From the article I just read about your constables harassing a senior for hemp oil I have to wonder what type of low IQ buffoons ( or is it just plain bullying ) they send up to that area , I am going to call in morning to see if the rest of the people who should know the law to enforce the law have been educated yet or is this the policy from the top down ?
