Jane Yang

Lovely farm with various kinds of apples.

2020.09.04. The second stop today was at The Apple Orchard. A beautiful day for Apple pickup. The weather was so cool to wal around and pick apples and pears. Also, had the chance to see the sunflower field. Great place.

Minerva Jones

First time and we loved it. I was looking for the apple pie but due to covid no such luck.

Mark Lillies

After being to a few different orchards over the years this one comes out on top for me. Friendly staff, beautiful orchards, roast your own dog or fresh boiled corn, some small play places for the kids, we had a great time. The only downside was the corn maze, my daughter was disappointed by it (too easy) although she is getting older now!

Sabih Ahmed

Very pricey to get in. But the variety of apples was a welcome find. Never knew much apples but this "silken" kind... I had 3 while I was walking around the orchard ????. Delicious would be an understatement.

Nancy

It is a lovely farm with a lot of activities. My kid loves it and had fun.

Nikki Yu

Really nice and helpful staff, try their sunflower seeds!

H ma

The place is massive ... I would have gone few weeks earlier ????. And finally figured out my favorite apple ????????

Avinash Singh

Lovely locations. Amazing selection, dont delay go early else you are faced with a reduced selection. Approximately 1 dozen apple varieties and about half a dozen pear selection.

Ashton Adams

We come to the Apple Orchard yearly and love it here!! The staff are so friendly and it has a real “family run” feel. There are lots of varieties of apples, sunflower fields, pumpkin/gourd/squash fields and hay rides (during the week) and corn maze. They have 2 small ponies and serve corn on the cob and some drinks. They used to have “roast your own hotdogs” that have been paused with covid but I hope they bring it back next year! (It was a family favourite) oh, PS… lots of gnomes to discover!

Mrs Karen D

Awesome place! Beautiful landscape and scenery! Highly recommended! Soo soo many different varieties of apples+! Super delicious too! Huge sunflower patch! A corn maze and large pumpkin patch for pick your own pumpkins! Great for the kids! Weekdays they have tractor rides every hour! And concession stand open on weekends! Staff is the nicest and friendly! Really good atmosphere perfect for a family activity! FYI I would recommend to bring your own kids wagon!

Dalal Ali

Went to this place with my family yesterday and it is really great. Only the second year of being open to the public and it is a refreshing change to the alternatives. There are no lineups and there is lots of parking. Entry fee is reasonable and so are apple prices. I think it was 1.65 a pound for any apple combination you pick. For off the tree apples, this is very reasonable. Selection of apples was very good and it looks like they are looking to grow more options. This is our new apple picking go to place. It's family run and everyone working there was really pleasant and welcoming. We will be back a few more times this season. Not long before the secret is out on this place.

Shaleesa Rowley

The Apple Orchard delivers a wonderul experience from start to finish. In these unprecedented times they have been able to adapt and do the absolute best they can. Apples are fantastic, people who work there are super nice and the grounds are worth a thousand words. My family and I cannot wait to come back again!

The Grumpy Traveler

Such a disappointment. Website stated it was free to visit on weekends but they actually charged 4.50 per person. False advertising. Drove over half an hour to get there only to purchase pre-picked apples from the store. Should have gone to the grocery store and saved myself the gas money. Won't be returning.

Ma. Teresa Gutierrez

Love the corn...though some apples are not yet ready and a bit small, they have a nice huge farm

Antonio Pietrangelo

Great tasting apples, with great variety at very affordable prices.

Amanda C

Love this place! Super dog friendly

Michael D

Love this place! Apples, pears, pumpkins! And more. Beautiful spot and great staff make this a twice yearly family adventure for me.

Vipul Arora

It was a nice place to go, enjoy sunflower and apple fields. I have been to better farms but this was cute too. Me and my girlfriend always visit a different farm every year and it was surely in top 5 around Toronto.

Lauren Logan

Amazing! Beautiful location, lots of fun for the young children, delicious produce!

Nancy Cada

Enjoyed my stroll through the rows of the different apple trees. Great experience to pick your own!

Wynneth

We were pleasantly surprised to find that admission on weekdays is a flat fee of $3.99 vs $5.30 for an adult on weekends. Although, we'd never been apple picking before where there was a fee charged on top of paying for apples. I suppose the fee pays for allowing you to sample (aka eat) apples while you pick them, the wagon ride out to the orchard, the ponies (Ricki & Ginger), a play area for children by the orchard and corn maze among other things. We were happy to find new varieties of apples that we liked while walking along the rows of apple trees. Maybe it was the time of year but the pumpkin patch was looking a little sad. There were plenty of sunflowers to take nice photos by. There are various items for sale other than apples. These include pepperettes, sausages, maple syrup, honey and garlic.

Tatiana Dragalin

Very well organized farm.clean, kids friendly. The corn is amazing Super place to enjoy morning with your family

Joe McMahon

Aaron Mclean

Had an amazing time picking apple with my wife for the first time ever

Yecsenia Ramos

We loved this farm, the staff very friendly, the price for entrance is very affordable and the farm is amazing, it has a corn pool and seeds box for the kids, that is very funny and wonderful because the kids play with the nature. The variety of the apples is big, the corn maze was very funny. For sure we'll go again!!

Jessica O'Connor

What a magical place! Very lovely trail, corn maze, sunflower ???? garden, delicious apples ???? & more! Your kids will love it! ????

Lalaine H

Everyone working was so nice and welcoming & my friends and I really enjoyed our experience. I highly recommend coming here! :) & the sunflowers are so beautiful

Ian Cameron McLaren

Our family of 5 decided to check out this new spot close to home (Guelph) on a perfect October Sunday, and we were greatly rewarded. The Apple Orchard offers apple picking, a corn maze, a wagon ride, ponies, hay and corn play areas and the opportunity to roast corn and hot dogs in the open air, all in well crafted facilities. We also bought 2 pumpkins on the way out and were offered discounts based on the handles being lopped off. Our 3 boys (age 7, 5, 2) had a blast, as did us parents. We will definitely be coming back and recommending to our friends.

Michael De Winter

Great pick-your-own-apples (and pears, squash, pumpkins, sunflowers) place! With lots of walking, a nice trail through a forest, and free wagon rides!

N Oko

I love this humble and entertaining apple orchard. It's very well laid out and has many many varieties

Jennifer Parrish

Such great pride of ownership at this farm. Fun for kids and grownups

Emma Cale

Beautiful day. Fun for the kids.

Jess Jefferies

Beautiful area and a perfect day out! Entrance fee was cheap and they are dog friendly so we could bring along our little guy which was an even better treat! The apples are amazing and the extras like the pumpkin/squash patch, corn maze and trail were all amazing! Highly recommend.

Jason Ducarme

Great Orchard, lots of activities for the kids, and the staff are so friendly. Definitely recommended.

Roxane Gabriela

An amazing experience for all ages. There is a very obvious massive amount of love and pride put into this place by the owners and associates, they are friendly, insightful, talkative, and most importantly the apples are delicious and veru fairly priced! There are also plenty of things to see and activities, like a corn maze and ponies for kids.

Andrew Savage

Love it here. Excellent family fun. Kid friendly. Lots of varieties of apples. Lots to do reason why were back door year #2.

Affan Chowdhry

Reasonable entry fee and beautiful rows of apple tree varieties familiar and unfamiliar. Royal court apples anyone? There are also pears. It is a busy orchard but well organized. On a Saturday afternoon, short entry lines. No baked goods at exit. Just some ready picked options and cider. Entry for two adults and two kids ~$25; massive bag of apples weighed at end was ~$25. A good Covid-safe outing.

Walter D'Mello

It’s a lovely place but not a five star review , the flowers were droopy too many tourist, the corn fields and apple farms were a disappointment. Tip for visitors the place is super dusty, best time to visit morning

Nice outing place and apple picking.

Letty Almeida

Just the PERFECT place to hang out with your loved ones. This is the one of the few places that allow pets. We will definitely come back next season!

Thomas Mlodzinski

Visiting now, still some apples left... Good place for the whole family

Tanya B

Lots of apples to choose from - I found a new favorite; ginger gold! Absolutely DELICIOUS! There's a few kids games and a wagon ride through the apple farm. Also a small corn maze, horses and ponies to see and gnomes in the creek. There's an entry fee that's $4- $5 depending on kids/adult. Will certainly come back!

Out And About

We had an unexpected fun experience on this activity farm. You can pick apples (Silken) is our favorite, ride a wagon for free unlimited times, run through a corn maze for kids under 6, pet some donkeys, play with hay stacks, take lots of pictures in the sunflower field.

Tova Vertes

The Apple Orchard Inc. Is a true gem! We went last year with two toddlers and had an excellent time. Came back this year with a preschooler and friend and had an even better time - even in the rain! Roasting hot dogs, tractor rides, sunflowers, fresh apples, corn pit - and all that topped off with a very fresh candy apple! Later in the season, I brought family from the states here and again we all had a wonderful time. They are still talking about it! This past weekend, I hosted a big birthday bash for my 4 year old here. It was low stress to plan, Lucas and his staff were communicative and flexible. All the children and parents came home from the party totally exhilarated and exhausted from having so much fun. Other families are already talking of having birthday parties here. It was very reasonably priced as well for a big party, and I will likely celebrate here again next year. I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Apple Orchard Inc. Lucas clearly loves what he does and it translates into every part of this magical place!

Sam Elsammak

Prabu Rangasamy

Lovely farm…. Lot of apples and many varieties ???????? End of the season for the sunflowers ???? Things to do : Apple picking, Corn Maze, Wagon ride(on weekdays), trail. Some tree shadows for relaxing… Lot of car parking space… half a day was not enough

Michelia Alba

It is really great. You can find lots of things here from the wagon ride, apple orchard, sunflower fields, pear, pumpkin, squash, honey, cider, etc. So you can enjoy the scenery and everything in one place. Check the schedule for the bloom of sunflower.

Timothy Owen

Family friendly, reasonably priced, great product! Definitely recommended if you have little ones or are looking for a reasonably priced orchard experience.

Tara Lock

Really fun! Loads of variety, plenty of space to roam and friendly staff.

Jaime Garza

Very friendly. A great place to visit.

Shan Davy

We showed up 10 minutes after they open, and were told by staff that there was a 2 hour wait to get in. Not sure if that is because of Covid, or if that's how it normally is, but I wouldn't bother trying to go back.

Andres Soriano

Amazing experience!

Christina T

It was a beautiful day for Apple picking. So many to choose from, and all taste go good.

Divine Peralta

What a fantastic family owned business. You can tell that they take obvious pride in their work and are such friendly, happy people. So many great activities to do. We enjoyed the corn maze, the wagon ride and roasting our own hot dogs was a blast! You will the love the super cute gnomes as well. I read the reviews before we went , and I'm not sure why the Grumpy Traveler could be Grumpy after visiting such a wonderful place. I hope he cheers up! Lol I am very excited to bake with some of the beautiful apples that we picked today. We will definitely be back!

Steve Radewych

Great spot for a day with the family

Minnie C

great orchard with lots of fun things to do!

Thomas Brouwer

Lots of fun. And very informative. A great place for all.

Mohammad

We went there mid Oct before Thanksgiving. They said Apple, pear, pumpkin and more. There was practically no pear, only few rows which most of them didn't had any pear on the tree. And the few trees that had pear weren't ripe at all. Also this is a very expensive place for any fruit picking. In other place we have been, you either pay per basket/bag/pound or you pay a flat admission fee that give you some free pounds to take or a single free bag. In this farm you have to pay both admission fee ($5.31+HST per adult and $4.65+HST for kids over 2 yrs) and also on top of that $1.65 per pound for Apple and pear which is same price as grocery store at the corner. This is basically free labour for them! We paid $22 for admission only and didn't even eat 10 apples inside. Also because of both admission and high per pound price most of the people didn't carry much outside and generally eat inside. Since a person can't eat 3 pounds of Apple in 1-2 hour there to pay the admission price, mostly people take 1-2 bite of an apple and then throw it so they can taste other types. There were half eaten apples all over the place. This is a very wasteful orchard simply because of the admission and pricing scheme. Hope they change it in the next years.. The produce are also expensive compared to other farms we have been in this area. I wouldn't go there again and don't recommend it at all.

Isam Khatib

Very nice, cozy and exceptionally friendly. Definetly recommended for a nice family morning.

Jessica Friend

They have ponies, tractor rides, a great variety of apples, fire-cooked corn, ice cream and a corn maze!

Anissa El-farkh

We visited the orchard last week for apple picking and we really enjoy it. It was cloudy. We took some photos in the sunflower field. Also we followed the sign for pumpkins all the way up and littreray we can't see any pumpkin there.

MARIA ESPERANZA ZAPATA

It was a great family experience. For us the highlight was the flowers but for my little one was all the tractors and the wagon ride. There is lots to do, we just couldnt because it was so hot the day we went.

Polly Gaiduck

Very beautiful place

Christine White

We enjoy yearly visits to pick apples. Its a great hidden gem!

Heather Larsen [Staff]

This place was just amazing! The staff was so friendly, helpful (and informative about best apple choices). We loved the samples, the wagon rides. Our kids thought it was fantastic to play in a 'corn box' instead of a sandbox. We loved the roasted corn and hot dogs. The apples were perfect height for our kids (in Kindergarten to pick) and so many to choose from. Even the port-a-lets were clean with soap and water for washing hands. We didn't get to try the corn maze but enjoyed everything else. We will be back in two weeks for the jona golds! Thank you!

Ryan D

Great family experience, still lots of selection despite visiting later in the season. Apparently this year the apples were about 2 weeks earlier than usual. Depending on when you go certain varieties of apples and pears will be more plentiful. There were still quite the selection of Jona, golden delicious, golden russett, Ida red and imperial to name a few. We will certainly visit back again next year, we brought home several bags full and spent maybe 3 hours there walking through the rows and rows. Note that there are some hilly areas and you'll have to watch your footing in case there's fallen apples or stones but as long as you're mindful you'll be fine. On the weekdays there is a wagon pulled by a tractor that will get you to the farside of the orchard rather than going over the terrain. There were also sunflowers and some squash/pumpkins left but very few by the time we went.

Kriss Kratt (Trusted Reviewer)

*The Destination. Silken apples! Still a low key apple (so it won't get picked out like others were) but if you know of it and why it's so special, this place is a gold mine while most people pass over for the more common types - more for me to choose from. Pears were completely picked out, not surprised because there's a lot of traffic. So if you want pears, either go early in the season or go else where, the pear orchard isn't that big. There's a lot of varieties of apples within a short walk unlike other orchards where it's so spaced out it takes a while to get to the next variety. So you get to see a whole bunch within steps. sunflowers were still in bloom. tip: don't be like others and just take photos at the front. the actual sunflower field is deeper in and way better. many different selfie spots with the old tractor or plane, or just standing inside the field. other places might charge extra, but your admission includes everything so good value. There's enough to do for the family to do, an afternoon of fun, as described by others. It is busy on weekends. Line up to get in but once in, it's not overly crowded, lots and lots of space for social distancing. Except the kids play area is busy. lots of parking.

Melanie Sands

Best apples and excellent customer service!! You feel so welcomed by their team!

Jerry Thomas Mani

Love the place and staff are very friendly

Jennifer Heard

Great place for the family, awesome variety of apples and owner is super friendly. Can't wait to go back!

Melanie Z

You can tell the people who work here really care about their farm and customers. Genuinely good peeps! Liked being able to taste test what was currently ready to pick! We also thought the cauldron of fresh corn on the cob and bbqing your own footlong hotdog over campfire was pretty neat too. There's just enough to entertain the kids for a few hours without committing to a loooong day. It's wheelchair and stroller accessible as far as no stairs, etc...but parking lot is not paved, it's on the grass, with a fair amount of bumpy terrain inside. Most moms with jogging type strollers seemed to manage. We were able to.walk so this did not affect my rating.

Madison Aitken

Perfect place to spend a fall afternoon. Everyone here is so friendly and the apples are delicious! Tons of parking and very well-run. Will definitely be back!

Rob

Great place. Obviously C19 is impacting on a lot of the activities there. However, if the weather's OK this is a great place to spend time with the family. 26ish buck for a family of four plus the cost of apples etc, just seems a little bit expensive to me. The maze is OK, but there's no "middle" you just go in it and walk about.

DL Lavin

We just had the best time ever! There are a tremendous amount of apples to choose from at a great price! It is the perfect place to take a family, there is a lot to do in a place where you can keep your eyes on everyone. There are Corn fields, hay stacks, sunflower fields, ponies, play booths and perfect picnic tables with shade. The staff is so sweet. We love it there and will be back next week for sure! Thanks for the memories!

Scott Jessop

Great selection and fair prices. The kids had a ball.

Michael Ritchie

Great place for kids to run and explore, great selection of apples, and a pumpkin patch as well as horses and tractor rides.

Great place. My little one loved it

Andrew Bruce

The best apple picking experience around! Staff are super friendly. Lots of things to see and do! Corn maze, Sunflower patch, pumpkins, cracked corn play area for the kids, wagon rides, and some of the juciest apples for the picking! Farm is dog friendly (leashed of course)....... Highly recommended!

Mayara Cabral

Great place to go with the entire family. They have a great variety of apples, pears and pumpkins. Also, the sunflower field is beautiful! You should definitely check it out.

Jamie-Lee Wagler

First time, it was fun! Great variety of apples and the kids had lots to do also.

Christine Kou

A wonderful orchard and more. Friendly staff and a great selection of apples! Highly recommended!

Talia Emmanuel

Awesome hidden gem! Family-owned vibes with very friendly staff. Went for the sunflower fields (which were beautiful), but also took a peek at the many fruits and vegetables growing for fall harvests. Trail + corn maze was fun too!

JJ Woodley

So many varieties I've never seen. Delicious. They usually have a tasting bar setup so you know what you are after on that particular day. Lots of stuff for kids. A great family place.

Grace Charron

Many varieties of apples and a great time for the whole family!

DM Duane

We checked out this new pick your own orchard last weekend. It is set back in a clearing where it is apparent that substantial amount of work has gone into creating an experience for the whole family. The kids loved the haystack and the corn pit!

asmita saxena

Was going to Kitchener and stopped in between after seeing the apple orchard board , ita a big and nice farm with lots of variety like empire , golden gala ,its a nice way to.promote local farm produce , will visit again .

Kateri Nguyen-Maw

Just went here today and what a great experience. Love the set up of the Orchard, Variety of Apples and Pears they have. They have someone at the front to give you samples of the apples they currently have, lots of great activities such as wagon rides, petting zoo, corn pit with toys for the little ones, corn maze. Best part was grilling our hot dogs and the cool way they cook the corn. Corn was also amazing!!! Staff is super friendly and the co-owner was such a delight to speak with. You could tell he really enjoys what he does and its a big thing to him, when his customers are happy, makes him happy too. Highly recommend visiting.

Shanna Scarr

I loved visiting the apple orchard because they had so many different things to do and see. Great play areas for children, and I loved that they let you sample the different apples on the farm. And the caramel apples were delicious!

Carey Smith

This place is great for a day out. They sample most if the apples and pears picking that day. There is a corn boil and hotdogs that you can grill on the open pits. The apple trees are young, but there is a lot of selection and a lot of room for growth (pun intended). Extra points for having a few attractions for kids, like the hay play area and the ponies on display. There is even a tractor trolley to take you around the orchard if you don't want to walk out to the far corners.

Suong Ho

Hi ; To day Oct 11 / 2021 Me and My Husband visisted in Orchard Apple farm almost empty and they changed 7 $plus tax for entry with we felt was expensive and their was hardly any Apple

RJ

From the other reviews and website, it seemed like there would be lots of fruits and pumpkins to pick. After going there, that was not the case. Everything had been picked already and the remains were dead / squashed pumpkins. I'd also recommend not visiting in October as it's too late to enjoy see sunflowers. The farm size was average, decent 30 min walk.

Canadian Bespoke Strapworks

Really great spot to bring the kids. Fairly new orchard but they are set up well and after 2 seasons going all staff memebers are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They encourage you to try fresh samples of all the varieties they grow as soon as you arrive, have 2 dedicated play areas for kids (including the corn box that they all love) and tractor-drawn wagons continually running groups in and out of the orchard's depths. Most importantly, the produce is spectacular. The silkens and galas are among the best I've ever had, and the cooking varieties are amazing. Highly recommended as a fall staple for families.

Mashael Yazdanie

Lovely place to pick apples/pears, and grill your own corn and hot dogs (purchased on site). Has a great play area for kids, horses, and a wagon ride too.

Zachary McClenaghan

Great experience, get some roasted corn

Shaq A

Very good experience. Has a sunflower field, a bit of squash and various many different kinds of apple. We loved it. A bit smaller than other farms I’ve been to but they have rows of every kind of apples. We went on the long weekend and the place seemed a bit understaffed. It’s a family fun place. Overall good experience! I’d recommend.

Frank Auger

Apples were extremely delicious The verity selections is extreme. I would suggest for use to try SILKEN Apple's there by far the best apples I've ever had in my life!!!

Stephanie Fusaro [Staff]

Tried to go today. Was allowed to drive in, only to be directed right back out and told there was a 2 and a half hour wait. Why let people drive in? Also, figure out an online reservation system so people dont waste time and gas driving all the way out there! There must have been 25 cars in front of me and behind me just being directed around a circle and right back out.....to attempt a left turn onto hwy #6 so you can imagine how long it took to get out of the parking lot. Again, why let people even come in??? Don't waste your time going there are many other options in the area.

Kelsey Studiman

Great farm adventure just outside the city, activities for the whole family, super friendly staff and great selection of apples. We will be back next season!

Dingwen Chen

kyoon za

Nice place to visit! I will.come back!

Sabrina Islam

I have visited this place few times . Its full of fun and very entertaining for families especially with kids. Sunflower field was outstanding with fresh blooms ( I went to another farm but all flowers were drying). Nice pumpkin patches. A refreshing little hanging bridge and a little trail with all dwarf characters . Hay to jump on, two old tractors to play with and two ponies are absolutely kids friendly . They have two tractors for all guest as well ( few restrictions during pandemic). Good collection of apples to pick. They also have few pears pickup option and a corn maze. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Moreover a great place to day out.

tracy nguyen

Best farm ever!

Peter

The Silken apples are amazing.

Chris Landry

I’m not sure why people think that the trees will be loaded with produce; apple picking began in the summer, it is now October, therefore the end of the season. There was plenty of signage, both at the farm and online, indicating that “picking is available while quantities last”. It was a tough year for crop yields (hence the significant rise in food costs), and this is something based completely on external/ environmental factors. When you pay for entry, you are paying for the experience- and the one they offer, is an incredibly unique one. The Farmer and all the staff at The Apple Orchard have done a phenomenal job and I think people should have a little more grace when writing these reviews... it's been a hell of a year! Support local, eat local and remember these are the people that feed us all year! Thank you to the entire team for all the fresh produce, sweet treats, and family memories to last a lifetime - cheers to another great season!

Umme J

Nice place for a family day outdoors with apple and pear picking. Corn maze and wagon ride. Lots of fun

Alex P.

Arrived at a decent time but due to covid limitations was told there was a 2 hour wait. This obviously has nothing to do with the Apple Orchard itself and everything to do with COVID-19. We were happy they were taking the limitations serious and all the proper precautions and we decided to wait it out and are so happy we did. Best farm in the GTA. Massive apple selection and the staff are all amazing and super nice. Will be going back ASAP and recommending to all friends and family.

David Eikelboom

Great apples, really fun for kids!

Can't get bigger rip off from the public than this. People come pick the apples for them. Pay for it, and you get charged just for the entrance. Two adults, and two teenagers cost $27.50. Way to go in helping people to get outside with the family in these difficult times.

Greg Adams

Awesome place to take the family. ..met owner truly a family run business. ...keep up great job

Martin Palka

Amazing beautiful place. Amazing people. Highly recommend

Tawnya Nowotny

Great selection of apples and some pears were available.

Stefanie Jones

Its family and pet friendly, the staff is amazing and the apples are to die for.

Marilyn Brown

There are No Apples left in huge orchard Don’t waste money going for apples that are fresher and available in store There was one variety and this was yellow and at end of freshness Admission is expensive with 2children and 2adults $32 Apples some picked on ground because none on trees-$32 Activities for children are boring No wagon ride Ponies tired and walk away from fence Miles of walking for nothing

Anna Kalu

We just spend a few Hours at this beautiful Orchard and I picked my own choice of Apples,The owners are the most caring ,friendly People you can find. I most definitely will be back for my favorite kind ,which is not ready till October,it is all so well organised and easy to find your kind of Apple or Pear.I am a Senior and had no problem getting around with my walker and I had transportation for them at the same time. Thank you for a wonderful outing

Poppo Po

The owners are nice, we went there late but still feels welcome

Amanda Volway

Staff are friendly and welcoming. It was fun for kids and adults with lots of options for things to do ! I would definitely recommend !

Jorge U

Amazing place ! A must see with the family lots of things to do best bang for your buck

Went here on Thanksgiving monday and it was great. The staff that work here are friendly and they had about 16 different varieties of apples available. They have a tractor that carries a bunch of people around the orchard which was nice. The corn maze was okay too and they sell corn and hotdogs and drinks. You have to grill them yourselves though. Myself and my group had a great time and would go back!

Beau Greaves

Lovely orchard for a reasonable price, the sunflower fields and pumpkin/squash patch are a nice accompaniment

Aasiya Satia

We visited in mid September and there are plentiful apples to choose from: golden delicious, Fuji, Granny Smith and more. It was quite busy and a small queue to get in. There were a few pears but not so many. We tried the fresh goats milk ice cream and apple cider, eventhough the ice cream was priced just under $6 for a small tub. The flavours were okay. The sunflowers were no longer in season and neither were the corn maze but still nice to walk through.

Glenda Norrie

My family visited your farm today for the first time… we were charged $7.50 each to get in. While approaching the line a gentleman said we are getting pretty picked over here is what you can pick today so we paid… there was not one apple on any tree in the orchard every family we passed could not find a tree anywhere… we ended up picking apples under the trees off the ground.., we got to the cash they weigh your bag and charged us $26 for our apples. Unbelievable tell your customers you are done picking for the season this is just wrong!

Lots of parking, new place just opened up this year. Friendly staff. Small shop with few options. They had maple syrup, cider, few different types of apples, corn, squash and candy apples. Apples are $1.50/pound, same price when you pick them. I was just a bit surprised that they charge entrance fee per person. I've never been to an orchard that charges entrance fee. I think it was $3.50 per adult and toddlers 2 and over $3 or maybe it was $2.50. Lots of parking. Expect to walk a lot. Cider is $8 for 2L bottle and squash is $1.50/pound and corn $0.75 each.

Very nice great people too

Sorry I didn't mean to eat that Sorry i didnt mean to eat that

Great. Very friendly. Beautiful location. Well constructed and classy. Not a cheesy factory farm feel. Very natural. Great corn maze and orchard that is hilly. Fantastic bbq area. Even a cornbox! Not a sandbox! Oh yeah... the apples are the best!!!

Azad Farouk

Great place with lots of different kinds of apple. Also has pumpkins, apple cider, honey. Reasonably priced and they accept all major credit cards, cash, and debit

Kelly Bingham

Loved this Apple farm! We go Apple picking every year and this has been the best orchard we have been too! There are lots of different varieties of apples and pears. The location is beautiful with a nice stream and a bridge and lots of trees. Really great place for nice photos. Super amazing corn box and corn maze for the kids to play in (and the grownups too)! There is a tractor ride to that you can take down to the orchard to pick apples or you can just walk down if you have your own wagon. The beat part is the people who work here. They are so kind and helpful! We will DEFINITELY be back to this orchard every year now!

R Straker

Just went here for the first time and we absolutely loved it!

Nefeteria Wickham

Great family fun!

Taylor D'hondt

Lots to do good for kids and wagon ride, it's cheap compared to the rest of the pick your own produce places sadly came later in the day so didn't have enough time to see everything but had a good time picking apples

Max L

Great place to see sunflower field, pumpkin patch, and pick your own apples…..

Joseph Ka

The Apple Orchard Inc gave us excellent experience of apple picking. We picked 30 dollars worth of gala apples and flemish pears.

Peter Bowman

We were met with the most stunning field of apples I have ever seen. My wife and I were very impressed with everything from the horses, to the mazes, to the apples themselves. The apples were delicious, mouth watering even. The staff was not only friendly and knowledgable, but very handsome! My daughter has quite the crush on one of the boys ha ha. We have been to 90 orchards across the country, and this one is the one I'd PICK! Ha little apple pun for you there. Worth a visit! Go now!

Jason W

Great place to pick apples and pears. The sunflower patch is so beautiful its a must for selfies and picture taking. Pumpkin patches were smaller but plenty to choose from. Apple selection wasn't that many cause went late in the season but still some sweet and delicious apples to choose from. The goat Milk ice cream was delicious and a must try. Bad thing was the walk to sunflower patch and pumpkin patch the road was full of Rock and I saw it was difficult for stroller to move about so be mindful of that.

Inkjet Express

If you have not tasted freshly picked Silkens apple you are missing alot. Guaranteed fun and experience to visit this place.Friendly atmosphere and excellent service.

Taylor Heyland

The staff were fantastic, a great variety of apples choices, and a very good price both for entry and for the apples.

khyati mekhiya

It was amazing place to visit with kids and family. Enjoyed a lot.

Henry He

Many kinds of apples, recommend Silken, similar to Honey Crisp. Very good place to relex. Only thing not good is the No.6 road is 80Km/h, when left turn into it from parking lot, not easy and dangerous.

Ryan Bender (greenmocan)

This was our second year visiting the Apple Orchard with our girls age 2, 4 and 6. A great place to go for a few hours with plenty to keep their attention. A beautiful setting, wagon rides, corn kernal sandbox and most importantly a vast orchard of various apple trees. Enjoyed roasting hot dogs over the open flame while the kids ran through the corn maze. Price per pound was $1.65 this year, and there is an admission fee of about $5 per person.

Ying Maggie Yang

The only thing reason for four star is that the admission can be quiet expensive for a larger family. Apple picking was fun. Lots of variety and have a table for tasting before go for picking. We found our favourite Silken which doesn’t seem to be available at other farms. The picnic area is fun. If you are a large family take your own hotdog will save a lot. You can use the grill to make even better ones than those sold. The water boiled corn is great! They provide butter salt and pepper I would definitely recommend visiting here.

sss sss

Nice place. Expensive.

Jessica Howden

grear place to spend a couple hours

Regina Teng

Great selections of the PYO apples. However, the admission fees kill it. We were just in to PYO, in and out within 30 minutes and paid $25 for the apple which isn't bad, then you added $13.50 (for family of three) admission. 1pound of apple becomes like $2. Personally, I don't think it's worth it.

Dakota Ellis

Great place to take kids, amazing staff and great quality apples!!

Hearing Eyes

Since it was the end-season, there weren't a lot of apples and everything is already wilting including the sunflowers, pumpkins, corn maze, etc. I think I'll revisit when its peak season. I just disagree that they still charge you the same entrance knowing full well there aren't any left. The entrance should be base on the abundance of the fruits. There's a lot of parking though so it's not too hard on that part.

Anu John

The sunflowers are in full blossom currently. A few varieties of Apples in the Apple orchard were also ready for harvesting. The apples were slightly sour though.A simple place to click some pictures with the sunflowers and pick apples.Nothing much to do there.Reasonably proceed too.

Caduceus

Really cute spot! They have an amazing selection of healthy apple trees on a scenic lot with rolling hills, and fun things like grill-your-own hotdogs with gourmet condiments! I wish they had hot apple cider for sale, but nothing's perfect. I will say though, this place comes close.

Georgia M

Very beautiful and easily able to run the entire orchard with 2 small kids. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I expected more for sale in their barn! Especially apple butter which is what i was hoping for but was missing. Otherwise very lovely and we will definitely return again.

chris volway

As far as the apple picking its like alot of other orchards, but the people are really nice and they have way more activities for kids. Some Activities even geared to under 2y/o I liked it with my daughter. Check out the ponies.

Mona Mostafa

My family and I spent an amazing time in the farm, staff are extremely friendly and providing you with a taste of the apples before you start picking! Kids had so much fun.

bryan rusk

Amazing experience with the family. Great selection of apples.

Tracy Reid

Great place to go with the kids!

R Ems

This place is perfect for the family. Very nice country setting. Taste test different apple species before you pick. Round trip wagon ride to get you through the orchard. Awesome fresh apples to pick. Roast your own hotdog. Nice all beef kirkland dogs at that. Corn on the cob. All the fixens. No detail missed in regards to food prep and service. Was very impressed. Really good prices too. Great big roof covered sand box filled with toys for kids. Instead of sand, it was filled with corn kernels. Very clean and fun to play in. There were even some horses to check out close up. Purchase your apples on the way out at a cost less than the grocery stores. All staff were very courteous and professional. Can't beat it. It will be our new family Thanks Giving tradition.

Peggy M

Good variety of apples as previous years, but as a family we were disappointed that there were no wagon rides on weekends, apparently for social distancing requirements. But it wasn't very busy when we went. You just needed to run more rounds. Also the dry corn play area for kids has been turned into a hay play area, without toys inside. It was prickly and boring. We went part way into the wooded trails. Very beautiful, but we needed to leave for lunch. Not allowed to bring own food, and only expensive boiled corn and ice cream available, no hotdogs etc. $30 admission for two adults and two children. Not much to do for that price. Extra for apples.

Scott Forrest

I have been coming here for years now. It’s really upsetting to see some of the people leaving horrible reviews because they couldn’t get in. I imagine there are other powers dictating how many people are allowed in. If the laws are limiting the number of people, I think it’s respectful they’re abiding to them. If people are complaining because they’re inconvenienced, maybe they should be redirecting their complaints to their local MPs.

anum aq

Went late august. Theybhad sunflowers apples and corn maze for the june to aug season. Wagon rides take u to pretty sunflower fields with a couple picture props there. There is also hay to play in, they sell the best corn on the cob and apple picking where you pay per lb. Theres also a corn maze. Perfect for the family, spent 2.5 hours here. Admission prices are decent and good discount for seniors as well. Lots of free parking

Luci White

This is an awesome place for some family fun on a cool fall day! The entire farm is well organized. There are many activities for the kids to enjoy including a wagon ride and play areas. The bonus is that you get to take home the goods and continue to have fun baking pies!

Manjula Thurairatnam

So many varieties. Sample in the entrance to try. I love this place ????

Alanood

We came on saturday afternoon And they said the waiting to enter is at least 2 hrs and they can’t guarantee the entrance even after the ling wait , we decided to leave after our long commute to this farm , you have to let people know about this on the website or at least arrange a purchase online with certain times !

Oru Manithan

Plenty of variety apples, reasonable price. Entrance fee is affordable. My kids had fun in corn maze and trail. The sunflower farm was amazing and beautiful. We will visit again. We had great fun.
