Nice place. We didn't know about this one until recently and were only going to Woohoo. Very unique from each other. Zigzag has more running room and activities while Woohoo is mostly geared towards climbing. Zigzag also offers a yearly pass which is convenient if you like to go alot as we do. My daughter enjoyed it and we will be back.

First time went there after 5 min the power was gone. The lady at the cash offered us a refund so we accept but OOOPS!!! there was no system so they can’t refund us. The manager came and she said will give us COUPONS that we can use next time. We said OK then she asked for our receipt and she signed it we asked her about the coupon she said this will let you in i am the manager. We said ok. 2nd time going there today i hand them the receipt they said it has to be used with in 2 months which the manager wrote by her hand ( expires in 2 months at that time when there was a power outage it was very dark and everybody at the cash trying to get their receipt signed) so maybe the manager told me but honestly I don’t remember that she did but what’s the big deal????? I am a week late they could have used it again it was not a REAL COUPON just my receipt so they could have used it but today’s manager/supervisor was not very nice she even suggested i go back home as it was very crowded today my son may not like it?!! What a child friendly place imagine you bring ur child to play then u tell him its too crowded let’s go home they don’t want us here!!!! Any way bad experience! Didn’t expect this attitude and service. Very disappointed as we are new to the area just moved in the summer. Other than that i liked bring ur own food section

Never ending fun for kids where they keep doing the same stuff over and over again guaranteed to have them exhausted by fun that once there buckled up in the car at the first stop light they'd be sleeping with good thoughts of fun. This place has great weekly deals and an awesome place to throw a party for your child and a group of friends. Big disappointment. Had my son's birthday party there. Paid for King of the Jungle package which included animator. Unfortunately this guy was so not into it that almost ruined our day.Did not bother himself to invite us in the room even 15 min. after the start time for our party.Did not wanted to animate the kids, all the time was looking for excuses to get away ,so I had to run after him and to remember him to bring the juice or the forks. This is the worst experience . We celebrated my son birthday party here. They make a lot mistake. One of my friends brought one kid under 1year. The staff never confirmed before she charged me。when I argued with the manager at last she just returned us 8dollars. she said the little one was already been serviced. My kid loves this place, it looks small from the outside but it's actually pretty big inside. There are private rooms you can rent, bring your own food, a small restaurant places for parents to sit while the kids have fun. There are a few paid activities, but overall it's fun for the kids. The main downside is the reception, if you get to the place and the reception is on the phone, you can expect to wait for a while (5-10mins) before you can get served which can be long when you are with an impatient kid.

The place is great! With lots of things for kids to play on, a lot of open space for them to run around. My problem with this place is more for other parents not supervising their kids and letting them do whatever it is they want. There's a carousel with 3 horses that costs 2$, with rules directly next to it starting that a max of 3 kids can ride it at one time. I put a 2$ into it and as soon as it starts turning 6 kids jump on, scaring my little one. Now she doesn't want to ride the thing and just go home. Staff was not helpful and too busy on their own cell phones to pay attention to their equipment. While we will return eventually, i find woohoo to be the better of the two indoor play areas in vaudreuil. (P.s i have video of the carousel debacle)

These two people working at the ZigZagZoo should be fired! Zero sense of customer service! In the picture,one of them turns her back because she’s ashamed of her behaviour! My family went to ZigZagZoo on a Saturday at 4:35pm and they said that’s it’s closing in 25mins (5pm) so they can’t let us in. Google posted on line that it closes at 8pm on Saturday. We politely asked them to change the hours next time to avoid future confusion. They said there’s nothing they can do and totally doesn’t own or care about customer service. They didn't even care that Facebook page isn’t updated to the new hours! We offered to pay to play for 25mins and they refused to open the cash registers for us even though it was still open for another 25 minutes Meanwhile, there was another family that waited behind us to come and play. They initially said its closing in 25mins so they wouldn’t let them in but after a few discussions they let that family in without paying. So we asked the same to let us in and they refused! My daughter started to cry because she saw they let the other kid in but not her! We were very disappointed at they couldn’t care less. They completley brushed us off when we asked to put themselves in our shoes and to help. They even had the nerve to mention they didn't care!!! These two were very arrogant, unfair and have zero sense of customer service and should not be working in a place that services kids! I’d never go back to ZigZagZoo again! Unbelievable!

It's a very great place to bring your kids, to play or to have a birthday party, because they will for sure enjoy the huge place to play with the slides and all of that, and you will not regret it (and personally I think that the place is better for kids until the age of 10).

Zig zag zoo is a fun little place to take my kid. The facility is nice and clean. Fun structure and fun activities for my 3 yo to do. However the biggest problem for me is the hours. We had bought an anual pass and i usually take my kid out afrer day care next door on mon when they are suppose to close at 5. But when i arrived at 415 they were closed. Then on top of that on fri they are suppose to close at 8pm so i generally have a bit more time on fri. But all of a sudden they changed the hours to closing at 4... so now i have no more time to take my kid out except on the weekends when it is a mad house in there....

This place is the worst peice of garbage ever. I showed about about 15 times over the summer around 1pm and they were closed because of low attendance. Imagine explaining this to your kid who is super excited to go and then goes away crying. We are a member and not sure what the point is since they are never opened. I called to see what time they closed at.They said 4pm. After a long day of shopping we arrived at 3:20pm with our daughter. She had been waiting all afternoon for this. The girl at the cash then tells us her cash is closed and that we can't get in. WTF! I offered to pay cash. Nope. ''We can't help you'' she says''. You can imagine how upset my kid was. We ended up going at WooHooFun just on the otherside of the highway. They closed at 4:30 and had no problem letting us in. I'm shocked that a business such as Zigzagzoo did not make more of an effort to help out their customer. No more of them for us.

Great indoor play area for kids. Very good security, there is no concern for your child to be able to go anywhere they should not be. Great place for birthday parties. The rates can be a little expensive and parents need to pay for entrance too (at a special rate)

Very nice playground. A lot of games for the kids to play with. The only bad thing is for the parents. Prepare to put a dent in you wallet if you want to eat or drink something. Make sure to have lunch before going.

This play place was a very good size, big enough for my son to explore and have fun but not too big that I couldn't keep track of where he was. The venue was extremely clean and well kept, the price is right and the staff was friendly. Will definitely be back.

Nice safe family amusement park (slides, structures etc.) for toddlers and kids. Only one problem, yes, I did not go on your website, nor did I know you closed at 4 pm on a week day but as an ethical business, it's unfair to charge 33.00$ for a 2 year old and a 6 year old for 30 minutes of play! I appreciate saving 6$ as an adult because of the Tuesday free promotion for parents. Pushing the 145.00$ annual membership is ok but we live 45 minutes away so, it makes no sense. Thank you for the visit and please, see this as constructive criticism as I assume you do not want people to show up last minute but a promo code for next time or credit voucher would of been nice...to assure that we return for the full family experience with our 4 kids.
