The property is very nice, with super views for the lower part. The heated swimming pool and terrace are great. Several sites are very narrow with too much slope. Avoid the #600 section where you walk in mud and soil... The grass has worn out. Unfortunately other sections are the same. At 56$ CAN it is not worthed for this 600 section and some other. Will we come back? Not until they revamp and regrass...

Beautiful place, we stayed right on the water, we normally dont like KOA's cause their jam packed, closed together and expensive. How ever we enjoyed this campground and were able to take a cab to and from Charlotte town.

This is our 5th KOA and while all are good and well positioned, this one is excellent. Close to Charlottetown and cycling about is easy- especially the Confederation Trail. Their facilities and amenities are top class. The staff are great and the young girls working the front desk really know their job. Location- the water frontage is great. Highly recommend.
