fairy in a pink dress and pink umbrella! After a couple of hours we were hauling four large buckets of juicy and sweet strawberries that we paid $26 each (reasonable, about $3/lb). We are thinking of going back in two weeks. While I agree that other items are pricier than competitors (like their jams, honey, food items and their packages)- it's probably because it is hard to maintain a large farm like this. Who knows when they become profitable they might rethink their pricing structure so that it is more affordable.

Matt R

This was the most disappointing experience I’ve had this year. My mother, my daughter and myself went for day. We spent nearly $60 and left after about 1 hour. The facilities are run down and need money out in them. While playing in the kids playground we found 2 nails sticking straight up and a little later we found a dead rat. When we told the staff they didn’t really act like they were taking anything serious. Signs say everywhere you can buy mini donuts. When I tried to order them “sorry, but they all went bad.” The ladies inside the building who handle food orders and other purchases need a good dose of maturity and customer service. One of them walked me over to another area to take my food order. Then she picked up and iPad and played on it without saying a word. After an awkward few moments one of the staff asked me why I was standing there. Honestly, after paying $60 for that experience. I feel extremely ripped off. Is this under new ownership or something? Because my experience doesn’t match what others have been in the past.

Manny

This place is an absolute rip-off.

S S

I visited Maan Farms with a few friends for their Haunted Corn Maze and other attractions. I've been to other haunted houses in the lower mainland but I have to say that the Haunted attractions at Maan farms are the best I've experienced. It felt somewhat like I was in a scary movie. They creatively integrated decor with the layout of the farm and the actors were on point. Everyone working there was courteous. It was well organized so that each attraction wasn't overcrowded. We finished off our night with their pumpkin pie which was absolutely delicious. Definitely worth the drive from Vancouver! Hoping to come back next year.

T Evans

Lots of stuff to do. A great treat for the kids. Lunch is very tasty. Pumpkin ice-cream is a huge hit.

Shay (Beans604)

Everything is beautiful ???? love this place! Whomever owns this is very bright and business oriented! Bit on pricey side for kids to go in corn mase and see animals.

Carley Wai

If you are going there for the sunflower fest, I suggest you wait for another two weeks. We went and not even half the flowers are bloomed. It was a disappointment for us as we went there under extreme heat. Given it was their first day of the festival, their staff dont really know what they are doing. On the other note, their mango ice cream is very good. The goats are very friendly. The bunnies have a couple of new born babies. We might probably return in tge future and hopefully will have a better experience.

Harinder Kaur

Had a great time with my family here. The pumpkin patch was very picturesque and pretty. The samosas were delicious. Would go back here again. It was covid safe.

akash ahuja

Had a really pleasant experience visting Mann Farms . Met Mr Mann . Very humble ,down to earth , funny and very informative . Picked up strawberries and blur berries both were delicious . Tried the cloud icecream and mini donuts . Can't wait to visit the corn maze in fall .

Subarmani Krishna

So much fun for the kids My baby loved it so much she said daddy again meaning she wants to come again..Thank you for a wonderful day . We will be again.

Alyssa Munro

Great set up with lots of Halloween stuff. And amazing pumpkin ice cream served in a small pumpkin

Mark Finke

This business uses pandemic restriction in their own benefit. We, two adults and two small kids, were hoping to pick some strawberries there. The farm required us to pay 64 cad for 4 empty buckets to enter the field. That's the minimum buckets they allowed us. That was that recent extremely high temperature day, an hour before the farm was closing. We could not pick even half of that. On the question why there is requirement that every individual should buy a bucket, there was an answer pointing to Covid restrictions from the health authorities. I let them know that we were from the same household and there is no requirement like that. I needed to talk to the owner, who still started pointing to those regulations. I was asking to show me the requirement. However, at the end of the discussion, the owner admitted that was only the farm's rule to sell those buckets to every single person. Not environment friendly. We were also calling out to the fact that the farm unnecessary increases plastic produce by selling empty non-reusable buckets, where many of the buckets potentially are not used, harming our planet. Again. The employees were simply saying: "because of covid". The owner could not hear my arguments, either. I want to ask the owner: why not selling admission tickets? Why wasting the planet? Look at many other farms, they allow to reuse buckets, they allow a family to pick berries into one bucket. Overpriced. The price for the cheapest option is rather high. The maximum we could pick in other places this season was 47 dollars, but with "unlimited" time and good weather. From this business point of view, the weather and the time left before closure is a problem of a customer. Just, hand off 4 pieces of plastic (buckets) to a customer and take 64 dollars. - Done. My bottom line. The worst thing for a business is lost of customer's trust. I can not pick berries for my kids where I can see lie, harm to environment, attempt to earn extra dollar in any possible way.

The facility has a lot of activities mixed into one. It’s a great place for kids mostly. Corn maze is not that big, but the Lion King themed search is not bad for kids. Their pumpkin patch isn’t really pumpkin patch. It’s more like grabbing the pumpkin from the ground, not a field. The little zip lining is nice for kids, petting zoo is fun, paddle cart is a good kids activity, there’s also a little castle for kids to play. It’s well worth the $11 entrance fee to entertain kids for the whole afternoon. The price also includes exploring their regular corn maze at night. I love how they have people just walking around in the barn to scare visitors at night. I didn’t go to their haunted corn maze as it’s just too expensive. Food wise, I really enjoyed their samosa. Traditional chai tea is quite weak.

Carl

It was raining so I get it but most of the actors had no energy. Last year was a lot better. The price this year staying still so high was a huge disappointment. The people running the lines didnt care about social distancing. The girl at the front even said that we choose a terrible day to come before starting. They made q rule to stay away from actors but then the actors would come up centimeters from you. It felt like an extreme money grab this year. On a positive note the maze did look awesome, just let down by the actors

Manisha Pabla

Disappointed at the fact that once you buy tickets there is no such thing as a refund or rescheduling. We had to buy tickets for the haunted corn maze in advance as they sell out really quick however, the day of the event a few of us were not feeling well so we didn’t want to show up and get anyone sick. I tried calling Maan Farms and whoever picked up was very rude, did not care to hear me out and provide any solutions just simply shut me down with a no even though we were okay to come in on a different day with our tickets as we really wanted to come in, didn’t even want a refund for the tickets. Disappointed they aren’t understanding at all to even emergencies and once you buy tickets nothing can be done if you cannot go. Definitely do not like this approach and disappointed with your customer service. Won’t be coming back again if this is how you treat your customers.

Amit Verma

Nice place for kids....small parties...chance to see farm farm animals...and try fresh food blueberries/strawberries etc.Ok

Pat dJ

unable to purchase tix and not paying 4 ppl admission for 2 people

Khalid Alibhai

Came on a Tuesday morning and Destiny was welcoming with a big smile, answered our questions and went above and beyond! She even by offered to wash the fresh picked strawberries so the kids could eat them right away. A true welcomer!

Icy Cheng

Everything is Very pricing. Not worth it at all!

Hoang Vu

Everyone in our family enjoyed our time at the Maan Farm for Halloween. Lots of kid activities and things to see. Highly recommend. We didn't do the scary maze since we had kids but we'll defiantly try it hopefully next year.

James Wang

Went for the u-pick. Inexpensive. Very well organized. Professional. The store also sells a lot of goodies. My fourth time in the past 2 years. Pricing was reasonable and lean towards the inexpensive side (considering it was 8-9 pounds of strawberries for the large buckets). For the reviews complaining about price, $26 for 8-9 pounds of strawberries + a great experience are a very, very, very good deal. PLUS, you get to experience strawberry picking. Tip: PLAN ahead! Reservations run out fast. Good customer service. For all the reviews complaining about "bad service," I think Maan Farms did a great job with the available workforce that they can hire. In other words, relatively speaking, the staff they hired/have provide good customer service compared to other similar "younger" employees at other stores. For owners of Maan Farms: # 1: One suggestion is to perhaps get an employee to manage the traffic flow at the crosswalk between the parking lot and the strawberry field. It's an investment that will pay dividends (or lessen liabilities). Subjectively, I'm sure the families that go there will appreciate YOU for it. # 2: You have 2 entrances to the parking lot. Both entrances/exits are narrow. They don't allow for 2 cars to go through at the same time. I would make then one-way entrances or exits. For example, I would change one of the entrances to EXIT only and the other entrance to ENTRANCE only. Conclusion: I would 100% go again!

Katrina Beck

Went to Maan farms for the vision and vino. Me and my friend had gone before for Halloween and we liked it so decided to return. The charcuterie they provided was so cute and they they had so many supplies for our vision boards! I recommend the strawberry rhubarb wine, it's not overly sweet or sour like you'd expect. It's delicious. We had so much fun, bathrooms were clean, shop was expensive but very cute. The place was kept nice and warm and everything was socially distanced. Kudos to the woman (daughter of the maans I think) who ran it. She did a great job! It was a ton of fun and I can't wait to return to try the goat yoga soon. Edit to say: I accidentally bought my two tickets seperately and they followed up my email, emailing me and calling me to assure me and my friend would be together. I was very pleased with that. Excellent follow up.

Littlewhite Pill

For my first time there not a good experience first of all it is very confusing where to enter and exit especially when you only want to go into the store part. No social distancing at least they do ask you to wear a mask. So I paid for a candy bag I didn't want but the teller couldn't figure out how to take it off the bill when I got it home it was soggy and gooey like it had been sitting in the sun for days I bought a jar of pickles that was yellow and white on the ends and smelled nasty like maybe it hadn't sealed. All I can hope is that the butter chicken sauce I bought will be good otherwise I wasted $60

Amy Damjanovic

I only just discovered Maan Farm this year, and it truly is a gem! The family who owns and runs it is lovely, so warm and inviting, not to mention that “Mama Maan” is an amazing cook. Their goat yoga sessions are a real highlight, and they’re always coming up with great events like cooking classes, their Sunflower Festival, and I’m excited to check out their “Haunted Corn Maze” in October. Their wine, all of which they make themselves, is truly unique and delicious, a lot of it is made from various berries and fruit grown on the farm. These past few months have been difficult for everyone, myself included, but even when I’ve been feeling down, going to one of the events at Maan Farm has always cheered me up.

Nika Chiprut

Had such a wonderful experience at Maan Farms! We did the secret picnic amongst the sunflowers and it was perfect. Our ticket price included bags of animal feed, 2 food items and 2 drinks as well as tickets to the corn maze and sunflower field. The food was delicious and everyone was super friendly. Such a great family spot or a cute date spot. Will definitely come back!!

Went for the Pumpkin patch and got the tickets which included entry to the petting zoo and corn maze($15). All in all, it was a fun experience and a good way to spend a few hours outdoors with some friends/family. Had the butter chicken samosas which were great as well. The food concession area had a lot of food options but it is a pricey (Probably the only knock I have on the whole experience - the food prices)

R Bains

Paid $280 for immediate access to the haunted attractions. Had to wait 40+ Minutes to pick up my tickets which I thought was a waste of time. The attractions were good, but they could have done without the blinding strobe lights. Those lights were intense. It was fun, but not worth $280.

Awesome spot. Berries are perfect this week.

Our visit was great to Maan farms. Their Covid-19 protocols and washrooms are really good, so safe for your visit! Our family had a blast with their gigantic sunflowers field, corn maze, goats, and playground! We didn’t have enough time to enjoy their food, but certainly was looking really good! I feel proud to support local businesses, and I’m sure you are too!

Amrita

My experience was really bad. It was extremely overcrowded and no space for social distancing. I payed for my ice cream online and I was expected to wait in an 2 hour line to get it. I ended up not getting it because it was very crowded and because of long wait time. They are not following social distancing guidelines and need to be held accountable for it. They are over charging people for no reason. There are better pumpkin patches in the area.

Randy Walker

A wonderful place to take the family. We have been going frequently since we moved to Abbotsford 5 years ago. My two girls love every visit and it's hard to picks favourite part! My wife and I always grab some delicious berries, jam, samosas, or other products before we leave. Certainly something for the whole family. We also really appreciate how the farm is constantly being updated and improved. Amazing dedication and attention to detail. The staff are always very pleasant as well. Keep up the great work, you are very much appreciated!!

CS Work

$16 for Children, $11 for Adults, $4 for tablespoon of feed and no petting zoo! They had a bunny in a cage that you couldn't pet and a goat behind a fence. Massive waste of time and money, on top of that, all their fruit was the same price as the grocery store. You're local playground is a better attraction and its free!! And to respond to the owners comment below, no we didn't miss anything. Maybe you should of had a sign that said the petting zoo was closed or let us know as we were paying. Your website sure doesn't say anything about it, which is what got us to drive all the way out from North Van. Stand by my comment and a warning to anyone who reads this, go spend your money somewhere else.

Michelle Guraliuk

Great experience at Goat Yoga this evening! So much fun and dinner was absolutely delicious. Thank you for a wonderful event.

Peter Singh

Had a great time! Lots of time went into the mazes and ghouls.

Meena Gill

This was my third year in a row going to the maze, and every year it seems to get better and better! My group had the 9 o'clock time slot and we were able to successfully get through all three attractions. Everything was brilliant, I was genuinely impressed with the set up this year! Great work Maan family, can't wait to come again next year!

Simi Kandola

We went for the haunted corn maze. Got there ahead of time to do the covid19 checks. Super quick super easy! While we waited we got to check out the market, get mini donuts, the infamous pumpkin ice cream in a pumpkin. They had a wine and food bar, loved the raspberry iced wine. They were sold out of the blackberry iced wine unfortunately but maybe next time. The corn maze itself was lots of fun, it was a solid scare. Definitely worth the money. Staff was super friendly the entire time and helped us whenever we had any questions.

jen ikeda

Beautiful family run farm! My kids absolutely love it here. We try to visit every berry and pumpkin season. But we also love just to visit and walk around and have delicious seasonal treats. All the staff are always so friendly and welcoming ❤ Thank you Maan Farms ❤????

Chelsea Li

First, we bought our tickets on their website and BE AWARE there is a 9% fee hidden under “taxes” in the transaction. Usually places offer better prices to encourage people to buy tickets online at a better price so that can help gauge their traffic. Not the case here. Second, it was overall disorganized. When we arrived their main building, they just gave us a vague direction which took us some time to look for the farm. And they forgot to give us handbands for the farm entry and caused us some trouble before getting into the farm. Third, my group went on the first day of their sunflower farm (late jul). And only half of the sunflowers bloomed and they were quite short (like 2.5 feet high?) which are not very photogenic. We also ordered the bumblebee ice cream which is a mango soft serve with a cotton candy ring. didn't taste much of the mango flavor and mainly finished it to cool myself down from walking under the sun. I do expect much more for the $13.5 I paid for this.

Conor C

The worst customer service I've ever come across. The girl on the phone was extremely rude and not helpful at all. 1 star is being generous. Avoid this place at all costs!

T T

Terrible experience at the haunted maze over Thanksgiving long weekend. We have been coming here for 3 years and this year was by far the worst as it seems Maan farms is trying to cram as many people in every day and are overselling their capacity. We spent over 2 hours waiting to get into the maze, just to get stuck in more lines while we were INSIDE THE MAZE INBETWEEN THE CONTAINERS as well leading to a terrible experience. Extremely disappointing.

Stephanie Vytasek

We love going to Maan Farms. They always have the best berries for berry picking and there's so much for the kids to do after picking berries- the giant jumping pillow, playground, petting the goats, the zip line, tire mountain/tunnels, and ride-on trikes. We easily spend 4 hours there. We always have a great time there!

Tom Liu

Excellent customer service and very well organized. Kid loved jumping on the inflatable bouncy pillow. Large outdoor space and limited tickets sold on-line perfect for COVID.

Destiny Jensen

I purchased tickets for the haunted corn maze for the wrong date by accident. I called and asked if they could reissue the tickets for the proper date and they told me I had to send an email to their ticketing email. I sent an email and no response. I had to repurchase tickets for the correct date. So I then sent an email asking for a refund for the tickets I booked for the wrong day. 3 weeks still no response. I contacted on social media and was told no one could help me but the email that doesn't respond. They live up to the reputation they made for themselves of ripping people off and terrible customer service. Your welcome for the double pay. Don't support businesses like this. They don't care about anything but your money.

My family visited Maan Farms yesterday, with the VIP Strawberry pass. We had a lovely time picking our strawberries (which are so delicious this morning for breakfast!) We didn't feel rushed, which was good as I have a seven year old who likes to take his time inspecting each strawberry. With our VIP pass, we each got 3lbs free of strawberries, which we stored in our car as we explored the rest of the farm. High points include: feeding the goats, sliding in the playground, the strawberry donuts, and the delicious wine. My son was mesmerized by his Strawberry Cloud ice cream. All of the crew that works at Maan's is very informative and welcoming. We will be coming back for raspberry season!

Sienna StLaurent

Was there for 4 hours and about 3 of them were standing in line. If an establishment is going to serve booze then have people standing around for hours they should have complimentary cups of water and perhaps some entertainment in the line up. Also, there were basically no actors in the corn maze. There were actors in the storage containers throughout the maze but many scare opportunitys were lost in the corn part. Pitch black isnt actuallly pitch black and groups of people are sent in so close together that its barely scary. I decided to do Maan Farms instead of Fright Nights but was equally dissapointed. For $50 I would have liked to see more actors and less brutally long lineups. They clearly oversell tickets and to be honest, its a bit of a rip off. $20 for a 9oz glass of wine and $9 for a candied apple. This place is a money grab and classist as its only fun if you can afford the fast pass. Had fun for what it was worth but definitely would not go back again.

Shelly Lauze

Had to try the pumpkin ice cream... It was amazing. Extremely expensive, but worth the splurge

Shea Holtforster

Took the family to the corn maze on Dog Day. I was a little disappointed tho. No water left out around the area for dogs. No dog food options. Had to leave to get my dog food at Pet Smart Would be nice to see an off leash area. Food was good, maze was fun.

Yen Ha

This time we came to see their sunflower beds. There can be improvements to the estate and organization of staff. We also bought a few of their Bumblebee ice-cream which they didn't properly garnish (were missing the honey stick and raw honey).Would have been fine if it didn't take so long for them to be made. Disappointing experience.

Colin Grimm

Had a great time here for Goat Yoga, was super fun and unique! Really nice pumpkin patch, delicious food (the pumpkin spice ice cream and butter chicken were both incredible), and very friendly owners and employees. Great place to visit!

Charles Do

The pumpkin spiced ice cream is a overpriced. I would recommend the corn maze, however

Leslie Baillargeon

Haunted mazes are a MUST see. So much attention to detail and the special affects are amazing! We had a great time as always.

Melanie Ramel

My family and I had a great time at this farm!

Leanne Confiss

Amazing actors at the haunted maze event! Great wine. A bit pricy. The haunted forest had careless workers letting people through, i paid for fast passes but many general passes went first. Waited there for a while, the 3 people sitting/chatting kind of killed the mood. Workers at food stand were too busy talking to serve us, so I helped myself, and paid after asking of course... Candy apple wasn't made properly all the candy part stuck to the plastic, popcorn was flavorless.

Joanne Van Geel

Went there last night with the girls and we had a blast! Felt safe with the social distancing as it’s mainly outdoors and MANY MANY LAUGHS! The goats are adorable and hilarious ????. Ate the beef samosas and they were great ????????

Amanda Weber

I’m posting on behalf of my husband. He went to the farm to pick strawberries. He ended out not getting anything from this farm. What had happened was that he was quoted $20 to go and pick strawberries. He thought that he and his son could go and pick. Lady told him that it was an extra $6 dollars to admit them. And to come out of this place with a piddly amount of berries. Are you freaking kidding me? Just lost mine and my husband’s business.

Wendy Lasure

Spent an amazing day at Maan Farms. The secret picnic is a must do! Such a great way to spend the day with my daughter. The food and drinks were delicious! Ask for the orange door ????. We loved all of the different areas to take photos. We did some wine tasting and we ended the day with the goats and a little shopping !

Anne Davis

I love this farm! They recently updated their petting zoo and it's amazing! There is shade and grassy areas. I brought my friends son to the experience and he LOVED it. Thanks so much Maan Farms for a great day!

Lubov Plett

Wanted to pick strawberries today at this farm, came with my own bucket, but the girl at the cash said, I am not allowed to use my own bucket, I have to buy a bucket from them WHICH ARE $26 EACH!!!!!! I TOUGHT I WASNT HEARING RIGHT!!!! EXCUSE ME??!!! $ 26 DOLLARS FOR AN EMPTY SMALL BUCKET!!!!! THIS IS REDICILOUS!!! I picked at other farms, and they sell the same size buckets for 2 dollars!!!!! THESE IS A RIPP OFF!!! WITH ALL THESE COVID RULES, THEY USE IT AS AN ADVANTAGE AND MAKE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS JUST ON THEIR EXPENSIVE BUCKETS!!!! OF COURSE I DIDN'T PICK ANY AND LEFT WITHOUT STRAWBERRIES!!!! WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!! I WOULD RATHER BUY IT AT THE STORE OR GO TO A DIFFERENT FARM!! PEOPLE DO NOT GO THERE!! THE STRAWBERRIES WILL COST YOU A FORTUNE!!!!

Hopeislife2021 B

Went to the haunted corn maze and had to wait in a 2 hour line. After waiting in a long line, had to wait in more lines inside the maze. Customers were also disappointed in line stating tickets were oversold. I went two to three years ago and loved it when there was a two story house with the slide and no lines inside the maze. We go every year and this year was disappointing. People were scaring each other in the maze while waiting in long lines

Emily Hartle

I took my little ones (1+3) here for the first time and we had a blast! We loved feeding the goats and poultry, and running around the farm. There are two playgrounds, tons of old tractors for climbing on, a trike racetrack and a huge bouncy pillow thing. We went during the week and there was only one other family there with us. Afterwards I tasted a few wines and left with a delicious bottle of berry wine. We will definitely be coming back again!

aaa bbb

Awesome on farm experience. Very knowledgeable family. Can answer any growing question. A lot of different attractions to enjoy especially for kids. Good selection of food, my favourites are the butter chicken and the peppermint chocolate fudge. They seem to handle even busy times. I get served when its my turn! 2 years ago saw their corn maze from a westjet flight out of abbotsford, what a great view. Great designs.

Kareyna M

Fantastic experience! My family and I got the VIP passes and they were definitely worth it. A lot of fun for all ages, and all the produce is absolutely delicious!

Kristina Jensen

Our goat yoga was a great experience. I would send everyone there regardless off age or yoga ability. Sometimes you are just lying there hugging a goat and loving life! Food & wine was delicious and authentic. Owners were on hand interacting and welcoming. Staff was over the top! We will be back!!!

chris efonoff

Thank you for being an essential service and open to everyone. Much appreciated

John Bristowe

Great place to take the kids for the day. Good berries and other foods in the market. Staff are courtious and friendly.

brooke hulke

Went to their Haunted attractions last night. It was so scary and so fun. Hands down the best haunted experience I’ve ever had. Thank you so much for putting this on! Can’t wait to go again next year.

Melinda Marchessault

My friend and I spent a wonderful morning at Mann Farms ... the Raspberries were big and red, and we filled our buckets in no time. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming and helpful . We got directions and farm information in the kindest way. We shopped in the little market after picking and brought home a few gems from there. We will be coming back with friends to try the wine tasting and maybe some lunch. I really like that anyone could come out here and enjoy it, it’s set up to for everybody...singles, couples, friends, families, etc. After being shut in for so long this was a beautiful place to enjoy some activity and sunshine!

Sabrinadwinkler winkler

A group of 8 of us had a great time, entertaining from the moment we got there until we left. Even the staff directing were friendly and helpful . Definitely recommend. The forest was the scariest ????

Sukh S

Went for the first time today, had purchased a VIP ticket package for me and my girlfriend. Ended up waiting outside the market for 20 minutes with no clue of what was going on and no direction/guidance. Ended up going inside due to being cold as we did not see anyone outside. Finally got some service inside, and went our way. The goats were awesome, and the corn maze was okay at best. Place did not have anyone at the mini donuts, so we did not get our mini donuts which we paid for, did not know where to get the wine from. As well, no one was at the pumpkin patch station, which left us standing out there for a while. We paid quite a bit for no service. Overall was not happy with the service or place.

Michelle Biagini

Did the goat yoga, dinner and wine with a friend and had so much fun! Good was yummy!

Adam Hassett

Very overpriced. Grounds appear a little run down and junky. Untrained staff as well. Spent $40 for my wife and I to essentially watch my nephew play on a few things. Food and beverages are ridiculously overpriced. I do not see the value in their prices. Entire family determined it’s not ever worth coming back.

Little Ashnoor

Good place to visit

Anne Shaikh

Was really looking forward to taking my grandchildren there. But when we got there it was disappointing. It was really expensive for a family of four. We didn't have access to the pigs or bunnies and not to mention the washrooms were filty. There wasn't even soap for the children to wash their hands after petting the animals. The play areas were also dirty and unkempt. Staff should have been cleaning instead of standing around chatting. Will not go back!

Deens

Great experience !! We signed up for wine and goat yoga evening!

We attended Maan Farms this month for their “lunch with Santa + goats” experience. The idea was great, the set up was terrible and uncomfortable. Santa was not friendly. The photo setup with Santa was right in the middle of a tables, with zero area to move, in the middle of people trying to eat in an over crowded area, considering it’s covid/flu season no one was social distancing. When purchasing tickets online my son was considered “free” as he’s under 3 years old but his food was not free and that was not clarified. I had to pay full price for a toddlers meal that was ready after ours due to the lack of provided information at the time of booking. The food itself was meh. The chickpea curry lacked flavor, my husbands butter chicken legit had one piece of chicken and the rest was shredded amongst the sauce and overly spicy killing the goodness of what should have been a creamy red sauce. The chicken strips were lacking, 2 small pieces. The fries were fries nothing to run home about and that reindeer ice cream is highly over priced for what it actually is. And WHY are the girls not wearing gloves while handling the cone!? I ended up throwing it out because who knows where those hands have been, there goes $6 of my ice cream we’ll really, 90 cents of it because that’s how much we really know that cone cost. Not even authentic gelato places charge this much for two scoops of ice cream. Lastly, the “goat” part of the experience. It’s a farm so you’d think open area, big enough for more than 5 people to fit into the pen but nope it was the smallest cage with literally just goats. Why are other animals not available on this farm? why isn’t this set up in one of their barns with more room? None of this day was enjoyable and forget about buying anything in the shop because you’ll leave broke, some of the prices are unbelievable. This farm gives minimal effort for what they charge, it felt like a complete rip off to me. It all could have been so much better for the amount of space they have on this farm. It’s sad and unfortunate but after attending on Halloween and now giving it another chance for Christmas I think that this will be last time visiting maan farms especially because we have so many other beautiful, affordable and more eventful farms around. This farm is such a CASH GRAB!

Brooke M

Pros: So much fun! Always lots to do for all ages. It is clear they have a passion for creating unique events. I especially love their Sunflower Festival. The freezer food is also delicious and a nice way to stock up for a quick week-night meal. Cons: As others have mentioned, expensive compared to similar experiences in the Fraser Valley. Often times can feel a bit disorganized/poor signage. Safety - I would love to see Maan Farms contact the city to create a safer 4-way intersection by their farm. Many times you need to cross the road to access their events (ie cornmaze, sunflower fest). It is a fast road, with no formal crosswalk/lights. Seeing as many children attend these events, I think it is almost negligent of Maan Farms to allow their customers to cross here without a safer intersection. Another safety point - not sure if it was just this specific day, but while we were feeding the goats, their "mean turkey" bit my daughter and attempted to bite my nephew. The children had their hands near the fence to feed the goats, and the turkey (unprovoked) came at them. Afterward we noticed a small sign 6 ft up on the fence saying "beware - the turkey bites". Perhaps seeing as children cannot see at that height, nor read at a young age, it is safer to always keep the turkey in a separate space.

Jena Unrau

Went to the goat yoga wine and dine. Gurleen is so friendly. Everything was well organized and Covid protocols were followed very well. The butter chicken and samosas were incredible.

Nikki Atsma

As always, great experience, lovely people and delicious berries!

Krista Boyd

This is our second time here and first Sunflower Festival. We recently moved to the area and love this farm. We tried the samosa lunch and bought samosas, chutney and pie to take home. The pie is amazing and these are by far my favorite samosas. We love the animals and feeding them is the highlight of my trip. We enjoyed the lovely Sunflowers and didn't do the corn maze this time but had done it last Oct during our vacation. Thank you so much! We look forward to returning soon for more goats and getting our Pumpkin!

Arsh Dhadwal

The Halloween Haunts here are spectacular! This year they added two new haunts, had an outdoor DJ, and really great food and treats. The Forest Haunt is a great stand-out and the Corn Maze and Pitch Black are really fun! If you love Halloween and fall, I fully recommend checking out the Maan Farms Halloween events. These guys go all out, it's great to see!

Christoph Ortner

Great Strawberry Picking but what a Rip-off. We bought tickets for doughnuts at 9, done picking at 945 I tried to get those and was told concessions don’t open until 10. At ten they “were almost ready”, at 1025 the machine still hasn’t warmed up. Could have gone into the playground in the meantime for $14 per kid + $11 per parent to supervise. Seriously?! After we just spent $200 on the strawberries?

Johnny Demosten

Two stars because we had forgotten our sons shoes and they had mini mocs for sale in the shop premium price but not outrageous at $50. Now the u-pick is a rip off. You need to prepay for a bucket that holds 5lbs. The price is $26 but every person who goes out to the field needs to purchase a bucket so a family of four it was $52 plus two small pints for $6 for a total of $64. For 12lbs of blueberries or strawberries we are paying $64 and if we don't fill them up we are out of luck. My recommendation is to drive 600m down the road to Willems Berry farm and pick berries for $2lb. Willems farm was great.

Lindsay White

Attended Meet and Greet with Santa and Goats. It was a great self-guided forum which provided for a relaxed and different experience. Tickets included lunch and drinks -which were delicious. Overall a fun way to spend an hour or so during the Christmas season.

Kyla Morgan

awesome friendly staff, great place for kids. Yummy food, adorable animals. Goat Yoga is so much fun! Highly recommend, as well as delicious wine and fun seasonal events. The haunted corn maze is a don't miss

Mary S

TLDR: the farm is an absolute ‘scam’. There are better farms with better activities and customer service, with a much closer distance. Avoid at all costs. Decided to go because of the Double Pumpkin Spice ice cream… the ice cream was the only thing they got right unfortunately. Everything else was just a disappointing mess. 1. The customer service was just absolutely horrid. The girls there did not give clear direction of where to go etc. When I went to ask them about it, it seemed like a huge inconvenience for them to even tell me what attractions are there. 2. I decided to add on mini donuts when I went to redeem my ice cream voucher. I heard the lady the first time, $10 for mini donuts. She had to repeatedly say it as if I wouldn’t pay for it. I was really close to telling her “I heard you the first time, $we for mini donuts”. 3. They were giving out $2 coupons for buying pumpkins at the pumpkin patch. The admissions for the patch was only $4 but I bought the whole deal and there was no coupon. When I asked about it, they acted as if I bought something cheaper and was very condescending. 4. The admission price for the “activities” they have advertised was absolutely not on par at all. The amount of money you pay to have people yell at you is ridiculous. At this point, just buy a ticket for the pumpkin patch and save $15 since the pumpkin patch is the only thing that’s still worth it but there are much better pumpkin patches.

Brooke Kuyer

Maan Farms is full of fun! We've visited this farm many times but my favourite event is the Sunflower Festival. We recently visited and mistakenly thought the Sunflower Festival was on (it started the following day) and the daughter, Gurleen kindly let us sneak a peak. The kids always have a blast picking berries, seeing the animals, or playing on their awesome playground/jumping pillow/zipline/bike track. The frozen food from their kitchen is also delicious. We often buy the curry and samosas for a quick midweek meal. I do hope Maan can continue to improve their signage/communication as I often feel like it is a touch disorganized. That being said, it is still worth checking out!

Y L

We did the U-Pick strawberries today! It’s our first time doing u-pick! We enjoyed it a lot and the strawberries were very sweet and delicious!! ????????????????????????

Alex Furey

July of 2019 my husband and I were married at Maan Farms. Our guests RAVED about the venue - most of our family is from out of town, so having access to all the fun kid activities around the farm kept the children happy and busy which gave the adults a great chance to catch up and visit. We opted to say our vows under the tree beside the barn which felt so intimate and magical. There was a bit of noise from the street there but it wasn't too intrusive. There was ample space to set up seating areas with rented furniture and lots of lawn games, it was so fun to see bunnies and chickens on the lawn hanging out with guests! The Edison bulbs around the venue added a lot of charm and we danced the night away under the covered outdoor patio! The staff were pleasant and easy to deal with during such a stressful time, and they were willing to work with me on some particular ideas I had. The barn held approximately 120 guests of round tables pretty comfortably. The lawn and landscaping were immaculately maintained and the venue was the perfect mix of laid back romance without being too casual or "country style". Such a special place... Beautiful, sweet, romantic, unpretentious Maan Farms.

ramandeep kang

So this is what I bought today, besides the Cloud Ice cream and doughnuts. Spent a total of $125, out of this $85 for just the prepaid baskets. Strawberries were lovely. But can't say the same for my experience at Mann Farms. Mama Mann pointed me out for the overfilled kiddy baskets, saying that we are not meant to fill them up so much. Are you kidding me? Initially I had not even filled the kiddy baskets, but they were $6 each, so went and picked some more strawberries. She never said anything when she saw us with the not so full big baskets When I told her this, she was like "OK, we'll let you go". She could have suggested, "hey the baskets are already paid for, you want to pick some more." Not taking anything for FREE, much to be desired as far as customer services is concerned, especially from the Matriarch of the business. Such a petty thing to point out and ruin someones day.

Maan Farms knocks it out of the park again! ???????? Our Santa lunch was perfect. Our boys had a great time visiting with Santa ???????? Hospitality, staff, service, food and Santa we give 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for being so creative with important family events all year! ???? See you guys again!

Michelle Stevanak

Recently had the opportunity to participate in Goat Yoga with a few of my friends, which was so much fun. I absolutely loved it and the entire experience at Maan Farms & Estate Winery. The Goats were super cute and really delightful. The Yoga instructor was awesome. I also enjoyed hearing from Gurleen, to include the story about the family as well as the Farm. The pumpkin treat was delicious and was even able to purchase some yummy Samosa’s to take home. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience and will definitely be back again!

Amy Vandenberg

Went to the farm on the weekend, my kids always have a blast but my son was stung by a bee ???? in the tire fortress ???? We also did the wine tasting for the 1st time very pricey $10 for 4 tastings but I did leave with 2 bottles!

Julia

Delicious samosa. My baby likes the playground and air mattress.

Jennifer Nesdoly-Power

We booked the Secret Picnic in the sunflower field only to arrive and find little to no sunflowers. There were none near our table. It was disappointing based on the price. I would have waited and booked another time had I known they weren't blooming yet. One positive is we recieved a come back pass. Even though its only valid during the week it means we have a chance to see the sunflowers, just not have the private picnic table.

Jason Ng

Felt like they were really trying to commercialize the experience. Not worth it at all. There was nothing special to see at the Easter event. I am still shocked they try to charge for it. More shocking is to pay $80 for their play ground.

Amir Bishara

Awesome place to go berry picking and get the best organic fruits right off the vine They also have a bunch of goats and sheep and bunnies and chickens and pigs for you to pet and feed They also have a little play ground for little kids and a big trampoline (for everyone) and a zip line and bicycle go carts and so many cool activities for a good day outdoors

Sarah Basha

I attended the goat yoga and it was a wonderful experience ! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the goats were adorable. Very relaxing experience, I would go again !

Y M

I never write reviews but that’s how bad our experience here was. We pre-booked tickets for the 730pm 3 haunted attraction only to spend 4-5 hours in the lineups, half our group left without even doing the last one. What’s the point of claiming to only have a limited number of tickets if you’re going to get greedy and oversell to everyone anyways?! The actual maze itself was backed up when we got in, half the actors were doing “crowd control” and everyone was just irritated, wasn’t even scary at that point. Even the actors were complaining about being understaffed and not even having time for a sip of water. We complained to a supervisor/manager and nothing was done, maybe reconsider your refund policy. Highly disappointed, save your money and go somewhere else.

Amber

Went to the corn maze last night. It was so scary AND so much fun! It exceeded my expectations. Amazing cast and I was blown away by the amount of detail that went each exhibit. So well done! Thanks for hosting us!

Cody brown

Aboslute joke, cost a small fortune to get in for me and my wife and kids, nothing there worth the money...the 2 main attractions are only for older people and they cost extra plus the "family friendly" corn maze is a mud pit while the haunted one looks nice with gravel laid down

Shaun Chandra

My family of 4 had to pay 60 dollars for entrance for very few activities. When trying to get something to eat/drink prices were outrageous. We will not be going back.

Nicole Valor

Coughing goats & mangy chickens half plucked & on their way to a better place. BUT super nice staff who seemed to know how obscene the prices are.

Annihilator Jay

Thank you for upping the price from $45 to $85 for groups of 2 and 3. I really would like to enjoy paying the inflated price, if there was a wine bottle and 6 pumpkins (the big ones) included.

Maren Hansen

Save your money and avoid this place. We paid $80 for admission for 2 adults/2 kids for a reserved time which was a complete joke. We showed up and walked right in, no one checked anything. We stood around unsure why we purchased tickets when you clearly could freely go anywhere on the property. There was no one to ask unless you went into the market and hunter someone down. Then at the end of checking out the average “attractions” we paid an additional $45 for pumpkins which was also completely confusing as no one was around and we could have literally just walked away with them! I left seriously wondering what I paid an $80 admission for and was shocked it didn’t at least include a pumpkin…

andrea bernard

Horrible horrible. Every time we go we are reminded of the horrible customer service here. We would love to support local family business but we have went to Maan for the last time. Each time staff are either not bothered to attend to lined up customers, are busy chatting amoungst themselves or have 1 staff working for lines of people in the market. First time we went during Halloween and purchased tractor ride tickets. We waited 45 minutes outside in the cold before my husband walked back to ask why the tractor was not there. They told my husband it had broken down. They didn't even bother to come and tell the people outside that and to top it off refused a refund to all of us.

Attended Maan farms first ‘vino & vision’ night. What a great, relaxing & fun evening! We were each given a yummy, plentiful charcuterie box and wine plus all the instructions and supplies to make a vision board. I highly recommend checking out one of their events if you are looking for a girls night or some self care. I’m looking forward to attending another event such as their goat yoga.

My friends and I went for the Haunted Experience and had a great time. All 3 Haunted attractions were elaborate, creepy, and creative. We were amazed by how many actors there were (they also did a great job scaring the **** out of us). The variety of haunted rooms/houses we went through made us all feel good about the money spent. The market & beer garden area were a great place to chill in between attractions with lots of tasty goodies for sale. Thank you Maan Family!

I’ve been going to Maan Farms haunted events for the past 5 years in a row and I must say, it gets better every year!!! I am a total Halloween junkie and it’s GOT to be scary! The Maan family and their amazing team has killed it once again!!! All three attractions for one price this year was an awesome touch!! I might add that I loved that masks weren’t required in the haunted house since they’re outside, really helped me breathe since I was screaming so much ! The music was bumpin and I had a couple beers. All in all, an amazing time and I highly recommend this event, and any of the Maan events for that matter!!!!

Was very disappointed today when my husband, my daughter and myself went to the pumpkin patch to pick out pumpkins. It has been a tradition we have done since our daughter was born so we were very excited to go. Then, we find out, we now need to pay $5 EACH to even step foot onto the pumpkin patch. THEN you have to pay extra for the pumpkins. So we would easily be paying $30-$40 or more for a pumpkin patch. This is crazy to me and a complete money grab. I will be looking for another pumpkin patch next year.

Everything is overpriced, especially the bucket given forcibly to adults accompanying their kids for picking strawberry. The bucket is sold for 18 dollars, so the two parents will pay 36 bucks in addition to the kids.

The customer service at Maan Farm is awful. The female owner (or the daughter of the owners) today was extremely rude and disrespectful after we misheard our name at the line-up and thought it was our turn for food. Instead of diffusing the situation, the owner escalated it further and publicly belated us repeating over and over that we jumped the line for ice cream. It’s comical to even explain it. Maan Farms should introduce a better system for food dispatch, get that rude owner off the floor and train the staff some basic customer service skills. It is chaos if more than 4 clients are waiting for food. Our group of 5 people got lunches 15min apart, even through the orders were submitted at the same time. With kids you can imagine what that meant, half of the kids ate and another half did not. After driving 60km each way and spending $50 per person on that “Lunch with Santa and Goats” all we got was insults, cold food, and frankly no Christmas spirit or entertainment.

Very friendly environment. Nice outing for the kids or just shopping for a few specialty food items. Wine tasting was a treat. Walked away with a case of great tasting wines...after I paid for it.

Super fun! It's my second time going and would go again anytime. Ive only done the haunted maze and the wine tasting bar but would love to go during the day next time to try some of the other activities.

My boyfriend and I did goat yoga and it was such an awesome experience!! It was so much fun and the staff especially Gurleen really care about their guests! The goat yoga and the food/wine was amazing and we can’t wait to come back to do it again ☺️

Great experience today at the farm, was super busy with the nice weather and being Father's Day but the staff were very knowledgeable and organized. The berries look great and taste super sweet, and the cloud ice cream was to die for. We'll definitely be visiting again this summer, thanks Maan Farms!

So went to this picnic thing last Sunday thought we'd give them a try we went to the Halloween thing they held last year . We were not impressed at the Halloween event over priced very unorganized for what they were doing but this weekend we thought give them 1 more try but was even a worse experience way way way over priced food was horrible everyone in our party threw most of it out no cutlery no napkins can't even do the simplest of tasks for the prices you people charge for the less then mediocre festivities you all should be ashamed of yourselves we and anyone we know will never be back absolutely done wasting our time and money with you guys thanks so much for nothing really disappointing..

Best Haunt experience yet! We have been coming for years and always have fun, but this year is definitely the best version yet. Our favourite this year was the new Forest Haunt attraction. Definitely recommend you check it out and will be coming back next year for sure.
